Scene: The Kitchen
Chance (bothering Sarah who is cooking): Mommy...Mommy
Sarah: How may I help you, baby?
Chance: I can't find my teddy bear
(Sarah takes a break to help Chance find his teddy bear. John joins in the search party. Meanwhile, Kitty spends time with Kyle)
Time Period: Sometime Between August and September 2021
Scene: Outside Chance's hospital room
Situation: Chance is hospitalized with the corona virus
A Nurse (to Sarah): You can't enter Chance's hospital room. Chance is highly contagious. He has the corona virus.
Sarah (rudely moves pass the nurse): I don't care. He is my son.
A Nurse (yelling behind Sarah): Mrs. Reese
Scene: Inside Chance's hospital room
Chance (coughing into his mask): Mommy
Sarah (still wearing a mask, she gives a teddy bear to Chance): I have brought your teddy bear to you. He will keep you company in my absence.
Chance (holding the teddy bear close to his chest): Thanks, Mommy
Sarah (fighting back tears, she touches Chance's cheek): You are welcome, my little prince
Chance: I miss Papa, Uncle Derek, and my siblings. When can I return back home?
Sarah: I don't know
Sarah (exiting the room): I must go, but I love you
Chance (breathing heavily): I love you too
Scene: The Connor Reese Residence
Action: John and Sarah are fixing lunch for themselves
John: What is the current status on my little brother?
Sarah: Chance is on the mend. I wonder who the hell gave him corona virus?
Time Period: Sarah's Dream
Place: The Cemetery- Sarah's gravesite
Kyle (accompanying Pops and a five year old John to Sarah's gravesite): Happy birthday, honey. Pops, John, and I have brought birthday gifts for you. We wish you were here with us. Leukemia had other plans though.
John (fighting back tears, he places a teddy bear down at the tombstone): I love and miss you so much, mommy. Happy birthday.
Kyle (choked up): John, you were always your mother's little buddy. You were her miracle baby.
John: Will we ever see mommy again?
Pops (placing roses down at the tombstone): Sarah is with us in spirit. She is our guardian angel. We will reunite with her someday.
(And then Sarah (Emilia Clarke) woke up. She was so worried about her health that she scheduled an appointment with her doctor. The doctor claimed she was fine as usual).

Scene: Sarah's hospital death
Situation: John Connor (Nicholas Stahl or and Christian Bale) witnesses his mother (Sarah Connor-Linda Hamilton) die from cancer. Sarah Connor (Linda) then wakes up in a world where she is always on the edge due to previous health (cancer) scares. Carl aka Pops (Arnold), Grace, and Dany offer support and comfort for her.

Situation: Sarah (Lena) dies from Cancer on December 14 or 15, 2005

Situation: post born to run-John (Thomas) comes back to 2009 and helps Sarah (Lena) with her cancer battle
Date: 9-24-2021
Scene: Kitty's school- A Classroom
Ms. Weever (approaching a depressed 11 year old Kitty): Why aren't you doing your school work, sweetheart?
Kitty (choked up): My mom has cancer. She has limited time left to live.
Ms. Weever: I am so sorry
Kitty (crying): I miss my mom. I want to go home.
(Right on cue, Ms. Weever receives a call from the front desk. Kyle has come to the school to pick up Kitty)
Scene: The Front office
Kitty (crying, she runs into Kyle's arms): Papa
Kyle (fighting back tears as he hugs Kitty): I am here to take you home. Your mom wants to see you.
The Receptionist: Mr. Reese, I am sorry to hear about your wife's cancer
Time Period: A Flashback
Place: A Doctor's Office
Situation: Sarah discovers she has Leukemia
A Doctor (reviewing Sarah's lab test results): Sarah, you have Leukemia. I am so sorry.
Sarah (choked up): How long do I have left to live?
A Doctor: You have six months or one year left to live
Sarah (fighting back tears): I understand
A Doctor: I suggest for you to appreciate every day
(Sarah bids the doctor farewell then. Sarah cries in her car before heading home. She keeps her cancer a secret until she can no longer hide her condition.)
Event: An Emergency Family Meeting
Situation: Sarah's Cancer Announcement
Sarah (barely keeping her composure): I have announcement
Kyle (rubbing Sarah's stomach): You have been vomiting a lot lately. Are you pregnant?
Sarah (falling apart in Kyle's arms): I am not pregnant. I have cancer.
Kyle (shocked and emotional): You have cancer?!
Sarah: I have Leukemia. The doctor said I have six months or one year left to live.
Derek (distraught): Damn it
Sarah (sits on the couch with her face in her hands): I am dying. I don't know what I am going to do.
Kitty and Chance (trying to get their mom's attention): Mom...Mommy
Sarah (pulling Kitty and Chance to her body:): Come over here, my precious babies
Cameron (to John): Your mom has cancer. I always knew this day would happen.
John: Shut up, Cam
(And then Sarah woke up)
