The next morning in the Williams house
"hey mom I hope you don't mind but uhhh Jenna kinda pulled out some of my hair" says Sarah nervously
"did she prove her love" asks Belle
"yes, we kinda kept going till I fell asleep, I've never felt it like that before, not even master could make my body do the things it did last night, so you're not mad about the hair" says Sarah
"why would I be mad" asks Belle
"because I ripped her hair out and she laughed, she won't tell me why it's so funny" says Jenna
"she has a condition that prohibits hair growth of any kind, well actually there is only one place her body seems to grow hair though it is silver in color, anyway her head hair isn't real, it's a glued on wig using special head glue so as to not make it permanent in the slim chance they find a cure so she can grow hair" says Belle
"so I didn't hurt her…." Asks Jenna
"I mean ripping it off would hurt but not as much as ripping real hair off of someone, how'd it happen" says Belle
"ok but why would she laugh, we were in the middle of things when it happened, I was on top and she'd asked me to pull her hair" says Jenna
"because she believes that if your into her enough to listen to her requests while you're doing things and you rip her hair off then the love is real, mainly because it's quite obviously not real hair and if your distracted by her enough to not notice then she knows in her heart that you're the one she's looking for" says Belle
"ok is it weird that it took you mentioning that for me to actually realize that her hair is literally not even real, I've been cuddling her for almost a week at this point and playing with her hair, how have I not noticed that before" says Jenna
"we haven't heard from Cat or Tori in days, I hope everything is ok" cries Sarah
"they're fine, a guy attempted to kidnap Tori and Cat but failed when Cat kicked him down south, though they didn't survive that unscathed either, Cat has a concussion and memory issues and Tori has lung issues but they're alive" says Belle
"can we visit them" asks Sarah
"the back door is locked, as a result of the situation nobody is leaving the house till after the trial for safety reasons, and David and Trina are here, they're unsure if Tori's baby will survive, nobody is allowed in without explicit approval" says George
"t-t-tori's pregnant" asks Jenna
"yes, it would appear that the time Tori's asked Andre to do her hard to push out the memories of the abuse she suffered under Dean's control the condom broke, I can make a call but I can't guarantee we will be allowed to visit" says George as he makes the call to David
"what is it George" asks David
"Sarah and Jenna want to visit, especially now that they know that Tori's pregnant" says George
"Tori's not in the best of moods, she's convinced its not the right time for a baby despite being in her dream relationship with both Sadie and Andre, though the reason for the house lockdown is Cat, she's constantly terrified, the attempted kidnapper had dropped her onto the floor so fast, her memory is so fragmented it's risky, sometimes she remembers Jade others she screams bloody murder, I'll unlock the door but I can't guarantee how you guys will be greeted" says David as he hangs up
In the West home 5 minutes later
"why don't you want to keep the baby Tori, ever since I was little you always helped me when my family visited" asks Jenna
"I just don't think I'm parent material" says Tori
"Tori you had to deal with Trina, if I had to deal with her back then I'd have had to deal with her I'd have gotten her a free private plane ride to Hawaii then have the plane shot down, the fact that you didn't kill her is proof enough that you can handle a child Tori" says Jenna
"that's kind of graphic" says Tori
"to be fair sis, Jenna has a point, when I started therapy and I talked about how I treated you she was stone cold pissed at me, she'd make me put tape over my mouth while she explained just how evil that was of me, yes you have a temper, she acknowledged that much but she also made it very clear how much you held back, that if you weren't in control you had every chance to kill me and that the school probably would have protected you from legal trouble because everyone hated me" says Trina
"you really think I'd be a good mom" asks Tori
"without a doubt" says Jenna
"you have the ability to be a better parent than either me or your mom were, please don't let that opportunity pass" says David
"but my romantic situation, I'll be a target, they might take my kid away" says Tori
"believe it or not Tori you're actually used as a role model for the girls who are targets of the creeps, when did you find out you were pregnant" says Trina
"last week, I'm just a month in but I figured it out when my cravings got stronger, I've spent a hundred dollars on ice-cream just this week and the pot doesn't help, if I'm going to carry to term then I need people to help me with that, my main problem is these damn dean abuse memories, he made me feel worthless, I don't know if I can do this by myself" says Tori
"what doesn't make sense is I was using protection, it shouldn't be possible" says Andre
"they can break Andre" says David
"so will the baby look like me or Tori" asks Andre
