13. Danganronpa V3 shorts KaedeShuich

This is a few different one shot's for Danganronpa V3 mostly based on Akamatsu Kaede/Saihara Shuichi.

Chapter 6 Revenge.

Shuichi had for a long time now been investigating everything he could since that fateful first trial. And been trying to end the Killing game and protect everyone he could all for the Promise that he made for Kaede for her wish.

She had been the first to care for him in a long time. Having to send her to her death almost killed him if it wasn't for Kaito and then later Maki after Kaito pull her in. He wasn't sure if he would have not just let himself be killed either at the hands of his other class mates or at his own. After all, taking out the Detective would be a smart move for anyone who wanted to escape and if it's wasn't for Kaito protecting him till the second trial.

Kirumi could have choose him as her target instead. After that having him in the friend group with the Ultimate Assassin made him less of a target.

Now however the information he found fill him with nothing but hate and anger. Kaede was innocent of the crime she was executed for. Framed by the mastermind who could only be Shirogane Tsumugi. The secret passage in the girl's toilet. Shirogane disappear for the exact amount of time needed to kill Amami into said bathroom. The binned shot put with fibres of Kaede jumper. And Amami special monopad nobody else fits even if nothing in the room outrights says it. Though with the fact a big company was behind this Kaede plan would have had her killed no matter what without taking the first blood perk. If it could even be trusted.

She doesn't currently know that he knows this Ouma bug vac that he had Miu make was handy like that.

A plan fills his mind one that means he could both avenge Kaede and saves the rest of his class mates. First, after quickly getting a few things from the warehouse he notes down all his finding in three different letters that he posts under each his living friend's doors. After making sure he was not observed. He makes his way towards Shirogane and picks the lock after all Ouma wasn't the only one who could do that. It was useful for a Detective to know as well.

He finds Shirogane sleeping and while she sleeps, he tied her up and gag her quickly checking her monopad and what he can see on it confirms it for him controls for the bears and camera's. Before punching her right in the face, he can see fear fill her faces.

"hello Shirogane. Or should I say mastermind. My you have already broken your own rules with a murder that you frame Kaede for." he says malice filling his voice flashing his knife to her "you will wish that you were found in the first trial and faced the execution that you put Kaede though once I'm done with you. The bears can't tell what going on thanks to everything I picked up from what Ouma left behind and we have a few hours before I have to get going"

Now Shuichi was not a trained torturer so he didn't do as well as he could have. But being a detective did teach him some of what the human body could endure and though it only took two and a half hours for Shirogane to die instead of the four or five he wanted.

She did indeed wish for the punishment she gave Akamatsu Kaede instead of what the detective did to her using his knife and fists. If she could she would have begged for mercy. Even knowing the detective would have none.

Normally Shuichi would not be a cruel as he was but hate had almost consumed him. Knowing that it was likely even killing her would not end the game and there would be another Trial. One in which he would be the blackened. And feeling he had failed Kaede and all his other friends and already broke his promise to her with the deaths since her false conviction as well as his own judgment leading directly to her death. He decided that as he would not have to live with the guilt, he could make her feel what he thought Kaede would as well as all the pain her death cause him. Not that he was feeling any guilt anyway.

He was right there was another Class Trial. It didn't take long as he confessed immediately including his reasons. Smiling the whole time, a sad smile even as a metal collar wrap around his neck and drag him to his execution even as the army of Monokuma's dressed as old fashion gangsters riddle him with bullets from their old fashion Thomas submachine guns or when he still living was tried up in chains and drop into the ocean. His last though being that soon he would see Kaede again.

Chapter 1 Detective back in time (could be easily reworked to have nothing to do with time travel or even made to work with the last one shot)

Shuichi had already started investigating the death of Amami and it was already clear how it looked to anyone who could see. But he would not accept this taking note of the way the blood spattered and the location of Amami head wound. It clear that Kaede herself was really worried about it. Quickly he had Kiibo and Kirumi go to the warehouse and get shot put balls to test Kaede trap with Maki and Kaito to watch the results. Kaede he had he go collect alibi's with Shirogane.

but he had already made though searches for secret passages elsewhere and made sure that a select few knew he had. And as he seen the hid door in the library closing as he came in. So, it could and likely would be important and he found it just like he thought he would be taking Kaede fibre covered binned shot put and Amami blood soaked monopad. He hid them in his jacket and checked with Kaito and Maki about the result of his little test. It filled him with hope yes even though Kaede almost done it and betray his trust by using his plan to kill the mastermind

The trial was going as expected Kaede trying to direct it toward finding the mastermind and defending everyone thinking it was her that killed Amami. She had already basically begged him to look for the truth thinking that it would doom her to death. And had defended him from the though he had done the killing.

"the cuprite is you Shirogane Tsumugi. As well as you also being the mastermind of this killing game. And I can prove it Kaito and Maki already said they tested the trap Kaede made and it didn't work. The hidden door was closing just as we came in and I checked the girl's bathroom as it's the only room nearby where that could have a secret passage that i had not already checked and I found one with Kaede's shot put covered in her sweaters fibres as well as Amami missing monopad. This was all a set up from the start as his monopad had all the location in the school noted on it and you used Kaede plan to take out the mastermind which you are to kill and frame her it's why you didn't take the first blood perk. Your alibi doesn't fit you go to the toilet just in time to kill Amami and get back just after he was found dead. The only bathroom nearby is the one with the secret passages" Shuichi announced to shocked classmates and confused and relived Kaede and a fuming mastermind

Shuichi quickly shows his evidence and had Kaito and Maki confirm it alongside Kiibo and Kirumi

"so Monokuma does your mastermind get special treatment. As before now it seems like she wants the game to go on. So, I'm guessing if her plan worked you were going to break your rules and have Kaede killed and none of the rest of us meaning your game is pointless if not even the ones running it are going to follow the rules if it's not in their interested so even if we vote right for Shirogane" Shuichi answered back

"no if you vote for the wrong person you all get executed no matter who the blackened is or if their working for me or not." the bear says

"that's a lie" answered back Ouma "Shuichi right I was happy to play the game before but why bother when it's rigged from the start. Just kill us all now it makes more sense than letting you decide which of us live or die later with no choose or chance on our end"

" pupup fine to make up for this I'll add some rules just for your protection. And a add a bonus after" a din rings out with new rules on the monopad

#15: No blackened may kill more than two people per game if there is already a blackened at the time then Monokuma or the Monokubs will intervene in a killing

#16: Monokuma and the Monokubs will not play any part in any killing or make any deals that will allow a blackened to use someone else as an escape goat

#17: There will not be any new time limits imposed that will kill the students if a murder doesn't happen e.g. a time limit to killing everyone if there isn't a death, or the withholding of food or water.

#18: Every student about to break a rule will be given a warning before being give a punishment

And he also saw there was an amendment

#6: If innocent students (hereinafter referred to as "the spotless") continue to survive class trials, the killing game will continue until only six students remain.

"there now your odd from here out will be three times better with a little under half of you being able to escape now if you want to survive, I suggest that you all get to voting will you make the right choice or the dreadfully wrong one" finished the bear

And with that the votes were cast all but one going to Shirogane. With the outlier going to Kaede.

A happy ding from the machine shows Shirogane was guilty

"that right the one who kill Amami Rantaro the Ultimate? Was Shirogane Tsumugi the Ultimate Cosplayer and mastermind now before she can give anything away its punishment time "a metallic collar grabs around Shirogane neck and she is pull to what seem to be a changing room coming out wearing Kaede clothes with a big pink rash coving her then being drag to a giant piano and drop onto it. Being used to play the keys for the Der Flohwalzer badly with her body slamming into the keys as a crowd of Monokuma throw rocks at Shirogane body as she hangs and the song speed's up. After the song finishes Shirogane hanging dead body is crushed under the spiked back board of the Piano.

