The snow began falling heavily as Min Jun picked his way down the mountain. The flashlight he had did little to light his way through the swirling snow. He leaned against a tree and hugged Cleo close. He wrapped a blanket around them both. Maybe running away wasn't such a good idea. He took out the thermus of hot chocolate only to find that it was cold. He shivered and pulled the blanket closer. He hoped the snow would stop soon so he could start walking again.
Back at the cabin everyone was sitting down to dinner when Mi Sun noticed that Min Jun wasn't in the room.
"Has anyone seen Min Jun?'' She asked looking around.
The kids glanced at each othe nervously. Phil looked out the window and saw the swirling snow. He couldn't take it anymore.
He noticed that Chuckie looked nervous and thought he would rwt Min Jun out. Before anyone could speak, Phil shouted.
"He's in the forest. He ran away cuz he doesn't want to move.''
The adults got up and the Men put on their coats. Despite the falling snow they trudged outside in search of Min Jun while the women stayed with the kids in case Min Jun case back.
After dinner Didi put a Christmas movie on for the kids.
Mi Sun stared out the window feeling terrible. She knew Min Jun didn't want to move, but it seemed like the best decision for the family.
The movie ended and the moms got their kids ready for bed. Mi Sun put Ji Yeon to bed while the other kids were busy putting out milk and cookies.
Outside the men trudged through the deep snow shining their flashlights in every direction, hoping to spot Min Jun.
Min Jun was freezing and just wanted to sleep. He was startled when Cleo suddenly booted up and ran away from him barking.
The men stopped as they heard something coming towards them.
"Cleo.'' Jin sighed in relief when he spotted the dog a few feet away. He had a feeling she knew where Min Jun was.
Cleo lead the men to a nearby tree and sure enough there was Min Jun huddled under a blanket against the tree shivering.
Jin picked him up and lead the way back to the cabin.
"Oh thank God.'' Mi Sun cried when Jin entered the cabin with Min Jun in his arms.
Didi got everyone a bowl of warm soup and after warming up everyone went to bed.
Christmas morning came and everyone excited opened their presents. The kids spent the rest of the day inside playing with their new toys. They also wanted to spend as much time with Min Jun and Ji Yeon as they could before they moved.
A/N I hope this ending was ok. I was losing interest in this story.
