I got inspired by Balloon Boy's Story by Rockn Artist on youtube so go check that out. Also I decided that Balloon boy's name would be Billy because it really fits him.

It was Billy's birthday and he knew this was going to be the best day ever! He was going to the best place in the world, Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. He was going to eat pizza and he couldn't wait for the animatronics to sing happy birthday to him. But if you asked him what he was most excited about his answer would be that he was going to see Foxy the Pirate, who was his favorite.

When Billy got to the pizzeria he was practically jumping with excitement but before they walked in his mother gave him his birthday present. It was a big bright red balloon! Billy always loved balloons and it was pretty much a tradition for his mother to buy him one for his birthday. His mom helped him tie it around his wrist so it wouldn't fly away and after Billy gave her a hug and thanked her, they both walked into the pizzeria.

The pizzeria was pretty much like a second home to Billy at this point. His mother always brought him there because it was pretty much a good way to have cheap babysitters watching him. She would sometimes even leave him there for a couple hours because of a work emergency and would have to pick him up later. Billy turned to his mother to ask if they could go find Foxy but saw that she was gone, he panicked for a second thinking she left but quickly found her talking to some worker at the restaurant. Billy sighed, his mom always liked talking to guys that worked there but that was okay. He waved at her and she smiled at him giving him a small wave back. That was enough permission to go play and Billy quickly made his way through the swarm of kids and made his way to pirates cove.

When he got there he passed through kids cove where most of the children were playing with mangle, well sorta playing but more like destroying and Billy had always felt bad for her. Then he went into the pirate's cove where some children were sitting around the small stage completely enraptured by a story the one and only Captain Foxy was telling. Billy smiled and started to make his way over but quickly started to run when he realized Foxy had just finished because he started to wave goodbye and the children started to leave the room to go do other things and the curtains would close soon. Just as Foxy turned to go backstage he heard a familiar voice shout, "Wait Foxy!"

Foxy turned and saw a brunette child run up to the stage and smiled, "Well hello there Matey! If it isn't the birthday boy." Foxy has known Billy for a while now, when Billy was first left alone at the pizzeria he went to Foxy and stayed with him the whole day. Foxy quickly noticed him and after a while started to suspect that he was alone. After he finished his story, instead of returning backstage he got off the stage and walked straight to the little boy and asked him where his parents were. Billy had been awestruck when Foxy walked up to him but got a little shy when he asked about his mother. "She um she's at work sir."

Foxy wanted to sigh at that but didn't, he hated when parents left their children unattended at the pizzeria. It made them much too easy targets for a certain child killing manic. Well if his mother wasn't going to watch him then Foxy would take the task and send a message to the others to keep an eye out for him too, just in case. "Well then laddie would you like to be my first mate today?"

Billy gasped, "Really?! I would love too Captain Foxy sir!"

Foxy chuckled at the boy's excitement, "Foxy is just fine and what yer name be?"

"Billy!"

"Well first mate Billy, how about we get you some pizza?"

"Yes please!"

After that Billy would always go straight to pirates cove and Foxy was always happy to him. A few days ago Billy had told him about his Birthday and Foxy had asked Chica to make him a cake for the occasion but that was a surprise for later. "I'm good! Look, my mom gave me a balloon!"

"That sure is a nice balloon, is your mother at work today?"

"Nope, she said she would be here with me all day today! But she is talking to some guys right now…" Billy's eyes went to the floor and a frown crossed the boy's face. Foxy really wanted to have a word with his mother but knew that was way outside the rules for him to do so but still. Instead he ruffled Billy's hair, "Hey now yer can't be sad on your birthday! It be the rules and I have a birthday surprise for yeh."

Billy's face quickly lit up, "Really a surprise, what is it?"

"Well I can't tell yeh or it wouldn't be a surprise. I'll be right back." Foxy quickly left to get the cake and the others so they all could sing to the birthday boy. Billy watched him leave and was so excited to see the surprise! Little did Foxy know, there was someone who had been watching the whole time.

Billy sat on the stage waiting for Foxy to return with his surprise when a man in a purple security guard suit walked up to him, "Um hello."

The man smiled, "Hello there I heard it was your birthday." The man then gave him a blue balloon and Billy gasped with joy, now he had two balloons!

"Thank you sir!"

"You're very welcome! I have some more balloons in the back and that's where Foxy has your surprise."

"Really?!"

"Of course, he sent me to come get you. Follow me."

Billy not knowing any better and thinking it was all a part of his surprise he followed the man through the restaurant towards the back. Maybe an animatronic would have seen them, if it wasn't for the fact that they were all in the kitchen getting ready to walk out to pirates cove with a cake and singing but they would find that the birthday boy was gone.