"probably a healthy mix, assuming Tori's body is healthy enough to keep the baby, she's had a lot of physical trauma done to her lower half by Dean, when I took her to the hospital at the time she had kidney and liver damage and she'd needed a dual kidney transplant, which she managed to get but still, her body is as traumatized as her brain Andre, if she shows ANY sign of distress above and beyond what's normal let me know, hell if she has so much as a fever let me know" says David
"Dad you're being over-dramatic" says Tori
"maybe but you've always wanted kids, I refuse to let Dean win from beyond the grave" says David
"ok that was a low blow even for you" says Tori relenting
"where's Cat" asks Sarah changing the subject
"getting a straight jacket delivered, she doesn't trust herself, no mental health facility will take her because she's not actually insane, she sees it as the only option right now, doctors say it's temporary, her memory issues that is, though it could last up to two months, Cat has moments where she has no idea how she got here and moments where she tries to make love, as a result, this morning she asked that she be given space, that if she comes down to eat that you guys, me included giver her at minimum ten feet of space though she'd prefer double that at twenty feet I told her that given the space in some of the rooms of this house a twenty foot space would be impossible, that we also interact with her as little as possible" says Jade
"given the damage his kick must have given her I don't have a problem giving her space to recover" says Tori as Robbie knocks on the front door and Trina goes to answer it
"what is it Robbie, you know we can't let anyone in" asks Trina
"I'm not looking to be let in, I work today, I just wanted to hand over a package, it's for Cat, the delivery guy keeps mistaking my house for your guys house, though now that I think about it it might not be a mistake as the guy who hurt Tori and Cat was a delivery guy for that company, anyway here it is, I really have to go" says Robbie handing Trina the package and walking back to his garage
"CAT I'M LEAVING YOUR PACKAGE ON THE LANDING" Screams Trina so Cat can hear leaving the package on the landing
"THANK YOU" screams Cat back as the bedroom door opens
5 minutes later after Cat returns to her and Jade's bedroom
"she looked very jittery Jade, she didn't look healthy" says Jenna
"that's because she's very tired, the IV meds she's on exercise her muscles, including her brain, which means walking and talking cost extra energy and the memory fracturing causes her to talk to herself which could be permanent" says Jade
"so she could be talking to herself for the rest of her life" asks Jenna
"it is possible yes, she hit the floor pretty hard, I'm surprised there wasn't more blood to be honest, Tori how are your lungs" says Jade
"scratchy but ok, how's Cassidy doing with Robbie and Alex" says Tori
"you'd be surprised neither of them are pregnant yet, despite Cassidy trying her hardest to do so, she's doing a little better, her memory now lasts up to four hours at a time as opposed to ten minutes which is where it was when she started living at Robbie's last month, which is amazing, it could be a similar road Cat will follow" says Jade as Cat walks down in her straight Jacket
"what's up Cat" asks Jenna
"I'm lonely, my memory sucks, why can't I just have good things happen to me" pouts Cat
"do you want something to eat" asks Jade
"I guess, I want ice-cream not warm food" pouts Cat just now realizing she can't hold a cone
"you know we can't leave this house till after the trial, it's too dangerous" says Jade
"forget it then, I can't hold the cone anyway, not with this on and I don't trust myself without it" cries Cat
"I'm sure Robbie could bring it over, I'm willing to hold it Cat" says Trina
"not with Cassandra's guard system, I'm surprised my package was allowed through without being opened" says Cat
"actually Robbie said they dropped it off at his place, something about the company not wanting to cause another incident, Cass cleared Robbie to walk in, gave him a government pass and everything, I'm sure they had him show proof but ice-cream is ice-cream, they're not going to search an ice-cream cone" says Trina
"you sure" asks Cat
"almost positive, Cass would feel terrible if she denied you ice-cream" says Trina
"how do you know her exactly" asks Cat suddenly confused
"do you really think Uncle Henderson doesn't talk to me about things, I was always his favorite growing up, though less so when he noticed I was bullying Tori, Cass may exude authority but she's easily pushed around, she's not as dominant as she appears, I'll text Robbie and see what he says" says Trina as she texts Robbie
With Robbie
"hey Alex I know today was supposed to be your day off to cuddle with Cassidy but Cat wants an ice-cream, she's feeling bad about her memory issues and we're really busy right now, any chance you could hold the place and work for an hour" says Robbie after reading Trina's text
"she's your best friend Robbie, yes of course I'll hold the store while you make her a big cone, take the whole tub of ice-cream she likes, it's not exactly a best seller anyway, you know Cassandra will pay you back for it" says Jenna getting up off the couch and heading to the garage to cover for Robbie
"thanks Hun, I owe you one" says Robbie
Outside
"what's in that tub Robbie" asks Guard Julian
"Cat's favourite ice-cream, Trina texted me saying Cat wanted a cone, Cat's favourite ice-cream isn't selling so I took the whole tub" says Robbie
"Banana crunch" asks Julian
"yeah, why" asks Robbie
