'Red Hair' Shanks vs 'Hawkeye' Dracule Mihawk
"You're not bad, I accept your duel." Mihawk smiled that he finally found a worthy opponent, they only crossed swords once, but he that was more than enough to know how strong his opponent was. Mihawk use his strength to push Shanks away, Shanks jumped back a few steps, and the two men stood there holding their swords and staring intensely at each other. What would be the first of many great duels, and the only audience was...
"YOU IDIOT! DON'T PICK A FIGHT WITH SOME STRONG GUY BEFORE YOU GIVE ME MY TREASURE. I mean... I DON'T WANT YOU TO DIE ON ME." Buggy is the only one who watched the fight, he was trying to break it but Shanks didn't listen.
"I need to try out what Rayleigh-san taught me the past year in a real fight, Buggy." Shanks said, gripping tight his sword.
"..."
"Dracule Mihawk, is that your name?" Shanks asked as he turned his attention to the man in front of him.
"That's my name, yes. And you?"
"I'm Shanks!" Shanks smiled and charged at Mihawk, crossing swords with him. Mihawk blocked his attack. Mihawk overpowered him, then pulled his sword and attacked Shanks repeatedly, the fight quickly turned in favor of Mihawk. Shanks was able to block every attack from Mihawk, but he was struggling.
'He's so skilled with the sword, even for me. He is very fast yet accurate at the same time. Every hit is strong and deadly.' Mihawk kept dueling with Shanks, the two men separated again. After pausing for a bit, they started charging at each other. A slashing sound is heard as both men pass by each other and stop. Blood splattered from Shanks' chest.
"SHAAANKS!" Buggy screamed for his friend as he fell to one knee, breathing heavily.
"I overestimated you after all." Mihawk sheathed his sword and started walking away.
"Who said that's all what I got?" Shanks got up, causing Mihawk to turn around. Shanks brought his sword in front of him, and suddenly his sword was covered in some invisible aura, which shocked Mihawk.
"Are you a devil fruit user?" Mihawk asked.
"So you aren't familiar with Haki? I guess it was I who overestimated you." Shanks said mocking his opponent. Shanks charged at Mihawk, Mihawk tried to block his attack but Shanks' attack was too powerful that it sent a shock wave, Mihawk put all his strength into keeping his grip on the sword and not stumbling from the attack. Shanks raised his sword and hit him again, the sword flying from his hand and hitting the ground.
"The duel ends when you lose your sword. I guess I win." Shanks said with a grin on his face, Mihawk was shocked by his first loss in a sword duel. He was unrivaled in the East Blue among the swordsmen, how could this happen?
"What is this strange power?"
"It's called Haki." Shanks sheathed his sword. "You can say that it's the manifestation of the user's will."
"I see." Mihawk said with a sigh. "Why do you seek power, Red Hair?" Mihawk asked as he walks towards his sword.
"I want to be the King of the Pirates. What about you?"
"So you are a pirate, huh?" Mihawk wasn't shocked by his ambitious goals, since his were equally as ambitious. "My goal is to be the World's Greatest Swordsman." Mihawk picked his sword and sheathed it. "If I were to be the strongest, I need to lose to no one. We will meet again, Shanks. I will train and get stronger so I can beat you the next time we fight." Mihawk walked away from Shanks.
"Wait, Mihawk." Shanks reached his hand to him. "Why don't you join me?" Shanks offered.
"And what would I get in return?" Mihawk stopped and thought about the offer.
"You get a sparring partner. I can teach you Haki too, if you want to have a chance against the strong swordsmen of this world, you need to learn it." Shanks said as he tried to convince Mihawk. "And one more thing... I have connections with the World's Greatest Swordsman himself, I can arrange for you a meeting with him."
"The World's Greatest Swordsman... you mean you know 'Dark King' Silvers Rayleigh? The First Mate of the King of the Pirates himself?" Mihawk was surprised.
"That's right, we were on Roger's crew." Buggy interrupted the conversation and said proudly.
"Don't say that out loud, idiot!" Shanks said punching Buggy. Mihawk stayed silent for a bit as he watched them quarrel, not able to believe that these two idiots were on Roger's crew. But if Shanks was that strong for his age, then he can't have been trained by someone short of the Greatest Swordsman.
"Fine, I will take your offer and join your crew." Mihawk closed his eye making a decision.
"Yay, I got my second crewmate!"
"I'M NOT YOUR CREWMATE!" Buggy shouted comically.
