(Author's Note: Hello internet peoples! This is just a fun little one-shot, based on my love for Batman's various contingency plans and inspired by the story "Agamemno-Contingencies: Class-1A" that was written by "ShootToMiss" (check it out, if you're a Batman and/or MHA fan).

A few important details to keep in mind while reading this.

1. This version of Batman isn't some shell-shocked veteran, like in "The Dark Knight Returns". While he's not really a "rookie", he's still fairly new to the superhero game (think his incarnations from Telltale Season One, or "Arkham Origins").

2. This Batman isn't fully aware of the full extent of Vought's crimes and corruption. He knows that some within Vought are corrupt and has his suspicion about some of its heroes…but his knowledge on the subject isn't as great as say, Butcher's. This is because the point of "Contingency Plans" is for Batman to create failsafes IF the heroes in question turn against those they're supposed to protect. If Batman already knew the extent of Vought's crimes, he'd just be planning to take them down right away.

3. Some of the heroes used aren't alive or active at the same time (you'll understand when you read). I just wanted to make this list as long as possible, so I had to include heroes who weren't "active" around the same time. Just so you're aware.

4. At no point during these plans will Batman's plan be "Call in X member of the Justice League". The point of Batman's Contingency Plans are usually that they're to be used by anyone, even "average" humans (or himself). Besides, he wouldn't make calling in a Leaguer the sole Contingency Plan because that Leaguer could also turn against humanity.

So….it's just Batman in this universe, him and that big brain of his.

Hope you guys enjoy:)

"This is Batman. Security Level: Omega. Password: Delta Charlie – 27 – 5 – 1939. Title: Agamemno-Contingency."

"Vought International is a multi-billion dollar company, known worldwide for managing the world's various superheroes. To the public, the company itself is seen as a beacon of hope to the innocent. As the only ones capable of protecting them from the worst and most dangerous threats in the world."

"Privately, however…I've learned of various corrupt figures working within the company. That, combined with the various "Fallen Heroes" (1) (as the news has taken to calling them) emerging in recent years, has left me…cautious for the future. Should the heroes of Vought ever turn against humanity, the following protocols will need to be implemented to ensure our survival. I pray that my suspicions prove wrong, and these plans will never be needed. But…we need to be prepared for the worst case scenario. Always."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Aquarius."

"As best as I've been able to discover, the Deep appears to be one of the weakest members of Vought's "upper-echelon" of superheroes. However, this does not mean that he should be underestimated."

"While his proficiency in hand-to-hand combat isn't as great as some of his teammates, it makes him a formidable adversary when combined with his above-average physical attributes. The Deep's most well-known strengths are his ability to breathe underwater, as well as communicate with marine life to aid him in his endeavors (with some sources even suggesting that he can psychically augment the physical abilities of these creatures)."

"The best way to defeat the Deep would be to keep him away from any large source of water, preventing him from calling on marine creatures and from making a quick escape. With the right tools, defeating him from that point forward should be a fairly simple matter. Additionally…if my suspicions on him being able to re-energize himself in water are correct, attacking in a hot environment or with some form of heat-based weaponry would be able to weaken him via dehydration. Further research is required."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Vanish."

"Translucent. A unique opponent. He has the ability to transform his skin into a carbon metamaterial that bends the light around him. Not only does this grant him invisibility (why he chose a name that means semi-transparent is beyond me), but it increases his skin's durability to make him nigh-on indestructible. While his overall power isn't far above that of a normal human's, invisibility and invulnerability combined render Translucent as one of Vought's trickiest, and most dangerous, heroes in combat.

"Translucent's body heat doesn't seem to disappear upon activating his powers, so utilizing some form of Thermal Vision will nullify that strength in combat (or simply coating his body in some form of very visible substance, such as bright paint). The carbon metamaterial that coats his skin can also be a weakness as well as a strength, the highly-conductive material making him vulnerable to an electric-based attack (a Taser being a perfect weapon). Additionally, analysis of Translucent's power has led me to believe that his abilities are simply two sides of a singular attribute…meaning that he can't become invisible while remaining vulnerable, nor become invulnerable while remaining visible. While this does (theoretically) mean that he should be of average durability while visible, attacking with this tactic only has even a chance of working if done before he's able to realize he's in danger."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Darkness."

