USJ Incident

The bus ride was quick but it honestly felt like an eternity seeing as I was sitting between two boys who would periodically brush against my bare skin. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore so I grabbed their hands, lacing our fingers and placed them in my lap.

Aizawa shot us a look and I gave him my sweetest grin, elbowing Bakugo slightly so we could have a bit of space between our legs.

When we arrived, I stood and stretched, having ignored the way Bakugo had yelled at our classmates when they started commenting on people and their personalities.

He had quickly calmed down and ignored them when I pulled out my phone and set it up so the three of us could listen to music. That of course had the three of us going back and forth searching for our favorite songs.

I rolled my eyes when I noticed that I was once again between them, realizing this was most definitely about to be my life. Leaning over, I saw that many of the students were stretching and making us exit the bus slower than necessary.

Sighing, I planted my face on Bakugo's back, feeling the vibrations when he hummed at my impatience. I reached over and pinched his side, barely dodging the elbow he shot back.

"Ohohoho! The big bad Bakugo Katsuki is ticklish," I all but sang.

He leaned back and crushed me against Shinsou, turning his head to glare at me.

"Try that shit again and I promise you, I will make you piss your pants." Aizawa yelled at us to hurry up so Shinsou and I both pushed the blond, laughing when he flipped us off.

We piled up in a group after unloading, meeting another who I had no clue about. Midoriya did though. Him and Ochako were discussing how great of a hero Thirteen was when all of a sudden, something grabbed Aizawa's attention. I looked over and paled.

I am not ready for this crap.

Saying that a horde of villains popping out of a portal was a surprise is the understatement of the year. Some of the more inexperienced students thought it was a training exercise but Aizawa quickly shut that down, telling Thirteen to get us out while he held them off.

We all ran to the exit, being cut off by the guy with the teleporting quirk. I had to grab Shinsou and force him to not go after Aizawa.

"I don't think any of you will be leaving soon. We need you to help us lure the Symbol of Peace here so he can meet his end."

Bakugo and Kirishima charged him with no hesitation but we were all quickly engulfed by black mist, his voice mentioning something about being lucky they missed him. I quickly covered my skin with my force field, feeling myself fall through the air.

I whirled until I could tell that the ground was beneath my feet, landing in a kneeling position. I had no idea where I was but a quick glance told me that the entrance was behind me and to the left.

Three villains appeared as if awaiting my arrival, one charging at me without a moment's notice. I ducked a hand with various sized needles sticking out of it. Dodging down and to the left, I followed with an uppercut, taking the man down with one blow.

"Hey, hey, hey girly. You look awfully familiar. If I'm not mistaken, the boss said to tell you that your father is looking forward to getting you back."

Keeping my face stoic, I used two force fields to slam the remaining two together, successfully knocking them out. Pushovers. Though, I should conserve my energy for more troublesome enemies.

Twirling around, I rushed towards the entrance until I heard a loud explosion to my left. I spotted Bakugo and Kirishima fighting a group of villains not too far away. Before I could veer off to join them, a blade came at me and I instinctively protected my face.

The woman's face when the knife seemed to bounce off my skin had me laughing. She growled and pulled more knives out, throwing them with astonishing speed and accuracy. I just stood there, wondering when she would realize that her attempts were futile.

When she charged at me, I rolled my eyes and ducked her punch, sweeping her legs out from under her. Before she could speak, I slammed my foot into her head, effectively knocking her out.

Rule number one: never underestimate your opponent, no matter their appearance. A low whistle has me whirling around, surprised that the burly man I was looking at managed to sneak up on me.

"I would say your father is right to want you to join us. You definitely would make a fun addition to the group."

I snarled, feeling an ugly part of me rear its head. The more rational side of me told me to wait, to analyze my appointment instead of striking with rage.

"What? You don't have anything you want me to relay to dear old dad." His sneer set me on edge, telling me that this one was a cut above the rest.

Tilting his head first left and then right, he cracked his neck loudly and settled into a low stance. We circled one another slowly, me never letting my quirk drop from my skin. He lunged, dropping low to try and spear me.

I sidestepped and grabbed the back of his neck, forcing him to the ground. Rolling, he yanked my arm and flipped me over his head. I flipped in midair and broke his hold, taking a few steps back to watch him again.

"Oooooh, not only can you be vicious but you're calculating. I like a girl who is both. Maybe dear old dad would let me keep you for myself."

Stay calm. He's baiting you.

