"well Cat I have that bank account and money in it, is that house mansion thing still available" says Jade
"nuh uh it sold fast, I'm sad, that house was nice" pouts Cat
"do you have another house in mind" asks Jade
"there's a nice house in Catania but it's expensive, more than I'd want you to have to spend" says Cat
"how many rooms" asks Jade
"just enough but like I said it's way more than I'd ask for you to spend" says Cat
"Cat we can't be homeless and we can't return to the LA because of your brother, we need a home, August first is your last official day in the government hospital now that you're stable, we need to have a place to go" says Jade
"it's a million euros, it comes fully furnished and with an amazing pool, if you insist on paying that price then I guess I can't stop you, here's the ad" says Cat handing Jade her laptop
"ok that is an amazing house, I have the money don't worry my dad's not going to be mad, he's the one pushing hard for me to make sure I have a place to live here for my safety as much as yours" says Jade as she clicks request a viewing
At that house 3 days later
"so as you can see the rooms are very nice, the foundation material and insulation is all environmentally friendly" says the realtor
"what's the neighborhood like" asks Jade
"friendly as can be, I live in this neighborhood, have all my life, they're good people, environmentally responsible people, this house hasn't had a buyer in a year because of the economic issue on this side of the island, we're willing to negotiate on price" says the realtor
"that explains the dust, how old is this building" asks Jade
"two years old, built by a Spanish designer who cares about the environment" says The realtor
"why did the other people leave" asks Jade
"they didn't, the negotiation and buying process stalled after the man got cancer, he is no longer with us I'm afraid, so do you like the house Miss West" says the realtor
"I do indeed, I have a cheque right here for eight hundred grand would you take that" asks Jade
"I would, on the condition that you give his wife the other two hundred grand, that's where I'm planning to place my cut, she's been struggling" says Ronda (realtor)
"I agree, my family has made tons of money owning several businesses, it is our opinion we should give back" says Jade handing Ronda the cheque
"what's your cut of this deal" asks Cat
"a hundred grand, the company who built it just wants some money for the house they spent seven months making" says Ronda
"make sure they get it" says Jade signing another cheque for four hundred grand and handing it to Ronda
"this is more than I'd asked you to donate" says Ronda shocked
"I did some research on this house, I know it was your daughter who tried to buy it with her boyfriend, I was talking to her yesterday she said nobody would hire a single mom, this money won't bring her boyfriend back but it's about making a difference, that's my purpose here, making a difference, I'm creating a charity and my dad is going to inject two million dollars into it and it is open for anyone in Sicily to request some of the money, it's for struggling people, especially after that supercell storm, rebuilding is fine but if someone's home was destroyed or someone's way of life was destroyed by the storm, rebuilding building them a house won't help them if their memories are destroyed, it won't help them get back on their feet" says Jade
"so you plan to help people out without asking questions or knowing them" asks Ronda
"hey it's not easy to rebuild after a natural disaster, I'm fortunate enough to have enough money to just buy a new couch or a new bed or anything I desire, not everyone can and they shouldn't have to explain their situation to get relief, the charity will have protection against people who cheat the system and double dip, the only thing I will require is a copy of government ID and the cost of damages as calculated by an insurance agency, if the person and or family can't afford an insurance evaluation it will be paid for by the government of Sicily and Italy, I have their support" says Jade
"ok I'm going to transfer the deed into your hands I just need you to sign it and send it to me" says Ronda handing the deed over to Jade
"I'd rather just sign it right now and hand it to you" says Jade
"company policy is to have a trail when it comes to property deeds" says Ronda
"my girlfriend has been in the government hospital since the say she got here, we don't have an apartment we're moving from, we have no internet or way to transfer it at the moment, are you allowed to take a picture of me signing it, when we get internet I'll send it officially but till then we have no other way to get it to you" says Jade
"yes a picture will do fine for now, when do you plan to get internet access to send it officially" says Ronda
"as soon as possible, I will have Cassandra Valentine message you when we're up and running" says Jade signing the Deed papers
"ok picture taken, enjoy the house" says Ronda as she leaves
"can we cuddle for an hour first" asks Cat
"you know where that leads Cat, are you sure you have the energy for that" says Jade
"that's the plan baby, I'm finally adjusted to my meds, my energy is back and we have a home" says Cat
"when are we letting Sadie and Tori move in" asks Jade
"Cass will send them when we don't return, I told her if it went well and we bought it we'd spend the night here, you know given neither of us have official Italy phone plans I figured it was best to let her know ahead of time" says Cat
