The Next Day...
The lobby was now renovated after the fight with Bela and the bat cronies last night. More humans and monsters guests checked in the hotel, including the Drac Pack, Mavis' friends, and Alfred.
Dracula was walking on the hallway where the shrunken heads would say 'Do not disturb' each time he would pass by a hotel room.
While Dracula was walking, he bumped into his friends, Frank, Murray, Wayne, and Griffin.
FRANK: Hey, Drac. Do you mind if we could talk to you for a bit?
DRACULA: Not at all, Frank. What do you want to talk about?
WAYNE: Actually before we get to that, a hallway isn't a suitable place to talk. We need to a private place to talk first.
DRACULA: Well, of course.
The Drac Pack sat on a table in the dining restaurant. Luckily there weren't much human and monster guests there.
DRACULA: So what is it you wanna tell me about? Is it a good news or bad news?
GRIFFIN: It's... sort of a bad news, bud.
DRACULA: Why? What is it about?
FRANK: I don't know if you heard this but, there are monsters going missing lately.
DRACULA: What!?
MURRAY: It's true, Drac. All of the monsters are getting scared about it. A lot of them are even checking in the hotel. They thought it's the best place for them lay low for the meantime.
To their horror, Both Vlad and Lydia entered the restaurant and overheard what Dracula and his friends were talking about.
LYDIA: What are you all talking about?
FRANK: Uh... nothing! We were just... catching up... just us old friends (*laughing nervously)
LYDIA: This is about the monsters disappearing, isn't it?
MURRAY: How did you know that?
VLAD: Lydia and I heard about it lately. We were suppose to tell you last night until our 'mutual friend' paid us a visit.
DRACULA: Then why didn't you tell me during dinner last night?
VLAD: Because I didn't want to worry Mavis and the others about this.
DRACULA: Alright, fair enough.
WAYNE: I heard rumors about it, though. They said it was monster hunters who were kidnapping them.
LYDIA: Those wretched humans! How dare they attack our monster kind!
DRACULA: Wait... Monster hunters, in THIS century? How is that possible?
GRIFFIN: Maybe some humans aren't really fans about monsters.
MURRAY: I don't like this, Drac. Not even one little bit. How come we know that we're next?
DRACULA: That won't happen, Murray. As long as I'm in charge around the hotel, nothing bad will happen to the guests.
VLAD: I hope you're right, Drac.
DRACULA: Let's also keep this between us. I don't want the other guests to worry, especially Mavis.
FRANK: You got it pal.
After a few minutes, Dracula decided to go back inside his office to finish up some work.
When he entered his office, Dracula was surprised to see a dark figure inside his office.
DRACULA: May I help you, miss...
The dark figure turned out to be a woman holding the picture of Dracula with his wife and daughter and the gently puts it back on the table. She was wearing a long black dress, a black chocker with a small red diamond on it, her face was covered by black cloth.
The woman slowly removed he cloth revealing her face. Dracula widened his eyes and dropped his jaw in shock when he saw the woman's face. The face he hasn't seen for centuries.
???: Drac? Is... is it really you?
DRACULA: Ma... Martha?
After a few seconds have passed by, Dracula and Martha Lubov stared at each other's eyes like it was for an eternity. Both of them shed tears of joy.
Finally, Martha ran towards Dracula and hugged her husband for the very first time ever since that horrible night.
MARTHA: Oh, Drac! I've missed you so much!
Dracula hugged his wife back so tightly as they cried. He has missed her so much for a very long time.
DRACULA: Oh, Martha! It's been so long! I can't believe you're alive!
MARTHA: (*sobs) I... I never thought I would be able to see you again! I'm so glad you're okay!
DRACULA: Ho... how could this happen? How did you even know about this place?
MARTHA: I heard some stories about you building this hotel for monsters. I just knew it had to be you because it's the promise we made to keep our little Mavy safe.
DRACULA: Oh, my love. You have no idea how long it has been. I've always wished that you would be back on my side one day. Now here you are safe with your loved ones.