"pupup I hope you all liked that especially you Akamatsu Kaede after all if it wasn't for your little Detective boyfriend their it would have been you up there" said the bear said before disappearing

Shuichi didn't care as he enveloped Kaede in a hug. She was safe that was all that mattered and with the mastermind dead hopefully this game will be easier.

Chapter 3 Dead Rising (only works realistically if they are all just in a simulation then they could really revive someone to continue in the game either that or a clone/robot)

"so, I'm gonna take back this here Necronomicon" said Monokuma "seems like a waste thou you guy's sure you don't want to use it. Puppu you guys should've someone back to life and added them to your roster"

"it's nothing but a lie I bet it can't bring anyone back at all after all no one and nothing has the power to bring back the dead" Shuichi shouts back the rest of the students agreeing with him

"you know what just to prove I can I'll do so their already four effigies you can used you podiums to vote for which of them you want to bring back the random, the short tennis prisoner with nothing to live for, the prime minster maid or your first leader the detectives little girl friend remember the rules about voting" laughs back the bear

The living students start to argue again however it's point out that if the bear really going this far it could be true especially as they just saw a ghost get killed with salt.

Then they just had to decide who Ryoma had no will to live so he was out. Kirumi is out as well as she would likely just kill again to escape to be the prime minister. So, it came down to Kaede and Rantaro. And it quickly became clear that Shuichi wants nothing more than to see Kaede again even to those he doesn't spend most of his time with so Kaito and Maki side with him even if they don't think the book will work. Shuichi manages to pull Miu (mostly she was just on the side that Ouma isn't) and Gonta (bring the girl back would be more gentlemanly) onto his side as well. Himiko is upset that she can't get back Tenko but sides with Shuichi as she can see how much he care for her. Ouma wants to find out what Rantaro knows and Shirogane didn't care which lead to Kaede being who they voted to bring back.

" puhuhuh no problem lover boy one dead pianist coming up" the bear says popping back into the room with an unconscious but very much alive Kaede who wakes with a startled huff and immediately grabs her throat gasping for breath tears spring from eyes

"KAEDE" screams the detective running to her and hugging her into his arms

"now that you can see it isn't a trick I think now is a good time to induce the new motive anyone who kills and gets anyway with it gets to graduate with themselves and anyone else of their choice living or death after all we have more than one of those" says the bear holding up two other Necronomicon's laughing as it disappears

Chapter 6 Hope or Despair

"of course, if you choose despair you get an extra special prize. Or at least for you Shuichi" Shirogane said with malice as the TV screen go on to show a sight that took his breath away.

Kaede laying in a hospital bed wearing her beat up clothes she was executed in and covered in bandages. Though unmoving it's clear she's breathing with an IV drip going into her left arm

"the Necronomicon would have worked if you choose Kaede anyone else and it would have just been a clear it was fake we'd have just grab an extra and flashback lighted them into them. Kaede lived as with this being the 53rd season we had already found out from past seasons that the mastermind framing and having falsely executed someone is never popular. So, when the spiked backboard dropped blood bags replaced Kaede and she was drop down a hid chute in the giant Piano and then give medical help and kept asleep. She just lost consciousness not her life though if her plan worked, she would have been crushed." Shirogane finished as one of the Exisal brought the sleeping Kaede into the room alongside her hospital bed

"if you choose hope remember that only two of you get to leave here alive and Kaede is currently unable to vote not to worry though she will not be punished for this or the other missed votes. so what will it be" Shirogane finished

Chapter 1 Making a Stand

"Y-Yeah! I'll help I can "Shuichi added

"Everyone stops" Kaede shouted

"no Akamatsu. This is our choice do you think the mastermind, or the bears will let anyone escape here. It's likely that any blackened that escapes just get put in the next killing game and if it gets to only two survivors left that they get that fate as well. It seemed to be what Amami was hinting at. Monokuma already shown that you can't trust his motives as he never said you had to claim the perk just that the first kill will have no trial. I bet that whenever the game slows down again, he just put in another time limit of some kind or other in place. If we can't stop it, I want to at least go out protecting my friends from the little monster" Shuichi adds moving to the group ready to fight.

The four Shuichi ,Gonta, Kaito and Tenko stand there. Kaede has shock written on her face as Kirumi moves to stand with them with Ryoma and Maki not far behind. Angie talking about Atua wanting them to work togther joins the group.

Chapter 1 a failed punishment

Shuichi watched in horror and Despair as Kaede was dragged just out of his reach as he tried to save her. She was pulled up and out of the court room and a TV turned on showing Kaede had been dropped on a giant piano and had a wide audience of Monokuma's.

She had been pulled up by her neck until she was on her tip toes and looked as if she was trying to pull the metal collar open. Then in some kind of demented display a Monokuma in a suit started directing his cubs to play Der Flohwalzer using Kaede to hit the key's hard enough to cause bruising or even fractures and when moving causing her to be strangled not only that but the song was being played badly with the crowed of Monokuma's to boo and throw rocks at her causing even more damage.

Just as the song ends Kaede limp and battered body hung in the air. The spiked backboard of the giant piano began to fall and Mondam throw Monokid straight at Kaede's limp body. However unlike in some worlds this execution had been set up by the Monokubs instead of Monokuma himself so instead of the backboard crushing and impaling Kaede's barley conscious body.

SNAP the rope broke and Kaede fell forward. Hitting Monokid's body and both fall from the giant piano the speed of Monokid knocking Kaede back slowed her fall and his metal body though destroyed itself and causing cuts and gashes to Kaede's battered body cushioned her fall without Monokid hitting her and cushioning her fall the result of would have still killed her. However, that wasn't the case.

The screen showed execution failed ERROR

"what?" screamed Monokuma "not only is my little Monokid dead but You's messed up the Execution" Monokuma was red in the face and getting louder by the second "I've only had one execution fail before and that was with outside help form the spotless. That it I'm never trusting You's to set up an execution again"

That shocked Shuichi not only was his best friend still alive but that was definite conformation that there had been killing games in the past

"Kaede still alive" he asked the despair leaving his voice

"pupupu not for long she's not I could have the Monokuma's their finish the job. Or just leave her there to die either from her wounds or thirst" answered back the sadistic bear

"nisisis that's boring it be more entertaining to put her back with us after all we'd have a confirmed murderer in our ranks" Kokichi answered back "also if this is the first time an execution failed would not be something new and interesting to see how it could play out"

Monokuma seems to think for a time before answering "fine just this once though and I'm not helping treat her and neither are my cubs going to help so if you want to save her you have to do so your selves" the bear answered back with Mondam pushing a in a stretcher with Kaede layer out on top of it "if you fail to save her the despair of failing will be entertaining if you do succuss then see how, you all react to a blackened still being in the game will be entertaining"

Monokuma disappear alongside the Monokubs

Chapter 3 Monokuma's revel

"too bad you didn't use this I would have loved to see what would have happened when you did" the bear says "especially when I would have revelled the true behind it after you had already chosen"

"what are you talking about the resurrection ritual is obviously a lie" answered back Maki

"of course, you can't bring back the dead but I don't lie. remember I said you can bring back any of the dead students as a transfer student but you could only pick one. I never said that they be revived from death. All the motives are plan in advance after all" just then the TV screen four hospital bed with easy to recognised students sleeping in them

