1. Chapter 1

Hello all Storm here with a new story reboot! Here we'll be seeing a reboot of "One True Shredder" this time taking an entirely different route for how Naruto becomes The Shredder and who he, Naruto, is entirely. So, without further ado.

'Seeing them like this, it makes me believe that it was all worth it.' Thought a man as he entered a room, smiling slightly at the sight of the three sleeping infant boys.

The man was tall, with pale skin and a strong jawline, spiky, shoulder-length, pale brown hair, with a chin-length, braided lock hanging in front of his left ear, a matching goatee, a pair of horn-like protrusions extending from either side of his forehead. Though the most eye catching part were his eyes being a solid purple color with concentric rings and on his forehead was a red marking the same as his eyes. He wore a white, full-length kimono with a pattern of six black magatama around a high collar, beneath which he wore a necklace which was also made up of six black magatama. On the back of his kimono was a larger, black ripple marking with a pattern of nine magatama arranged in three rows of three beneath it.

This was Hagoromo Otsutsuki, also known as the Sage of the Six Paths, with his eyes being the result of him awakening his Dōjutsu the Rinnegan.

While the three boys were his sons, the oldest being named Indra who was two-years-old, the youngest being named Asura was just a few months old, and the middle was named Naruto who was a year younger than Indra. With both Indra and Asura having the same brown hair as him, only a darker shade, while Naruto had inherited spiky white hair along with uniquely enough three whisker-like marks on his cheeks.

'The same as Hamura's…and mothers.' Hagoromo thought with a frown at the thought of his mother, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.

It was only nearly three years ago that he'd returned to his home village in the Land of Ancestors, after spending many years traveling the land. Repairing the damage his and Hamura's battle against the Jūbi had unleashed as repentance for his sins. Along with finding homes the nine Bijū to stay at, having split the Jūbi into nine separate beasts so it wouldn't be released upon his death. With him having also found a third purpose for his journey in spreading Ninshū among his followers, granting them Chakra as a means to connect them all together.

After he had succeeded in fulfilling these three goals, he and his followers had returned to the Land of Ancestors while making it the headquarters of Ninshū. With him having married not long after returning and his sons being born. Though Asura's birth had been rather difficult, ending in his wife passing away shortly after. But while he was saddened at her death, Hagoromo was also happy that his sons were alive and healthy.

'And I know they will do great things in the future.' Hagoromo thought while looking at three before exiting the room.

*Timeskip-Eight Years*

Eight years have passed with the three brothers growing up strong and healthy, along with being as close as brothers could be. With them having also been trained by their father in Ninshū once they were old enough.

Indra had also let his hair grow out with it now reaching his waist, Naruto kept his to just below his shoulders, and Asura kept his cut short.

Currently, the brothers were in the library in the middle of the night, reading their father's writing on Ninshū. With Naruto and Indra both reading through it effortlessly, with the middle son though was focusing more on the abilities that Chakra granted those who had it, while Indra read everything on it. While Asura was having difficulty following along with the writings.

Until Asura finally screamed in frustration, getting the attention of his brothers as he looked at them both.

"Indra-nii-san, Naruto-nii-san! How can you both read all this stuff?!" Asura asked desperately, looking at all the books they've already finished reading with Indra having even started on another one before he looked up at all the other books on the shelves.

"And Tou-san too…why does he write so much?" Asked Asura, wondering why their father seemed to write down every little detail about Ninshū and his journeys.

"It has to do with Ninshū, Asura. Every word means something and will help us learn more about it." Indra replied, with Naruto nodding in agreement.

"Indra's right. All of Tou-sans writings are important as well as learning everything he has. It'll also help us to expand more on what he's learned with our own ideas and experiences when we're older." Added Naruto, knowing that there can be a lot of improvements they could make to Ninshū and spread their own teachings just like their father has.

"I know that, but…why does there have to be so much?!" Asura said while slamming his head against the easel, making Naruto and Indra smile slightly, knowing their younger brother never was one for reading.

"Okay then, look at it this way, the sooner you finish your reading the sooner you won't have to do it anymore." Naruto stated, making the youngest brunette perk up slightly as he began reading the book more earnestly at the chance to finish and not have to ready anymore afterwards.

*Later*

The brothers continued their reading with Asura still having trouble following along, but was able to get more done than he expected he would. Though Naruto and Indra soon noticed they weren't hearing anything from Asura at all, making them look over only to see their brother had fallen asleep. The sight making them smile, deciding to let him sleep rather than wake him up.

