"hiya princy-b!" Said Luz cheerfully as she entered the principal's office "can I call you that?"

"Absolutely not!" Said Bump sternly

"It's weird being in a principal's office without *cough* you know" said Luis looking all around the office

"And I hope there aren't going to be any "you know"s today" said Bumb Sternly "because today we'll be visited by the Emperor's coven for a routine inspection if we want to impress them , you have to join a coven track before they arrive"

"Actually principal Bump , I've made my own schedule!" Said Luz pulling out a scroll from who know where before telling Bump various things she'll do in multiple tracks

Bump laughed at this

"Studying multiple tracks at once?" Said Bump "nobody does that"

"Then we'll be first" said Luz happily "right Luis?"

"Luz , I think Eda chose to be a criminal for a reason" said Luis narrowing his eyes

"Yes , according to the rules , a good witch needs to hocus focus , you can only pick one of the nine tracks" said Bump sternly "and you do not want to embarrass me in front of the inspector"

"But all the tracks are sooo cool" said Luz unable to decide "is there some sort of enchanted article of clothing that could sort this out for me?"

"Well , there used to be a hat but" said Bump before zoning out for a second then he shuddered

"What else do you have, a potter?" Asked Luis raising a brow

"You mean hairy potter? Yes he makes the best pots out there , he just needs to get that hair out of the way first *shudders* he's like a mountain of hair , I can only imagine what lords of darkness live in there"

"Forget I ever asked" deadpanned Luis "back on topic, principal Bump , I don't think we can just , pick one, it'll be missing the full experience"

"Yeah" said Luz in agreement

"Then I'll pick for you" said Bump before picking randomly

"Ok ok I get it" said Luis before Bump stopped and drew the circle changing Luis's costume into the purple of the oracle track "it just had to be oracle , the one I have no knowledge on , even illusions would've been better than this"

"I expect you two to be on your best behavior , based on the costly repairs from recent incidents , we could really use a donation from the Emperor's coven" said Bump with a smile "now off to class"

Then Bump floated Luz and Luis to class with magic without moving

"Welcome to the new semester students , I hope you all are ready , because today" said the oracle teacher enthusiastically "we're palm reading!"

"Time to suffer" said Luis frowning

Then the teacher began explaining how to read palms

Then Luis had a wonderful idea...at least for him

"Just need this paper , maybe some glass , nobody will miss this wooden plank" said Luis totally focused on this "add some of my dark powers , and perfect"

"What's perfect" said the teacher scaring Luis out of his seat

"This...palm reading device" said Luis holding a wooden glove connected to a glass ball with a paper antenna on it's top

"How peculiar , and how does this "device" work?" Asked the teacher

"You put the wooden glove on and stuff appears in the glass ball" said Luis making an expression the author can't describe

Then the teacher silently put the glove on their hand and a baby that looked just like the teacher

"It's supposed to look into the future , not the past" said the teacher calmly

"Let me just adjust the antenna" said Luis before nudging the paper antenna forward

Then a skeleton that belonged to the teacher appeared , the teacher calmly stared at it

"Ooh" said Luis wincing "maybe a bit to the left"

Then the teacher appeared , with millions of oracle track spirits , around him

The teacher smiled at this... until Luis happened

"Oh sorry , that's another world ,not ours , that's not actually gonna happen" said Luis nonchalantly "now how do I actually work this antenna"

The teacher stopped Luis when the bell finally rung...after seeing himself die about 18 times in different realities

"Will I get extra credit for making it so quickly?" Said Luis hopefully

"Get out of my classroom" said The teacher angrily

And Luis left silently

"Maybe Luz is having a better time" said Luis tiredly before seeing a abomination track room "maybe I could do something a little better"

Did Luis end up making some sort of abomination like robot? Definitely

Did he end up getting caught by Bump on his way to put Luz in detention track? Absolutely!

"This is the place where all the trouble makers go" said Bump menacingly "the detention track!"