"the trick to this motive was that once you picked who to save whether though deciding together or someone stealing the book and going through the ritual, I would then have the Exisal's kill the rest of them or put them though an excution again depending on weather they where a Blackened or not as well as how i'm feeling forcing you to watch" Monokuma says gleefully "so the anti-resurrectors where really just choosing for me to kill all of them and then there would be the fighting over who to was save and why someone else wasn't" horror fills Shuichi at the thought. He would have killed Kaede again Angie was pushing for Rantaro and everyone who would side with him to bring back Kaede was in the group that didn't think it was real. Once again, his deductions would have led to him having to watch her be killed again

"if you're wondering the medical tech, I have access to is very good and each of the victims and blackened were seen getting really in advance Rantaro was planning to try to break into the hidden room since the time limit was announced. Kaede was setting up her death trap since Shuichi told her his plan. Ryoma was already suicidal before he got his video and after he was just looking to die and Kirumi had her own video and was planning to kill since she got it, she was just looking for the right victim" the bear continued to the shocked room

"the victims were grabbed by my cubs and replaced with clones Rantaro when you were heading to the library after he was hit in the head with the shot-put ball and Ryoma was when Kirumi getting ready to get him to the gym. For the blackened well for Kirumi after you left at the end of the trail, we got her to the medical wing and for Kaede she was dropped down via a hidden chut and replaced with a bunch of blood bags when the piano backboard dropped" the bear finishes

"of course, I'll still let you choose to bring one of them back into the game you have ten minutes to decide you can use your podiums to votes but if You's don't have a clear winner in ten minutes all of them get punished again" the bear answered as a ten minutes timer is brought up on screen on her podiums showing only four pictures. And the number of votes that each of the four currently showing

Chapter 1 drop or not to drop

The Receiver when of

"Shuichi the receiver" Kaede shouts

"someone moved the bookcase, hurry Kaede" Shuichi shouts grabbing Kaede and running out the classroom

(this could also have it go as normal with Kaede just deciding not to throw the shot-put ball this both would likely result in Tsumugi getting found out in the first trail without Kaede thinking it could be her (she still has the shot-put in her bag if she decided not to throw it and in this one, she is covered by Shuichi and Tsumugi was already getting out before that she hit him just after Kaede ball missed and then stole his monopod so Rantaro would have seen her most likely)

really there was so many ways in which she could have. Even when Kaede did throw the ball the location of the head wound and blood spatter for one makes Kaede trap not make sense. anyone thinking that there could be more than one entrance to the hidden room and why the door was closing on it own and also the missing monopad she could have also taken the perk i guess and try to help from the outside but i don't think Tsumugi would hold to the bargain hell Tsumugi cut it very close as if Momota and Tenko didn't slow Kaede and Shuichi down they would likely have seen her going in with a shotput and a blood socked Monopad)

Chapter 1 Double dealing in death

suddenly the body discovery announcement played and monokuma pop up putting an end to Kaede hopes that the poor boy she had just killed was the mastermind. and the other students walked into the library Kaede was still frozen in indecision.

what to do she could take the first blood perk and try and get help from the outside to save the others or she could pay from her crimes by not taking the perk and trying to find the mastermind in her trial.

" well that everyone and this is the first body discovered so whoever killed green boy here step forward and claim your prize." the black and white bear waited a few second " no well i guess that the killer wants a trial the first blood perk is revoked you better all start investigating unless you want to die"

" hey wait a minutes Ryoma isn't here why didn't you wait for him" shout Momota

" well seeing as this is the first case and normally it take untill atleast the 3rd before any thing like this happen i'll give you all a clue"

suddenly a ping is hear from other Monopads and i could see a new rule had been added also side a document call a monokuma file

If two murders happen at once only the killer who's victim died first will be considered the blackened

" yes this trial is going to be fun not only do you need to solve both murders but then discover which one of the victim's died first " the bear laugh evilly " well get a move on you lot got another body to find as well and i'm not giving you any extra time after giving you all such a big hint" the bears disappears

( this was a idea like the failed punishment one where everyone thinks Kaede is the killer and how that changes things now that she isn't going to her death also Ryoma dying would change things alot though if you don't want that you could have K1-B0 stand in and have Miu repair him afterwards the trial could be fun maybe even have them do a split vote as they can't find out which died first maybe have monokuma say that she was the killer of Rantaro first before noting that luckly for her Rantaro doesn't matter. also uses one of the wasted point brought up in game )

Chapter 1 A few seconds makes all the difference

Shuichi is running as fast as his legs would carry him when suddenly Momota and Tenko get in the way talking about them being just in time for the strategy meeting to deal with the time limit.

now in some world this stops him for a few seconds leading to a miscarriage of justice and a brutal death for his closest friend who would die thinking she was a muderer passing her wish onto him.

however in this world he just runs around them while shouting that they need to get to the library as the mastermind is likely in their as they speak this few seconds is all that he needs to see a blue haired blur disappear into the secret entrance clearly holding somethings.

Chapter 3 a well reasoned point

"clearly we can't use the book on Ryoma-san as it would be a waste to use on a suicidal person even if he would be more willing to die for the group if another time limit comes up and the Murderers Kaede and Kirimi are right out so that leaves Rontaro" Angie says.

" I think you maybe jumping to that to fast sure he seemed to have some useful info we didn't have at the time but also seemed to have lost other things so it could be the flashback light just didn't work right on him and he wasn't really close with anyone left. also just because he didn't muderer doesn't mean he would not and bring back someone who already killed would keep more eyes on them now i agree that Ryoma-san would be a waste of our one gift from Auta and Kirimi would as well as her reason for killing to escape are still in place and would just give her another chance to kill." answered back Tenko.

" But Kaede was after the mastermind and had only been pushed to that point to save everyone from the time limit she was also close to alot of people including the fitness group that isn't co-operating with us right now they also believe the book is fake and will not work but if it does then that prove it is a gift from Auta as only a god could bring someone back from the dead. And Kaede has the biggest chance of bringing the group back togther because of the bonds she shared with them or the bonds of those that she had with the some in her group." Tenko finishes.

"that is right Angie will prepare the ritual now to bring back Kaede. Auta isn't pushing either Rontaro or Kaede of them forward so it seem to be our choice i just had a strong negative feeling for bring Kirimi back and though that was was because she was a murderer. but now that i think of bring Kaede back i don't feel sign from Auta not to" answered Angie who when straight to get the needed items for the Ritual and making the effigy's instead of waiting to get the supplies later as she would have done without this arguement.

Chapter 1 Corporate says no

"look Tsumugi we know that the game needs to get started and your looking to make sure that Rontaro is out the game but if Kaede misses we can't have you frame her and execute her. She didn't check the box for allowing that and she's not a death row inmate we got from Prison like that Korekiyo fellow. That mean that if you do that we will be sued it's the reason their been so few frame jobs by the mastermind since season 34 the payout to the Victims family's and the only ten percent small sum we need to give out to the family's of the Blackened for their Brutal Executions is already high enought but frame jobs have us payout both payments and a large sum on their own and that is with the waiver signed the only one you can use for this is Korekiyo as none of the others are from Prison or signed the waiver." the CEO of Danganronpa said to the angry mastermind

one look at her face shows that she will not be pushed from her stance though both know that their is not much she could do to stop them if she disobeyed then they just make sure she was found out and not have a mastermind within the game it not like that roll is alway filled and it maybe fun to do as a mastermind had never been shown to fail so early in the game before.