"However." Mihawk continued. "I can't make any commitment to you. If you stop being a match for me, I will leave your crew, and if you stand in my way, I will simply kill you."
"Okay, fine, you don't need to be serious about it, let's have a drink." Shanks said grinning.
"...I refuse." Mihawk raised an eyebrow.
"Why? Don't you like drinking?" Shanks was genuinely confused.
"We are minors, Shanks." Mihawk enlightened the poor kid. "You are not allowed to drink until you are above 20 years old."
"Well I never heard of this law, but does it matter? We are pirates after all!" Shanks laughed, causing Mihawk to sigh.
"Drinking aside, what is your next move?" Mihawk asked trying to change the subject.
"Currently, I'm trying to build a cre-"
"We are looking for a treasure!" Buggy interrupted, reminding Shanks of his lie earlier, so he changed his statement to reaffirm Buggy.
"That's right, we're looking for a treasure!" Shanks said with a nervous laugh.
"I'm not interested in some treasure hunt, so I will pass." Mihawk walked.
"STOP WALKING AWAY EVERY MINUTE, YOU DAMN QUITTER!" Shanks shouted at Mihawk comically. "Listen, Mihawk. I'm not really interested in any treasure either, I just lied to this greedy clown idiot to get him on my crew." Shanks whispered.
"Why do you need this clown on your crew anyways?" Mihawk lowered his voice too.
"He is my friend, but I am sure he will come handy someday."
"Fine, but don't expect me to go out my way to protect him."
"HEY, WHAT ARE YOU TWO WHISPERING ABOUT?" Buggy shouted cutting their conversation.
"Nothing." Shanks turned to him nervously laughing. "Alright, crew, LETS SET SAIL!" Shanks commanded as they made their way to the shore, Shanks had a small boat, which was barely enough for three people.
"Do any of you have any navigation skills?" Mihawk asked as he got on the boat.
"Nope." Shanks and Buggy replied in unison, which caused Mihawk to sigh.
"I have basic navigation skills since I usually travel by myself, so I had to learn navigation or I'd get lost."
"I see." Shanks nodded, impressed by the fact Mihawk self-taught himself navigation. "Okay then Mihawk, can you take us to... uh... Conomi Island?" Shanks muttered the first island that came to his mind, he recently stopped at this place for resources before making his way to Loguetown where he'd see his Captain one last time before... he did not want to remind himself of this again.
"Alright, it should be in this direction." Mihawk pointed in some direction.
"IS THIS WHERE MY TREASURE IS?" Buggy shouted.
"Yes, Buggy, this is where the treasure is." Shanks sighed as he played along with his lie, but their conversation was overheard by someone.
"A treasure, huh? It will all be mine soon, you idiots shouldn't be going around screaming that you got a treasure map, or someone like me would take it from you.. hahahahahahahaha" a man stood on his ship, it had a red skull figurehead and the flag said 'Bluejam', the man who was the Captain commanded his crewmates to set sail to Organ Island, to which they nodded and started sailing, taking a different route from Shanks as to not alert him.
East Blue - Open Seas
"This is the last piece of bandage I have on me, don't move too much or your wound will re-open." Mihawk started to bandage Shanks' wound, the one caused by Mihawk himself. Normally, he doesn't fix up the people he injures, but since Shanks bested him and earned his respect, he needs to keep him alive, for now at least.
"Thank you, Mihawk, you're a real one." Shanks said while chuckling.
"and with this, I am done." Mihawk finished bandaging him and tied up the ends.
"I feel better now." Shanks shouted excitedly before immediately going to sleep and snoring.
"THAT WAS SO FAST." Mihawk and Buggy shouted comically at Shanks. Shanks hasn't slept for days because he was crying all day and night for his Captain's inevitable execution, luckily, he has started to go back to his old cheerful self after meeting with Dragon. Now that Shanks is asleep and Mihawk and Buggy are left alone, Mihawk turned to look at Buggy, who was sweating nervously. he was intimidated by Mihawk this whole time.
"Don't worry, Clown. I don't hurt the weak unless they start it." Mihawk said trying to comfort Buggy but that made him even more nervous as he was afraid to say anything wrong to "start it".
"I- I- I- I- I- I-"
"You are what?" Mihawk said in a threatening tone. At least that's how it looked to Buggy. To Mihawk, it was the friendliest tone he had.
"SHAAAAAANKS" Buggy ran to wake up his friend and protector for the time being, but Mihawk put his hand on his mouth holding him in a head lock.