"I'll get him a blanket." Naruto said to Indra when he saw his older brother about to get up while he's still reading.

Indra nodded in thanks to his brother as Naruto got up and exited the library, with the oldest son taking the chance to test out one of his theories about Chakra and Ninshū. Turning on the spot to have more room, the brunette began making different formations with his hands.

"That's not it." Indra muttered with a frown before changing the formation, perking up when he felt his Chakra shift a little with the new formation.

"Like this, maybe?" Said Indra, thinking this formation was a good start as he began practicing in making different formations with his hands.

With it not being long before Naruto returned and place a blanket over Asura, with him noticing his older brother making strange movements with his hands.

"What're you doing?" Asked Naruto as he sat across from Indra, startling the brunette since he'd focused on his task that he didn't notice his brothers return.

"It's something I've been wanting to test out after reading about how Tou-san is able to freely manipulate his Chakra. Something no one else can do, not even we can manipulate Chakra like he can. I thought that I could find a way that'd let others freely manipulate Chakra for different affects, which lead me to learning the position of your hands let's one be able to mold their Chakra." Indra explained, much to Naruto's amazement.

"Wow, that's really amazing Indra. Something like that could really improve Ninshū and make it much more practical and useful for everyone. I've actually been thinking of something like that, but it mostly involves Fūinjutsu." Naruto said, knowing such a revelation could be an incredible benefit for everyone to be able to freely manipulate their Chakra, while Indra looked intrigued he had an idea similar to his own.

"What did you have in mind?" Indra asked, curious about what Naruto's idea is.

"I got the idea after reading how Tou-san could turn his Chakra into different elements like lightning or fire just by molding it. Along with how he's a master at Fūinjutsu, it made me wonder what else seals could do like if seals could be made to be put on people that'd mold their Chakra for them, allowing them to convert it into the elements. Or seals that could have Chakra channeled into them and convert it into fire, lightning, wind, or water which would then be released, along with ones that'd be placed on the ground to manipulate the earth. I also had a bunch of other ideas I got while researching Fūinjutsu for seals that could be used to store items in, create barriers, repair things, and a lot of other different things." Said Naruto, smiling in excitement at everything he imagined Fūinjutsu could do, with the oldest son looking at him with wide eyes before smiling at his brother.

"I guess we'll have a lot to do then, if we'll want to show Tou-san and everyone else our ideas." Indra stated, with the white-haired boy nodding in agreement.

*Timeskip-Two Weeks*

Two weeks have passed since Naruto and Indra shared their ideas on ways to make Ninshū more practical for others to use. With the brothers having been practicing in secret, wanting to know if their ideas will work or not before bringing them to their father, brother, and the others.

At the moment though, the three brothers had gotten up early to go fishing, being joined by their pet dog Shiro.

"This one's huge!" Indra said while struggling to pull in his line, only to have some difficultly as the fish was pulling against him.

"Asura! Get the net quickly, I'll try and get it to stop!" Said Naruto, pulling out some of the daggers they had made, throwing them into the water to try and hit the fish while Asura grabbed the net to scoop it up.

"Be careful, go in slow and steady!" Said Indra, doing his best to pull the fish in close enough.

Asura tried scooping the fish, but it was moving around too fast for him to grab it, before he decided to simply jump into the water.

"Gotcha!" Asura shouted, knowing the fish won't be able to escape as he dived into the water, much to the shock and worry of his brothers.

"Asura!" Indra said in worry that he could drown or get caught in their lines.

"Don't just jump into the water like that you idiot!" Said Naruto, though was also worried.

Only for them to watch as after a few moments, Asura burst out of the water with seaweed stuck in his hair and the fish in the net.

"Look! I got it Indra-nii-san, Naruto-nii-san!" Asura cheered, grinning at his success in catching the fish.

"I swear, he's going to be the death of us one day." Muttered Naruto, Indra nodding in agreement.

"Yeah, he's so impulsive." Stated Indra, knowing Asura's impulsiveness would get him in trouble one day, before they saw Asura's pole was shaking showing he'd gotten a bite.

"You got a bite too!" Indra said as they quickly grabbed Asura's pole to keep it from getting pulled into the water, while Asura quickly got back onto dry land.

"Awesome! It might be bigger than yours!" Asura said in excitement at catching a fish himself as he grabbed the pole along with his brothers, only to notice Naruto's pole was also shaking.

