Hi Everyone... I know this is a short chapter and they will all probably be for awhile... I don't know if I have another 6000+ chapter in me but who knows for sure... As for spatterson's idea were just going to have to wait and see what happens... Sorry :)

Disclaimer... Oh man... I'm not sure if King Koopa has dinner with his kids or not but I wish I could earn an invitation to King Koopa's dinners. I bet they're fun.

Day 303-

Wendy had accepted my king's invitation every night since her ballet. Apparently because Roy and Morton were there too, dining with my king was no longer considered "uncool" anymore. On top of that King Koopa even honored his slave's suggestion and extended the invitation to his youngest kids as well.

All seven Kooplings reminisced during our lunch period of the previous night's dinner. It sounded fun. You know the way big families gather around the dinner table swapping stories and their ideas of adventures, jokes, and other eccentrics considered entertainment.

Unfortunately, I wasn't at the table so I wasn't able to participate in the conversation and a few of their jokes went over my head non-comprehended or retorted. It's was alright though. This was what I wanted wasn't it? My king able to sit down and enjoy dinner with his family even at the expense of shortening my time with him.

At least it allowed me the opportunity to start my next Bowser Day gift. My intention is a table made in my king's likeness. Hopefully, my king will understand my true intention and use it wisely. I'll just need King Koopa to leave his wand in the room again once it's closer to the next Bowser Day so I can finish it.

Day 318-

Hey! Morton found my essay. He said it fell out of my shell the day he asked to read it. He, also, kept it in his shell but kept forgetting to give it back to me. Thank goodness he remembered at the start of class today…

My HERO
By:
Footstool

My hero is my king, Bowser Koopa, ruler of the Darklands. His excellence has many qualities that shatter his reputation as a villainous tyrant endearing the ruler not only to his subjects but to slaves and servants alike. Those qualities include strength, confidence, and a heart of gold forced to remain hidden from the world.

King Koopa's strength is formidable and goes nearly unrivaled throughout the Mushroom Kingdom. His daily routine tones his body while continuing to strengthen his muscles as he can lift over a thousand pounds one handed over his head with ease an attribute that I am happy to have witnessed firsthand. Everyday his majesty displays his strength with the enormity of the shell on his back which increases its weight at the start of the day and thus his burden. Although his rival, Mario, is able to throw my king around by his tail, I believe King Koopa would have no trouble defeating the plumber without the handicap on his back.

My sire's strength although physically amazing, is not simply limited to raw power. King Koopa wakes each day plagued with the challenges of running an empire. As many people aspire to reign over a land dictating their ideals, very few fail to realize the solitude ultimately placed upon them. Of course help, trust, and friendship are required to aide in governing the realm. However, the final decision determined to be made in the kingdom's best interest rests solely upon the shoulders of the one true king.

Those determinations become burdens as heavy as any physical weight because the decision may affect the bonds between subordinates, the trust from and between the people, and may even insight a revolution. The hardest part of governing is that the decision must remain absolute in the steadfast mind of the king otherwise self doubt can creep in undermining his own authority. Standing by those decisions requires an unwavering amount of self confidence.

That is how King Koopa's reign has continued unchallenged for so long. His self confidence, an ability not possessed by many allows his majesty to trust in himself as well as stand by his decisions which fortifies his inner strength while restoring, maintaining, and inspiring new confidence from his masses. Very few question King Koopa's ideas and even fewer express their reservations openly to him because of his sharp pearl white teeth, his intimidating powerful walk, and his menancing glare.

Those attributes assigned to tyrants fort the king into a position of self reliance and assurance as his closest supporters refuse to point out the follies of his plan. As an object closely affiliated with the king, I know he is libel to test those subjects closest to him and seldom do they pass. Their lack of rebuttal and alternate perspective weighs heavily on the leader's heart as he becomes prompted to scheme, knave, and kidnap in order to see the only people who willingly counter his opinion by expressing their own.

In an attempt for genuine conversation, King Koopa kidnaps Princess Peach Toadstool for intellectual stimuli and sincerity while attempting to steal her heart. Although his act is considered heinous by the other lands of the Mushroom Kingdom, it, also, attracts the opinion of the only other people willing to disagree with King Koopa's ideas, the Super Mario Brothers. Despite their titles as my king's rivals, he greatly respects their counter arguments expressed during the battles to rescue the princess while sometimes conceding to their persuasiveness under the guise of defeat. Confidently both sides return to their homes reevaluating each other's points of discontent knowing the right decision's been made.

Upon my king's return, I get to hear King Koopa express his experiences of that day offering my arguments, suggestions, and possibilities in attempt to settle the distractions plaguing his mind. During those conversations, I get to see glimpses of my king's golden heart. Some may argue he's a monster with nothing but frost on the inside but I know different as he actively listens, acknowledges, my opinions and openly converses with an object thought only to provide relaxation.

The amazing strength King Koopa possess both physically able to carve castle's into mountains and mentally to maintain a kingdom free of crime and poverty commands my belief in him. His self confidence enacting his own ideals and unwavering belief in himself inspires my trust in him. My king choosing to actively listen, weigh, and either accept or deny my opinion endears my heart to his. Although only being a slave, those qualities make King Koopa feel more like a father than my king to me and the reasons Bowser, king of the Koopas, is my hero.

*** out of 100-Fail

3 Stars out of a hundred… My highest grade ever (and it wasn't even a 1000 words). I'd frame it inside my shell but I figured it would do better here in my journal. (It's less likely to be damaged in my king's room).
