Ooff new chapter out!

I realized throughout the story that Mr. Dickenson didn't had a first name yet! so I decided that William was pretty suitable eheh.

Welp leave a comment and let me know your thoughts!

Enjoy reading.

Switching the engine off from his truck he rested his head against his steering wheel. Taking a deep breath in he hauled himself out of the truck and staggered towards the workshop, pushing through the door and closing it behind him while tossing his gear aside in a corner and turned the lock, last thing he wanted was another disturbance.

Despite a little hitch during the project he had still managed to get them to wrap things up at a decent time, he kept his final meeting with Mr. Dickenson as brief as he could and rushed his way back. Normally it didn't bother him much to work through late in the night but long days and the lack of sleep had started catching up on him.

Dropping down on his back in the sofa he exhaled deeply, he closed his eyes and felt that same sensation from the afternoon creep up. That sudden hug from Julia, it had hit a spot within him. If only things went differently. He chuckled halfheartedly, he wished her all the best in the world and beyond. You shouldn't hang out with a mess like me. Inhaling deeply he tried to calm himself down and relax a little.

In the distance he only heard the soft ticking of a clock on the wall and as his tiredness was starting to get the better of him the sound faded when sleep was taking over.

A few hours later as the evening had fallen the phone which he dropped on the table next to him began to vibrate. Hissing in annoyance by the rude awakening he sat up and reached for the noisy object. Before his eyes were able to register his surroundings he was hit with a loud ringing noise in his ears. Not again.. He winced as he grabbed his head with his free hand.

Despite his vision being slightly blurred he could somehow still make out that Spencer was calling. With a flick of his thumb he answered it and brought the phone to his ear. "Yeah?"

"Assuming you are going to spend the night there." Spencer had a slight hint of annoyance in his voice.

Feeling somewhat guilty towards the blonde Tala tried to fake some humor in his voice. "Just taking a nap, that is all."

"I see.." The blond replied impartial. Tala swore he could hear some distant noise as if he was driving but he waved it away as his head was currently a mess itself.

"Look.. I'll come tonight, alright?"

The sound of the lock getting turned made him jump up only to be met with heavy resistance from his body and the noise in his head increasing to an excruciating level. Dropping to his knees his heart rate started to spike through his chest. Get the fuck out of my head… at this point he just wanted to yell it out but his vocal cords failed to make any sound at all.

Heavy footsteps coming from the hallway approached him rapidly. Feeling a familiar hand on his shoulder he managed to look up almost pleading at Spencer who had crouched beside him. Knowing the blondes rather unorthodox ways he tried to sit up slightly and steady himself for the impact.

With a strong punch in the abdomen he gasped heavily feeling the air escape from his lungs which resulted in his head shutting down. His body became limp and as he was about to fall down on the floor he was already caught by Spencer's arm.

Lifting up his body over his shoulder Spencer made a slight jump in his legs to steady himself. Frowning at the weight on his shoulder he shook his head, he could tell that he had not eaten well in a long time. "Sorry, I should have kept a better eye on you." He whispered as he left the workplace.

Blissfully Julia was watching the soft snow fall from the hotel window. Since long she managed to get a meaningful connection with someone and it made her feel wholesome. Maybe I should ask him if he wants to do something together. Cheeks flustering at that thought that she'd be asking him on a date! She made a mental note that after she kicked the Majestics asses tomorrow she would gently force him into a sightseeing of Moscow.

"Hellooo… Earth to Julia." Raul patted her head while holding a steaming cup of tea in front of her.

"Hng… don't mess up my hair." She pouted accepting the warm drink.

"Sorry to break your daydream." He rolled his eyes. "Also you spend an awfully long time in the stadium, or did you do more than training… Like drinking milkshakes" poking the side of her cheek in a teasing matter.

Setting down her cup she stood up facing Raul dead in the eye. "Tomorrow, we will win."

Raul chuckled at his sisters dedicated words, when she said things like that, she meant it and there was hell to pay for whoever tried stopping her. "I have no doubt about that."

Turning back to her cup of tea she took a small sip. "Hmm this is good!"

"You think so? I found it in a small shop, perhaps I should get some more to take with us." Raul replied.