"Naruto-nii-san, you've got a bite!" Said Asura, making Naruto look at his pole.

"Go! We can pull in Asura's!" Said Indra to his brother, making him nod in thanks as he ran over to his pole and grabbed it.

"Woah! This one's definitely big!" Naruto said when the fish nearly pulled the rod out of his hands, but he managed to keep his grip and began reeling it in.

"I bet mine's gonna be bigger than both of yours!" Asura said, smiling eagerly at getting a really big fish.

"Keep dreaming little brother!" Said Naruto with a smirk before grunting as he gave a final pull, with his on fish jumping out of the water as Naruto quickly grabbed another net to catching it.

While Indra and Asura gave a pull as well, only to end up falling backwards as their bite came flying out of the water. The brothers watching as it landed in the grass with a wooden thunk, much to their confusion while Shiro ran over to look at it. Going over to it, the three saw that it was really just a piece of driftwood, much to Asura's disappointment.

"Oh, it's just driftwood." Muttered Asura, disappointed he hadn't caught a fish while Naruto put a hand on his shoulder.

"Well, it's certainly bigger than mine and Indra's catches, and I'm sure you'll get a much bigger fish next time." Naruto assured.

"Let's see about making it an even bigger catch." Said Indra, going over and kneeling down by the driftwood, making a formation with his hands.

Then to Asura's amazement, the driftwood was enveloped in a puff of smoke and in its place was a large fish.

"Whoa, amazing! It's a huge fish now!" Asura said in shock and amazement, while Indra picked up the fish.

"Nice one, Asura!" Indra said, happy to help his brother.

"Yeah! But Indra-nii-san, what did you just do?" Questioned Asura in confusion at how Indra could even do that.

"We'll tell you once we get back, since we want to show Tou-san and everyone else what we've discovered." Naruto replied, making Asura look at him only to be shocked as Naruto pulled out a scroll and opened it up, before their fishing equipment and the fish they caught vanished in puffs of smoke.

"What just happened?! Where did everything go?!" Asura asked in shock and disbelief, with Indra and Naruto smiling at their brothers confusion, know what they had to show was certainly surprising.

"Like Naruto said, we'll tell you once we get back home." Said Indra, making Asura nod slowly before they all began making their way back home.

*Later*

After returning home, they brothers told their father that they had something to show him and the other Ninshū followers. Something that got Hagoromo's interest at what his sons wished to show them, before gathering his followers outside. With Indra going first as he sat in a meditative position in front of everyone to prepare himself.

Once he was ready, Indra went through three hand formations before holding out his hand and, to everyone's shock and amazement, a burst of flames appeared in his hand before dispersing.

"W-what did you do, Indra-nii-san?!" Asura asked while running up and looking at his brothers hand, trying to find something, anything, on it that'd explain the sudden flames.

"When infusing Chakra to release power, I noticed the formation of your hands make a difference. I think you can use various powers by the way you shape and combine your fingers." Indra said, much to their amazement.

"Really?!" Asura asked in excitement, seeing how useful that'd be in making Ninshū more practical if they could mold their Chakra like their father with Indra nodding in response.

"And I've decided to call the formation with your hands "signs" and the manifestation of the power "Jutsu"." Said Indra, having decided on a name for his creations.

"Signs and Jutsu…that's amazing Indra-nii-san!" Said Asura smiling at his brother.

"That's not everything either, Naruto has his own creations." Indra said, making everyone turn to the Sage's middle child.

"What do you have Naruto?" Questioned Hagoromo, already impressed at Indra's creation, seeing he truly was worthy to be called the "Genius of Ninshū".

"Watch this." Naruto said with a grin as he pulled out a scroll before opening it up, and to everyone's further shock their fishing equipment appeared.

"These are what I'm calling "Storage Seals", they can be made to store anything you can think in them, making easier to carry around stuff. Furniture, tools, even food, you just put something on the seal and channel Chakra into it and it'll be stored inside and able to unsealed the same way." Naruto explained, much to everyone's amazement at much easier travel could be if they could store all their belongings into such tiny scrolls.

"And there's one last thing we wanted to show you all." Said Naruto before and Indra jumped up, with everyone once again being shocked as they stuck to the underside of the roof by their feet.

"Indra-nii-san, Naruto-nii-san! How are you doing that?!" Asura asked in complete disbelief at everything his brothers were showing.