MARTHA: I'm so happy to finally be with you. I don't want to leave you ever again.
DRACULA: And I promise that I will never let you go again. That's a promise that I'll keep for eternity.
Dracula and Martha smiled while starring at each other's eyes with a purple sparkle. The same sparkle they had the first time they met. That zing.
They passionately kissed with Dracula wrapping his arms around her waist while Martha wrapped her arms behind his neck. The reunited couple missed each other's love and comfort.
Both Dracula and Martha were making out for a minute now until they were suddenly interrupted when the door opened. It was Mavis, Johnny, and Dennis who entered the office laughing together.
MAVIS: Hey, dad. Me, Johnny, and Dennis are gonna play on the pool later tonight and maybe you wanna have fun with...
Mavis, Johnny, and Dennis were surprised to see the woman who has been accompanying Dracula, mostly Mavis. She widened her eyes and dropped her jaw. Deep down she knows who this woman is.
Martha smiled widely and tears coming out from her eyes looking at her fully grown up daughter.
MARTHA: (*gasp) Holy Rabies... Mavis? Could it be?
MAVIS: Dad, what's going on here?
Mavis asked nervously as her father gently approaches her.
DRACULA: Mavis, it's a miracle. Your mother is alive!
Mavis couldn't believe what was happening right now. She was also letting out tears from her eyes.
MAVIS: (*gasp) Mom? Is it really you?
MARTHA: Hello, my little honey bat.
MAVIS: MOMMY!
Mavis quickly hugged Martha while they sobbed in tears. It was an amazing experience for Mavis hugging her mother for the very first time.
MARTHA: Oh my darling, look how big you've grown. A young beautiful woman you've come to be.
MAVIS: Oh, mom! You have no idea how long I've missed you! Please don't leave us again!"
MARTHA: Of course, dear. I promise that I'll never leave you and your father ever again.
Dracula joined in to hug his wife and daughter together as a happy and reunited family.
Johnny smiled and happy for Dracula and Mavis that they got Martha back.
After they broke the hug, Martha turns her attention to Johnny and Dennis.
MARTHA: Now who is this cute little boy and this human?
MAVIS: Mom, this is my lovely husband Johnny and this is our adorable son Dennis.
JOHNNY: It's a real pleasure to finally meet you in person, Mrs. Dracula.
MARTHA: It's a pleasure to meet you too, Johnny. But you don't have to call me that. You can call me mom if you like.
As a friendly gesture, Martha approached her new son-in-law and hugged. Johnny was happy to hug his mother-in-law back.
Dennis walked towards Dracula and simply tugged his cape down to get his attention.
DENNIS: Papa Drac, is that really grandma?
DRACULA: Yes, my little Denisovich. This is your wonderful grandmother. Isn't she beautiful?
Martha knelt down at Dennis' height and smiled at the young boy.
MARTHA: Hello, Dennis. Look how cute you are! You look just like your mommy and daddy. How old are you my little one?
DENNIS: I'm 5, Grandma!
MARTHA: Wow! You're a big boy!
Martha hugged Dennis tightly with love.
MAVIS: (*gasp) Holy Rabies, I almost forgot! Everyone is still downstairs and they don't know that mom is alive!
DRACULA: Whoa whoa slow down, Honey Bat. I know would surprise and happy that your mother is alive but maybe you should give her time to rest.
MARTHA: Actually I don't mind at all, my love. I'm so excited to see the gang again. We have a lot of catching up to do.
JOHNNY: Alright, problem solve then. Let's go downstairs and meet the others.
Dracula, Martha, Mavis, Dennis, and Johnny left the office to tell everyone the good news!
Minutes later...
In the lobby, Frank, Eunice, Wayne, Wanda, Murray, Griffin, Crystal, Blobby, Hank, Pedro, Wendy, Sophie, Charlotte, Winnie, Vlad, Lydia, Gene, Klaus, and Alfred were all together starting a conversation.