When the man opened the backroom, it was really dark and Billy was ready for the band, the toys, Foxy, his mother, Everyone to jump out and yell surprise but when the man closed and locked the door behind him and turned on the light… Billy didn't see any balloons or any of his friends or family or hear a happy birthday song, instead he heard the man starting to laugh. Billy turned around to look at the man and was confused, why were they here if the surprise wasn't here and why.

Why did the man have an axe? Soon the man's laughter got louder and Billy started to cry, he wanted to run but the man was blocking the door and there was no way out! Billy started to scream but saw the man swing the axe, felt his head explode with pain, red covered his vision, heard the sound of two balloons popping, then everything went black.

When the gang got to pirates cove and found it empty, Foxy was confused. The boy's mother called out for him but no answer. Soon all the animatronics and staff were searching and asking around but no one knew where he went. Foxy felt a cold feeling rush through him and he immediately started sprinting for the back. No! Please No!

Foxy barged through the door of the backroom and found… Nothing. It was all clean, far to clean. No dust was on the floor or walls, even though no one ever came to the back. Then he saw it, it was small and in the corner of the room easy to be overlooked but Foxy found it anyway. A small drop of blood. Foxy screamed.

The police were called and Billy was declared missing. Foxy never believed that Billy's mother was the best but… After seeing her absolutely devastated, sobbing and begging the police to find her son, the guilt that etched across her face, Foxy knew that she truly did love her son. The pizzeria was closed early that day and after hours of searching the police believed he had been kidnapped and was long gone from the restaurant but the animatronics knew better and began to search on their own, once everyone finally left. Everyone was devastated that they had failed to protect a child from Afton but no one blamed themselves as much as Foxy did. Black tears that seemed to never stop flowed from Foxy's eyes and when anyone tried to comfort him, he would simply growl and shake them feeling unworthy of that comfort. This was his fault, he was the one that left the boy alone in the first place. He should have known better and right now the only thing keeping him from falling apart was the need to find Billy's body.

It was the puppet that found him. Turns out the company had bought a new cheap animatronic that was going to be announced in a couple of days and none of the animatronics knew about it. Marionette found it in the attic and knew that instead was Billy's body. He brought it down into the main room and everything was silent. Freddy was the first to speak after a long moment, "Is he..?"

"He's asleep right now but yes, his soul is trapped inside the robot named Balloon Boy." Everyone was silent again, some were crying at the news, some were angry with clenched fists and gritted teeth. Foxy was the first to move and he made his way to the tiny robot whose eyes were closed. No one got in his way and simply watched unsure. When Foxy got in front of the doll he dropped to his knees and wrapped his arms around him, bringing the robot to his chest, "I'm so sorry lad. I'm so sorry."

When Billy woke up he could hear a lighting storm from outside. Everything felt strange, even his skin. He slowly opened his eyes and gasped. In front of him was a puppet, "Hello there little one, welcome to freddy fazbear's pizza. You are now a part of your family." Billy tilted his head confused and wanted to ask where his mommy was but the puppet had opened the door and light came into the room. Billy felt like covering his eyes from the sudden light but found that he didn't need to for some reason. He followed the puppet and was led to his favorite animatronic, Foxy.

Billy couldn't remember much but knew something terrible had happened to him. Everything was wrong and this all had to be a bad dream. Billy ran to Foxy crying and Foxy immediately scooped the scared child up and comforted him, being careful of his hook and doing his best not to cry. The child was already so scared, he needed someone to be strong for him. "I know you might be a little scared but don't worry. Captain Foxy the pirate will be by your side and I'm not going anywhere this time."

Billy was confused but just clung to Foxy tightler and nodded. After Billy stopped crying and was more calm now, the puppet returned with a big balloon that was red and blue and a sign that said Balloons! Foxy put him down and the puppet handed him the two objects. Billy really liked the Balloon but now he finally noticed that his hands were funny looking. He also noticed that his voice sounded weird and that everyone and everything were taller than they were before. When he brought this up to the two animatronics they shared a look but Foxy shook his head, "We'll explain everything later, but right now the others are waiting in the dining room come on."

Billy was now even more confused but followed Foxy through the halls until they were in the dining room that was dark. Foxy walked over to the light and switched it on, "SURPRISE!" A dozen voices shouted and BB gasped with delight. There were balloons everywhere and there was a cake and a ton of pizza just like Billy had hoped there would be. But where was his mother? Did she finally leave him there for good?

Billy got sad at the thought but was quickly distracted when Foxy grabbed his hand and led him to the table with the cake and sat him down in front of it. It was a white cake that was decorated with balloons and words with blue frosting. But instead of saying Happy Birthday, it read Welcome Home Balloon Boy! And there was one candle lit for him to blow out. He was more than one years old but for some reason having only one candle felt right. "Make a wish laddie."

BB nodded and as he looked around at all the kind faces of the animatronics, Billy knew that this was his new family. Sure he was still super confused and knew that something wasn't quite right, he also knew that everything was going to be okay. He smiled back at his family and blew out the candle.