This time, I moved first. I moved in and started with a left hook immediately followed by a roundhouse kick. He caught my ankle and yanked me up, dangling my body above the ground. Our eyes met and I noticed his muscles were moving under his skin, as if they had a life of their own.

"Ah, I see you admiring my quirk. Don't worry, I won't use my muscle augmentation to hurt this pretty little body. I just have to subdue you enough to bring you in."

With that, he slammed his knee into my face and I went limp, trying to pretend like the blow knocked me out.

Holy crap, that didn't do any damage but the whiplash of that kick freaking hurt.

He threw me over his shoulder and I wasted no time jabbing my elbow into the back of his neck. I barely caught myself as his body buckled.

Wiping the sweat from my brow I continued on, only one thing on my mind. Aizawa was fighting about thirty villains on his own, even a pro would find that next to impossible. I ran as hard as I could, barely registering when Shinsou, Bakugo, Kirishima, and Todoroki appeared in my line of sight.

We were all silent as we ran towards the epicenter of the violence, only sparing each other cursory glances to check for injuries. When we were close enough to see what was going on, I couldn't help the whimper that tore from my throat.

Aizawa was lying broken on the ground, a grotesque monster above him holding him by the hair.

Bakugo lunged at the warp gate villain and I saw red, using my quirk to protect our sensei. I made a bubble around him, closing it swiftly around his assailant's hand, cutting it off. It let out an inhuman screech and Todoroki didn't hesitate to freeze that thing where it stood.

Moving him slowly, I brought Aizawa towards us and motioned for Tsu - who was in the water - to come take him. She put him on her back and took off, being careful with his wounds.

Shinsou tried to follow and I stopped him, whispering so only he could hear me.

"We don't stand a chance without him; we need you with us." He looked so conflicted but he nodded, both of us flinching when we heard and felt Bakugo's quirk go off.

"This is getting annoying," their leader mumbled. "I would kill you for getting caught by a child, Kurogiri, if you weren't so essential to our plans. Nomu, kill the boy."

Midoriya had joined us, glaring at the hand man. He lunged at Midoriya, hand outstretched, the Nomu shooting towards Bakugo. Out of nowhere a huge gust of wind had me grabbing Shinsou and putting up a shield to protect us.

When the dust cleared, All Might was there, announcing his presence like he hadn't just arrived for his own execution. The Nomu had jumped in front of his punch, being pushed back several feet from the impact.

"Get out of here!" I screamed. "It's you they want!"

He gave me his signature smile and laughed; freaking laughed.

"I am here, young Ren. No need to worry about me, I will protect you all." He turned to Shigaraki, ready to say something but was quickly cut off.

"Ah, Ren. I've been looking for you. You're actually quite hard to track down, changing your last name and being removed from all records and what not. So annoying."

I pulled my shoulders back and stood up taller, knowing this is where it started - my journey to fighting the path my father had tried to set for me.

"Well, here I am. What're you going to do about it?" The challenge in my voice had Bakugo and Shinsou giving me discreet yet incredulous glances, not used to this side of me. He started laughing wildly, giving Nomu a glance and it instantly went for Bakugo again.

Before I could react, another wind was kicked up and Bakugo was thrown towards us, All Might having taken the hit from the monster.

Growling, I yanked Bakugo up by the back of his shirt and lunged at Shigaraki. He spared me a glance as I fought the grip the two boys now had on me, holding me back.

"I will rip that stupid hand off your face and beat your ass with it you crusty ass—" A hand slapped over my mouth and I tried to yell through it, not caring that I looked like a raving lunatic.

Then, the real fight started and we all stilled, realizing how far we still had to go to get to a pros level. It happened so quickly that it ended before my mind could catch up with what my eyes were witnessing.

The trip home was a somber event. Those who weren't hurt waited outside for the bus to take us back to campus while watching the injured get taken away. It was surreal to watch villain after villain get walked out or in most cases, carried out.

Shinsou had a bruise swelling on his cheek but he was too distracted to really notice, staring off in the distance. Bakugo walked over to the medics and asked for a couple ice packs, bringing them back and handing one to the both of us. Placing mine on my bruised knuckles, I leaned into Shinsou while watching Bakugo place his on his sore arms.

We crowded onto the bus, the three of us being careful not to show that we were feeling each other's quirk pain. Everyone was exhausted and no one noticed the way I literally crawled into both of their laps, all three of our heads leaned together.
