Trash yo- Its okay to not know. I don't even know. Like should I even be allowed to write?
Nestled into the warmth of his chest at her back. In the morning light, Ruby took in the minimalist nature of his bedroom. The bed was narrow, and she already knew the largest piece of furniture was full of medical supplies. She stiffened as something fell across her belly. It was his tail coiled about her waist to pull her in closer.
Sleepily his nose pressed into her neck, "You're safe, little Rose."
His breath tickled, and she giggled, "I only forgot about your tail."
She felt his easy breath freeze, "Rose, does it bother you?" His chest shook against her back as the bubbling laugher lifted through him.
She barked a short laugh, twisting herself to face him, "You ask me this after I sleep with you?" She buried her face into his chest, "Not that we did much sleeping."
Uncontrollable sniggering shook him. He just knew Ruby regretted having him. She could even look at him. Her nails scratched his scalp combing through his short brown hair. Her breathe carefully slow to regulate him slightly. She watched his pinched face settle until two suns blinked at her.
Feeling bashful as she lifted her thigh over his hip. "Last night was a nice way to end my...um our birthday."
He blinked at her dumbly. "You liked being with me?"
The crease between her brows formed, "When your stinger jabbed into the mattress when you," She cleared her throat, "That was startling." She pushed her chest tighter to his. "Could we...again?"
Giving a quick bob of his head before gripping her thigh tighter about him.

Late that morning, Neo sat in the kitchen staring at Ruby and Tyrian with delighted disgust. Tyrian's shoulder would occasionally brush against Ruby as they made breakfast. She hummed at the contact. They obviously had sex, but for the life of Neo, she had no idea why anyone would care to do that…and then it clicked.
Neo slapped her hand on the table. Ruby blinked in confusion, and the little girl wrote something down. Tyrian startled to giggle, "no Ice Cream, Rose and I aren't trying for a baby."
Ruby turned red all over, "um and it's infrequent for Faunus and Humans to successfully breed."
Neo felt confused.
Tyrian wondered at her terminology before he sighed, "adults like to have sex when they are romantically inclined."
Neo furrowed her brows and wrote again.
Ruby covered her face, but read behind her fingers. "Cuddles happen too. You'll have to trust me that it'll make sense when you get older."
Tyrian interjected, "and if it doesn't, that's fine too."
Ruby, "yup, you don't ever have to have sex if you don't want to."
Tyrian pulled out an encyclopedia, "But we should talk about safe sex."
Neo vaulted out of the window to escape. But, unfortunately, she tried to flee to Oscar's who was naked...spooning her also naked brother.
She stomped over the mission board. She needed to stab something.

Ruby glared at Oscar across the table in the tavern. "You fucked my cousin."
Oscar flushed all over and mumbled that he wasn't sorry.
Roman quipped, "Well Cuz you fucked my...my...the adult that kind of takes care of me."
Tyrian scoffed, "Good one Roman, truly you inherited your mother's sass." He dropped the newspaper he was reading. "It looks like dignitaries started coming into town. For Atlas's launch. There appears to be a gala at the Schnee manor in a few nights."
Ruby's eye caught the profile of her uncle barely in the photo. "If Qrow is here that means-"
Oscar struggled to recall, "So is Ozpin. They would have traveled together a lot right now."
Torchwick, "So we go?"
Oscar, "We know how to sneak into Weiss's home."
Ruby mumbled, "We have a couple of days." she leaned warmly against Tyrian.
Neo came into the tavern stumbling. Her usually pink hair is black with ash. She slammed a fat envelope onto the table and took her brother's plate to start eating.
Slowly blinking all around.
Roman, "STOP STEALING MY FOOD YOU MIDGET."