"You went exploring without me!" She shouted.

Taking a step back Raul could feel a slight sweat drop slide over his cheeks Ah.. busted. "I mean… Romero and I we-"

"Romero too! So while I was busting my ass off training you two went on a little tour huh." Julia growled.

Romero walked into the common living space and managed to dodge an incoming slipper from Julia. Raul waved his arms frantically as if he tried to tell him to run. Catching up on the hint he turned on his heels and ran for the hills. "Why did you tell her Raul!" His voice dramatic.

Balling her fist in annoyance she shot one last death glare to both of them. "You better be on your top game tomorrow to make up for this."

"Yes ma'am." Raul and Romero whined in unison.

With that statement made she moved to the door of her bedroom shutting it a little bit harder than necessary. A small smile of victory formed while she threw herself on the soft bed rolling to her stomach.

Shuffling the pillow underneath her chest she grabbed her phone and the group chat with the other girls.

[Julia] You all still awake?

She had no reply for a good five minutes, suddenly the chime of her inbox drew her attention back to the screen.

[Mariah] Go to sleep! You have a match tomorrow!

[Julia] Geez you sound like Raul now haha, I am fine though!

[Mariah] If you say so, are you exited?

[Julia] Hells yeah I am!

[Hilary] Gosh you two are still awake!?

[Julia] Say hi to Rei and Kai for me

[Mariah] I am alone in my room still, Rei stayed with Tyson and the gang, not sure what they are up to. Hil! What are they doing?

[Hilary] I gave them hell… muwhaha, Kai is in the living room though reading. I think Kenny wanted to make adjustments to Driger before I left so that could be the reason he is later.

[Julia] Can you give them that same training before I face them, pretty please?

[Hilary] Or… I give it to all of you!

[Mariah] Now that would be funny… everybody in the arena being in pure agony because of Hilary's training regime haha.

[Hilary] So what are your plans for tomorrow Mariah?

[Mariah] Oh not sure actually, I think we are competing two days after Julia and worst of it all is that we are facing you guys too! So perhaps we are going to have some quality time before I make him sleep on the sofa…

[Julia] I can only imagine the big tiger being send out of his bed by his wife the feral cat

[Mariah] These claws are not just for show hun.

[Hilary] I will keep that in mind if Rei turns up with back pain on the day of the match. Anyways Kai is finally tired of his book so I am calling it a night, good luck tomorrow Julia! We will be watching you from the side.

[Mariah] I am off too! Rei just came back so, kick some Majestic ass tomorrow Julia and as Hilary said we too will be watching you

[Julia] Thanks you guys are the best! And give my regards to the guys.

[Mariah] Sleep tight!

[Hilary] Goodnight my lovely's

[Julia] Sweet dreams!

Pushing the side button on her phone she turned the screen off and placed it back on her night stand. She rolled on her back placing her right hand on her chest, her eyes stared up at the ceiling and she felt this odd feeling come over her.

Surely she was happy for her two friends, Mariah and Rei was an obvious thing and even Hilary and Kai had found each other, it made her feel a bit jealous? Having looks that could kill only really attracted the wrong type of guy, she gave it a few tries but none of them really where meaningful. If she where to think of somebody she'd only picture that rugged redhead, the thought made a small smile appear on her face. But you're probably otherwise occupied or perhaps not even interested to begin with.

Shaking the idea out of her head she dug her face in the pillow muffling her frustrated groan. It's your fault for getting in my head! I'll make you pay though and break that ceiling. Chuckling at her own childish thought she had decided that it wasn't that much of a bad idea either.

Sitting at the edge of the bed Spencer took a firm grip on Tala's underarm, with surgical precision he punctured the skin with a needle and connected the tubes to a bag of Saline. Reaching for a roll of medical tape he fixated the loose tube on his arm.

Brian was leaning against the doorframe watching Spencer do his thing in silence. Occasionally he'd shoot a glance at Tala who was taking strained breaths every now and then. He was grateful that they had somebody like Spencer to patch them up, but at the same time he felt utterly powerless. Suppose we can't sole everything with sheer force all the time.. His thoughts trailing off.

"Why did you not tell me he went to meet Boris beforehand." Spencer shot a glance at Brian.