"Quiet, let the man sleep. It is clear he is exhausted." Mihawk said in the same threatening/friendly tone. Buggy nodded silently in fear of angering his 'captor'.
"Now then, you two were on Roger's crew, huh?" Mihawk let Buggy go and sat down opposite to him on the boat. "How long have you been on the crew?"
"About 7 y-y-y-y-years... sir." Buggy replied nervously.
"I told you to not fear me, we are crewmates for now. So I won't hurt you." Mihawk tried to calm down the clown.
"Okay... sir Mihawk, sir."
"Just Mihawk."
"Okay, Mihawk." Buggy was starting to open up to the man, he realized he isn't as merciless as he looks.
"7 years, huh? How did an 8 years old kid end up on the Pirate King's crew?" Mihawk inquired for more info as Buggy's story piqued his curiosity.
"I was born in the West Blue, but I can't remember which island. I was taken hostage by a group of pirates when I was 4, they wanted money from my parents, but they were too poor, so they killed them in cold blood." Buggy said as he gritted his teeth. "the pirates wanted to kill me too since I was useless to them, but one of them was amused by my big red nose, so they kept me around to have fun humiliating me." Mihawk closed his eyes as he listened to the story. "One day, they were caught up in a battle with the Roger Pirates on an island. They were no match for the greatest pirates of his time of course, so they took me as a hostage and threatened to kill me, as they knew Captain was the honorable kind of pirates who wouldn't let a kid die."
"And what did Gold Roger do?" Mihawk asked curiously.
"He told them that the hostage situation won't work with him, he is no saint, he is a pirate. The pirate was surprised by his answer, but Captain Roger was only lying as a kid from his crew somehow sneaked his way into the enemy's ship. The kid swept the pirate's leg tripping him off his feet, then held a knife to his neck."
"That kid was Red Hair, correct?" Mihawk concluded to which Buggy nodded.
"They then took me with them, planning to return me home. But since I had no home, Captain suggested to leave me at the nearest island. But this idiot over there insisted that they keep me on the crew." Buggy said pointing at Shanks angrily. "Which admittedly is what I wanted that day. I was too afraid to be left on an island where pirates can attack any day and take me hostage again, and these people were super strong. So I begged them to stay on the crew when Captain didn't listen to Shanks. After some persuasion from both of us, Captain finally agreed. And since then, I sailed with the crew. I was scared of the dangerous places they went to, but you know what the best thing about being on a top pirate's crew is?" Buggy asked.
"Fights? Infamy? Power? Adventures?" Mihawk tried different answers.
"MONEY!" Buggy said excitedly, to which Mihawk rolled his eyes and sighed. "In my time with Captain's crew, it was treasure and more treasure, and more and more treasure." Buggy went on with himself, but Mihawk decided he has heard enough of his story.
"Alright, Clown, that was a good story. Wake me up if something bad happened." Mihawk said and then went to sleep as well.
"HEY, DON'T SLEEP ON ME!" Buggy shouted comically. Buggy looked around, he was scared as he felt he was being watched, which wasn't wrong. At a distance from them was the ship of the Bluejam Pirates, watching them through binoculars.
"Captain, the two strong looking guys are asleep and red nose is alone." the pirate who was looking in the binoculars informed his Captain.
"Good. Let's kidnap this idiot and interrogate him about where the treasure is." Bluejam commanded his crew to which they nodded.
"Anything of interest, Clown?" Mihawk said as he yawned, waking up from a good nap. "... Clown?" Mihawk looked around the ship, to see that Buggy is nowhere to be seen. Mihawk panicked and woke up Shanks. "WAKE UP, RED HAIR, YOUR FRIEND IS GONE."
"Not now, Buggy, let me sleep." Shanks said in his sleep before he continued snoring. Mihawk smacked him on the head with the handle of his sword to wake him up. "Ow. WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" Shanks woke up shouting at Mihawk.
"YOUR FRIEND IS GONE." Mihawk shouted back.
"Buggy?" Shanks looked around trying to find him. "BUGGY!" Shanks panicked as he couldn't find him anywhere.
"That idiot, he must have swam to the island by himself thinking he can get to the treasure first." Mihawk sighed as he sat down.
"No, Buggy ate a devil fruit, he can't swim." Shanks tried to think of what happened. "He must have been kidnapped while I was asleep, did you fall asleep too?"
"I told Clown to wake me up if something happened. Even more, I'm a light sleeper, so I would've woke up if he made any sound." Mihawk explained.
