A flower was seen blowing over the darker screen when suddenly a huge Rinne Sharingan appears, and the Title card displaying NARUTOナルト appears

Ai is seen with a scared look on her face her blue dress is covered in blood in her hands is a blooded lion themed ANBU mask and she is crying tears. A teardrop falls slowly to the ground as it splashes into a pool of blood. She then raises her head up dazed as memories flash through her mind and an image of Naruto's childhood. She reaches for Naruto and falls into a river of blood as the Jūbi and Gedo Statue flank her on opposite parallel sides she then rises

More memories flash an image of Saki appearing smiling with her headband then it changes to an image with Saki supporting a battle hardened expression and her headband has a slash through it. Junko is crying being comforted by Sakura and Hinata. Ai continues to rise and grips her hand. Images depicting the events of Naruto and Boruto flash through her mind, Ai then clutches her head in pain.

She then screams in pain as the area turns into an introverted color scheme of white, black, and red. The Jūbi then opens its mouth and slowly descends onto Ai as she thrashes around violently. Imagines showing Naruto being attacked by the villagers as a child surface and of Tobi with his Mangekyō Sharingan spinning appear. The Jūbi is then introverted sideways and Ai is now falling into its mouth as the hands of the Jūbi start to intertwine with that of the Gedo Statue.