"It's Tala we're talking about, if anything it could have been numerous reasons that he went, and because it is him.. I thought he'd be fine." Keeping his gaze from Spencer.

"That is why we exactly must look out for him, if it wasn't for him neither of us was sitting here, we owe him that much." Slowly he pulled the covers his body, not like it would make much difference thanks to his resilience to the cold, but perhaps it would provide some comfort.

"How bad is it.." Brian spoke in a quiet tone.

"Severely dehydrated and exhaustion mostly, nothing too serious for now at least." Getting up from the bedside he walked over towards the side table where his bag stood. Searching through the array of vials and other medical equipment in it he pulled out a glass container of Triazolam.

Frowning at his actions Brian came closer. "You going to keep him asleep?"

Rolling his eyes at the brothers statement he took out a needle to pull out the liquid from the container. "I punched him in the gut to knock him out, I wasn't quite well equipped earlier." Proceeding to the IV drip he administered the medication and kept an eye on Tala's breathing until he was satisfied that he'd would be out for a good few hours.

"Well that sounds a bit brutal." Brian chuckled.

It was as if you were begging me to do it though.. Shaking the image of his brothers broken state from his head he took off his gloves and tossed them in a bin nearby. "Brutal huh? To think that those words would ever come out of your mouth." Spencer laughed while giving Brian a pet on his head.

"What can I say, I grew up." Brian shrugged.

Shaking his head at Brian's words in disbelief We all moved on pretty much, at least I believe we did. Spencer continued to walk out of the room leaving Brian behind.

Letting out a heavy sigh he grabbed a chair and placed it next to the bed. "I suppose all those things from the past are finally catching up to ya. But hang in there, we've seen it through and so will you." Placing his hands behind his head he made himself comfortable, he closed his eyes and slowed down his breathing. In just a few moments he was already asleep, a small perk he picked up from the abbey days, sleep when you pretty much can in any position possible.

Downstairs Spencer made himself comfortable in the sofa, in his hand he mindlessly swirled a drink around. Kicking up his legs on the table in front of him he reached for the remote with his other free hand. Casually he zapped through a few channels before he stopped suddenly at a local sports broadcasting.

Recognizing the obnoxious female voice he turned up the volume slightly. BEGA? Why did they appear again all of a sudden? Their appearance made him frown and he continued to listen to the interview. It was mainly small talk and when the reporter asked about their whereabouts the past few years they simply 'dodged' it with answers that they were working on personal projects.

Sitting back in the sofa he crossed his arms, a sudden crash through the front door made him perk up his ears and from the corner of his eyes he saw something small dash by through the living room. With inhumanly quick response he grabbed the collar of the little brother trying to sneak past him.

"Put me down…" He hissed at Spencer.

Shooting him a cocky glance he let go of Ian who landed gracefully on his feet. Jumping up on the sofa he took a seat next to Spencer, Due to his feet being unable to reach the floor he crossed his legs underneath him. For a brief moment he turned his gaze to the TV noticing the BEGA interview. "Hold up, they are competing this year?"

"Seems so." Spencer nodded.

"Wouldn't surprise me that they are scheming something new again." Ian said with an hint of disgust in his voice.

Spencer's eyes immediately turned to Ian, he made a fair point there and taken the recent events he started to slowly puzzle together his own theory. "The first match is tomorrow, Majestics vs F-Dynasty, the opening was two days ago I believe. That same day Tala met up with Boris too."

"He did what!" Ian shouted out by was quickly muffled by a pillow to the face by Spencer.

"Don't wake them…" He shushed at Ian.

"So the stray found his way back home again, huh." Ian lowered his voice.

Spencer let out a small sigh at that statement. "I knocked him out for a good few hours and Brian is keeping an eye out."

It was too much out of character for him to show it on the outside but Ian was somewhat glad that he was back in their midst, at least physically, mentally was still work in progress. What worried him was Boris and BEGA turning up in various events at the same time. "You recon that Boris and BEGA are back together, I mean he is in jail here and exactly this tournament they turn up all of a sudden?"

"Boris is in jail here in Moscow, BEGA is here as well due to the championship."

