"I don't think I can trust you right now" Dean said and Sam duck his head down in understanding because he couldn't blame his brother for not trusting him, after what he did. Dean headed towards the Impala but couldn't see the car coming towards him. Sam saw it and thought that if he yelled for Dean, dean would get hit so he acted on instinct and ran for his brother. "Dean!Look out" was the sentence he said when he pushed his brother out of the way and got hit by the speeding car.
"Dean!Look out" Dean heard and he felt someone push him and he turned around to see his little brother get hit by a speeding car. "SAAAMMMM!!!!!" he yelled and ran towards his brother. He knelt beside him to see a look at his brother. "Sam, hey, wake up" dean tapped his brother's cheeks but Sam didn't wake up. "HEY!! I NEED SOME HELP HERE" Dean shouted and the paramedics came rushing in and took Sam with them inside the hospital. Dean just stood there, shocked to what had happened just now. His little brother saved his life and ended up putting his life in danger. "I can't trust you" Dean winced to the sentence he had spoken to his brother. "What if this would be our last conversation" Dean thought and immediately let go of this thought.
Bobby was in the same hospital and Dean told Bobby everything that happened in the parking area and started crying. "God, Bobby, what if he doesn't survive this" Dean took his head in his hands. "I said that I didn't trust him but I didn't want THIS to happen between us. He saved my life and risked his" Dean said, more tears streaming from his eyes. "Listen to me, Dean, you Winchesters are one of the most hard headed people I have seen. Sam will come out of this" Bobby said and Dean nodded. "Family of Sam Singer?" the doctor came in Bobby's room. "Yes, we are his family. How is my brother?" Dean asked. "I won't lie to you, Mr. singer but Sam is in a very critical condition. He had massive hemorrhage in his brain and he was bleeding internally. Plus the fact that his lung has been damaged sufficiently, he is currently on a ventilator but I don't think so he would last through the night. I am sorry" the doctor said and went. Dean collapsed in his chair. "Dean..." Bobby's started but couldn't find the words to say anything.
Dean went inside Sam's room and saw his brother lying almost dead on the hospital bed. He gasped at the sight he saw. His brother was lying on the bed hooked with several machines and a breathing tube in his mouth. Dean tentatively stepped forward and sat on a chair beside his brother. "Hey Sammy" Dean said. "I don't know whether if you can hear me or not but I don't believe in this crap that you're gonna die, okay? So you better come back, bitch. Because I can't do this alone. It hasn't been a day in this god forsaken apocalypse and you are leaving me already? Well, I am giving you a fair warning, you better wake up Sam because I gotta have a person beside me in this apocalypse who I can trust" Dean said. " And you are the only one I trust beside Bobby and Cas. But they are not my brothers and I need my brother by my side, so you fight dammit. You can't leave me. Not again. I can't live without you, Sammy. Please come back to me, Sammy" he held his little brother's hand and tears formed in his eyes. That's when he felt a movement in his hands. He looked up to see Sam waking up.
"Hey, Sammy, wake up, c'mon you can do this" Dean encouraged sam. After minutes of struggling, Sam finally opened his eyes. Dean breathed a sigh of releaf. "D'n?" Sam asked. "Hey, take it easy, okay? Save your energy" dean said and called the doctor. "It's a miracle" the doctor said. "Well, Sam, how you feeling now?" the doctor asked. "Like I got hit by a car" Sam said and Dean scoffed. "Dude, that's not funny" dean said and the doctor smiled. "Well, I am gonna give you some painkillers that'll help with the pain. The hemorrhage has been healed very nicely and the bleeding is also normal now. You have an angel by your side, Sam. I wish you all the best and a good and speedy recovery" the doctor said and went away.
"You scared me, Sammy" Dean said. "I'm sorry" Sam said. "Sam, why did you save me.You could have been killed" Dean asked. "Because I couldn't watch you get hit by a car even though you don't trust me" Sam said. "Listen, Sammy..." Dena started but was cutoff. "No, how could you say that? Huh, Dean? I did everything I did for you. I wanted that bitch Lillith to pay for what she did to you. And I know that the demon blood part was my fault but I did everything for you. I DIDN'T KNOW THAT KILLING LILLITH WOULD SET LUCIFER FREE" Sam screamed and coughed. "Hey, take it easy, here drink this" Dean handed a glass of water and Sam drank it. "Thanks" Sam said giving back the glass. "Sammy, listen, I am so sorry kiddo. I guess I never understood your point of view. And you're right, you didn't know that killing Lillith would start the apocalypse. I am so sorry, Sammy. And by the way I do trust you. You saved my life and put yours in danger. I need you, Sam. I can't do this alone, Sammy. I need my trustworthy partner and brother" Dean said and looked at Sam. "So, we good?" Sam asked. "Yeah, Sam, we're good. Beside we have work to do. We have a devil to kill" Dean said and Sam smirked.