When Dracula, Martha, Mavis, Johnny, and Dennis arrived at the lobby, everyone was surprised at the big surprise. Everyone cheered, shed tears of joy and hugged Martha for she has returned and alive, mostly Wanda and Eunice who cried the most.
All of them spend most of the day talking to one another and introduced Martha to their new friends and members of the family.
It was now night time and the family gathered together around the swimming pool wearing their swim suits.
Dracula and Martha laid down on the sun bed with his arms around her shoulder and watching the beautiful night sky. The couple would glance at each other's eyes and exchange smiles.
DRACULA: Is everything alright, my love?
MARTHA: Yes, Drac. Everything's alright. (*sigh) It's just a lot to take in, you know. I never thought that I could get to live and exprience this moment.
DRACULA: I know what you're feeling, my love. For so long, I never thought I ever get to see you again.
MARTHA: Don't worry, honey. Nothing will ever keep me away from you and Mavis ever again. I love you.
DRACULA: I love you too, Martha.
Both Dracula and Martha shared one deep passionate kiss as Dracula puts his hand on her cheek while Martha wrapped her arms around his neck. They wanted more so badly but suddenly they thought that the place was too crowded for something 'intimate'.
Just then, Mavis got up from the pool side and went over to her parents.
MAVIS: Hey, Mom and Dad. You guys having fun?
DRACULA: We're having even more fun now that you're here.
MAVIS: Thanks for choosing to spend your time with all us, mom. We really needed this.
MARTHA: Of course, my little bat. Anything for you. I love so much.
Mavis almost teared up. She always wanted to hear those words from her mother.
MAVIS: I love you too, mom! You have no idea how long I've wanted to hear that!
Both Martha and Mavis hugged.
DRACULA: Martha, we have a lot of catching up to do.
MARTHA: Of course. Tell me everything what I've missed.
MAVIS: I think there's not much to tell, mom. Dad began accepting humans into the hotel. When Dennis was born, dad was so obsessed of getting his fangs. He even convinced Grandpa Vlad to scare them out and... this happened.
Mavis grabbed her phone and showed Martha the video of Dracula throwing Dennis on top of the tall dangerous tower back at Camp Winnepacaca.
Both Martha and Mavis gave him a dirty look while Dracula smiled nervously at his wife and daughter scared of being in trouble.
MARTHA: I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! How could you endanger our grandchild like that!
DRACULA: (*laughing nervously) I... uh. I was just trying to get little Denisovich's fangs to come out.
MARTHA: By throwing him off that dangerous and unstable tower?! What were you thinking?!
DRACULA: (*sigh) Look, my love. I feel terrible about it as well and regretted it.
Before Martha could speak, it was Mavis who calmed her mother down.
MAVIS: It's okay, mom. I was as mad as you when me and Johnny watched it but I know that dad would never let anything bad happen to Dennis.
MARTHA: (*sigh) Alright, as long as little Dennis is okay. Just don't you dare do that again, alright?
DRACULA: Of course, my love. Stake my heart that nothing harm will happen to Dennisovich and to all my family.
MAVIS: (*clears throat) You know, Dad... Mom... I feel really lucky to have this time with you guys. All of us together. It's really special especially now that mom is finally here with us. We can be a big happy family like we should be.
MARTHA: I'm also happy, my darling. I have you and your father again.
DRACULA: Me too, spider monkey.
Dracula cast a loving arm around Martha and Mavis as the girls hugged him back into the most loving family embrace ever.
Suddenly the vampire family broke the hug when Dracula's friends called them out.
FRANK: Hey, Drac! All of us are going to play a little game of monster ball. You wanna join us?
JOHNNY: Woohoo, Monster Ball!
Johnny played with Dennis in the pool as he playfully carried him up.
DENNIS: Come on, Papa Drac! It's gonna be fun!
DRACULA: Oh ho, bring it on for I AM KING OF FAMILY FUN!
Dracula made his way toward the pool's edge and leaped into the air tearing off his shirt and shoes and socks only wearing his shorts and splashed into the water below.