"We're channeling our Chakra into our feet, letting us stick to any surface. But it requires a certain amount to stick, too much and you'll be blown away once you make contact with a surface, too little and you'll only end up falling off." Said Indra with a smile, since this was something else they thought of during their training.

"Which also makes this a great control exercise for anyone with Chakra to use, especially those with a lot of Chakra, like us. It can be used to help them better control their Chakra so they don't end up using too much at once, only using the necessary amount for any given task." Naruto added as they jumped down to the ground, with everyone crowding around them asking dozens of questions about what they've learned

While Hagoromo watched his two oldest sons intently, starting to see just what kind of geniuses they were to have thought of such things. Knowing these discoveries will revolutionize Ninshū and what it's capable of. It made him proud of what else they'll be able to do in the future, knowing the three will be able to help improve Ninshū more than he could and bring everyone that much closer together.

The Sage having no idea just how much he'll come to regret this thought in the future with what Naruto and Indra will do.

*Timeskip-Seven Years*

Standing within a blood-soaked battlefield, Naruto ripped his tiger claws out of another Land of Grass Ninja, a terms that's slowly began popping up as more people gained Chakra and learned Ninjutsu. With them calling themselves Ninja affiliated with their own country they hail from.

With the now sixteen-year-old Naruto having been cutting through anyone that stood in his path either with his sword or his tiger claws. His attire having changed from the custom white robes of those that followed Ninshū to something more combat oriented.

Hit attire being a sleeveless black bodysuit, black Ninja sandals, a red sash around his waist and another around his neck, silver pauldrons with curved spikes on them, black gloves with bandages wrapped around his forearms, silver gauntlets with small, curved spikes and two long tiger claws protruding from each of them. With him also wearing a facemask on the lower off of his face and a silver Kuro Kabuto with a three pronged claw symbol on the front of it.

While in his right hand was his personal blade, the Sword of Tengu, which he had crafted from a meteor before improving it with Fūinjutsu. Making it not only one of the strongest blades in the world, but also being incapable of even being held by anyone not strong enough to withstand its power.

Though the sword and tiger claws weren't his only weapon, with Naruto's normally dark eyes now having a crimson red design of six pointed star tilted on its made overlapping ellipses, with the points being curved like blades. This being Naruto's Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan which he had awakened, granting him even more powerful abilities. While knowing Indra had his own regular Sharingan as he hadn't awakened the Mangekyō, yet anyway.

As for the reason Naruto was in the Land of Grass, they had heard rumors of them planning something to try and take over the world, wanting to take control themselves. His father had planned to go and settle the situation himself, only for Naruto to volunteer to go. The Ōtsutsuki being eager for the chance to crush them and put an end to whatever plan they had.

"Is this really all that you weaklings are capable of?! Where is your bravado, your arrogance, your belief of your superiority when I first arrived?!" Demanded Naruto while deflecting a sword strike from another Ninja, driving his claws into their head before slapping an Explosive Tag on their body and kicking it towards a group of Ninja, smirking behind his mask as they were blown into pieces.

"Or are you finally realizing just how weak you all truly are? Yet still you throw your lives away, believing you can challenge me. It's pathetic!" Naruto said before holding his sword in the air as dark blue lightning sparked around it.

The Ōtsutsuki swung the blade down, unleashing a massive wave of lightning that vaporized anyone in its path, leaving only a trail of destruction in its wake. With those that were still alive shaking in fear and horror at the power he possessed, having originally thought their numbers would give them an advantage. Only for that belief to be destroyed as Naruto had simply begun cutting them all down without hesitation.

Looking around at those that were still alive, Naruto saw that none of them were going to try making a move again. Before turning his attention towards their base, a large castle fortress that they'd retreated to after he'd begun slaughtering them all.

"Very well then, if none of you wish to stand in my way, you can be dealt with once your leaders have fallen." Said Naruto as he began making his way towards the castle to deal with the leaders of the Land of Grass, only to stop when the ground began shaking, making him channel Chakra to his feet to keep himself steady.

Narrowing his eyes as he looked back at the castle, seeing the shaking was originating from there, he could sense a large amount of Chakra rising up from the ground. Before emerging from the ground was a giant box with a demonic mask-like face on each of the four sides.

'So this is the Box of Ultimate Bliss.' Naruto thought since after his arrival, this was what the Land of Grass believed gave them the power needed to take over the world themselves, seeing that the remaining forces were now cheering at the sight of the box thinking they could now beat him.