Ai closes her eyes and accepts her fate. Then an image of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki appears with his hand outstretched and Ai tries to reach for it as hundreds of Jūbi arms start to reach out and grab her, dragging deeper and deeper into the pitch blackness. Then Black Zetsu's signature smile appears as an image. Ai grunts her teeth and grabs Hagoromo's hand and a bright light engulfs her as she opens her eyes revealing the Rinne Sharingan and she ties her Konohagakure head and stand on top the Jūbi with the Gedo Statue to her right Hagoromo behind her with Black Zetsu. Hagoromo nodes to her when Ai looks back and she looks forward with eyes of determination as she faces off against the masked man standing upon the Kyūbi. Then the title card appears again NARUTOナルト
Pain...Despair…"I shall bring this world into despair" words begin to flood into Ai's mind. She was laying in a hospital bed unconscious and hooked up to multiple monitors. Her body twitched. She remembered what had happened yesterday: the bullies and her father were supposed to come home within that day. Voices begin to cloud her mind, and her body begins to shake violently as the monitors begin to beep wildly. She then heard a deep voice. It was faint at first then it became clear. "DAMN IT WAKE UP!". She then awoke with a gasp and shortness of breath she tried to move then she heard sloshing. She looked to her left and right and could see nothing but darkness. "About time you wake up." came the voice again with what sounded like a short snarl.
Ai was confused, and looked everywhere in confusion until the voice came again. "Behind you...baka." It sounded very irritated with her. Ai was about to retort when she came face to face with two piercing yellow dots and a toothy cheshire cat smile. Ai screamed and quickly crawled back in pure terror and fear before she fell into whatever liquid was surrounding her. The figure sighed clearly annoyed by Ai's behavior. "Be patient." a deep voice echoed out. The figure shook his head and slipped into the liquid. Ai then woke up and her eye blinked and widened when she saw a giant eye she stared at it for a second. It reminded her of a sharingan except for the one to three tomoe it had nine tomoe's. She tilted her head as the eye seemed familiar like deep down she knew what it was. The eye then looked at her causing Ai to freak out at first but then she felt a familiar presence like someone with a cat or dog.
Then the figure appeared beside her which caused Ai to freak out again. "Quit yelling DAMN IT!" snapped the figure which caused Ai to quickly shut up. "No need to be harsh...Zetsu" spoke in a deep disembodied voice. The figure now named Zetsu mumbled and grumbled something under his breath before rubbing the back of his head. He didn't know anything about social interactions. "I guess I should explain to you what happened." he spoke, getting Ai's rapid attention as she sat up. A minute later as Ai gripped the helm of the hospital gown she was wearing. The information flooded her head and in waves as static filled her head. "Am...a Jinchūriki...of the Jūbi…" she half-whispered. The infamous ten-tails that the heroes of the fourth Great shinobi war, Sasuke Uchiha, Sakura Haruno and Naruto Uzumaki had sealed away.
"And summoner of the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path." added Zetsu blankly, "And I have some parasite stuck inside of me…" grumbled Ai with a huff. Zetsu's eye twitches violently. "Am not a parasite...you better be grateful brat I'm what's keeping the Jūbi from releasing entirely." growled Zetsu in an annoyed tone. "Then why did it release?!" snapped Ai, Zetsu recoiled a bit and looked away. "It appears it was trying to protect you..somehow you have perfectly bonded with it..and me...think of it like a symbiotic relationship." explained Zetsu. "So...like a parasite?" added Ai causing Zetsu to fall face down and exclaim angrily "AM NOT A PARASITE!".
Real world
Junko looked over her comatose daughter. She then sighed and changed the flowers in a nearby vase. She started coughing violently. Sakura followed by Sarada and Sasuke entered the room and Sakura caught a collapsing Junko. "Help me sit her down!" she grunted as Sasuke lifted his aunt's legs and sat her down in a nearby recliner. Junko then awoke a few minutes later, to Sakura standing over her. Junko gasped and quickly rose up but Sakura placed a calming hand on her shoulder. "Hey..it's okay..you shouldn't strain yourself too much." she said softly. "I know..but...I am so worried for her." Junko responded and started crying as Sakura hugged her aunt-in-law. Saki then entered the room wearing standard ANBU attire and then walked over to her sister. "Saki.." spoke Sakura softly knowing ever since Saki joined ANBU her relationship with her mother was strained her father Kenji tried his best but he had to give up.
Saki clenched her fist and then turned to storm out the room. Sakura looked concerned, and then relieved when Sasuke re-entered the room with Naruto and Hinata. "Sasuke-kun…" Sakura said softly. Sasuke looked at his wife, Sakura then walked over to him and slowly whispered "I need you to talk to Saki...she is your niece I try to talk to her but I think a Uchiha needs to talk to her." "You are Uchiha." whispered Sasuke back firmly. Sakura shook her head, "To you..but not to her." she replied and looked sad. Sasuke recoiled and then sighed "Where did she go?" he asked. "I have no idea, she came in and looked at Ai and had this strange look on her face. Then she stormed out of the room." Sakura explained as she pointed in the general direction Saki came. Sasuke then noticed Kiba stopping by " I need you to help locate my niece Saki." he asked. Kiba looked up and pointed at himself "Me?" he asked dumbly.
Sasuke wanted to punch Kiba in the face and instead facepalmed "Yes you." he groaned and Kiba then lit up. "Oh yea I saw Saki talking to some weird hooded guys in the courtyard I could lead you to him." The room became all serious for a second. "Lead me to her." commanded Sasuke and Kiba gulped and nodded quickly .
In the Hospital Courtyard at that same moment
Saki was leaned up against a tree as three hooded figures flanked her. "You understand what it takes?" spoke the first in a deep and monotone voice. Saki nodded before undoing her headband and laying it on the ground she then slashed it. "Yea I do." spoke Saki in a cold emotionless tone. The second figure then handed her a folded cloak which was black with red clouds covering it. "When the time comes you will dawn this cloak." spoke the figure with a soft soothing femanine voice. "Someone approaches an Uchiha and an Inuzuka." spoke the third figure as they served as the lookout. "Go..I got this." stated Saki, as the two figures nodded and vanished the final figure looked at her for a second. "What?" she asked annoyedly, "Sorry about your father." replied the final figure as he bowed respectfully before disappearing entirely. Saki gritted her teeth and cried out "DAMN IT!" as her sharingan activated on its own before she closed her eyes and slid down the tree. She started crying but not salty tears but tears of blood.
Sasuke looked left and right and then spotted Saki crying before rushing over to her. Kiba and Akamaru trailing close behind but at a distance. Sasuke knelt down, "Saki-chan?" he asked in his best attempt at a soothing voice. Kiba and Akamaru sweatdropped at this, and Sasuke inwardly grimaced. Saki looked up, rubbing her blood stained cheeks. " Sasuke oji-san…." she choked and Sasuke became serious. "Yes?" he asked, he had a bad feeling something inside was screaming to retreat and run. Saki then stood up and slowly opened her eyes revealing that her Sharingan had morphed into the infamous Mangekyō Sharingan. "Am sorry…" she spoke with a soft whisper. As soon Sasuke made contact with her eye he felt his world go black and he slumped forward with a loud thud. Kiba backed up with Akamaru growling, Kiba was caught off guard and way over his head. Saki looked at him, and then disappeared quickly causing Kiba to go slack-jaw {Crap she is fast!} he thought as he looked left and right quickly as Akamaru quickly tried to find her scent.
There was a thud and a whine, as Kiba looked to his right and found Akamaru lying limp on the ground. "Aka…" he never got a chance to scream as two hands brusted from underneath the ground and pulled Kiba underneath the ground quickly, until his whole body was buried with only his head staying up. "Earth release: Headhunter Technique, a success." spoke Saki, as she then punched Kiba in the head before vanishing upon hearing footsteps indicating that several Shinobi were approaching her position.
Ending Theme: Tsukiakari - Rie fu

A small breeze blows through the land of Fire. A brown leaf is blowing as the scene changes between Future and Past Konohagakure. The scene changes to the construction of the Hidden Lead and Madara and Hashirama overlooking the construction. The scene then changes to Junko and Kenji getting married. The scene then changes to Ai's birth as Black Zetsu appears hiding in a wall with his signature smile.

Ai wakes up in the middle of a beautiful forest and then stares at the Shinju in wonder and amazement. Black Zetsu is shown in Ai's room wearing his hooded coat, and looking at photos of Ai as a child. A now adult Hokage is seen looking at a photo smiling as Hinata rests her head on his shoulders.

Ai is playing with a younger Naruto, as the Jūbi, Kyūbi, Gedo Statue, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, Madara Uchiha, Mito Uzumaki, Tobirama Senju, and the rest of the Uchiha and Senju clans watch from a distance