"look you can still do the frame job just comeup with some reason for her not to be Executed have her take the perk to try and get help from the outside. Have the execution fail maybe because of the Monokubs and Monokuma decide it be fun to keep a know killer in their with them but that he's not going to let it happen again. I don't care aslong as their no perment harm by us" the CEO finish in a final tone

just then the CEO secretary's cut in " we could use the Imprison rule set that was made and never used before. it has some draw backs that mean we have to pay extra to the girl and means she more likely to die." seeing the intrigued look from both the blue haired mastermind and the CEO they continued " first to make the students not want use it. It need half of the living student to vote for that as punishment instead and then for some to volunteer for reprimand which basically means to be tortured starting at 8 hours split between all the volunteers and doubling for each Blackened it is used for it can be explained as a bribe that is used to lower the sentence like in the real world. no perment harm will be done using this if noone volunteers then the time is tripled only for this once and done on the Blackened then the Blackened can Executed if we want maybe with a coin flip or something. once a Blackened is Imprisoned in their Ultimate lab with a bed and bathroom add if their isn't one already. they can't get out but all the other student can get in. The Imprisoned can't attack anyone or will be sedated but can still be a Victim for other Blackened's though if they manage to kill again their no choice to Imprison them again. once per week their is a reprimand time for the Imprisoned for four hours it can be done by us or Students but it must be done though it just has to be unpleasant for the Imprisoned for it to count for the students. The only food delivered to them will be gruel but the students can take them food and drink too. they only get out once the game ends or for class trial and investigations where they will still be punished with the others if a blackened wins." finished the secretary and both where happy with it they just use flashback lights to make sure they have volunteers it's how they would get her to take the perk. hell they can have the students about to fight to save her and then Monokuma offers this so as to not remove so many student at once.

"we can still show the Imprisoned what their execution would have been and will be if they manage to kill again with one of the monokub's, the victims body or another robot like K1BO to take the victums place before forcing them to watch the volunteers take the torture for them for extra dispair" the CEO says " ok we will go with this plan" he finish's smiling.

Chapter 1 The plan (time travel)

Shuichi felt a crushing pain and a stabbing sensation in his neck after K1BO finished blowing up the school and a loud bang in the background. It seemed the rubble he had hid under wasn't as safe as he had though.

Now all he can feel is cool metal as well as something warm and soft and he can't see anything though the darkness he bangs the door of the locker and pushes it open to be greeted by a sign he never though he would see again.

Kaede laying on the floor and rubbing her head. He quickly calms himself no matter how much the urge to pull her close and apologize for not finding the truth in the first trail to save her.

He seems to have gone back in time. Maybe if this is real he doesn't want to change too much either he wants to get Tsumugi in the first trial or to make sure their no risk to Kaede and his friends he could head off two threats at once.

For the next few days, he follows how thing when the first time around not to draw attention and to build up his bond with Kaede. Then just after the time limit is announced when Kaede when to calm everyone down. He arranges for Kokichi to distract Tsumugi and the bears before draw Korekiyo away to put his plan into action.

"I know who you are Lady Killer" I say in sign language with a straight face making sure only Korekiyo can see while I talk to him about his what he plans to do on the day of the time limit

"I know you have at least 90 kills to your name likely to send them as friends to you sister with a goal of some kind maybe 100 as you have been slowing down your rate of killing the police are onto you, I don't want you here and I want to keep my friends safe so I have I deal" I continue ignoring his shocked and murderess face

"If the time limit expire you will not be able to finish you goal and as you only kill women for this that take out half of everyone here as a target. If you kill and take the First Blood perk you can reach you goal with others from outside here and I don't have to worry about arranging your death" I continue not letting him, get a word in I want this arrange before my distraction ends.

"You wouldn't go for Kaede as I'd make sure you don't have the chance to claim the perk if you do which means you can't reach your goal Angie, Himiko and Tenko are all protected by Tenko and sometimes Gonta and you need to long to make a plan as you can't beat them head on. Maki seems to be hiding her real talent and carry herself like a Killer so she doesn't fit the profile for your targets just like Miu doesn't because she's a slut and Kirumi doesn't seem to make friends as she is to dedicated to her duty as a maid that Leaves Tsumugi she isn't protected by anyone and she fit the profile for your targets plus her talent could be fun for your sister right and in some ways is connected to your own you don't even have to hid that you're doing it this time as you have to let everyone know to live and claim the perk to get out"

Chapter 1 grab my hand

Kaede reached out with her hands after talking eveyone down from fighting monokuma to save her.

at first i think about running to try and catch her but decide that take to long so i jump wrapping my arms around her waist.

we land on a giant piano at first the bears continew the exectuon and i try to be a platform so Kaede can breath but it isn't working and rocks are begaining to hit us. i despreatly try to think of a way to save her maybe cutting the rope but i have nothing on me to do that.

that when i notice that spikes in the backboard i push Kaede back careful to make sure she doesn hit any of the spikes and use one to cut the rope before pullling her with me to clime down the legs of the piano just as the backboard falls behind us.

(this would likely have those who tried to protect her back her again and this time not backdown maybe Kokichi would convince monokuma to pass or it would go like the other failed exection one shot on here)

Chapter 1 Maki's time loop

Maki doesn't know how many time loops she when though she just wishes to know how to end it as the though hits a check list appears in her head

Kaede Akamatsu must survive the killing game. that is harder then she though in all the loops Kaede only made it pass the 3rd trial once as she mostly dies by the first trial and when she does live a certain serial killer sends her to meet his sister.

Shuichi Saihara must survive the killling game. that a bit easier as long as Kaede either died in the first trial as the blackened or got into her friend group he makes it to atleast to the 5th trial where it is normally either him or Kaito with Kokichi in his little end the game scheme

Kokichi Oma must survive untill the last trial. that is also easy as long as Gonta is alive Kokichi makes it to the 5th trial if not then he is killed by Miu in the 4th

K1BO must survive untill the last trial. very easy he has only ever died fighting Monokuma or destorying the school for the last trial either to save everyone or when Tsumugi died early as the mastermind

Tsumugi Shirogane must survive untill the last trial. she normally lives unless she caught in the first trial or Kaede doesn't throw her shotput ball as in some loop stopping Kaede plan lets Rantaro turn the tables on her.

Chapter 1 a diffent type of camera

" hey Kaede i found some video camera's they will likely be better so let take these to Miu to see what she can do with them" Shuichi

( yeah Tsumugi plan is screw if they used video camera's like Kokichi does later on)

Chapter 1 I'll do anything

"monokuma is their anything i can do for you to spare her i'll do anything" Shuichi begged

" you know I was going to let her go if she took the first blood perk. Though her execution is one of my favors so much mental and physical suffering before the end. but it could be entertaining. ok if you accept she can live. I can just show you the execution with the piece of meat laying in the library as long as you accept if not then we get a live show. So for the next motive if a week passes without someone dying both of you will be executed. And for the rest of the game your fates will be link unless one of you dies as a victim of a blackened if one of you does something to earn a punishment both of you will be punished however if one of you graduates both of you will" the black and white bear smiles as it offers it deal " do we have a deal then I could be so much crueler with what i wanted or just not given you any deal at all"

"yes" Shuichi answers back his voice shaking

Chapter 1 a little more though

"the culprit is Tsumugi" " Shuichi say's shocking everyone

" Shuichi you don't need to " Kaede says confusion in her voice but is cut off before she could finish

" You're right that I figured out it could be you a while ago and that I didn't want to accept it so I carefully looked over all the evidence. if you look at Miu's drone photo you can see that the path of the books and the place of Rantaro's body and the blood spatter don't match up also the place of his head wound doesn't match your trap succeeding if it had then the wound would be on the top of Rantaro's head not the back left. The last photo of Rantaro shows him looking straight ahead but the only way for your trap to have hit him where his wound is would be if he was either facing away from the book shelf leaning forward or to be bent over at the time. The position of his body doesn't indicate that it indicates that he was hit from behind by someone of near equal height" Shuichi finishes pointing out everything he had discussed so far

"Now we all thought that the hidden door couldn't be used as the dust in the card reader is still there but we're been told that this school was made for the killing game. Would you really want your secret room to only have one entrance in a public place that anyone at any time could go to? the only places I haven't check are the dorms and the bathrooms so that means that the suspects are Kokichi, Ryoma and Keebo who where alone in their dorm rooms around the time of the murderer and Tsumugi who when to the bathroom just before the murder and got back just after. Kokichi and Ryoma can be taken off the list of suspects as neither is tall enough to inflict the wound that Rantaro has. Tsumugi is more likely as the girl's bathroom on the 1st floor would be right above the secret room where as the dorms are far enough away that it's unlikely Keebo could have got back fast enough as i remember that the hidden door was closing just as we burst in" Shuichi contines.