Naruto watched as one of the faces on the box opened its mouth wide open as something began emerging from inside the box.

With it being revealed to be a gigantic beast with wings, it was also headless, with bones protruding from the mouth on its chest and is covered in black feathers. It also has a long thin tail, and its hands and feet are clawed, along with being sickly thin to the point where it looks almost bone-like with skin attached.

The beast then roared loudly before flying up into the air, flapping its wings as it unleashed a barrage of giant feathers at Naruto. The Ōtsutsuki letting out a "Tsk" before he as enveloped in a black aura just as the feathers crashed into the ground around him and where he was standing. The Land of Grass forces cheered at the sight, believing that he had been killed by the creature, only to be silenced as the smoke to clear and reveal that Naruto was completely unharmed.

As well as now being surrounded by a large, demonic black skeleton with glowing red eye that had batted away the feathers that were launched at him. This being his Susanoo, a technique granted to him by his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

"Is this beast meant to intimidate me? Do you truly believe something like this is a threat? Allow me to show you just how pitiful it really is!" Said Naruto as his Susanoo's aura flared before muscle began forming around it, followed by armor that resembled his own, including two long tiger claws on its left gauntlet while leaving its face revealed showing a mouth full of jagged teeth.

Though it didn't stop there as the Susanoo began growing even larger, with Naruto being moved onto a space on its forehead. With it not being long until his Susanoo's body was fully formed, with bent and curved legs with two claw-like toes in the front and a third smaller one on the back of the heel.

Once his Susanoo was fully formed, Naruto had it extend its left arm at the beast, who immediately flew out of the way, only for the arm to curve and follow it. Managing to rake its claws across the demons back and send it crashing down into the ground. Not stopping there, the Susanoo roared before unleashing a wave of black flames at the demon, which cried out as it was burned alive.

Only managing to escape by firing a large red sphere of energy at the Susanoo, knocking it back and allowing the demon to fly away. Though it didn't get far as Naruto began going through handsigns, which his Susanoo mirrored before swinging its clawed arm. Unleashing powerful winds that soon took the form of a tornado that sucked the demon towards it, despite its best efforts to escape. With Naruto and his Susanoo going through handsigns again before slamming its hands on the ground, causing massive earth spikes to shoot out of the ground stabbing through the demon.

With the demon shrieking in agony as it could no longer escape, the white-haired teen taking the chance as he dispelled his Susanoo and drew his sword again. Running up the earth spikes, Naruto stabbed the Sword of Tengu into the demon's leg before jumping up and slicing it across its thin midsection, cutting the demon in half much to its agony. Naruto then jumped up and swung his sword, unleashing a powerful sonic wave as the demons arm causing it to spasm before it violently exploded.

The demon could do nothing but thrash around on the spikes, desperately trying to escape its attacker, only to go still when Naruto landed right above its mouth. The Otsutsuki held his blade up, ready to stab it straight down into the demons body.

"I am Naruto Ōtsutsuki, demon! Let my name be the last sound you'll ever hear!" Naruto said before stabbing his sword into the demon, finally putting an end to its life as its body began dissolving until nothing was left.

Seeing the demon was now dead, Naruto jumped off the spikes and back onto the ground, looking at the now defeated and demoralized Land of Grass forces. All of them immediately dropping their weapons and falling to their knees at seeing their greatest weapon was now dead. The sight making Naruto laugh lowly as he approached the defeated forces.

"And now you've learned your rightful places, knowing what happens to those that try to reach beyond their stations. However…" Naruto said while raising his sword up as lightning sparked around it, before swinging it down unleashing a sonic wave that annihilated dozens of the remaining Ninja.

"…I believe a more permanent reminder is necessary." Said Naruto before launching himself at the remainder of the Land of Grass's forces, ensuring that they'll never be able to rise up again.

*Timeskip-Three Days*

After he had finished crippling the Land of Grass and ensuring that any thoughts or ideas of them ever rising up again were permanently crushed, Naruto made his way back to the Land of Ancestors to report to his father of his success. Though already knowing what kind of response awaited him when he returned.

"The Land of Grass has been subjugated, while the Box of Ultimate Bliss and the demon that resided within have been destroyed." Said Naruto as he stood before his father while holding his Kuro Kabuto, with Hagoromo frowning at his son.

"Yes, news has already begun to spread of your actions, and I believe subjugation is putting it rather mildly in what you did Naruto." Hagoromo stated with disappointment lacing his tone, making Naruto narrow his eyes at the Sage.