"Black Noir. His covered form and silence make him the most mysterious member of the Seven…which potentially makes him its most dangerous member."

"Black Noir boasts superhuman speed and strength, able to near-effortlessly overpower almost any opposition and hunt them down in mere minutes if they somehow manage to escape. While he's formidable in hand-to-hand combat, he favors the usage of countless knives that he keeps on his person (my best guess is no less than a dozen). His dark suit and silent nature make him a master of stealth (nearly as good as myself), able to arrive and pick off opponents before they ever knew he was there. Perhaps most impressive is his durability and apparent healing factor, as he's rendered un-phased from virtually every attack thrown his way (with even the strongest attacks only able to put him down for so long)."

"Taking Black Noir on in broad daylight is crucial to limiting his avenues of stealth, as well as moving the fight to an area where he has very little to hide behind (such as a grassy plain). Research has also suggested that while Black Noir may be able to contend with me in terms of skills and stealth, he doesn't have my strategic mind. While this doesn't in any way means he's stupid, this does suggest that he could be lured into a trap. Keeping one's distance in combat against him is vital, as there aren't many who can overcome Black Noir's natural skills and strength in close-quarters combat. Additionally, research has suggested that quick bursts of electrical currents and/or concussive force should be capable of stunning Noir for a few brief moments, allowing for a small window of advantage (see Table 27-D for experimental Shock Gloves and Kinetic Energy Gauntlets). Further research is required."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Hephaestus."

"Although not as "active" as his comrades, the superhero known as "Lamplighter" possess destructive potential unrivaled by most of his peers."

"Lamplighter is a powerful Pyrokinetic, able to control fire that can reduce almost anything to ash (suggesting a possibility that he's able to control the temperature of his flames, as well as the flames themselves).

"Throughout all of my viewings of Lamplighter using his power, he's shown drawing the flames from existing sources (primarily the staff he always carries with him). This has led me to the conclusion that Lamplighter's power is limited to only manipulating existing fire, not creating it outright. This means that separating him from any and all fire sources is vital, which would completely cut him off from his source of power. Failing this, utilizing water or ice-based weaponry would be the next best option. Further testing required on experimental "Freeze Blast" projectile."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Zoom."

"A-Train boasts himself as the fastest man in the world…and, it seems that isn't a title seemingly given because of ego.

"He possesses the ability to move his body at superhuman speeds, capable of avoiding almost any attack or projectile. He also possess enhanced reflexes, strength, and healing…making him a nigh-on unstoppable force to most adversaries.

"The best method I've been able to figure out is to incapacitate his senses with a quick enough administration of a flashbang in a sneak attack. After that, the easiest solution would be to simply break one of his legs (or introduce some form of paralysis agent into his system)."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Supernova."

"Starlight, the newest member of the Seven. I've only seen her in action a handful of times, and she seems like a true bringer of hope. Someone who inspires the innocents she's sworn to protect. Which is only one reason it'd be difficult to have to face her in combat, should she turn against humanity."

"Starlight's primary power is the ability to absorb the electricity around her, and reform it into an energy source that she can freely fire from her hands. She seems to be able to control the intensity of her attacks, enabling her to stun or kill her adversaries at her leger."

"Because Starlight's power comes from the absorption of electricity, attacking her with no machines near by would be the most option. Failing that, an EMP should accomplish the same goal. Her natural strength makes attacking up close ill-advised, and her enhanced durability makes all but the most powerful weapons useless against her (and even most of those can only stun her for so long). Further testing required for planned "Diamond-Coated Batarangs"."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Thunderstorm."

"The superhero known as Stormfront possesses both incredible power and a fearsome intellect, and I suspect that underestimating her in combat would result in certain death."

"Stormfront has the ability to produce and manipulate electricity from her hands, giving her near unlimited long-ranged capabilities. She's even been shown to have evolved her Electrikinesis past the point that one would consider "normal", capable of both flight and manipulating matter in a facsimile of Telekinesis."