"Maybe they used sleeping gas then, which made Buggy fall asleep, and also prevented us from waking up." Shanks concluded, to which Mihawk nodded. "But why go through all the trouble to kidnap Buggy?" Shanks tilted his head thinking.
"Considering the idiot kept screaming about a treasure, I'm sure they kidnapped him to get whereabouts of this treasure." Mihawk said as he sighed at the most probable answer to what happened, Shanks sighed too as he agreed.
"Knowing Buggy, he probably told them about the location right away." Shanks said with a facepalm. "Take us to Conomi Island, Mihawk."
"Alright." Mihawk said as he started rowing towards the island which was no more than an hour away from them.
East Blue - Conomi Island - Cocoyashi Village
"Let's split up and look for Buggy. We will meet back at the docks after we've found him." Mihawk nodded to Shanks plan and they split up to look around the island.
Shanks has been walking in the town for a while, checking every dark alley for his friend. Shanks started remembering his days on Roger's crew again, tears started build up in his eyes but he wiped them off his face and forced his mind to think of something else. He started thinking about the vision again, trying to make any sense of it but to no luck. 'Observation Haki, huh?' Shanks thought to himself, he wasn't even that good at it yet when Rayleigh taught him, and now he unlocked an advanced form of it out of the blue? Not that he can control it, but it would be quite handy if he did.
"Stupid girl!" as Shanks walked through another dark alley, he saw three men surrounding a young girl, a girl around his age, maybe older by a year. She had dark pink hair that she kept in a ponytail, she wore green sleeveless shirt, purple trousers and brown sandals. "For the last time, tell me where is that Keith Mias Square this clown was talking of." the pirate interrogated the young lady, Shanks was gonna charge right into action and save the damsel in distress, but he heard clown, so he continued to listen to the conversation.
"For the last time, there's no such place on this island." the girl sassily copied the pirate, not intimidated by them apparently.
"Now now, princess, be nice or we will send you crying to your mommy." the leader of the trio mocked the girl's sassy attitude and threatened her more.
"PRINCESS MY ASS!" the girl shouted comically as she punched the hell out of the pirate. She then realized what she did as both men raised their weapon and went to attack the girl, unable to fight back, she ran away.
"GET BACK HERE, YOU LITTLE BRAT!" the two pirates chased her through the alley, the girl tripped and fell, and the pirates were about to end her life, but Shanks jumped in, blocking their attack with his sword.
"Gentlemen, I can't allow you to hurt a lady." Shanks said with a smile on his face.
"You... WHY THE HELL AM I GETTING SAVED BY A TEENAGER!" the girl shouted comically.
"YOU ARE A TEENAGER TOO! AND GIVE ME A BREAK, I SAVED YOUR LIFE!" Shanks shouted back at the girl with shark teeth.
"SO WHAT?! YOU WANT ME TO REWARD YOU WITH MY BODY OR SOMETHING?" the girl shouted back, to which Shanks' face got red from the unexpected vulgar statement by the innocent looking girl in front of him. Shanks was distracted enough to be slashed from behind by one of the pirates, blood splattered from his back as the girl panicked as Shanks fell on all four from the attack.
"Stupid girl. Don't catch me off guard while I am in a fight." Shanks said as he got up.
"Aren't you angry at the pirates who caught you off guard instead?" the girl asked confused.
"Not really. It's their only chance at beating me, so I can't blame them." Shanks got up and raised his sword, taunting the pirates.
"Why you little..." The pirates charged at him, Shanks blocked both their attacks with his sword, he then slashed both of them with one swing, sheathing his sword without needing a second swing.
'So strong!' the girl looked in awe as the pirates fell on their backs. He wasn't joking when he said they had no chance.
'Princess Mias, she said? hmmmm..." the pirate thought about her words, he still didn't realize he was tricked by said clown. "LISTEN PRINCESS MIAS. YOU WILL LEAD ME TO YOUR FATHER, KEITH MIAS, RIGHT AWAY!" the pirate got up and pointed at the girl, causing Shanks and the girl to nervously sweat from his stupidity. Shanks just charged at him and kicked him in the face effortlessly to put him out of his misery.
"That's such a Buggy classic move. It looks like I found my lead." Shanks said as he walked to the man.
"DON'T YOU WANT TO KNOW MY NAME EVEN?" the girl shouted at Shanks.
"STOP SCREAMING IN MY EARS! what are you, an attention whore?" Shanks teased the girl.
