Kyle (Jai Courtney) rubbing Sarah's stomach): Babe, you are super close. Today is not the day that you will die.
Sarah (trying to push out the baby again): AHA...AHA...AHA...AHA...AHA
Pops: Sarah, you are very strong
Sarah (experiencing a burning ring of fire): Ouch! It hurts and burns. Please get it out.
The doctor (witnessing the baby crown): Sarah, you are experiencing a burning ring of fire. This happens when the baby is crowning.
Sarah (feeling uncomfortable and yet bearing the pain): GRR...AHA...AHA...AHA
The doctor (carefully but forcefully removing John (a really big baby) from Sarah's body): Push, Sarah, Bear Down
Sarah (bleeding heavily as she prays and cries out to God): Please give me strength, Lord. Please save my baby and me.
Kyle (squeezing Sarah's hand): Today is not the day when I will lose you and John. God will help you and him through this difficult process.
The doctor (placing the baby on Sarah's stomach): Here is your son. He is a very big boy.
Sarah (emotional as she holds John close to her chest): John is my precious miracle
Kyle (choked up): You and John are both warriors and survivors
Sarah (nursing John): I thank you for giving him to me
Kyle (kissing Sarah): I love you
Sarah: I love you too
Pops (looking toward the future): Now here comes the hardest part