"You mean to tell me that in the entire school there are only three people not counting us?" Said Luis skeptical "I'm not buying it"

"Buying what? , I'm not selling anything here , I run a school not a shop" said Bump in confusion "anyway the detention room you two destroyed a while ago is probably the answer to your question"

"Wait! I thought we_" said Luz in confusion

"Yes , actual detention still needs repairs" said Bump frowning "in the meantime , all troublemakers are to be kept away from the inspector"

Then Bump left the room calmly

In the detention room , Luz tried talking to the other students

That was until the teacher told the class to be quiet

"Oh hurray , a hero" said the detention teacher sarcastically before magically giving Luz a mop to clean the room

Now the mop was cleaning the room by itself

The teacher didn't like it , and now both siblings have to clean it , without the mop

After Luz talking to Gus and Willow ,one creepy trip through the walls with a mysterious student, a joke threat and a dog seeing their auras , Luis stopped the jerbo before he could say anything about Luis's aura

Luz , Luis and the other detention students were all one one room connected to all the rooms of Hexside

"This place connects all the rooms of the school , we found it after we got thrown in the detention track" said Viney happily "the witch who made it is know as... lord calamity!"

Then she pointed at a giant photo that had too much spray paint all over it

"They started this troublemaker wall , and we added our names in their honor" said Jerbo dramatically

"I don't think that honor works but ok" said Luis shrugging

"This is amazing!" Said Luz excitedly "I bet you guys can get into so much trouble in here"

"Sure we can ,but we can do so much more!" Said Viney before explaining to the two what they did in this room

They weren't allowed to learn magic , so they learned all types of magic in secret , through these doors

And told their stories , how they were put in the detention track

That was until Willow and Gus appeared , ruining everything

And were taken by Gus and Willow to Bump

"Don't worry you two , principal Bump will get everything sorted out" said Willow encouragingly

"I know , but what's the point if people get hurt on the way" said Luz with a sad tone

"That's a fair question , here's another one" said Gus "WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?!"

and what they saw was a monster , a giant monster that ate magic

Willow attacked it with magic , Gus helped too , only for their magic to get drained

"Seriously , they saw it eat magic , why attack it with magic" said Luis pulling out a "magical gun" he made beforehand "I mean I'm doing it too but I don't think it's magic"

Then Luis fired at the beast , avoiding it's mouth at all costs

Then Luz threw a light glyph in it's mouth burning it's mouth

So the twins took Gus and Willow to the troublemaker room , to ask for help

And after slightly explaining the situation

"I think that's a greater basilisk , I heard about them in a class , my cousin at st.empiderm said she saw one ,but those things should be extinct"

"Animals adapt , that thing must've survived somehow" said Luis frowning

"It must've attacked the other schools and now it's come for us" said Luz "we have to do something"

"But if Bump catches us mixing magic again_" said Jerbo

"He can kick us out of school" continued Viney

"I think Bump was caught by that things anyways" said Luis calmly "and besides , it's either you get kicked out of Hexside or there won't BE a Hexside"

"He's right ,Hexolieos out there are getting hurt and we're the only ones who can save them" said Luz "we're troublemakers , so let's go and make some trouble!"

And thus they began planning

Firstly Luz knocked the beast over with an ice spell

Then she tried making an epic scene but was interrupted by the beast

Who started chasing her

"Damn it Luz , you had to make the dramatic scene , of course" said Luis holding what looks to be a bazooka

Luis fired and a net was shot from the bazooka , trapping the beast

Then Viney's griffon attacked the beast who was struggling in the net

Jerbo dropped the Beast through a hole using the shortcut room

And as it fell down the twins jumped right behind

And barcus started reading it's palm

"What's he doing?!" Asked the basilisk in panic

"He's reading your palm" said Luis smiling

"And your future looks bleak" said Luz smiling

But before they land the final blow of stage duffel bags , barcus signaled them to stop

They were confused , until they saw the basilisk trying to eat Luis's net , only to choke and pass out before Luis's power flew back to him

"Wait , so I could've just done that from the beginning?!" Said Luis frowning

Barcus nodded

"So why_ nevermind i shouldn't question anything in this world" said Luis

Then they landed the final blow returning the magic to everyone

Then after that ,and one inspirational speech from Luz

Everyone was allowed to study the tracks they wanted