"My name is Belle-mere, and I am gonna join the Marines when I come of age. And when I do, I will catch all the bad pirates." the girl called Belle-mere said taking pride in her goal.
Cocoyashi Village Resident

"You can't even beat these crooks, weakling." Shanks stuck his tongue out mocking the girl.
"YOU WILL SEE, IDIOT!" Belle-mere shouted at Shanks with a fiery look in her eyes. Shanks ignored her and went to the pirate to get info out of him.
"Who do you work for? And where did you take the clown you mentioned earlier?" Shanks grabbed him by his shirt and asked him.
"I am part of the Bluejam Pirates. Please don't tell Captain we lost, he will kill us all." The pirate begged for mercy.
"Kill his crewmates, huh? I won't tell him, just tell me where the clown is." Shanks said in a calm voice.
"He is with Captain, they are in this village right now but I don't know where exactly as we split up to search for the place this clown gave us. He told us the treasure was at some 'Keith Mias Square', so you should search for him there in case Captain found the place." Shanks tried to keep a straight face as he listened to pirate who got tricked by Buggy of all people.
"Thank you for the info. Don't worry, I will free you from this Captain's terror after I kick his ass, so you better go find a job somewhere." Shanks said as he left the man to himself.
"Wait, mister. You didn't tell me your name." the girl ran after Shanks.
"I guess I never introduced myself, huh? My name is Shanks." Shanks said while bowing like a gentleman tipping off his hat.
"You are going to fight this pirate? ... Can I come with you? I haven't fought in a while." Belle-mere begged.
"You were almost killed by no name pirates just now, you would stand no chance against the Captain."
"I'm no push over. I'm a proficient fighter, I just didn't have my weapon on me." Belle-mere walked to one of the pirates and grabbed his rifle, twirling it around to show off her skills to Shanks.
"Fine fine, stop crying, you can come with me." Shanks smiled, amused by the girl's spirit. She seemed older than him, but she was so immature compared to him for some reason.
After a while of looking around, Shanks was starting to get a headache from not getting enough sleep since his nap was cut short by Buggy's kidnapping. However, a certain girl was making it worse for him. She never stopped talking this whole time, telling Shanks about herself.
"Then Old Man Genzo said: STOP BEING A TROUBLEMAKER, BELLE-MERE!" she said doing her best impression of Genzo's voice. "But I was able to run away before he caught me, hehehe." Belle-mere was proud of her notoriety as a troublemaker in her village. Shanks found it amusing despite his headache, and he wasn't the type to like silence and loneliness anyways, so he didn't stop her, at least not until this point.
"Shhhhh, don't say anything." Shanks whispered to Belle-mere as he pulled her to behind a building. He saw around 5 pirates, standing in the middle was their Captain, Bluejam. Next to him was the person Shanks has been looking for for hours, Buggy.
"Dammit Clown, so you were lying to me about the location of the treasure?" Bluejam grabbed Buggy by his shirt and raised him up.
"No no, I'm certain, we haven't looked around hard enough." Buggy said laughing nervously as he tried to lie to save his skin.
"There's no such place here, stop wasting my time. Tell me where the treasure is or I will cut your head off." Bluejam threatened.
"He doesn't know where the treasure is, I haven't told him." Shanks got out from behind the building and confronted Bluejam.
"You are this brat's crewmate. Tell me where the treasure is or your crewmate dies." Bluejam held a knife to Buggy's head.
"I'M NOT HIS CREWMATE!" Buggy shouted.
"Oh well, did you hear that? He is not my crewmate, so you can kill him if you want." Shanks grinned.
"NO WAIT, SHANKS! I WAS JUST JOKING, I AM YOUR CREWMATE." Buggy begged Shanks for help.
"Listen Buggy, I was lying to you, there's no treasure here. So since you said you will only join me until we find the treasure, that means we are not crewmates anymore." Shanks said, playing victim.
"YOU'RE SO CRUEL!" Buggy shouted comically. "Fine, I will join your crew permanently, but please save me, I don't want to die." Buggy started to tear.
"Alright Buggy, here I come!" Shanks charged with his sword at the enemy.
"If you come a step closer, I will cut his head off." Bluejam threatened, getting the knife closer to Buggy's head. But from behind the building, Belle-mere appeared with a rifle in her hand. She aimed the rifle at Bluejam's head and shot him. But Bluejam grabbed one of his crewmates as soon as he saw Belle-mere and used him as a human shield, which surprised Belle-mere.
