In Madrid with Jade and George several hours later
"so how does this work" asks George
"you just stand there and let me do the talking, Belle and her daughter are extremely traumatized and fear men, they're afraid that you're just like the people who made them sex slaves George, you were a girl the last time Belle saw you, she has every reason to be scared, now follow my lead, I know you have a high pitch voice still somewhere" says Jade as they walk over to Belle and Sarah
"who are you" asks Sarah
"I'm Jadelyn West, the daughter of the man who helped free you, Andrew West, that is your mother's sister over there" says Jade
"no that's a guy" says Sarah
"looks can be deceiving Sarah, he was born Julia Harriet Williams, do you know what transgender means" says Jade
"I think so, does it mean you don't feel attachment to the body you were born in, like I'm a girl but if I felt I was meant to be a boy, is that right" asks Sarah as Belle remains silent
"more or less Sarah, Julia didn't feel right in a girls body, she had a daughter eleven years ago as her last act before making the transition on the outside to who she felt like in her head, she got elected as Australia's leader on the idea of finding those who were kidnapped forty years ago and bringing them home, except she did it as a man who's name is George, he managed to bring home ten women and their children, yet the one he hoped to find remained hidden till now thanks to my dad, the DNA doesn't lie Sarah, he is your moms twin sister" says Jade
"why does he look sad" asks Sarah
"because he stands here looking into his sisters eyes and she doesn't see family, she sees an enemy, it breaks his heart, his daughter needs family, Hannah is the only family he has right now and Hannah feels like she's responsible for his sadness and fear" says Jade
"why did he keep looking" asks Belle
"because he refused to believe you were dead, people have been telling him for thirty-five years that there was no way you were still alive, there was a spark in Julia's mind that refused to let her believe that you were dead, your parents died never knowing you were still alive" says Jade
"I don't want to go back to Australia" says Belle calming down
"George has a house in Catania that he bought just before he left to come here, it has four nice sized rooms and an ice-cream parlor temporarily being run out of a home one street over" says Jade
"that last one doesn't seem safe" says Belle
"it's a special situation, the parlor owners daughter is an employee and she was almost killed by an ex boyfriend, it's being run out of the house for safety reasons, to protect that daughter" says Jade
"does that happen often" asks Sarah
"often enough, there is this idea among a set of boys in Sicily as a whole that they have the right to abuse, rape and kill girls and feel like they can't be arrested for it, the guy in question was responsible for a few incidents in the neighborhood but he's in jail now, it is a safe neighborhood, I provided security cameras pointed at the road that the police can access and they provided the access point for the cameras, you will be safe there, the ice-cream is amazing, the people are nice" says Jade
"you always wanted to lead" says Belle
"I'm a born leader Belle, I got seventy percent of the vote, I served for eight years and even though we located so many most had died so we couldn't return them to their families alive which was my whole reason for running, I could have run for another term but I didn't have the heart" says George
"the traffickers had brought three ten year old girls here when they were caught and dismantled as a trafficking ring, all three are Aussie's" says Sarah
"are they alive" asks George
"yes but Henderson won't release them to anyone but family" says Sarah
"I'll make a call to the new prime minister of Australia if you guys agree to come to Catania with me, to start again" says George
"ok" says Belle
"I'd like that, is it ok if I call you Julia not George, all mom has ever called you is Julia, I've never known you by any other name till now and I'm not sure I can get used to calling you that name for a while" says Sarah
"it took adjustment for me too Sarah, there were times I'd get ready to do a press briefing and I'd see the name George and assume they got it wrong, that first year was a hard one for me, I spent three years having only my daughter call me dad or George, it was different when it was what people in the government called me George, if you want to call me Julia then you can, Hannah doesn't speak much due to a genetic condition I passed onto her but she has occasionally called me Julia as well" says George
"actually George she has been doing a little better, not many long sentences but there have been a few where she rambles on, I took her to the doctor last week and the doctor said her voice will always be crackly but as she speaks more and more her vocal cords will not make it as hard to speak" says Jade
"how are her and Hannah doing regarding the rules" asks George
"Hannah feels touch deprived and has been offering her place for Ellen to touch but Ellen is utterly afraid of you taking Hannah away so she tells Hannah no, causing Hannah to seek other means of getting those needs met, usually resulting in a nasty rug burn that causes her pain" says Jade
"I keep forgetting her doctor said she might be ahead of the pack that way, I shouldn't have been so insistent they follow the rules to the letter" says George
"what does that mean" asks Sarah
"a genetic gene mutation caused her to start puberty way younger than normal, she was five when it started, it's why I'm so protective of her" says George
"that would explain her insistence to not go back" says Jade
"huh I don't know how I genuinely never connected the two, I guess I was too scared of people judging me and protecting her to notice" says George

