Beyblade Burst Synchro

Percy Turner is the new kid on the blading block. Or is he? He has surprising skill and a really interesting bey, Valiant Paladin, which is also called the ULTIMATE balance type. He's entered a championship tournament, the Ultimate Battle Bladers, a tournament to determine the number one blader. The new generation of bladers called the Synchro Bladers are entering the championship.

5. Chapter 5

Percy's P.O.V.

We set up for the second battle.

3...2...1...GO SHOOT! We yell.

Both Beys make a smooth landing, but Paladin is speeding along the edge, and Basilisk is in the center.

"Valiant Boost!" I yell.

Paladin goes in extremely fast and hit's Basilisk so hard that it gets thrown towards the edge, and Ben calls out "Ethos Slash!"

Basilisk uses the Rubber from the Unite driver and it attacks Paladin with equal force.

Paladin is thrown up in the air, and a burst is heard.

My Fang A.R. Driver's special Ability activates (Think Bullet combined with Revive/Dead Phoenix's Armor gimmick). I instantly narrow my eyes and concentrate so that my resonance increases.

"Valiant Cannon!" I yell, my eyes glowing red and black. Paladin hits the Clone Armor. It ricochets off the stadium edge, attacking Basilisk from the left while Paladin attacks from the right. Basilisk bursts. I look at him and smirk, saying

"You may have gotten the better of me in the last battle, but not this time."

He looks at me and says "Bro, you're the first to ever beat me." with wonder.

I just smirk, and do a walk out, my bey returning to my hand.