"I did what was necessary. Would you have preferred I give them all a slap on the wrist and a stern warning? Let them try rising up again?" Naruto demanded, annoyed that his father still refused to see reason when it came to his methods.

With this not being the first time Naruto's gone out to put down any would be rebellions or plots to take over the world by other nations. Each time it ends the same, with him completely crushing all of them without hesitation and destroying whatever weapons or creatures they intended to use. And yet each time he returned reporting his success, the only thing his father expressed was disappointment.

Something that's caused a rift between them given Naruto's belief that power was necessary to keep the other nations in line, to remind them who's responsible for them having power in the first place. Not only that, but he believed it'd be better to simply conquer the other nations, to either force them to serve or install new rulers that'd be loyal.

Views and beliefs that Hagoromo never agreed with as each time Naruto suggested anything involving it, he'd immediately refuse.

"I expected you to show restraint for once! Destroying the Box of Ultimate Bliss was necessary to ensure it would not fall into the wrong hands, but your senseless slaughter was not! The people were already defeated and demoralized, they were ready and willing to surrender! But you didn't stop there, you killed them all, even the ones who surrendered you didn't spare!" Hagoromo said, not believing that Naruto would go that far as crippling an entire nation, it'll be a miracle if they ever recover.

"Senseless?! I did what needed to be done! If I did what you wanted they'd still be standing, making more plans, and having ideas of taking over! They would still be a threat, even without the box! But I put an end to that, permanently! I crushed them, shattered their pride and resolve so they'll never forget what's happened, knowing how easily they can be wiped out entirely!" Retorted Naruto, getting angry that he still refused to see the bigger picture and why it's necessary for such actions.

"And what if this merely encourages others to rise up?! Believing that we will simply unleash our power on them if they step out of line! All your actions accomplish is spreading more pain and hatred!" Said Hagoromo, trying to get his son to see his actions will only lead to more violence.

"Not if we just conquer them! We have the power to make them kneel, to accept being rules or face destruction! That is the choice they can have; they can bend or they can break!" Naruto said, only for Hagoromo to shake his head.

"That is not what Ninshū was meant for and never will be, it was created to connect and bring everyone closer together, to show them that peace is possible and that we were all one people regardless of which nation we hail from. To go into other lands and force them to obey, it would go against everything we've built." Hagoromo stated, with Naruto's frustration reaching its limits.

"It's already being used for that! All across the nations, people are using Chakra to fight and kill each other, both as Ninshū and as Ninjutsu! The peace you claim Ninshū promotes, it's already beginning to fade away because they now have real power! Not just weapons or their bodies, but power they can use to control the elements, cast illusions, control others, and create even stronger weapons! And they do so because they know no one will stop them, you certainly won't! But I can." Said Naruto, narrowing his eyes at his father, while Hagoromo's eyes widened.

"What are you saying?" Hagoromo asked warily as Naruto headed for the door.

"What needs to be done. When I return, it will be when I have the rest of the nations under my control, hopefully by then you'll have seen reason." Naruto said, refusing to stay in the Land of Ancestors and deal with his father's naïve views.

"If you do this, then you can no longer return to the Land of Ancestors. I will not have you bring meaningless war and bloodshed to this land." Hagoromo warned, only for Naruto put his helmet on and look over his shoulder at him, his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan glowing ominously through the dark eyeholes.

"The only thing I will bring is conquest and order." Said Naruto before taking his leave, not only from just his father but also both Ninshū and the Land of Ancestors.

*Timeskip-Two Weeks*

Two weeks had passed since Naruto had left the Land of Ancestors, with him having spent hit time either traveling the nations, training, and dealing with any threats he came across. With the Ōtsutsuki soon finding himself in the Land of Claws, one of the smaller countries that didn't have much contact with the rest of the nations. Something Naruto was thankful for as it allowed him to not have to worry about being immediately recognized.

But the moment he arrived at the village in the Land of Claws, Naruto frowned at the sight of it, seeing how most of the buildings looked rundown, some even being completely abandoned and in disarray. While there was hardly anyone outside, with the few people that were quickly ran back in the moment they saw him.

'What is going on?' Thought Naruto, frowning at the sight before spotting a small rest stop that was still open before heading inside.