Martha and Mavis giggled at how much fun they were having. They stayed at the bench spending a couple of minutes to talk just mother and daughter. Martha also noticed Johnny and Dennis playing together in the pool.
MARTHA: Your husband really seems a good lad. Does Johnny have any brothers, sisters, or parents?
MAVIS: His siblings lives in his hometown back at California while his parents... died when he was 8.
MARTHA: (*gasp) Oh dear! That's horrible!
MAVIS: (*sigh) I know. I was shocked as you when his sister told me what happened.
Martha kept watching Johnny and Dennis at the pool until something hit in her mind.
MARTHA: Mavis, is it okay if I ask you a question?
MAVIS: Sure, mom. Anything.
MARTHA: I was just wondering about how you and Johnny met.
MAVIS: Oh, that. Well it's quite of a long story actually. He stumbled across the hotel the night of my 118th birthday and we zinged that night. Dad tried to get Johnny out of the hotel until he convinced him the humans have changed. We got married the year after that and I became pregnant with Dennis a month later.
MARTHA: So how long have you and Johnny been together?
MAVIS: We've been married for seven years. Why do you ask, mom?
MARTHA: I just thought that... since you and Dennis are both vampires, I would've assume you have... done it by now.
MAVIS: What do you mean, mom?
MARTHA: You know... bite him.
MAVIS: Bi... bite him? You mean turn him into a vampire?
MARTHA: Yes, my dear. He's just a mortal human and I'm afraid he'll keep aging and aging unless you turn him any time soon.
MAVIS: Huh... Me and Johnny never talked about it actually. But I'm sure we'll cross to that bridge when we're ready.
MARTHA: I hope it wouldn't be long, Mavy.
Deep down inside, Mavis knew that her mother was right. Johnny was still human and is going to die someday while Mavis will be in the prime of her life. She always feared that this might happen but she let go of the thought and enjoyed this moment to be with her family.
The entire gang immediately got into the swimming pool. The monster ball game was divided into two teams. The first team was Dracula, Martha, Mavis, Johnny, and Dennis while the second team was Frank, Eunice, Murray, Vlad, and Griffin.
The ones who weren't playing were Lydia, Gene, Klaus, Hank, Pedro, Wendy, Sophie, Charlotte, Wayne, Wanda, Winnie, Blobby, Crystal, and Alfred are watching the game.
HANK: Oh yeah! I'm gonna enjoy watching this game! Go get them mom and dad!
FRANK: Don't worry, son! I'll show them who's the boss of Monster ball.
PEDRO: (*laugh) Good thing my man, Murray, and your parents are at the same team. They're going to kick their buts less than a minute.
WENDY: I don't know with you two but I'm on Mavis' side. GO MAVIS!
VLAD: Lydia, you sure you don't wanna join? It's going to be fun.
LYDIA: No thank you, father. I am just not used into these childish games. Never want to spend my time with that kind of nonsense.
After a few minutes of preparation, the two teams were ready.
MURRAY: All right, who is ready to get pummeled?
Murray had the scared monster volleyball on his hand ready while Johnny some stretches preparing for himself.
JOHNNY: I gotta warn you, I sometimes consider myself as a man... with many talents.
FRANK: Sure, pal. Whatever you say.
Frank towered over Johnny with his massive size.
EUNICE: Everybody, just please, watch the hair. Watch the hair!
DRACULA: Oh ho, let's go. Let's do this!
MARTHA: I'm so excited! I haven't had this much fun for centuries!
MAVIS: Oh my gosh, this is gonna be so much fun!
MURRAY: Get ready! Here comes the paaaaaaain!
Murray served the ball hard over the net straight at Martha, who struck the ball back to the other side aiming it right at Eunice.
EUNICE: Not the hair, not the hair!
Eunice flinched and unknowingly hitting the ball over the net. Johnny screamed as the ball passed over his head while Mavis dove forward to reach the ball and hit it. Dracula levitated high into the air and struck the ball over the net toward Eunice.
EUNICE: No no no no no no!!!!
The ball hit the water and the splash soaked her big hair while Vlad just chuckled at this. Everyone on Dracula's team cheered.
