Darby: "So what is your story? I told you mine."

Jessica: "I'm 32 years old. Never been married and never had kids. I was in a 7 year relationship with Seth Rollins and he never wanted marriage or kids with me. I was a part of WWE for 10 years. I started out as a member of the D.O.D which stood for Divas of Destruction. We were a bad ass female faction until Stephanie McMahon decided we were better of single competitors. I broke up D.O.D and Roxy never forgave me. Maddie took it as an opportunity to explore other Behind the scenes creative stuff and branch out.

I went on to be a successful female competitor and Roxy became my forever rival until I got my first injury. I got a super bad concussion and was out for 6 months during that time I lost a baby I had no idea I was pregnant with."

Darby: "Wow. How did you not know?"

Jessica: "I have irregular periods so it is hard to tell what is my stubborn body or momma to be. I went out and got into a crazy match with Rubber girl and that ended up in a miscarriage."

Darby: "Damn, I am sorry to hear that. How did Seth take it?"

Jessica: "It was the end of our era. He couldn't handle it. That and I caught him cheating with some NXT whore."

Darby: "You're better off without him."

Jessica: "I thought so too until I was taken out with a torn ACL like him not 6 months after his injury. I was out damn near a year and during that time I got addicted to pain pills and I started drinking heavily."

Darby: "You're a bad ass. You realize that? Those things take people down and your still here on top."

Jessica: "I tell you I'm a recovering addict who had a miscarriage and you think I'm a bad ass for it?"

Darby: "You're a survivor. Yes. That's bad ass to me."

Jessica: "Thank you. I appreciate it. So after my stay in rehab I went to therapy to sort out my mind. I thought I was losing it. Come to find out, I had a mental break down somewhere between losing a baby and realizing WWE thought I was just some clown."

Darby: "Seriously? They did that after 10 years to you."

Jessica: "Yes. Nothing is sacred over there. That's why I left so many times and came back with a whole new character after the Broken Jessica fiasco. My followers just couldn't do it anymore. I had to break away and give them the Jessica Mendez they loved and that I loved. The love of wrestling came back when I became a free agent this year and came to AEW."

Darby: "It took you losing your sobriety and your mind to finally break away. That's some fucked up shit."

Jessica: "Yup. That's the way the ball bounces."

He finishes up with the ice and I get comfortable in my bed. I pull back the covers and beckon for him to climb under with me.

Darby: "Are you sure? I sleep naked."

Jessica: "Dude, you're the first person to ever stay in my room without sex happening. You sleeping naked is not a problem."

Darby: "What happens if that changes while I'm here?"

Jessica: "Two consenting adults. Mr. I don't do one night stands."

Darby: "So your cool with this not being a one time thing."

He climbs under the blankets with me and I wrap my fully clothed body around him in a body hug. He breaths a sigh of relief.

Jessica: "Again, two consenting adults."

Darby: "You're not awkward being this close to me?"

Jessica: "Nope. Zero awkwardness here. Are you? You sound nervous like you'd rather be facing me."

Darby: "No. I'm cool with this. Yeah. I would love to be facing you but I think you would rather not have that pressure on you."

I fake a little teenage girl voice.

Jessica: "Ewe that so icky. I'd have to kiss a boy who's naked. Yuck. Cooties."

Darby: "You weren't saying yuck cooties backstage when you damn near jumped my bones."

Jessica: "Excuse you. You kissed me with your tounge. I just wanted your cheek."

Darby: "Ewe icky girl germs."

Jessica: "What are we, 12? Shut the hell up and go to sleep."

Meanwhile, back in California,

Roxy: "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"

Madison: (in her best Pinky voice) "I think so, Brain but where would we get rubber pants this time of night?"

Roxy: "Very funny."

Madison: "Narf! No, seriously what's up?"

Roxy: "We are over California and the back and forth between here and Jacksonville. Why don't we just sell this place and move out there?"

Madison: "I already have a buyer lined up. All we need to do is pack up and go."

Roxy: "Damn that was quick. You never talked about moving to Florida with me until here recently."

Madison: "I know. I'm a planner."

Roxy: "So, did you line up a place already too or do I get an actual say on that."

Madison: "What do you care? You live with Mox out there."

Roxy: "I know and I live here with you when we work all week. But now they are talking about moving WWE to the performance center in Florida."

Madison: "And that's what made me sell this place. Closer to work and less travel. Not to mention the band would be back together. Jess is in Jacksonville too."

Roxy: "Yeah. I know because AEW is out there. Mox will be thrilled we are together again finally."

Madison: "Win/win. Now let's get this truck loaded up."

I call the girls that next day.

Roxy: "What up, bitch?"

Jessica: "Seriously, stop with that. Its obnoxious. What are you two boneheads doing now?"

Madison: "I sold my place. We are moving to Jacksonville. They moved WWE to the Performance center out there."

Jessica: "Fun times. So, do you have s place out here yet?"

Madison: "Yeah. I got a four bedroom town home out there. That fucker is huge. I have my own pool with a Jacuzzi in the back and my own barbeque area. No neighbors to disturb.

Private gym and laundry area. Its gorgeous."

She shows me a picture of her place which is in the same complex I had been looking at earlier in the week.

Jessica: "What do you say to us being roommates again?"

Madison: "I say bring it on. This bitch over here is going to be with her husband and I'm pretty sure they don't want to live with us. So, let's do this thing."

Jessica: "Your on. Just call me when you guys get to Florida."

Roxy: "Of course. How's Mox doing?"

Jessica: "Hung over. We had a little celebration last night. He got hammered. I got nailed in the head by Darby Allin and now I've got a brand new house and roommate."

Roxy: "Typical Mox. How is your head doing?"

Jessica: "Good. The swelling went down. You hardly even notice it today. Dude, fucking Darby was Little Nurse Nancy last night. He would not leave me alone."

Roxy: "That's a good thing. You know you have to be monitored for 12 hours."

Jessica: "I know and he did. He slept naked next to me all night. Respectfully turned away from me."

Roxy: "Say what now?"

Jessica: "Yes. That's what I said too. He lays the hottest kiss on me that sends me into a frenzy backstage and then proceeds to spend the night with me without even a move."

Roxy: "Did you make any moves?"

Jessica: "No. But I gave him a warning that I'm not into playing games right before so it was mutual respect."