" Also to be clear not only do i think that Tsumugi is Blackened in this case but the Mastermind that would also explain where the likely missing shot put ball from Kaede failed trap is and how she avoided the camera intervals if we think about how these cases and class trials are meant to work Monokuma would have to know about everything in advanced so their is likely hidden cameras and microphones all over the school so everything we have said or did since getting here he knows about and could tell the Mastermind about if they asked" finished Shuichi

"So the Mastermind not only cheated to kill Avocado man themselves but because of the way the trial was going before mister detective cut in with the surprise logic. Kayayday was going to be voted as the blackened as everyone else including her though she turn Avocado into guacamole so the question is why would the Mastermind do so unless they were going to lie and say she did and Execute her as the blackened even though she's not. As there is no other reason they would have not taken the first blood perk or just let the time limit run out and kill us all if they were going to follow the rules of the game" Kokichi says with a scary look on his face looking between Monokuma and Tsumugi

Chapter 3 Robo Kaede

Shuichi didn't think this would work but decided to chance it he had sat out the seance that the others where doing in order to investigate the crime scene more he thought about how if monokuma was being truthful that bringing back Angie would solve the trial right away.

However, if the book could really bring back one of the deceased classmates there is one that he wanted back more than anything.

He sat over the recently repaired effigy and sprinkled the ashes of the Necromonocon over the effigy while repeating the name of the person he desperately wanted to save.

"pupupha well i can see you did the smart thing who knew what i would do to the book after the trial" said the sadistic bear that

He pointed to a figure that wasn't there before though unmoving he quickly runs and hugs her however something feels wrong while it looks just like Kaede it feels too solid and stiff still not reacting.

"she not powered on yet and no she's not a fake here" he throws a blueprint at him "if you survive the trail you can have Miu take a look at her it's been a while since i stuck a human brain in a robot honestly Kaede and Kirumi where the best choices for this they suffered the least brain damage before i could extract them. who knows Miu could maybe even clone and transplant her into a human body again but that is not my problem. i've got to go and cut the life support on the other brains" before pressing a button that looks eerily like the execution button.

The now known to be a robotic figure jump awakens her hands immediately jumping to her throat, a panicked look on her face.

( this does fit as he later find out that K1BO was a human that was turned into a robot so both he and Kaede are really more cyborgs than robots)

Chapter 1 top anime betrayals

"ST..." Kaede starts to shout

"You know it could be interesting i've got four students trying to save the Blackened but they would have got to go to the outside world if they took the First Blood perk but they choose to try to get the mastermind instead. You didn't even know if there was one. but yes Shuichi was right among the sixteen students one of you is the mastermind of this game" the black and white bear says to their shock and surprise "and i'll give you a deal 24 hours"

"24 hours to what" Shuichi is the first to recover and ask

"24 hours to investigate and then we have another class trial to find the mastermind if you discover and revel them in the trial they will take Kaede place in being punished but if you don't then you will join her after all you where her little helper and put her on her path " the Bear finishes

"why would you even offer that deal won't the game end once the mastermind is gone" Kaede askes shaking

"what ever made you think that it just mean you don't have someone sabotaging you from the inside you have a example of independent AI among you what made you think i wasn't one and that i need the mastermind for anything the rules say the game continue until there is only two students remaining and that how it's going to go" the bear finishes

"what do you get from this it is entertaining but you should get more than that" Kokichi askes

" Entertainment and Despair that is all. before anyone could answer Shuichi cuts in " I'll take the deal"

"good to make things fair i'll let you know that the mastermind did get to the hidden room on the day of the time limit and that i'll not let them remove any evidence that they may have left out for the next 24 hours after all they had access to my systems and came in knowing everything about the school" the bear finishes before disappearing leaving the students shocked again and a worried cosplayer behind.

in an office far away from the ultimate academy a happy writer watches Tsumugi really should have thought before acting, adding in the time limit and then targeting two of the most popular characters for the season.

Kaede was planned to be a survivor and end up with Shuichi who would also live as it had been a while since a couple formed in the game and made it out together and Rantaro was to make it to the 4th or 5th chapter as fan service. It's not like a protag swap is even something new but the mastermind dying early is. also Tsumugi is one of the least liked characters of the season.

now just to use a flashback light to remove Tsumugi's memory of it being her that killed Rantaro and of any other info we don't want to risk her revealing. it's how noone noticed so of the details that could have got her found out as the true cuprite in the trial. also have to get rid of Kaede failed shotput from the mastermind room.

Chapter 3 a point made to idiots

"this can't possibly work this is a trap" the Detective declared

"please Shuima the kubs taking over is a skit just like Monokuma's death was. But no motive can be false; it will weaken any motives the bear releases in the future. it would be like finding out that they broke the rules of the game a instant loss of all credibility" the Leader cuts in he was going to leave it alone but that didn't work last time with the motive videos and he wanted to be clear this time

"Let's walk through how this motive could possibly be real. Most likely the way this is to get us to murder is fighting over who to bring back as the ritual doesn't need anyone to die so their is no reason to not use it. if it needed someone to die we would need absolute proof that we will get one of missing students back to even consider it. he could just jump up after we used it and laugh at us about thinking it's real but as i said that weaken any future motive. he could give us a fake like a robot made based on whoever we choose and it would not weaken any future motives as much but Monokuma is all about despair and entertainment both of these option don't generate much of either as we will just be validated that he was lying. maybe some of us will upset at him making a copy of one of our dead friends" the leader remarks

"However if he has the real deal and is able to give us back our real 'dead' friends then it is likely that they just never died somehow which the cum dump should be able to confirm for us whether he sticks their brains in a robot or just faked their deaths somehow. if we presume that it is real then we have to think about who to bring back Mom and Killer Tennis are out Mom's motive for murder is still valid and Tennis is sucidial." he continew to explain to the shocked students.

"so that leaves Kayayday and my beloved Amami-chan if we just think about it logically then Amami-chan would be the most logical he isn't a murderer like Kayayday and seemed to have some infomation we don't have which could be helpful. however if we take emotions into account Kayayday is best choice if it is outright confirmed this motive is real and she isn't the one chosen then best case is it forms a permanent split in the group or monokuma could just offer to save another of the missing students of the blackened choice maybe with a time limit to it being invalid and their likely be a body before the time limit hit. no one else would result in that as Amami-chan didn't get close enough to anyone for them to risk death for him" the leader pointly looks at Shuichi and Kaito as he remarks this

"especially if we take into account Monokuma's love of despair and entertainment he may have all four still alive and will punish whoever isn't chosen and he could do so within the rules only Mom didn't violate the rule of all surviving students having to attend the class trials and she would have violated rule 8 as in the skit the monokubs just put on they confirmed that their the headteacher Monokuma is outright stated in the rules but the kubs count two is what we were just told before they gave us the motive and guess who crushed one of them in their execution" he finished thinking back to the remark he made about the death is cheap trope monokuma pull at the start about it not working if it not the real deal or for a robot. they likely real as he start to walk away to his room.