Mavis smirked and raised an eyebrow at Johnny, who embarrassingly smiled at her for not hitting the ball.
Continuing the game, it was Dracula who made the serve this as the ball flew the other side. Vlad roared frightfully with laser red eyes and longer fangs scaring the ball to fly move back the other way.
Martha used her vampire strength to hit the ball so high allowing Dennis to float on midair and hits the ball on their opponents' side.
Frank spiked the ball back with his own super strength. The ball screamed as it flew higher and hung in the air for a moment until it came rocketing downward, straight toward Dracula, who eventually missed the shot.
The ball crash landed on his head, creating a huge explosive splash. Martha, Mavis, Dennis, Johnny were all shocked and startled from what happened.
FRANK: Woo-hoo! What I say!
HANK: Alright, mom and dad! You guys got this!
PEDRO: Oh yeah! It's a tie! One more score and they'll win this game!
Both Hank and Pedro gave each other an high five while Martha helped Dracula get rid off the ball from his head and gave a playful kiss on his cheek. This made Dracula blushed and giggled.
Griffin was the player who served the ball this time. As the ball nearly hits the water, Dracula spiked the ball passing over to Mavis and hit it back to the other side. Murray strongly hits the ball back to vampires and Johnny.
As the ball closely hits the side of Dracula's team, it was Johnny who decided to finally give the last shot. Johnny stepped on the pool's edge and jumped so high that he hits the ball at the other side.
EUNICE: No wait Johnny, not again!!!
The ball hit the water and the splash soaked Eunice big hair even more while Johnny splashed down at the water completely soaked.
WENDY: Uncle Drac's team wins! Woohoo!
Dracula, Martha, Mavis, and Martha cheered in victory and gave Johnny high fives and fist bumps. The audience also cheered for the winner.
DRACULA: Oh, dude man! Nice score!
DENNIS: Daddy, that was awesome!
GRIFFIN: Alright, settle down people. It was a good but we're all winners here (*chuckle)
MARTHA: Good job, Johnny! We just won the game!
MAVIS: You managed to score this one but you didn't take the first shot earlier.
JOHNNY: (*chuckle) I clearly meant to do that, Mavy. It's part of the plan. Besides, I'm a man with many talents remember?
Johnny examined his nails smugly while Mavis rolled her eyes for fun.
The audience also cheered for the winner, mostly Wendy, Sophie and Charlotte while Hank and Pedro frowned in defeat.
The players got out from the pool and wiped themselves with their towels. Alfred went over to Johnny.
ALFRED: Well, sounds you had a lot of fun tonight.
JOHNNY: (*chuckle) Yeah I guess you could say that, Al. Too bad Brett, Kent, and Melly aren't here with us right now.
ALFRED: Yes. Sadly, they would've had much fun as you.
Out of the sudden, both Johnny and Alfred can see the Bat-signal coming from the human village.
JOHNNY: Looks like Gordon has got something new.
ALFRED: You know, there's always a good reason to stay with your family, Johnny.
JOHNNY: (*sigh) Al, even if I want to stay regardless I just can't ignore it. This might have something to do with the Riddler. We've chasing him for months now.
ALFRED: Alright, Johnny. Just be careful out there.
JOHNNY: Don't worry about it.
Before Johnny could meet up with Commissioner Gordon, Mavis called him out.
MAVIS: Johnny, where are you going?
JOHNNY: Oh hey, Mavy. Uh... something just came up. I'm gonna go check on it. It won't be long.
MAVIS: You sure it can wait? We're going to play another game. Wanna join?
JOHNNY: I'm sorry, hon. This can't wait but you guys have fun without me.
MAVIS: Alright, but later tonight... maybe WE could have some fun, if you know what I mean. What do say my Johnny-stein?
Mavis innocently smiled as she wrapped Johnny's arms around her stomach and wrapped her arms around his neck. Johnny's face turned red as he blushed and gave a goofy smile while his right hand teasingly trailed down to Mavis' butt, especially the fact she's wearing a one piece black bathing suit.