Ruby moved around the Atlas elite in the late morning. Most of the upper echelon gave a disapproving once over her outfit. So she confirmed, she did get all the blood off.
She nearly passed out seeing nine-year-old Weiss. The child shyly held her little brother's hand and did her best to be refined. The girl's smile was plastic and reported precisely on her studies if an adult bothered to ask. The brightness of Ruby must have caught Weiss's eye, and the [older?] woman tensed. The huntress presumed she would be scolded. Instead, the ice princess bounded up to her dragging her poor brother behind.
Bouncing on her toes excitedly, "Are you a huntress?!"
Ruby looked around the room before pointing to herself, "I am."
Weiss squealed, "Oh! What is it like to explore the world? And fight Grimm? Do you have a cute and heroic boy/girl/friend?"
Ruby blinked, this couldn't be Weiss. "I um the world is beautiful and um Grimm have to be fought. I love being a huntress!"
Jacque broke away from the group raising a disgusted brow at Ruby. Then, with an unenthusiastic drawl, "I am sorry for my daughter's lack of manners. But, Weiss, do take your brother upstairs. It was my fault for not realizing you are yet mature enough for such a gathering."
Weiss dipped her head and began to pull her brother away.
Ruby wanted to slap Jacque. Instead, she fumbled with her munitions belt. "Weiss!" Kneeling before the girl, she pressed a bullet that was made for Mytlemaster's chamber. "Someday, I bet you are going to have a huntress friend who will make sure you can use the same bullets. The best part about being a huntress is you will have the support and love of your team." Ruby laughed, feeling the girl throw her arms about her. Kissing the top of her white hair before Weiss then dragged poor Whitley up the steps. Ruby smiled even though she heard footsteps rapidly approaching. A familiar grip on her shoulder spun her around, and her hand flew to his clean-shaven cheek. Qrow arms pulled her into a tight hug. Ruby didn't realize until this second how much she missed her uncle.
His mouth- bruised against hers, "Summer! I thought I thought you died. Oh, our daughter-" Two canes and an umbrella pressed to Qrow's throat, and a lot of different colors glared at him. The woman in his arms had gagged before she had fainted.
A Scorpion Faunus gently scooped Ruby from Qrow. "She is related to your Summer." he giggled quietly yet incessantly.
Qrow wasn't sure where to look. There was a ginger with a silver eye...Ozpin would need to see that. The other boy's weapon, oh Ozpin, would definitely have to see that. The bi-colored girl seemed really disappointed to not have a fight on her hands. If pressed, Qrow would be down to remedy that.
Ruby stirred, "Ugh, Tyrian, I had the worst dream."
"Let me guess, I kissed you."
Her cheeks turned her namesake, and she pressed her hand to his bare chest, "Um, just not in public. I meant-"
"Shhh, Rose…. you are about to show your cards." He gently placed her on her feet. Qrow felt unnerved how those two only had eyes for each other.
This was wrong.
Oscar stepped forward, and there was no doubt that this boy was in charge of the out-of-place team. "I need to speak with Ozpin."
The boy with a silver eye was next to Oscar and placed his pale hand on the darker boy's shoulder. "We all do."
"Qrow, who are these kids...and Mr. Callows?" Dark blue eyes saw the boy in green and the girl who looked remarkably like a young Summer Rose move into a defensive position.
Oscar straightened, tucking his cane under his arm. There was a time where Ironwood was his ally. He remembered that this man still had Ozpin's implicit trust. Adopting his best Ozpin's voice, "Tell me, General, what do you know about Salem?"
Ironwood's jaw tensed, "Its Major General, and I was only promoted today. How do you even know what to ask about her?"
Oscar let loose a chuckle, "I believe I have quite the story for you. One might call it a fairy tale."
Roman decided he had no idea what was going on, but he'd learn how to emulate that sexy laugh.

Qrow in Ironwood's office walked over to the minibar and poured himself a large drink. Ozpin was concerned, "Qrow, I know you like your drink. But I've never seen you drink before noon."
"I just kissed my grown-ass daughter after I revealed to her that I am her father."
Ruby fidgeted with the hem of her skirt, "How did I not know you are my dad?"
Qrow rambled, "I don't know…. I guess I've been looking for Summer for a long time and letting Tai take care of you. You might have forgotten, and you were copying your cousin. Me full of self-pity-"
"And alcohol," Ruby said bitterly.
About to take a swig. "Does this become a problem?"
"A big one. You set me on fire a couple of times." She crossed her arms angrily.
Qrow's jaw slacked, set the cup down, and backed away from the drink. Hands held up as if the drink was pointing a gun at him. "I'm never touching a drink again."
Ruby huffed. "That isn't the first time I heard that."
Ozpin then moved his attention to James, who was dismantling his gun. Ironwood shaking his head in horror, "I shot a child. A child who wasn't trying to fight me, but talk to me."
Oscar offered, "We kept secrets from you."
"OF COURSE YOU DID!" He shouted, "You don't know who you can trust. I keep secrets all the time. There is a chain of command, and no soldier knows everything. I wasn't even your superior officer." He rubbed his hand through his jet-black hair.
Ozpin sighed, "I always knew this would be a risk with your semblance of Ironwood. The ability to not feel remorse for our decisions is a tempting one, but guilt is what keeps humanity humane." He looked at Oscar sadly. "You are too young for this burden. I put you through a time travel spell I had hoped to never have needed."
Oscar couldn't pull his gaze away from Ozpin. He always wondered what it would be like to look into his head ghost's eyes. Calmly, "So we are in uncharted territory then."
Roman looked between his boyfriend and….his boyfriend's other personality? "What happens to us? When they go back, I'm dead." Roman smiled weakly as his cousin nudged him affectionately.
Tyrian, "I'm 13 years older than Ruby. I try to kidnap her." he started to giggle wheezily. Ruby gripped his wrist and smiled warmly, and he seemed to settle.
Qrow narrowed his eyes, and his mouth opened, but Ozpin beat him to it. "Let us assume we have all been in this loop. Oscar, do you remember from what would be my memories of any of this."
Oscar shook his head, "You, Ozpin, have been cagey with details since you occupied me. He completely withdrew into silence for over a year."
Ozpin blanched, "That is very unlike me." He gestured to Qrow and James, "Have either of these two fought Mr. Torchwick or Callows."
Ruby, "Qrow, fought Tyrian." She paused, "Tyrian seemed reluctant to engage Qrow, but that probably had to do with my Uncle's-" Ruby caught the flinch from him, "My um Dad's fame. Qrow was eager to fight him, but Tyrian worked for Salem then."
Qrow grumbled, "I'm ready to murder him now."
James suddenly calmed, "Is it possible we did all of this knowing time travel needed to happen."
Roman, "But I died."
Ruby looked torn at her cousin and then Tyrian.
Qrow, "Oz, we got send the kids back."
Ozpin sighed, "I am inclined to agree-"
Oscar shook his head, "No. I won't leave Roman to die. I will catch up with the rest of the team the normal way. One second at a time."
Ruby looked to Tyrian and felt herself blushing all over, "I miss Yang, but I belong here, with Tyrian." She looked at Ozpin, "Things got bad. I don't know if we could have a life. Right now, we have 10 years to make things better."
Ozpin smiled, "Well then, where do we start?"