Seeing the place was mostly empty aside from a few patrons in the back and a bartender behind the counter, only for all of them to immediately turn towards Naruto when he entered. With the patrons immediately turning away, while the bartender let out a tired sigh as the Ōtsutsuki took a seat at the counter.

"You're here early. And what, the Daimyō's only sending one of you now?" Said the bartender, making Naruto look at him with a raised brow.

"What are you talking about?" Naruto asked, with the bartender now looking at him in confusion.

"You're one of the Daimyō's men, here to take what little money we've managed to collect. Are you new or something?" The bartender said, with Naruto frowning at hearing this.

"I just arrived and saw the state of the village, which I'm guessing is the Daimyō's doing. What exactly is going on here?" Questioned Naruto, wanting to get to the bottom of this, with the bartender relaxing slightly at seeing he wasn't with the Daimyō.

"It's been going on for years, the Daimyō's been extorting all the towns and villages for every ryō he can get his hands on. Claiming it's for the "war effort" against the Land of Fangs, but we haven't been in conflict with them in close to two decades. Everyone knows the real reason is just so he can feed his vices and keep all the money for himself, not caring about what happens to the rest of us. And anyone who tries fighting back have to deal with his forces, and there's not much we can do against those who can use Chakra. His men usually come by every week, making their annual rounds to the settlements to collect the money and anything else they want." The bartender said tiredly, having learned it was pointless to try standing against the Daimyō.

This made Naruto scowl, seeing just another example of Chakra being used as a weapon by greedy individuals. Even worse is that the Daimyō is using it to extort money from his own people, while giving his forces free reign to do whatever they want in collecting the money.

The Ōtsutsuki was pulled from his thoughts as he sensed several Chakra signatures enter the village, guessing these must be the Daimyō's men. Being proven right as he heard someone enter the rest stop, glancing to see it was a man with an arrogant smirk and light armor, along with a sword held in his hand.

"Payment time trash! Hand over everything you've made along with the best sake you have!" Said the man while going up to the counter, with the bartender sighing and pulling out a few bags of coin and bottles of sake.

"Where's the rest?!" The man demanded, scowling at seeing it's only three bags of money.

"That's all I have, I swear." The bartender said nervously, flinching when the man stabbed his sword into the counter and glared at him.

"If you're holding out on paying the Daimyō's taxes, we'll be back and start using less kind methods of collecting payment." The man threatened before he went to take the money and sake, only for Naruto to grab his wrist.

"If you value your worthless life, you'll leave now and take the rest of your allies with you." Said Naruto in a deathly calm voice with the bartender shaking his head at him, not wanting the white-haired teen to cause them anymore problems.

"Who the hell do you think you are to tell me what to do?!" Shouted the man glaring at the Naruto, grunting as he tried pulling his hand free only to wince as the Ōtsutsuki increased his grip.

"Your worst nightmare." Naruto said darkly as he activated his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, much to the bartenders shock at seeing his eyes change, while the soldier laughed at his words before rising his sword up.

"Let me show you what happens to arrogant fuckers like you!" The man yelled while bringing his sword down to bury it in Naruto's head.

Only for everyone to be shocked as they watched the sword seemingly phase through Naruto's body and instead cut into the counter. The man not having time to react when Naruto spun round and stabbed his tiger claws up through his throat.

"I warned you." Stated Naruto before kicking the man away, sending his body crashing through a window and back outside.

"Wh-what the he-" The bartender said, only to stop as he watched Naruto pull up his facemask and unseal his Kuro Kabuto and the Sword of Tengu, putting the helmet on while his sword sparked with lightning.

Being silenced by the intimidating sight of his eyes glowing beneath the helmet as he went outside, where he was met by the rest of the Daimyō's men. Who'd all heard the crash of their now deceased comrades body being kicked through the window. All of them immediately grabbing their weapons as they saw Naruto come out and saw the blood dripping from his claws.

"Who the hell are-" One of the men demanded, only to be cutoff as Naruto appeared in front of him driving his sword through his chest.

The others immediately jumped into action and swung their weapons at Naruto, only to be shocked as they phased right through him, as if he wasn't even there. Before Naruto then spun around, swinging his sword as he did so, decapitating each of the men as he did so. Only to see that one was still alive and trying to make a break for it to report to the Daimyō most likely.

"Do not think you have the right to turn your back to me!" Said Naruto, raising the Sword of Tengu as a large amount of lightning sparked around it.