"It's all a bit too convenient for them." Ian stated

"We're all sensing disturbances around because of Falborg, Wyborg and Seaborg, the absence of Wolborg is making them all uneasy and it had done more harm to Tala then we had seen. Damnit.. if only we were there 5 years ago." Spencer clenched his fists together.

"Relax big guy, none of us could have that coming. If it wasn't for Wolborg none of us would be sitting here now. Look to ease your mind I will go to the perimeters of the abbey tonight and see what the big fuss is going on there." Ian got up from the sofa and turned his head sideways making his neck make a few 'pops' in the process.

"It would be better to go with Brian…" He was glad that Ian took this task up on himself, for the little shit he was, he was damn reliable.

"Heh.. Brian!? It's a recon not destroy-everything-in-your-path. No sir thank you, but my tiny ass and me can handle this." Ian laughed.

Spencer nodded his head with a sigh. "Touché."

Slowly he sipped his tea while he leaned in the brown leather chesterfield chair. Quietly a record was spinning whilst playing some jazzy tunes in the background. His desk was very neatly organized and in front of him where a few papers. He stood up from his seat and walked towards an open cabinet on the side, multiple frames where neatly placed next to each other mostly containing group pictures of beyblading teams that had competed in the tournaments.

His attention was drawn to sound of the door in his office getting opening, in the frame he assistant stood. "Sorry to disturb you so late, but Dr. Zagart is on the line for you."

"Thank you my dear." The assistant bowed her head and walked out again closing the door behind her.

Shifting back to his seat he tapped a button on the phone and put the call on speaker. "Dr. Zagart my old friend, I hope you find yourself in good health."

"Ah it is good to hear you again William! I am doing well, thank you for asking. How are you?"

"I cannot help but be a little restless for the first battle tomorrow but I am fine."

"The reason for my call is because I have the results of that question you had for me, it is indeed a very odd occurrence but it is not impossible to happen. What piqued my interest however is that usually all bit beasts have their own special signature, there are cases of twins but highly rare."

"Hm, twin bit beasts are not unheard of, the two bladers of F-Dynasty are twins and I believe so are their bit beasts."

"Very true, but still you find that they have slight deviations, the one that you had send me is an 'exact' copy, may I ask where you found this?"

Mr. Dickenson let out a deep sigh. "We picked up the readings near the old abbey in Russia."

"The abbey you say?! Isn't that where Balkov made his base of research. You recon he succeeded in one of his unorthodox projects?"

"That man is sick to the bone, the things they found when Biovolt was disbanded, it was gruesome. Unfortunately the building itself is very old and filled with uncharted rooms and corridors, five years ago there was a spike in our readings, since it almost immediately vanished we had waved it off as a random anomaly which is as you know not impossible."

"That is correct indeed." Zagart replied

"However the past few weeks we have been receiving data again, as you already confirmed two wavelengths that are exactly the same. Since this is the abbey we are talking about I am not leaving things to coincidence."

"What about that team that he had trained?"

"I try to disturb them as less as possible, but I kept my eyes on them over the years. They decided to take a break from beyblading and focus more on trying to live normally."

"That is too bad, I am sure they could provide some real good insight in the place but understandable that you want to keep them out of it. Have you reached out to Dr. Tate and Dr. Granger?"

"Yes I have asked them to come here in Russia and I would kindly ask you to do the same."

"Then I shall join."

"You have my highest appreciation, for now I plan on keeping the tournament go as things are, the current teams are all veterans and whatever may happen we can rely on their strengths and efforts, in the mean time we must make haste in figuring out why there is such a power starting to emerge from within the abbey."

"I understand, I will begin to pack right away."

"Thank you, have a safe journey."

Tapping the button on the desk phone he ended the call and leaned back again in the chair. Reaching for the paper on the desk he held it closer to his eyes. Tala mechanical engineer, Spencer medical license, Brian UFC Trainer, Ian system engineer. A while back he had hired somebody to find out about their whereabouts, first it was out of pure interest, he just wanted to know for sure that they were doing well but now he probably had to call them in once in his heart he felt a heavy remorse he'd rather had let them be but now, he may need them more than ever.

