Chaper 14. Stars Hollow.
They walked back to the house, where they noticed Christopher's car stood parked. They walked towards the poach and into the house.
"Dad? You here?" Rory called into the house.
"I'm in the kitchen kiddo." Christopher called back.
They walked into the kitchen where Christopher stood by the stove and made dinner.
"Dad, I've missed you."Rory told him while hugging him.
"I've missed you to kiddo."Christopher told her while hugging her back.
"Christopher, how are you?" Logan asked him while shaking his hand.
"I'm good, you?" Christopher answered him.
"I'm good, to be honest it does feel a bit weird being back here."Logan told him honestly.
"Well I'm glad that you and Rory are back together after all these years." Christopher told him.
Rory looked at Logan after Christopher had told him that he were happy for them. Logan returned her look with a smile. Rory and Logan excused them selfs and walked into Rory's bedroom.
"Your room is like a time capsule ace, you have hardly changed anything since the last time I were here." Logan told her while sitting down on the bed.
"Don't make fun of me." Rory told him while punching him gently on his arm.
"I would never make fun of you ace." Logan told her while laughing.
"Bull Logan, I know you." Rory told him while kissing him on his mouth.
"And I know you Ace." Logan told her while pulling her onto the bed and began kissing her.
"Mm Logan we can't do this here, in my parents house and with my parents right outside this door. " Rory told him while kissing him back.
"We can be quiet, or at least I can." Logan told her while smiling.
"Hush you." Rory told him while punching him on his chest.
A few minutes later there was a knock on the door, Rory and Logan quickly got up from the bed and fixed their clothes.
"Am I interrupting something?" Lorelai asked them while standing in the doorway.
"No, what's up mom?" Rory answered her.
"Your dad wanted me to let you know dinner is ready." Lorelai told her.
"We will be right out mom." Rory told her while standing up from the bed.
"You are so making this up for me when we get some alone time." Logan told her while kissing on her cheek.
"You wish." Rory told him while smiling.
They walked out from the bedroom and into the kitchen where Lorelai and Christopher waited.
"My famous chicken casserole with rise." Christopher announced.
"God I've missed your food dad."Rory told Christopher.
"What can I get you guys to drink?" Christopher asked them.
"Some wine if you have."Logan answered him.
"I'll take some wine too dad." Rory told him.
"Wine is it, red or white?" Christopher asked them.
"Red." Logan and Rory answered at the same time.
"Coming right up." Christopher said.
"By the way Rory, mom and dad were wondering if you and Logan would come to dinner on Friday." Lorelai told them while beginning to eat.
Logan and Rory looked at each other not knowing what to say.
"We'll see, we've talked with Honor and Josh about visiting them. We don't know how long we can stay." Rory told Lorelai honestly.
"We can visit Honor and Josh tomorrow Ace, so we can visit your grandparents on Friday." Logan told Rory while touching her hand.
"That sounds like a plan." Rory told him.
45 minutes later they finished the dinner and began clearing the table. About two hours later Logan and Rory decided to say goodnight and go to bed.
The next morning
Rory and Logan were still laying in bed, Logan had his arms around her.
"Babe, we should get up." Rory said while turning around and kissed him on his mouth.
"Hmm just a few more minutes?" Logan asked her while kissing her back.
"As much as I want to, I want to get to Luke's for breakfast." Rory answered him while getting up from the bed.
"The famous Luke breakfast." Logan told her while smiling.
"Yes, and you should call and see if your sister and Josh are free for lunch today." Rory told him while getting dressed.
"I probably should, I just hope my parents aren't in town." Logan told her while putting on his pants.
20 minutes later they where dressed and began walking to Luke's. They had decided to meet Christopher and Lorelai there.
"It feels so great being back home." Rory said while holding Logan's hand.
"I can tell." Logan teased her.
"Hey don't make fun of me." Rory told him acting serious.
"Wouldn't dream of it." Logan told her while kissing her on her mouth.
They walked into the restaurant, where Christopher and Lorelai sat waiting.
"Good morning mom, dad." Rory greeted them while hugging them both.
"Good morning kiddo, did you two sleep okey last night?" Christopher asked them.
"We slept great, the trip were really exhausting." Logan answered Christopher while sitting down at the table and taking up a menu.
"Aw he needs a menu." Lorelai joked.
"Well I'm a beginner at this." Logan said while laughing.
"Unlike us pros." Rory told him while laughing.
A few minutes later Luke came over and took their orders. Shortly after they had gotten their breakfast, Logan's phone rang.
"Would you all excuse me while I take this call?" Logan asked them while kissing Rory on the top of her head.
"Sure babe." Rory answered him.
Logan walked out from the diner and answered his phone.
"Hey sis, what's up?" Logan answered the phone.
"Can't I call and check up on my little brother?" Honor told him acting hurt.
"Sure you can, but really what's up?" Logan asked her.
"Well actually I have some news, some how mom and dad found out that you and Rory are back together and in town." Honor answered him.
"How in the world did they find out?" Logan asked her while biting his lower lip.
"My guess Rory's grandparents." Honor answered him.
"Damn.. You didn't tell them how long we're staying though?" Logan asked her while hoping she'd say no.
"No I didn't." Honor answered him.
"Good, now lets change the subject. Rory and I are wondering if you and Josh are free for lunch today?" Logan asked her while pulling his hand through his hair.
"Sure we're free, if you don't mind seeing your nephew and niece." Honor answered him.
"Of course I don't mind." Logan told her honestly.
"Great, see you and Rory at our place around 12.15?" Honor asked him.
"We will see you then, btw anything we can bring?" Logan answered her.
"You could bring some desert." Honor told him.
"We will bring desert, see you then sis." Logan said while ending the call.
Logan walked back into the diner and join the other again.
"That was Honor, we're meeting them for lunch at their place around 12.15." Logan told Rory while continuing to eat his breakfast.
"Great, it's going to be weird to see Honor and Josh after all these years." Rory told Logan honestly.
"She's looking forward to seeing you again Ace, let's just not hope my parents decide to join us." Logan told her while drinking his coffee.
"Excuse me? Your parents, how did they know we were back in town? And back together for that matter?" Rory asked him surprised.
"Apparently Emily and Richard spilled the beans to my parents." Logan answered her while sighing.
"I'm sorry kid, I should have seen this coming when I told mom you and Logan were visiting." Lorelai told her.
"It's okey mom, let's just hope that Mitchum and Shira doesn't decide to surprise us at Honor and Josh's house." Rory told Lorelai while sighing.
How will the lunch with Josh and Honor go? Will Mitchum and Shira make an surprise visit? And will Logan and Rory go to Friday dinner at Emily and Richard's house?