"because it's my favorite too, I haven't seen it in years, not since I left America five years ago" says Julian as Robbie makes him a cone
"it's an American flavour, more specifically an LA one, here's a cone, enjoy" says Robbie handing the guard a cone
"ok this is amazing, brings back my childhood, thank you, you may go in" says Julian as Robbie enters the house
"hey why'd they let you in and why do you have a whole tub of my favorite ice-cream, I only wanted a cone" asks Cat as her memory falters for a second
"it's not selling very well, if you pay for it I can put it in the freezer in the closet, I brought ten cones with me, the guard apparently love the flavour too so I made him a cone so I have nine left, four waffle cones, three normal cones and two cone-in-a-cups" says Robbie
"what's it gonna set me back" asks Jade
"fifty dollars for this tub, two dollars per cone" says Robbie as Jade hands him the money
"can you afford to stay for a few minutes while she eats the ice-cream cone" asks Jade
"today is supposed to be Alex's day off to be with Cassidy, now that she has a longer period of time to remember things we're making progress with names and objects, the therapist was there yesterday on my day off and she said that if Cassidy can get her memory window to six or eight hours at a time she will be allowed to work again, which she's excited about, anyway I asked Alex for an hour of time, she knows she'll get paid for it, from what I understand Mr. and Mrs. Frank might make the business permanent at my house as business has never been better" says Robbie
"why an hour" asks Cat
"because you're my friend Cat, Cassidy at the start had a memory window of ten minutes, she was in a constant state of either fear or a need to make love, she knows the struggles, she would never wish that on anyone, brain injuries can be very difficult to understand as the victim, I promised them I'd never leave them but that if you ever needed anything that I had to be there for you, now let's get scooping ice-cream before it melts" says Robbie as she scoops Cat a big tall cone and hands it to Trina so Cat can eat it
"yum…. You know this ice-cream always calms me down, I hope you don't mind the straight jacket" says Cat expertly licking the ice-cream away
"ok now I see why you're so good in bed" says Jade in awe
"huh am I showing or something" asks Cat scared
"no no you're covered up, I mean your ice-cream skills with your tongue, you can expertly remove ice-cream without using your teeth, I can't even do that" says Jade as David puts the ice-cream in the freezer
"Uhh we have a problem, the ice-cream tub doesn't fit in the freezer" says David
"you're an adult David figure it out" says Jade
"right well there is no way a three foot tall tub of ice-cream is fitting in a two foot tall chest freezer no matter how you slice it, unless you expect me to literally slice it" says David
"there's a tall freezer beside the elevator to the master bedroom" says Jade
"you told me that was off limits" says David as Cat finishes her cone
"can I have another cone" asks Cat
"in a few minutes Cat, the code is Catarina and Jadelyn twenty, it will change after you use it, it's off limits because that's Cat's personal stash of ice-cream and leftovers, there should be room for that tub in it, Cat's been eating a lot of her stash lately because of the memory issue" says Jade as Cat's long memory time is over
"hey where am i" asks Cat upset
"and just like that I have to baby her, Cat your at home it's ok you're safe" says Jade
"who's the pregnant lady" asks Cat
"I'm Tori nice to meet you" says Tori as Cat runs upstairs terrified
"how often does that happen" asks Jenna
"she managed to last longer this time before the flip" says Jade
"that didn't seem like a memory flip, that seemed to be a personality flip" says Jenna
"and you'd know that how" asks Jade suspiciously
"because I grew up with Rebecca in my house, Adri's fiancé, she's a system of three or four people, about two years after Adri and Rebecca had officially begun dating Rebecca had been in a car with her little sister, the car flipped and caught fire and Rebecca was the only one not wearing a seat belt and was the only survivor, her little sister died in her arms, after that Rebecca tried to run away four times from the Vega home in which she lived in with Adri, all four times she came back acting like a different person and had given the police a different name each time as well, she hasn't been the same since, Dad confirmed what I saw, he saw the differences too" says Jenna
"that makes sense she'd have PTSD plus survivors guilt, all Cat had was a head wound, how can you so easily think one can be the other" asks Jade
"it was the tone in her voice, she asked where she was but didn't seem terrified till Tori introduced herself, it's possible this personality is afraid of Tori, brain injuries can mess with the whole personality thing, trust me I'd know, I tried to kill myself a few times because of my schizophrenia, I hated my life, I'd run into cars, get concussions, forget things and end up doing it all over again, people hated me, I was the least liked person in Madrid, I was only accepted at official gatherings where Dad, Adri, Rebecca and I were invited" says Jenna
"do you think she knows" asks Jade
"without a doubt, Cassandra has it too, Cass's prefer stealth mode though, most likely Cat's are bold" says Jenna
