Situation: Post Kitty's birthday celebration- Kyle and Sarah are preparing for bed
Sarah (reviewing a slideshow that Kyle has made for Kitty): Your slideshow presentation has brought back memories for me.
Kyle (getting into bed): I am sorry for slide one. I should've never used that picture of us laying in bed. I should've used a different picture. I should've consulted with you first.
Sarah: I forgive you. Kitty and I had fun at the zoom birthday celebration.
Kyle (kissing Sarah): I love you
Sarah (hugging and kissing Kyle): I love you too
Kyle: Are you really going to leave up Kitty's birthday decorations until Christmas?
Sarah: Yes
Kyle: My nephew, Jordan is turning ten tomorrow.
Sarah: Jordan is such a cute and sweet child. I was happy to see Jordan and his parents on the zoom call.
Didn't his twin sister died at birth?
Kyle: Jordan's twin sister Jemberly was indeed a stillborn. Derek and Jesse consider to be their Christmas star.
Sarah: That's sad. I remember when Derek and Jesse tried to have a baby.
Time Period: An Alternate Universe
Date: 12-24-2009
Event: A Christmas Eve party at the Connor Reese Residence
Sarah (noticing Jesse looking at a newborn Kitty): Do you want to hold your neice?
Jesse: Yes
Sarah (placing Kitty into Jesse's arms): You long for a baby. I can see it in your eyes.
Jesse (choked up): Derek and I have experienced miscarriages recently. We have been trying to have a baby for a long time.
Sarah: I understand. You can spend time with Kitty. I am glad that you came to my Christmas Eve party.
Jesse: Thanks again for the invitation
-Later on-
Jesse (showing off baby kitty to Derek): This is your niece
Derek (sitting down beside Jesse on the couch): You have grown too attach to my niece
Jesse (choked up): I can't stop thinking what could've been
Derek (choked up): I know your heart hurts after our previous miscarriages. We shouldn't give up hope.
Jesse (placing Kitty in Derek's arms): You can hold her
Derek (to Kitty): Hello, Kitty. My name is Derek. I am your uncle.
(Kitty cooes making her uncle and aunt laugh. Kyle, Sarah, and John are simply amused.)
Time Period: A Flashback
Date: 12-21-2010
Place: A Hospital Delivery Room
Event: The birth of Jordan and his twin sister Jemberly (a stillborn)
Jesse (crying and screaming as she pushes): AHA..AHA
Derek (squeezing Jesse's hand): Baby A is almost out. Keep on pushing.
Jesse: AHA...AHA
Doctor (places a baby boy on Jesse's stomach): Congratulations. Your firstborn is a boy.
Jesse (to Derek): We have a son
Derek: I love you so much. His name shall be Jordan.
(Unlike with Jordan, Jesse struggles to bring forth her second baby (a girl). Derek fears he may lose his wife and daughter at one point. Jemberly Rose Reese is born silent and dead. Jesse and Derek bury Jem in their hearts and minds. They love and cherish Jordan though.)
Time Period: The Present Reality
Date: 12-21-2020
Place: The Reese Residence- The Porch
Situation: For his tenth birthday, Jordan and his parents witness Jupiter and Saturn align in which forms the Christmas Star. They remember their own special Christmas star (Jemberly).
Theme: The Christmas Star Part 2
Date: 12-25-2020
Time Period: A Flashback- John's birth (as seen on video (recorded by Sarah on 2-28-1984))
A dying young and pregnant Sarah (Emilia Clarke (stranded in the jungle and struggling to give birth): Hello John, this is your mom Sarah. I am recording this video because I am dying. With the little time that I have left, I will use it to save your life. I love you. Your dad Kyle Reese before you were born. Now here I am struggling to give birth. It is not your fault that my life is drawing to an end.
(In reality, an emotional Sarah (Lena) abruptly stops the DVD movie. She moves onto Kitty's birth (another DVD movie)
Time Period: A Flashback- Kitty's birth (as seen on video (recorded by Kyle on 12-20-2009))
"Hello, Kitty. We are your parents Kyle and Sarah" Kyle introduces Sarah and himself. A laboring Sarah (resting in the bed) waves hello and says "I love you" to the camera. Kyle points the camera at Sarah's hospital gown. "Before you were born, you lived inside your mom's stomach" he tells the camera.
(In reality, an emotional Sarah (Lena) abruptly stops and puts away the DVD movie. While the rest of the family is still sleeping, she makes Christmas breakfast for them. Eventually, they wake up and come downstairs for breakfast and opening their Christmas gifts. They spend the rest of the day watching Christmas movies and taking pictures. Kitty helps her mom to cook dinner. Sarah's other Christmas star, her aborted son Francis (an illusion that is often confused with John) lingers on in the shadows).
