Percy's P.O.V.
As I'm about to fall asleep, I remember the last really good battle, if you can call it that, I had, back in my hometown. It was a tag team.
[Flashback Starts]
"Hey you ready?" asks Jaden.
Jaden has black hair that covers his left eye, and blue eyes. He's wearing his red leather jacket with a black winged A that's in a star shape on the left shoulder on top of a black shirt. His right has a dragon on it. He's wearing dark blue jeans and red shoes.
He smirks, and asks "You ready to battle Jace and Azusa?" while holding up his Synchron bey, Bolt Ifrit. It's a dual spin balance type, like Paladin.
I smirk right back and say "Oh yeah you know it!" and we make out way to the stadium.
10 minutes later…
3...2...1… GO SHOOT! We yell collectively.
Ifrit is in left attack and Paladin is in Right attack.
Azusa's bey, Slifer Achilles, is a right spin balance type. It appears to be in stamina mode, as it's spinning steadily in the center.
Jace's bey, Malcrom Jupiter is an attack type and it's rushing at Paladin with incredible speed.
"Malcrom Slash!" Jace calls out, and Paladin is knocked into a wall repeatedly and I start getting angry, but I can't figure out why.
This happens for a little while, until I've had enough and I say "Paladin! Valiant Smash!"
Paladin turns the tables and smashes Jupiter into the wall until it's grinding into it, creating a dent in the stadium.
I find this satisfying, and I grin ferally.
"Give me MORE Paladin!" I yell.
Jaden sees what I'm doing and frantically calls "IFRIT! BOLT BREAK! HIT PALADIN OUT!"
Ifrit rushes at me from the opposite direction and knocks all three of us out.
I look at him angrily and ask "What did you do THAT for?"
"You were losing control. I won't let you break a bey Percy." he replies with a warning tone. Jace glares at me, and picks up Jupiter gingerly. Azusa calls Achilles back and we walk out in separate directions.