Turning a page over he read through a document of a similar event happening nearby an old factory plant. For some reason it had vanished from their radar by the time he and a team of researchers made it to the location. Which was why they shook it off but why did that same signature appear in Moscow of all places, both locations where hundreds of miles apart.

What are we missing, what are we not seeing…

Early in the next morning his fingers twitched against the soft blanket that covered him, a silent groan escaping from his lips. Slowly he tried to shift his body but each movement hurting like hell. Taking a deep breath he could feel a burning sensation slightly above his abdomen, vaguely he recalled getting punched in the gut. Right.. Spencer happened.

With much effort he managed to open his eyes slightly, his vision somewhat blurred but as his mind started to wake from a very deep slumber his sight sharpened by the minute. Turning his head to the side he felt another presence in the room but he wasn't quite there yet to register whom it was.

Blinking a few times he felt a soft tug on his hand as if something was in it. Lowering the covers he noticed the IV on his arm. Feeling his instincts shouting at him to get up in his muscles instantly tensed as he made an attempt to sit up only to be pushed back into the mattress by a simple push. As the dizziness from the sudden action started to fade he slowly opened his eyes again, this time he noticed Spencer who had taken a seat in the chair next to him.

"Try to do that again and I will knock you out for a week." Spencer spoke in a rather harsh tone.

That statement made him chuckle but at the same time he knew Spencer was not bullshitting, he'd do it. Trying to shift a little bit more upright in the pillow, he wanted to make a snarky remark but his throat was so dry and the effort itself took too much energy anyways so he let it pass for now.

Handing him a cup of water he slightly helped him sit up more straight. With a slight tremble in his hand he accepted it gladly and took a small sip. The refreshing water was much welcome but he could still feel it pass through what felt like a barbed hook in his throat. Swallowing was still rather unpleasant but it was better than before. Falling back into the pillow his gaze followed Spencer who was grabbing another vial and an injection needle from his bag.

"Just stay in bed for now, I'll get you a heavy painkiller but don't do anything stupid." With a quick motion he jammed the needle through a muscle and injected the fluid. A slight gruff of annoyance escaped from Tala's mouth, he knew that he did that on purpose and Spencer wore that confirming grin with pride.

"It should work in half an hour give or take." Turning his gaze back to Tala he realized he was talking to a wall as the redhead already had fallen back asleep already.

With a damp towel draped over his head Brian took a peek inside the room. "Anything new doc."

"I'm assuming he's already up and running in a few hours, pain won't stop him really. I have to visit some patients now so please stay here for a while. Also if he does get up, just stab this in his upper leg, should knock him out a good few hours again." He prepared another shot from a vial and handed it to Brian.

Frowning an eyebrow at Spencer he accepted the shot. "What is the real reason you went into medicine anyways."

Halting in his tracks Spencer clenched his fist together slightly. "It's what I do best."

His tone was rather low but it only confirmed Brian's suspicious, what had to be a break for all of them only turned out that neither had moved on from their past. Tala was always the problem solver and knew exactly what had to be done, that and he was a natural born leader. Spencer was there to patch them up whenever they needed, his knowledge had kept them a few times from meeting their end in the abbey. Ian was actually extremely precise and cunning and he himself, he'd always had his eyes on them and could take down threats before they even reached him.

"We seriously need to get our shit together." He whispered under his breath as he took a seat again next to the bedside.

In the early afternoon Raul and Julia sat on a bench together inside the dressing room, it was almost time for the first match. In her hands she held a handkerchief which she carefully used on Thunder Pegasus to make her spotless.

"Getting nervous?" Raul have his sister a nudge on her arm.

"Nervous? Pft, we got this, plus it is going to be a tag battle, if we use that move they are done for." Julia raised a fist in determination.

Laughing at her pure motivation he let out a deep sigh. "Considering their types I think their lineup will be Johnny and Oliver, then again we cannot underestimate that arrogant captain of theirs."

Julia nodded in agreement. "Amphilyon may dominate torch Pegasus but thunder Pegasus will take him down no problem, so their most neutral strategy would be going for a fire and light type of bit beast. But if we take Robert in consideration it would be most likely Johnny and Robert."

"So we are almost sure that they will line up Johnny, I think it is best if you take care of him since fire type vs fire type would just simply take too long. In the mean time I take care of the second blader."

