Kyle (handing Sarah cotton candy and a stuff animal that he won for a prize): I won these two items for you, sweetheart
Sarah: Thanks
Kyle: You are welcome
Pops (observing Sarah): You look unwell. You need to rest.
Sarah (Emilia Clarke) experiencing nausea and heat exhaustion): It is super hot today. I am pregnant and I am burning up.
Kyle (touching Sarah's tiny baby bump): Our June Bug
Sarah (amazed and yet bewildered by her baby bump): The heat and pregnancy don't go well together. I should've kept my legs closed in June.
(Kyle and Pops laugh while Sarah fights back her vomit. The lovely trio continue to check out various vendors. Kyle and Pops win more prizes for Sarah and baby John (yet to be born). The flashback ends.)

Situation: John's birth (occurring between the end of February and the beginning of March)
Doctor (checking Sarah): You are fully dilated
Sarah (reaching the end of her hard and long labor): I am going to meet my June Bug at last
Kyle (amused): Our June Bug
Sarah (having a contraction): I remember you knocked me up in June
Kyle (squeezing Sarah's hand): You played a role in it too
Sarah (trying to push out the baby): OH GOD! Giving birth hurts.
Pops: You must persevere. It is your destiny.
Sarah (still trying to push out the baby): I am trying
The doctor (feeling the baby's crowning head): I can see and feel the baby's head
Sarah (crying and screaming as she continues to push): AHA...AHA..AHA
(Sarah delivers a healthy nine pound baby boy named John. Years later Sarah (Lena) has two Autumn blessings, Kitty (her magical Christmas baby) and Chance (another Autumn blessing- her November Rain and Grace)