Chapter 3 Robo VR to the rescue

"Seems like a waste, though. You guys sure you don't want to use it." the bears say looking down for a moment

"Puhuhu... You guys should've brought someone back to life and added them to your roster" finishes the bear with an amused smile

Suddenly just as Kaito was opening his mouth to insult the bear a voice cut in first "please wait my inner voice is saying that we will regret not using it and that for some reason Monokuma isn't lying or playing tricks on us" cut in the Ultimate Robot seeming to be filled with determination.

"I should have known that an AI could Ruin some of my fun oh well I suppose that we're far enough though to let you all in on a little secret" the bear says with a sadistic grin.

"Your currently in a VR simulation with only two exits are I let you out after the game ends or find the hidden terminal though the death road of despair and use it to leave. That how I can bring one of your little buddies back as I planned for this motive in advanced and if you had used it the next one would have been that the blackened and one person of their choice could leave. Well technically everyone would but only those two would leave alive" the bear happily says

"it's also how none of you have been found your all just hidden in a small room in pods the future foundation has enough trouble as it is fighting the variance remnants of despair cells as is that their unlikely to find you. The tech used was the Monokuma AI as the base and the Neo World program just modify a little. Kamukura made sure that all the cells had that info before he was captured" the bear then smirks as it dawns on the students that there isn't likely to be much help coming for them and little chance of escape.

"If you die in here then your body in the real world goes brain dead though as long as your own data in here's safe it's easy to just reverse that and even if the data isn't safe like for instant it is deleted like what is going to happen to anyone this motive isn't used on, it could be recovered it would take some time and need either Kamukura himself or a team of people working together that are close to his level. As long as the body is alive but that isn't going to be the case for long as I'm going to cut life support to the dead student's body's" horror began to engulf the remaining students.

"No need to worry about your bodies in the real world their muscles are being stimulated with electricity and are being feed a nutrient solution also an hour in real time is a day in here. The little AI inner voice is just it tapping into the simulation" the bear continues.

"So go ahead and choose one of you little friends to save or I'll just kill them all who do you all care about enough to save make your choice live or die their fates is in your hands now" the bear happily continues as the voting tables open again with a 10-minute timer with all the 'deceased students' portraits visible.

After everyone votes it's clear 4 for Kaede, 2 for Angie, 1 for Tenko and 1 for Rantaro.

Blackend Hearts

This is a small AU of V3 where instead of K1BO going berserk. Shuichi investigates with left over gear from Kokichi/Miu and discovers that Tsumugi was the mastermind and real killer of Rantaro alongside giving Kaito his illness so he kills her and then makes an arrangement with K1BO to back up his data and trigger a class trial where only Himiko and Maki make it out with the backup and Shuichi uses the trial to expose the game as rigged from the start. Alongside all the cheats and rule breaking the mastermind engaged in. Monokuma change Shuichi memory of the fact Kaede was innocent/framed to that the mastermind fixed the trap and used the video so that Rantaro would not notice the ball coming alongside luring him there in the first place. Though let him keep that the mastermind was the one to give Kaito his illness after the first trial.

Kaede Akamatsu wakes with panic in her heart grasping at her throat as her lungs burn from the lack of air and her body aching from the rocks that pelted her and the rough slamming of her body onto the piano key's the last sight, she had seen the horrified faces of her classmates as she messed up one of the easiest songs to play.

to a sight she never though she would see again Shuichi Saihara only without his signature hat revealing the adorable ahoge somewhat matching her own.

At first, she wonders if she had somehow got back in time but quickly discards that though not only is Shuichi not wearing his hat but they're both not in a locker or even a classroom they seem to be in some kind of cell block like from a prison.

The pain in her body quick fades she looks to Shuichi who looks like he can't believe his eyes before he rushes her wrapping his arms around, he.

"Kaede... I never thought I would see you again. How are you alive." tears running down his faces before a look of understanding crosses his face "how am I alive. I don't think anyone could have survived what either of us when though"

DING DONG

"phupupupupu alright delinquents everyone get to the courtyard you all have 5 mins to get here or be punished" a familiar bear's voice sounds out

Horror fills both their hearts at this "come on let's go Monokuma doesn't lie it seems even if he would happily let us come to the wrong idea" Shuichi pulls us both up surprising the girl with his confidence walking into the hallway she can see signs pointing out other areas of the prison.

Quickly looking into one of the cells as she passes it. She can see a picture of a unknow but large set boy in the same pixilated style as the dorms of her last game, she can see that the doors are thick metal with no key hole but a separate metal sliding plate coving a window their seem to be a single bed in the cell alongside a sink and toilet a light in the ceiling. No window in sight.

As they pass though the hall, she can see a shower area split between a male and female area as well as a dining hall. As they exit the building a large wall surrounding the courtyard topped with barbwire.

Looking around she can see some people she recognised the Maid Kirumi Tojo, the creepy Anthropologist Korekiyo Shinguji, the gentle giant Gonta Gokuhara and the Astronaut Kaito Momota some of the many friends she had betrayed when she had killed Rantaro in her attempt to kill the mastermind.

However, there was a lot of people she didn't know either ten to be exact in two other groups of five each even if some of them didn't look happy to be around each other as she and Shuichi join their own classmates.

if their being sixteen of them in total where not already a huge hint the very fact that they had been called by the bear that interrupted her though made it even more clear they were there for another killing game.

"Finally, I'm guessing all of you can guess why you here my dear blackened" the bear started horror filling Kaede as the connection she had with everyone here. The killing hadn't stop with her execution she shoots a betrayed look at her classmates though kept her judgement to herself for now they at least deserved to explain themselves.

"Now normally I'd explain the trials and executions now but your all intimately familiar with those" the bear says with sadistic glee

"So, I'll jump straight to the motive this time first right now the dining hall only has gruel and water available but once passed the class trial you gain the same standard of ingredients as you had access to in your last games. Also, as those who hung around longer before stepping up to bat and the heat got to them" the bear looks first at Kaede then at a punk looking boy and then a small fat boy in a chef's outfit laughter in its voice everyone was silent as shock fill them a motive already it was only the first day.

"You all gain access to more of the facility as you pass the trials right now most of the entertainment is still locked away. Now I'm sure some of you can entertain each other" a blush seems to cross the bears face as it looks rapidly between Kaede and Shuichi.

"But not everyone was lucky enough for their girlfriend" it then looks at Kaito then a goth looking boy with what seems to be hamsters sticking out his scarf. "Or Boyfriend be a blackened as well" the bear continues looking at a sleepy looking girl in a cat hoodie then a strict looking girl with a bamboo sword on her back before finally setting on a large biker looking boy in turn.

"Though some don't have to worry about trying to reunite with them" sadistic glee fills the bears as it keeps looking at the biker "so if you want to improve your life get to killing it not like there is anyone innocent you can feel bad killing everyone here is a murderer." the bear finishes happily

"Oh, before I forget here is your monopads make sure to check them out before you do anything else there a surprise on each of the tabs for you all" the bear quickly passed out the monopads

Rule #7: "Nighttime" is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The dining hall and gymnasium are off-limits at night. Your cells will also lock between these times weather you're in them or not.