"Let's just hope they do not appear in those stupid armors again, that fashion statement alone could beat my spirit." Julia bursted out in a laughter.

Raul face palmed at his sisters stupid comment, at least she managed to stay serious for five minutes. Then again as his imagination started to take a leap on its own he too had to cringe at the idea of them in their full body armors.

"Yeah.. it would be bad indeed." He snorted.

Both siblings jumped up when Romero made a fabulous entrance to the dressing room. "Hellooooo are my favorite two beybladers ready?!" he exclaimed.

"We are your only 'two' beybladers…" The twins said in unison.

"Ah don't sweat the tiny details mis amigos, now up as it is almost time for the match to begin." Handing them their two matching jackets and adding a finishing touch to Julia's hair he clapped his hands together.

Raul shot a glance at Julia who met him with the same burning determination. They didn't need words to communicate. He wrapped his arms around his sister holding her tightly and whispered in her ear. "we'll show them our power."

Breaking their embrace they held their heads up high and made way for the arena, Romero following closely behind them.

Just as they were about the step in they heard the crowd cheer loudly and DJ announcing their arrival. "Welcome to the first beybattle of this world championship! Today F-Dynasty will be facing the Majestics in a tag battle, shout out to the stunning beauty Julia Fernandez and her brother the one and only 'caballo de fuego', Raul Fernandez!"

In perfect sync the twins walked up the staircase of the arena whilst waving their hands at their fans. DJ turned his gaze towards the other side of the arena and waved his hand towards the Majestics.

"Now everybody let me hear you shout for the Majestics, these two have been leading the team for the past few years now and they have grown ever since, they are none other than Robert Jürgens and Johnny McGregor!"

Both Majestics also walked up towards the dish fixating their gazes on the twins. Raul and Julia both made an arrogant smile on their faces, the lineup was exactly as they had planned, that and they didn't wear funny clothing.

The floor in the dish started to open up and from the bottom a rather neutral field appeared on the surface, it was a remake of an ancient roman city that had fallen over the years. Old tall buildings and toppled masonry decorated the dish making it a rather challenging field for both teams. They both had equal opportunity to hide and to maneuver between the narrow spaces.

"Are.. you… Reaaady!" DJ shouted out.

The four beybladers grabbed their launchers hooking in their beyblades and steady themselves in a position, ready to launch.

"3..2...1…"

Raul, Julia, Johnny and Robert shouted in unison "Let it rip!"

Landing with a strong force in the dish the twins immediately met up with each other whilst Robert and Johnny chose to split up. As they had discussed in their strategy Julia would take on Johnny while Raul would go for Robert, they didn't quite want to give themselves away yet so they decided to remain on the defense to lure them in a surprise attack. Julia shot a quick glance at Raul whom nodded in reply.

Robert commanded Griffolyon to take the higher ground, he dashed up on of the enormous beams and made his way on top of a tall building where he remained for a little while. On the lower ground Salamlyon had dug himself in the sand and pushed himself underneath a building.

So Robert is decided to go for the sky while Johnny is trying to pincer us from the bottom, if we stick together that means they will land a heavy blow, how about we catch them in a violent storm instead. Julia gave a nod with her head that she was ready to go.

"Alright then." A wide grin spread across Raul's face as he commanded torch Pegasus to run around the arena counter clockwise.

Following his lead Julia did the same but had Thunder Pegasus run clockwise. The twins kept a perfect distance between them as they remained on the edges of the stadium.

Frowning at their strategy Robert let out a slight growl, he knew the twins weren't stupid but at this point he had already hope to have landed a blow. "No worries, we are just starting, Griffolyon attack!"

Picking up the pace Robert bey started to glow with a royal blue aura, sparkling white wings emerged from the beyblade followed by the purple and blue body, as it spread his wings open the sharp eagle like head came in view. With a flick of its wings it spread a hazardous wind through the arena making the dust fly up. In responds Julia and Raul had to shield their faces at the sudden gust.

Griffolyon had started to fly up aiming to dive on Torch Pegasus. With a quick gesture Julia commanded Thunder Pegasus rush towards Torch Pegasus but she was cut off by Salamlyon who had suddenly emerged from a sandbank. "Crap!" She hissed.