"then lead the way to the master bedroom my queen" says Jade kissing Cat
1 hour later
"ok I love love this bedroom, no echo no reverb, I guess we should wait and see if Tori or Sadie can hear us, this house is AMAZING" says Cat cuddling Jade close post loving
"I'll admit I never thought of the things you did, clearly you've been hoping for this and planning for years" says Jade
"I'm creative Baby, and yes I have been planning for years now, planning for the expected failure of my dreams to be with you yet giving me an out in case it happened which it did, I'm so so happy you love me back" says Cat
"hey now I've liked you for years, it's the fear that kept me back, it is also the fear that propelled me into your arms, fear that I'd lose you above all else and it haunted me that you had to go through that horror alone and I couldn't let that stand" says Jade
"so like I took your… you know… I was your first…. I thought that you and Beck…" stammers Cat
"I see you finally connected those dots, yes you are the first to touch me down there, Beck had his chance but he was always non-committal about the whole thing, he talks a good game but squirms at actually doing anything sexual, because of that we came up with scenes to "perform" at school to make it seem a certain way, when him and I started dating he'd get picked on for not 'doing' the hot scary girl also known as me, the suggestive wording, the way he acted towards me, it was all a skit to protect him from the Jock type or the entitled type" says Jade
"oh like the Karaoke okie-Dokie thing with those ganks" asks Cat
"yes exactly, god I love you" says Jade

Meanwhile with Tori that night
"where are they, it's been hours" asks Sadie
"oh uhh Cat said if things went well and they got the place they'd stay the night… you know to break it in" says Cassandra
"oh…..OH ok so where do we stay the night then, we have no reason to stay here with you Cassandra" says Tori realizing what Cassandra means
"I have a briefing, Hailey is sleeping, as is Mom, Dad's at work, could you pretty please watch Ellen and Hannah" asks Cassandra
"will we get paid" asks Tori
"that and so much more Tori, Hannah's dad is paying us big bucks to keep Hannah safe, Ellen is the first person Hannah has talked to since her mom died five years ago, it's not just anxiety, its' a mix of PTSD and a genetic condition Hannah has that affects her voice, makes it crackly and inconsistent" says Cassandra as Ellen giggles and cuddles Hannah
"is Ellen allowed to cuddle Hannah, I thought that was against the rules" asks Sadie
"In general it is not against the rules though only on the condition of Pajama wearing" says Cassandra
"why on that condition specifically" asks Tori
"because when it comes to anatomy Ellen is like an encyclopedia, she is hyper aware of her body and as a result other girls and women's bodies, she has yet to show any ability to restrain herself by any means to stop herself from sniffing and or touching other females, she has touched female heads of state in areas that are not ok for someone to touch, granted she's autistic, in some ways way worse than Cat but she knows boundaries, we respect hers and she has been warned to respect ours, that's why I can't take them with me, Ellen isn't allowed in the vicinity of other females at the government" says Cassandra
"why does she do it" asks Sadie
"she has a photographic memory, she likes to draw them, she likes to think every one is different and she can choose a path for her special place based on the ones she touches, though to be honest her grip on reality has never been solid, it's fluid at best though every doctor we've been to…. to get a diagnosis has had a wildly different opinion on the cause or condition or disorder she has" says Cassandra as she leaves as she's late for her briefing
"am I a bad person" asks Ellen cuddling Hannah tighter
"why would you say that about yourself" asks Sadie
"because of what Cass said, I can't restrain myself" says Ellen
"if you can't control it I think your body is trying to get a message out that your brain isn't understanding, see I've been watching your interactions with Hannah over the past two days, you haven't touched her there once, I think it's because you love her and your body and brain finally agree, you want Hannah to be yours so you're able to resist" says Tori
"how is that possible, did you have the same thing" asks Ellen nuzzling Hannah subconsciously
"no but my cousin does, her name is Adriana, she's a semi-famous model, when she was little she was very much like you, though unlike you she wasn't hyper aware of her body, she had to monitor what she ate, what she drank and how much, also who she was around because her body was screaming for female attention, if she wasn't careful she could and often did find herself touching female classmates and female family where they don't want to be touched, it got her in tons of trouble, nobody believed she didn't realize she was doing it, that is till my dad got a hold of her and sent her to a specialist in brain and body communication, that doctor found that the nerves connecting her conscious thought and actions to the rest of her body literally worked on it's own, literally giving her body a mind of its own" says Tori
"that sounds like me, but I seem to have more control around Hannah, I don't know why and it scares me" says Ellen again nuzzling Hannah subconsciously
"if I have anything to say about it we will get to the bottom of it" says Tori