"The best avenue of attack I've been able to identify is to distract her. Lure her into an environment where you're in control, planning multiple different "traps" to split her focus and create windows to attack (targeting her senses is an excellent method). Beyond that, it's merely a matter of forcing her to her limits."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Amazon."

"To call Queen Maeve "capable" would be an understatement. She quite possibly may be the best of the Seven at combining her superhuman attributes with highly-trained skills."

"While Queen Maeve's talents and experience make her a force to be reckoned with in a physical fight, studies have shown that she could be vulnerable to an attack on the mind. Luring her into an enclosed space, Maeve could then be dosed with a synthesized version of the Scarecrow's "Fear Gas" (seeing Vault T-19 for formula of reengineering process of the gas). When infected with a large enough amount, it will incapacitate Maeve by trapping her within her own fears and mind."

"Agamemno-Contingency, File Codename: Guardian."

"The Homelander. Viewed as Earth's greatest hero, and considered by many to be the most powerful being on Earth. A statement that I believe to be true…which is why him turning against us is a terrifying thought."

"Homelander's speed and strength eclipse that of his allies, and then some. He possesses superhuman senses, X-Ray and Heat Vision, Flight, and nigh-on invulnerability."

"To say that overcoming Homelander will be difficult would be the equivalent of calling outer space "vast". Due to his incredibly enhanced senses, attacks with blinding flashes of light and/or high-pitched sounds would be effective against him…but, they're likely only to be effective for a few brief moments. In Vault 27-Z is an experimental high-tech suit of armor I've been developing. Based around studies I've done of his powers, the suit's been designed to counter all of Homelander's ability. On-top of increasing the wearer's physical abilities to superhuman levels in order to compete with Homelander's own power, the suit's been equipped with near-hypersonic flight, numerous projectiles and weapons, and has even been lined with Zinc (to prevent usage of Homelander's X-Ray Vision).

In a bind, the wearer can activate the suit's "Emergency Mode". While this does greatly enhance the wearer's already augmented abilities within the suit, studies have shown the intense negative effect it has on the wearer. With prolonged exposure likely resulting in death, it's only meant to be used as a last resort."

"Agamemno-Contingency, Note Section. Basic Counters for other heroes of Vought."

"Mesmer: immobilize his hands."

"Doppelganger: a tracking chip placed on their body, ensuring that their power can't be used for escape or to trick."

"Gecko: His powers of regeneration on their own don't translate well in offensive combat. Since it's currently unknown just how fast he can heal, incapacitation with electricity or targeting the senses should distract him long enough to land a well-timed knock out blow."

"Eagle the Archer: Immobilize his arms."

"Ezekiel: Freezing him via Liquid Nitrogen is the best action I've been able to identify."

"Blindspot: Flashbang, or another extremely loud noise, should incapacitate his sense of hearing in a single well-placed shot"

"Popclaw: Keeping ones distance with heavy weaponry would be the easiest course of action. Failing that, the right kind of armor should protect from her blades and enhanced strength (as it would appear her skills in hand-to-hand combat are only moderately better than most).

"Shockwave: In possessing the same power set as A-Train, the same methods would apply (as seen above).

"It's my hope that these plans will never have to be implemented. But they are designed to give us a fighting chance, should the need ever arise. As the saying goes: better to have and not need, then to need and not have. This is Batman…signing off."

(Author's Note: Annnnnnnnnd scene!

(1): In reality, these are heroes who've become a problem for Vought in one way or another. Heroes who had to be..taken care of. This term is especially used for those who get a change of heart and turn against Vought (like...in Season Two, Starlight would qualify as a "Fallen Hero").

So yeah, not perfect. But I did my best. The "Supes" of "The Boys" don't precisely have "specific/easily identifiable" weaknesses as the Justice League do, but I did my best. Hope it was at least entertaining.

This will only ever be a one-shot, but I'd really like any and all opinions about this told to me. While it wouldn't be a focus since I have other projects to work on, I'm toying around with the idea of making other one-shots in the same vein. Batman creating contingency plans for the various heroes of the Omniverse. This one was just for fun, but would anyone actually be interested in something like that?

Anyway, constructive criticism ONLY. No flames allowed.