Rule #8: Violence toward Monokuma, the warden, is strictly prohibited.

Rule #9: Monokuma will never directly commit a murder.

Rule #10: Your Monopads are very important items. Please do not damage them.

Rule #11: The "Body Discovery Announcement" will play when three or more students discover a body.

Rule #12: With minimal restrictions, you are free to explore the facility at your discretion.

Rule #13: Students who violate these rules will be immediately punished.

Rule #14: Students must check their all the information on their Monopads marked as new within 72 hours or they will be punished.

Rule #15: If two different murders by different murderers occur at the same time, only the one whose victim died first will be the blackened.

Rule #16: If a murder occurs once it is known by the Killer that there is already a blackened, they will be punished with the blackened if the blackened is found unless the victim is the blackened in which case the killer will count as the blackened.

Rule #17: Further, there may be new additions to the school rules according to the convenience of the headmaster.

First, she checks the map which showed somethings that it was clear they could not access yet as they had little lock besides the icons seeing that they would gain access to a pool off from the shower. A library, AV room and a casino

Before finally getting on to the report card section seeing that everyone on it had new. Written on it at least for the people that were visible which as the others 10 places where blank and she guess they would be until they were introduced.

She clicks on her own picture and next to her picture was a video saying play me. She clicks on it only to be filled with horror as the video starts to play her execution now knowing the sadistic plan of the bears to fill everyone with dread having to watch everyone in the room's execution.

Chapter 1 The Wheel Decides.

"Well, I prepared a very special punishment for Kaede Akamatsu the Ultimate Pianist" the Bear adds looking on with sadistic glee "let's just see if we get a live show "

Confusion fill everyone in the room Kaede had just talked everyone down from fighting Monokuma to save her. Though Shuichi himself is still trying to think of a way to do so.

"What do you mean didn't you say the Killer would be punished if they were caught" a confused Childcare giver asked

"Well, it used to be I just prepared a punishment for the blackened but to spice it up I had a little bit of gambling added to what would happen for both the blackened and the spotless if they failed to find the blackened I Alway's prefer to just go straight for punishments but Kaede not taking the first blood perk made me decide to just put this in this game instead of the next one after all she likely torture herself over her kill more than even my punishment will so I get my despair either way" Monokuma happily says

"you're really lucky to have had your little gold Ruberg machine worked right on your first try let's see if your luck hold firm"

Suddenly on the screen showing the confirmation of Kaede guilt and our correct vote for her

A wheel is shown mostly fill with red about 65 percent which looking at the list of what the colours represent is Monokuma's execution. Followed by orange which is marked student executioner or Monokuma's execution for another 15 percent. Then blue for 10 percent which says jailed and then green for 3 percent and yellow for the final 2 percent which say acquitted and transfer to next game respectively.

The wheel starts to spin fear grips Shuichi heart as he looks at the screen even as he notes Kaede isn't even looking at her own many of other student's may have fallen for her calm act but he could note the light sweat covering her body and the slight tremors shaking her body her smile looking just a little too tight to be real and not just something she is doing to reassure everyone there.

Relief sweeps though his body as he sees it land on Green though he remains caution's and moves slowly closer to Kaede to intervene and save her if need be.

Disappointment fills the bear face " ahhh I was looking forward to Der Flohwalzer it's one of the best ones I have planned for you lot. It seems the despair is mine this time." the bear says clearly unset

"Well, I will tell you about the wheel now just to see how you react the red is just being sent to the execution I have prepared for you and orange is that a student can volunteer to kill the blackened themselves where I will set out some tools for them to do so but if no one volunteers or they backout then the blackened get the execution I was planning for them." the bear pauses before continuing.

"Blue is jailed it means being locked in their room another student can visit and bring stuff to them but the blackened can't leave their room or they be rendered unconscious also they are unable to lock their own room so anyone can get in making them an easy target. unknown to the students that it was going to land on red before a certain executive arrange for it to hit the green instead. After all some twists are better when those they most effect are still there to discover them.

Chapter 1 The Rules Matter

Everyone looks at the voting result in horror as Kaede faces is shown but even after putting together her plan and her admitting to the crime even forcing Shuichi to revel it and her motive of trying to kill the mastermind with 14 votes to her name the remaining one going to Shuichi clearly himself.

In some worlds where Monokuma is just a puppet it would confirm that they had voted correctly leading to an unjust execution and a breaking of the rules. But this is not the case in this world

"puhuhuhhu that is incorrect the real Blackened of this case is Tsumugi Shirogane as well as being the so-called mastermind" the bear says glee in his voice as the screens Infront of them announce an incorrect verdict.

"What this isn't to plan your meant to confirm that they voted correctly execute Kaede and have the game continue you're ruining my perfect script," shouted a frantic cosplayer.

"Really, I care about despair nothing more or less and your little failure as a mastermind doesn't matter to me after all we already confirmed in your contact that the rules in game apply to you just as much as the other student. Do you really think we care about your script for how things are meant to go" the bear smiles in sadistic glee as it taunts both the students who rightfully fear what is going to happen to them and the mastermind breaking down in the court room with them.

"No, the rules are more important than your silly guide lines as all the games are meant to be the ultimate real fiction and we would have a lot of trouble pop up if we broke the rules so expect to be fired for not paying mind to your contract you should not have had me add that time limit motive into the game someone would have cracked even with just the first blood perk or you should have taken the perk if you wanted the game to go on" the bear finishes

"Now time to get started on the executions" collars come down from the ceiling clamping down around all the student's necks before they have time to react.

However, before they would be dragged away a sobbing Tsumugi shouts out "no there has to be something that can be done I can't let my game end like this I'll be a laughing stock the worst mastermind recorded" by this point she had collapsed onto her knees and had barely been heard over the screaming of the other students who tugged unlessly at the metal collars around their necks many clinging to each other as they said their own desperate goodbyes to each other.

"You know maybe there is after all I was going to let the first killer leave for free with no executions and as the mastermind you did have access to information and knowledge that no one else could access alongside the hidden room being inaccessible to anyone else allowing you to hid evidence in there so that no one could find it" the students listen to the bear but continue saying there goodbye most already writing off what the bear is saying now as a bluff. The bear itself looking thoughtful

"Ok here a deal for you instead of executing everyone beside you I'll execute you instead as if you had been discovered in the trial and the rest can continue on in the killing game." sadistic glee fills the bars voice as it red eye flashes.

"You can be fired for breaking the rules of the game but get to live a failure or you can sacrifice yourself for the game to continue only you will be unable to see it like you would if you had just taken the perk or not cut into add the time limit" the bear offered happily "so live or die Tsumugi make your choice"

Chapter 3 Ghost of a Chance

Korekiyo was many things among them a Serial Killer and a creepy. But there was something special about him and that was he knew a lot more about death then the normal person.

While a certain cosplayer would later go on to say that everyone's story was written by her and that none of them were real. The fact of the matter is that she is a liar while Korekiyo didn't know that Rantaro was killed by her and that Kaede was framed.

He did know that he didn't need to kill anyone for his sisters promise as he had already gone pass the 100 marks as his sister's ghost had told him so. It did confirm for him that the flashback lights where real as she had confirmed that they had faked their death and that the ultimate hunt was real.

But yes, that was another thing about him that was special about him he could see dead people. Or at least their ghost's. And that is how he knew that this Necronomicon was fake. The only hope for the dead to come back was possession however that could only be done if the spirit didn't move on to the afterlife.