"ok, maybe we go by boat back, less expensive" says George

20 minutes later as a limo arrives to pick them up
"one limo ride to paradise" says Andrew West
"since when do you drive a limo Andrew" asks George
"since I'm funding the missing children mission Henderson started I drive them around, try and give them a sense of self worth and confidence, they get a laugh out of a rich dude driving them around for free, paying for their meal while they're out and giving them ten dollars when they leave" says Andrew as Sarah giggles
"how do you afford that" asks George
"I make a hundred grand or more a day George, I think I can afford to make trafficking victims smile and leave them with even a slight hope for the future, anyway I'm to drive you directly to Barcelona or Valencia, the latter is faster" says Andrew
"then we go to Valencia" says Sarah nervously as they get in
"you were a slave too weren't you Sarah" asks George genuinely trying to connect
"yes, I was considered one of the high class slaves when I turned eleven, it's been almost six years since then and as much as what they did to me was evil it was also a routine that I could trust day in and day out, nothing to jump out and ruin my day" says Sarah
"why high class, I didn't know Australian girls were favorites in Spain" asks George
"because I was born into it, mom's master got her pregnant with me, therefore I was a first generation pure-blood slave that they could mold into their own person, they ultimately failed because I have a strong will to live by my own means, though not for lack of trying to break me" says Sarah hugging her uncle

"actually Georgie she's got your temper, or is it Dad's temper, my brain is so scrambled I'm lucky I can walk" says Belle
"Sarah does your temper only come out when someone is hurting or does it come raging out and you can't control it" asks George as Sarah blacks out

"that was a two hour gap there Sarah, sis does she have what dad had" asks George
"we were slaves Georgie, even after we were freed that leader wouldn't let us see a therapist unless our situation was really bad, something about making sure not to spend too much of Andrews money" says Belle
"she definitely has my temperament but we will be getting that checked out, Jade knows a therapist who can do remote sessions" says George
"you do" asks Sarah
"yes, me…. ironically it wasn't my Intention but in trying to understand Cat better back in LA I'd accidentally enrolled myself in a therapist class online, what's weirder is that I passed with the highest marks in the class, I'm now an officially registered therapist, even in Sicily" says Jade
"you're an actress Jade, by that definition you are able to become your client and understand them on a level almost no therapist can which means your treatment for those conditions will be almost pinpoint accurate, I'd had many a call from your therapy professor asking if you actually had certain diagnosed conditions because you were able to explain example conditions in a way the therapist community has never had the access nor view on before, she was amazed at the level of detail you could go into and she said the treatment you recommended every time was spot on" says Andrew
"wait are you the girl dating Catarina Valentine" asks Sarah
"yes, why" asks Jade
"you landed the funniest, most beautiful, sweetest girl in the world" says Sarah
"I wish her humor was always on point, she's autistic, jokes often fly over her head and she rarely understands her own jokes, her amazing memory allows her to repeat jokes that she doesn't understand" says Jade
"that's what makes her funny, you scared her more than anything, any normal person would abandon you, yet Cat became even more loyal to you, as if she knew you were hiding your suffering, people like me wish we had friends like her, people who make an effort to stick with you no matter what so they can be there when you need them" says Sarah
"ok that is something I never considered before and it explains so much, when we get there you definitely have to meet Cat for real, and maybe Tori if her PTSD isn't acting up" says Jade
"T-T-THE TORI Vega….. I think I'm gonna faint" says Sarah feeling light headed
"what happened" asks George
"Tori is like Her ultimate idol, she respects Cat for who she is but Tori is her favorite person from that documentary, because she went from being a complete outsider to being loved and accepted by the group and the school" says Belle
"most of that documentary was staged but was based on real events, believe it or not Tori was the only surprise character in that documentary because Trina really was allergic and Tori had to take over, she is both a success story and a victim of that documentary because her boyfriend shortly after that basically turned her into his slave, the worst part is everyone saw a dramatic change and did nothing about it, we all sat there expecting someone to do something about it, in a twist of fate Trina ended up being the one who got her to the point of freedom" says Jade
"I was under the assumption it was a reality show" says George
"nope, Tori wasn't even at the school when they started filming, she went to Sherwood but Trina went to Hollywood Arts and that's why she was even in the first episode of the documentary, the whole point was to show what schools like Hollywood arts can bring, how it can take people's dreams and make them come true, when Tori performed at the Platinum music awards they said that would be the final episode, Tori went from a nobody to a person of extreme interest in the music scene, the only problem was Dean Sanderwood, yes that was his real name, he saw her perform and said Victoria will be mine, after he died not one record label wanted anything to do with her, it absolutely crushed her" says Jade