Stretching her hand in the sky she called forth for Thunder Pegasus. Bright flashes filled the whole stadium and a few second later the heavy rumbling sound of thunder shook everything and everybody within. Gracefully Thunder Pegasus reared as she too emerged from the Beyblade. Crashing down she stomped on Salamlyon landing a heavy blow.

"Thanks for stopping her." Robert nodded at Johnny.

"Anytime.." He smiled at Robert. "warm up is over, time to get serious, Salamlyon!" Dust had started to form in a small tornado and from the sand the agile lizard lashing out at Thunder Pegasus with his claw. Julia had not choice but to deal with Johnny as he kept her from meeting up with her brother.

"It's ok, patience my dear sister. Torch Pegasus, you're up!" A hurricane of embers emitted from Raul's Beyblade rising the heat in the stadium. Flaming wings spread out and just like Thunder Pegasus, Torch Pegasus emerged with grace. Arching his neck a loud snort escaped from his nose followed by a small trail of smoke. Stomping with his front leg fire began to cover the hooves in a swift motion he jumped sideways dodging Griffolyon's dive.

"Not bad at all Raul." The German captain smiled.

Misjudging Salamlyon using the ground to its advantage she decided to retreat for now. Clapping her hands in the air Thunder Pegasus drew away from Salamlyon quickly leaving a trail of scorched lines from the electricity. "we should take the fight in the air and take Griffolyon out first. Johnny knows that he can have my attacks weakened by using the soil to discharge the electricity."

"Sounds like a good plan, I will go first, follow my lead." With a swift motion of his arm he take it up to the sky, it was a bit risky since Griffolyon was a whole lot quicker in the air but he still had one big advantage. "Stay between the tall buildings Torch Pegasus!" With precision Torch Pegasus navigated through the buildings. Griffolyon went in for the chase but was struggling the avoid clashing with the stone resulting in it to be unable to catch up.

"Destroy the buildings!" Robert commanded. Roaring loudly Griffolyon flicked it's wings heavily, the strong winds tearing off the masonry in the process.

"We have to act quickly!" Julia shouted. "Thunder Pegasus!" With a quick dash Thunder Pegasus climbed up towards torch Pegasus perfectly landing on top of him. Salamlyon tried to rush after her using it's claws to climb from brick to brick.

"Shit, we have to split them up!" Robert shouted towards Johnny.

A widened smile crept on the faces of the twins and their hands locking together they shouted out in unison. "Gemini Atack!"

Using their momentum to increase their own speed even further static and embers formed in a small tornado around the beyblades. Slowly the power began to build up and within just a few second a mighty typhoon of fire and electricity had formed in the middle of the stadium.

In an act of despair Griffolyon and Salamlyon tried to run for the safety of the ground but as they made an attempt to escape the winds had already begun to suck them to the epicenter.

"Finish it!" The twins shouted and with one last surge of power they managed to draw in the other two beyblades. Caught in the tornado they were dragged towards the upper edge of the typhoon. Torch Pegasus and thunder Pegasus separated themselves from each other and hit the Majestics like a double edged blade.

For a good few minutes the dust had made it impossible for the crowd to see, as it slowly started to clear up DJ reached for his microphone. "We have…. A WINNER! The first battle of this championship is concluded! F-Dynasty has won from the Majestics!"

Sitting down panting Robert and Johnny had to catch their breaths as their beyblades where lying motionless next to them. Cursing under his breath Robert got up followed by Johnny. On the other side of the dish the twins where cheering together celebrating their first victory.

As a sign of good sportsmanship the Majestics walked towards the twins stretching out their hands. "Congratulations, that was quite the fight there." Robert spoke up.

Accepting their handshake they nodded at them with a smile. "Thank you for the great battle." Raul bowed at them. Julia gave them a nod and she too gracefully made a bow towards the two Majestics.

Turning her head she took a glance at the crowd hoping to see the redhead. Being unable to spot him she felt her stomach sink a little. Perhaps he had forgotten. Quickly she was taken back to reality as a brunette launched herself against Julia.

"Hilary!" She cheered.

"Con-gra-tulations! That move was awesome." The brunette spoke.