Johnny quickly glanced at the bat signal and had a worried look on his face. He suddenly lets go off Mavis.
JOHNNY: (*chuckle) Well, that sounds fun but I've gotta take care of this first. I'll see you tonight.
MAVIS: Okay, I'll see you tonight.
Johnny gave a quick kiss to Mavis and headed back inside the hotel. This saddens Mavis a little and joined everyone else in the pool for another game, until she also noticed the Batsignal from the distance.
A few minutes later, it was time for everyone to get back inside their respective rooms to get some rest, except for Johnny/Batman.
Dracula also went inside his room and joining him was his wife, Martha. Both Dracula and Martha are going to share the same bedroom starting tonight.
DRACULA: Did you have fun tonight, my love?
MARTHA: I did, Drac. It's fun spending time with our friends and family in this special night. I've missed this.
DRACULA: Me too, my love. What do say tomorrow night we throw a party, a celebration if you say for your return. Everyone would be there. After that you, me, Mavis and Dennis would go out for a fly.
MARTHA: I think it's a wonderful idea, Drac. That means I get to spend more time with Mavis and Dennis.
Martha walked around the room and saw the large portrait of her and Dracula hanging on the wall. This made her smile.
She also stumble across a picture of Dracula playing with Mavis when she was little. This however made Martha shed some small tears from her eyes. Dracula tried to cheer her up as he puts his arm around Martha's shoulder.
MARTHA: I can't believe I missed it everything. I should've been there for you and Mavis. I never got the chance to see her grow up, her 118th birthday, her zing with Johnny, their wedding, The time she was pregnant with Dennis and everything.
DRACULA: Darling, it's not your fault. If I'd only double checked to see if you were still alive, we never would've suffered throughout that pain.
MARTHA: Honey, please don't blame yourself for what happened. The important thing is that you and Mavis are okay. You've raised our daughter so well and I am so thankful for that.
This made Dracula smile at Martha as the married couple shared a loving hug together. They've missed each other's love and comfort so bad.
Before anything else happens, Dracula had a question he's been meaning to ask Martha since early.
DRACULA: Martha, do you mind if I ask you something?
MARTHA: No, not at all, my love. You can ask me your question.
DRACULA: I... I just really need to know. How did you survive that night?
MARTHA: (*sigh) Alright... When you were dealing the angry mob outside, me and Mavis hid somewhere safe trying to avoid the fire. We tried to escape and meet you at the back of the house but...
DRACULA: But what? Please tell me, my love.
MARTHA: There were humans who broke into our home that night. I had to protect Mavis form them but then out of no where a rubble hit me on the head. I think that was the moment you thought I was dead. When I woke up, you and Mavis were already gone. I... I thought I was all alone but I was wrong. The humans returned and captured me.
DRACULA: Humans? Who were they?
MARTHA: I don't know who they were. All I know is that they took me prisoner. They were going to experiment on me but luckily I manger to escape and I lay lowed ever since.
DRACULA: Oh, Martha. I'm terribly sorry that happened to you. I promise as long I'm here, I will always protect you, Mavis and our family. Nothing bad will ever happen to you.
Martha smiled at her husband and his willingness to protect his family.
She hugged and kissed him passionately as Dracula kissed back. The lovebirds started making out and they were going way too wild. Something they wanted so much for a long time.
The couple gently fell on the bed with Dracula on top of Martha. They would also take off pieces of their clothing while making out. Dracula had his hands all over her slender body while Martha had her hands on his chest and around his strong body.
After an hour and a half of making out, both Dracula and Martha breathe heavily with the blanket covering their naked bodies.
MARTHA: I love you, Drac.
DRACULA: I love you too, my zing. Good night and sweet nightmares.
Dracula gave a quick kiss on Martha's forehead while cuddling with each other. They both fell asleep quickly with smiles on their faces.
Everyone inside Hotel Transylvania was resting peacefully inside their respective rooms with their families, except for Johnny/Batman, who was about to meet up with Gordon.