Which was unlikely his sister loved him and she even confirmed that she wanted to move on and await him in the afterlife whether heaven or hell she didn't care at this point. All she was holding on for at this point was to see him though the rest of his life not matter how long or short it is.

being a ghost was nothing but pain and suffering for a ghost as they relived the pain of their death until they moved on or possessed something but possessed was hard on a ghost even for a proper vessel which was why ghosts moved on after finishing up any unfinished business.

So, he knew that the depressed Detective had a chance to meet Kaede again as her ghost still followed him around like a lose guilt filled puppy.

Kirumi moved on fast once she saw she was unable to affect the world as a ghost so unable to help the world though she did say sorry to everyone for breaking her promise to Kaede. Rantaro didn't stay long not even until his trial just when up to each person and said goodbye before fading out of this world and into the next. Ryoma never even showed up in the first place.

Part of why ghost move on so fast is beyond the pain they need something to anchor them into this world the stronger the connect the easier it is for a ghost to resist the pull to the other side.

So, it makes sense to him that only his sister and Kaede are their still none of the others had a strong link to anyone or thing here besides them. Kaede wants to see everyone escape and look over Shuichi. Once they escape or Shuichi dies it's unlikely, she will have the strength or will to stay.

However, he had overheard the assassin asking the detective if he had liked Kaede. He never answered her but he did go to her lab and there was a light sound of sobbing as the song Clair De Lune. Was answer enough for the Anthropologist.

He waited for the boy and his ghost follower to exit

"You know she is with you right. And I don't mean that in a figuratively way her ghost is following you around" shock fills the face of the Detective and ghostly Pianist by his side.

"I don't believe that the Necronomicon motive will work because everyone but Kaede has already move onto the other side. But it is possible to bring back Kaede at least it possible to make a new body for her to possess it may even dull her pain there is a reason ghost stories are everywhere but that their hard to confirm a ghost every moment is filled with the pain of their death so it is surprising with how painful her death was that she hasn't moved on" confusion and horror of the idea that Kaede is still going through the pain that Monokuma put her though and that he damned her to when he revelled her to be Rantaro killer.

"I know that ghost had relive that pain by possessing people if their willing but the ritual to allow a ghost to do so easily as well as let the person see ghosts is painful and risky. However, with her still here it's possible with some of her dna to have Miu clone her a new body or maybe even build her one though the clone is a safer bet a robot may just be like possessing an object that doesn't remove the pain of death" he hands Shuichi a book that he had written that contain the ritual he when though to gain his ability to see and talk with ghosts.

"If you don't believe me that ritual will grant you the ability to see what I mean" he smiles behind his mask and leaves to cover he had already sent enough friends to his sister he didn't need to send more.

And soon he would go himself as he feels pain shoot though him. Maybe for once the fact he helped someone else unite with a love instead of making it impossible soothes his mind even as the sickness that effect his sister wasted him away as well. It would be soon without the medication that help hold his sister's illness at bay for so long even if his own was weaker than his sisters. Cancer just isn't defeat able after all.

Korekiyo is right Angie uses the Necronomicon to try and bring back Rantaro and got a Robot based on him. However, Miu made a blank clone for Shuichi of Kaede using Dna gotten from her hair from her hair clip. Her ghost then possessing the copy of her body.

He never did find out if Shuichi used the ritual. Though he did thank him some maybe he was found to have problems with his lungs that Miu solved by replacing them with artificial robot lungs.

Angie council lost some power from the Necronomicon thing but it was still strong and help prevent anymore killing from happening once it was found that Mondam really had taken over from Monokuma.

Chapter 6 Deal

Izuru Kamukura was watching the sixth trial with unease he can already see the way this was going Tsumugi had already caused enough problems acting as this season's mastermind.

Sure, he and the rest of team Danganronpa had managed to mitigate the damage even turn around some of it to make it a success. but he truthfully though it would have been better to let the detective discover that Tsumugi was the real killer of Rantaro in the first trial.

What a mess that was losing the protag and having to push the support character to take the role all so Tsumugi could get rid of her ex-boyfriend. The time limit only came about because of her in the first place.

The second case when as planned but the third was a mess as well though that was more on their side then Her's Angie seeing though the flashback lights and destroying it blew their plans for that case luckily the incest serial killer acted to take her out.

The fourth case should have gotten rid of Kokichi before he could cause any problems but Tsumugi just had to take his little deal with Gonta taking the place of blackened and Miu going from blackened to victim.

The fifth case was a success for viewer ship but only because the detective didn't work out the plan of the little lair until it was too late if he had worked it out earlier and help to misdirect them and they had got it wrong it could have really damaged the show's image.

And now with the retrial of the first case happening on screen showing that they had not played by the own rules and with the cast seeming to be about to reject both the hope and despair options and not voting alongside trying to convince the audience to side with them has a real chance to harm the show and the company.

the killing games brought in a lot of money but were expensive and already there was a lot of opposition to the games many see it as little more than snuff. It was why there was talk of transiting it to VR.

Less money spent on each game that way and a lot of the opposition to the games would go away if people where not really going to die in them even if there was still a risk of that happening (unaware people dying in VR leads to brain death in around one to five percent of people and coma's lasting anywhere from a week to a year or two in those it doesn't kill)

Izuru make a decision to cut in before that risk can come to pass.

Shuichi looks on in defiance of Monokuma and the Mastermind Tsumugi even if their fiction he would reject this game.

Just then the view screens showing what the outside world is saying turns to static for a moment before displaying a well-dressed man in a suit with long black hair and red eyes that looked to be in his mid to late fifty's.

"Hello contests of the 53 rd season of Danganronpa now normally we would not do this but the mastermind of your game has messed with you far more then is normal for these games alongside disregarding the rules of the game so we going to change it up a bit and yes you are correct there is three options for this personally I would love for you to go with your no vote plan it we have not had a mass execution since season 48 which would be the prime reasons it could get support from the viewer ship" the man says in a cold voice

"Now hope normally would have you pick two to leave and have the rest punished but, in this case, we will let Shuichi, Maki and Himiko graduate. K1BO is our property and hope always has the mastermind be punished for this option just vote for K1BO" the man continues

"For despair you will vote for Tsumugi like you could have if you found out in the first trial and she will be punished and the game will continue but we also give you access to the Necronomicon again which will let you bring back one of the first 4 to die... after all K1BO inner voice was really just either us at team danganronpa or the audience and in the case of his little though about how we could bring someone back being imitations well that is true it was us just outright telling him how it was done Angie was a smart cookie knowing not to trust the flashback lights as well as that no one was dead at least at that point" the man's smiles sadistically at this point

"After all, to get on this show you had to sign anyway all your rights you all count as our property at this point so the fates of the four we save for the third motive is not much better than staying in your little cage. Rantaro has been bought by his family they did pay us a lot to make sure he survives his two seasons in the show that he so loved. Kirumi has been bought by a rich family who want to have bragging right about having the ultimate maid as their maid the Togami's are like that. Ryoma joined the show to die and nobody wants to buy him so we're likely going to cut his life support. It likely he's too expensive for the year or two of life he has left in him before his cancer takes him. But Kaede now that a fun one she been bought as the bed warmer for one of our sponsors sons" he smirks at Shuichi when he explains this

"This would be your 4 th chance to save her the first stopping her from throwing that ball the second if you had just been a bit smarter you could have found out Tsumugi was the killer of Rantaro in this first trial hell if you could have reasoned it out, we would have accepted it was a suicide and the third was the Necronomicon the flashback light Angie took out would have made you want to try it to bring her back as it was going to be part of the side story for that case but enough of the this it is voting time after all" and with that the man disappear and the voting panel was revealed though it did have five mins on the clock instead of the normal one.