"Eh eh, when it comes to tag battles you know Raul and I are unbeatable huh." Giving her brother a rather blunt punch on the arm at which he gave her an annoyed glare. "Don't be such a baby." She patted his cheek.

"Ah you did seem to have your hands full on Johnny there though." Raul winked.

It made Julia pout a little bit, she hated to admit that perhaps she underestimated Johnny is finding her weak spot so quickly. Placing her hands on her hips she lifted her chin up. "Hmfp, I wanted to give the crowd a bit of a show."

Raul chuckled at her stubbornness but then again he could not argue with his sister, they sure gave a good show. In the distance Romero had begun to call them over telling them to freshen up for the coming interviews.

With the crowd cheering in the distance they bid their farewells to the other teams that had come to congratulate them on the first win in the tournament. Slowly they began to shuffle twins through the corridor and back to the dressing rooms.

With a heavy sigh they sank on the bench together taking a moment to relax themselves after the battle. Julia walked to a small locker and took out her phone, she stayed in front of it for a moment checking the message box.

[Tala] Thanks for not breaking the ceiling.

As antisocial the Russian could be she knew that this was his way of congratulating her. She tried her hardest to muffle her squeal but Raul was already shooting her a questioning glance. "What are you so excited about suddenly?"

"Ah nothing.. I'll be back in just a moment, going to freshen up a little bit." She rushed out of the doorway and into the hallway, biting down on the side of her lip she tightened her grip on the phone. Will he think it's weird if I'd call him? God.. I want to hear his voice so badly. Inhaling a deep breath her thumb pressed the call icon and she brought the phone to her ear.

For a split second she regretted calling. Are we even on such a friendly level, or am I imagining things? The dialing tone echoed through her ears and she felt both anxiety and anticipation at the same time. The longer it took the more she felt her stomach start to sink, as she was about the drop the phone from her ear she heard some rustling noises followed by a hoarse voice.

"Yeah?"

She made a soft smile and leaned herself against the wall in the hallway. "Hey." She said softly.

"What's up?"

"We won!" She exclaimed.

"I saw, good job." His voice sounding dull.

She could almost feel that virtual pet on her head, or at least she was hoping for one. "How are you, you sound tired?"

"Ah yeah, it's nothing."

"Hmm, I see, there was something I wanted to ask you." With her free hand she was twirling her finger through a brown lock of hair. Again she felt that same feeling in her stomach, her usual bold personality seemed to shatter if she was in his presence. Come on girl get it together.

"That being?"

"I-I wanted to visit the Bolshoi theater museum, perhaps you want to join me? I could really use a translator and well it might be a bit weird to go there by my own and Raul doesn't really do these things. Then again if you are too tired I understand!" Seriously… did you just say 'translator' way to make him feel like a tool. She mentally punched herself.

A slight yawn escaped his mouth. "Well I suppose I owe you one for keeping the ceiling intact and helping out with that forklift, alright I'll tag along."

She bit her tongue so hard to prevent herself for yelling out loud in happiness. "I'll see you tomorrow then, take care!"

Ending the call she leaped through the corridor and dancer her way back to Raul. Her sudden entrance in the dressing room got both him and Romero blinking at her in confusion. "Mi amore you look more excited now than when you just won." Romero shook his head.

"Well…. I might be." She winked.

After a few attempts to create enough momentum in his body he finally succeeded in sitting up. His head felt hazy as hell but somewhat rested. After the call ended with Julia he stared at the dark screen for a while, slowly his mind managed to process what just had happened. Oh hell… realizing what he just agreed to do he felt his chest tighten, it wasn't a bad feeling to be fair just highly unfamiliar and out of character.

"It's just hanging out, nothing else." He sighed as he turned his head to the side table. His eye caught a small vial that was still laying there, picking it up he had to squint his eyes slightly to sharpen his vision. Midazolam…. Son of a- he sedated me.

"SPENCER!" He shouted.

Downstairs Brian was enjoying a nice nap on the sofa until he suddenly got rudely awakened by a growl that rumbled through the house. Uh oh… he's awake. He may felt a little bad for admitting it but he preferred Tala in his more worn down state, just an easier person to deal with.