"You cruel bastard, I'm gonna kill you!" Belle-mere not thinking straight, charged at the man, forgetting that he got Buggy hostage. Time slowed, as Bluejam did what he threatened to do, cutting Buggy's head off. Buggy, Shanks and Belle-mere panicked but it was too late. Buggy's body drops to the floor as Bluejam held his head in his hand.
"AAAAAAAAAH" Buggy screamed as the knife sliced his body, he looked around, he was still alive for some reason. "Oh right, my devil fruit, I'M ALIIIIIVE!"
"EEEEEEEEH" Belle-mere and the Bluejam pirates said in unison as their eyes almost popped out. Shakns sighed in relief as he seemed to forget about his devil fruit too. Taking advantage of the panic, Shanks ran straight for Bluejam and sliced him twice across the chest. Blood splattered from the pirate captain as he fell on his back. The pirates panicked from their Captain's defeat, so Belle-mere who wanted to participate in the fun ran at them and smacked all three of them in the head with her rifle, knocking them unconscious.
"Thank you, Shanks, even though you blackmailed me..." Buggy turned his head, angry that Shanks forced him to join the crew. "Who is this lady?"
"Oh, her name is Belle-mere." Shanks introduced Buggy to the woman. Shanks thought it was about time to use his persuasion skills once again, trying his luck. "She is my new crewmate."
"Crewmate? Are you a sailor or something?" Belle-mere said, as if she is interested in the offer.
"Nope, I am a pirate." Shanks said without hesitation.
"PIRATE?! WHY WOULD I JOIN A LOWLIFE PIRATE?!" Belle-mere shouted angrily at Shanks.
"I thought you just told me that you enjoyed being a Troublemaker. You'd make a perfect pirate, Belle-mere." Shanks tried to convince her.
"I like to have fun breaking the rules, yes, but I'd never stoop myself to killing innocent people and attacking villages." Belle-mere turned down his offer, but Shanks decided to be more stubborn and try more.
"There are good pirates, you know. I am not the type to kill and attack villages, I'm the type to go on adventures, see new places, have parties and do whatever I want." Shanks tried to appeal to Belle-mere's free spirited nature, and it worked.
"Do whatever I want... party around... adventures..." Belle-mere thought about the offer. "Okay then, I will join you." Belle-mere grinned.
"SO FAAAAAAAAST." Buggy shouted at Belle-mere who was a little bit too easy to sway.
"Alright then, once we get a new ship, we will have a party to celebrate my 3 new crew members." Shanks declared excitedly.
"Party? I'm never the one to ruin a party." Buggy said as he shared the same hobby as Shanks, the one thing he liked the most after money is partying.
The crew consisting of Shanks, Buggy and now Bell-mere returned to the docks to reunite with their fourth, Dracule Mihawk. Shanks looked at the boat at first but found that Mihawk hasn't returned yet, but as soon as he got closer to the boat, a voice called for him.
"Oi, Red Hair!" Shanks turned to where the voice was coming from, Mihawk was standing on a huge ship that wasn't there before when they docked here. The ship raised a regular pirate flag with skull and crossbones.
"Mihawk?! Where did you find this boat!" Shanks jumped in excitement at the new ship.
"As I looked around the island, I figured that Buggy must have been taken here on some kind of vessel, so I looked around the shore until I found this ship docked at another shore of the Island." Mihawk explained his part of the story. "it said 'Bluejam' or something like that, so I got on board to search for Buggy, I found 30 or so pirates and a man who claimed to be their First Mate, even though he wasn't any stronger than the other weaklings. He told me that his captain and some of the crew went to find the treasure, so I figured I'd leave it to you since I didn't want to bore myself by fighting more weaklings." Mihawk said with confidence.
"Didn't even break a sweat taking their captain down." Shanks remarked as Buggy and Belle-mere looked at the monster duo in disbelief and awe at the same time.
"So I decided to do something with my time, so I commanded the pirates to replace the Bluejam guy's flag with a regular Jolly Roger since we needed a new ship. Then I went shopping for food and resources and sailed the ship here, then take a good nap while waiting for you to return." Mihawk finished his story.
"You are so dependable, Mihawk. I'm lucky to have you on my crew." Shanks chuckled as he jumped to the ship, Buggy and Belle-mere followed him to the ship as they started to set sail. "ALRIGHT CREW, TO CELEBRATE OUR NEW MEMBERS AND SHIP, LETS THROW A PARTY."
"YEAAAH" Buggy and Belle-mere said in excitement. Mihawk just smiled as he watched them set up their party.