"Let this be your first and final taste of real power! Azure Dragon Wave!" Naruto said, swing his sword at the man, unleashing a wave of lighting that soon began transforming until it took the shape of a serpentine dragon with red eyes.

The dragon roared loudly as it launched itself at the man, whose eyes widened in fear at the sight of the dragon, before only having a moment to scream in pure agony as the dragon crashed down on him. Naruto watching as the soldiers body was completely vaporized.

With this also getting the villagers to come out of their homes, looking shocked at what they'd just saw, that someone had actually managed to stand up and defeat the Daimyō's men. Even more so that this person also had Chakra, and obviously was far more experienced in using it.

"All of you have witnessed how weak your Daimyō's forces truly are, and soon the rest of them shall witness what true power is! But that will not be the end, someone else will eventually take their place, unless you stand up and stop them! Stand with me and you shall have a new ruler, one that will have you rise up stronger than ever before! Stand with me to see the new world I intend to create, one united under a single banner! To no longer fear those that would abuse and extort you, to have the power to defend yourselves and your homes! Stand and fight with…THE SHREDDER!" Declared Naruto, as the people began coming out and listening to his words before they cheered at the chance to overthrow the Daimyō and be free of his corruption.

But also swearing loyalty to their new leader, The Shredder.

*Timeskip-Four Years*

It didn't take Naruto very long to single-handedly wipe out the Land of Claws Daimyō's forces, all of them having no training in actually using their Chakra outside of the basics. With him having then personally executed the Daimyō in front of everyone, earning the loyalty of the inhabitants of the Land of Claws.

After that he'd begun establishing his rule over the country, distributing the wealth and supplies the Daimyō had been hording and building up his forces. Granting Chakra to all those that could fight and began training them in Ninjutsu, along with in stealth, Bukijutsu, and Fūinjutsu. Ensuring they were fully prepared for when the time came to begin spreading out and conquering other lands.

Naruto had also named his forces the Foot Clan, using the three pronged claw symbol as their symbol, only changing the color to red. With them having all having uniforms that consisted of black bodysuits with the Foot Clan symbol on the chest, masks, grey armored gauntlets and boots, and a grey vest with a grey sash. Allowing them to move quickly and quietly, being unseen in darkness and to hide their identities, letting them to move about freely in enemy territory as spies.

The Ōtsutsuki had also gotten an updated suit of armor which now consisted of a dark black bodysuit, with dark black and grey-purple armor over it, which looked similar to that of samurai armor, the pauldrons now jutting out with three curves spikes on them, the gauntlets having four each, with red highlights, a red sash around his waist, with the Foot Clan's symbol on the front, as well as on the knees of his greaves. While his new Kuro Kabuto was completely black with a red Foot Clan symbol on the front of it and a purple faceplate replacing his mask. He also now only had two tiger claws on his left gauntlet and wielded the Sword of Tengu in his other hand.

With the now twenty-years-old Ōtsutsuki cutting a very intimidating appearance to all those that saw him, even his allies could be intimidated when they saw him. Even more so with his Sharingan constantly glowing beneath his helmet, only adding to his intimidation.

After his forces had been trained up, Naruto had begun conquering the surrounding countries including the Land of Fangs, Land of Keys, Land of Forest, Land of Woods, Land of Bats, Land of Mint, Land of Valleys, Land of Mountains, and Land of Cedar. All of them falling to his forces as his empire and army grew larger with each new conquest.

Now though, they were attacking the Land of Stone as that would provide two benefits, the first being they'd have a direct entrance into the larger Land of Earth. And the second being the royal family of the Land of Stone had been attempting to infiltrate the Foot Clan to get close and assassinate Naruto. While they all failed to even get close to The Shredder, Naruto felt the need to send a message to those that'd try something similar.

With him having retaliated by having several of his Ninja infiltrate their stronghold, taking out several of their guards and taking their places. Allowing the rest of his army to enter after they opened up the entrances for them. With the stronghold having been surrounded all sides by his forces, leaving them no way to escape unless it was through his army.

"Kill them all, leave no one left! Show them what it means to stand against The Shredder!" Naruto said as he ripped his claws out of the throat of an enemy soldier, while around him his Foot Clan as decimating the royal family's forces while destroying their stronghold.

He intended to reduce it to rubble, to serve as a message to those that stand against him and refuse to kneel to their new ruler. That to challenge him is to face certain death and utter annihilation.

"Shredder! You made your last mistake in coming here!" Shouted someone from the top of the fortress, making Naruto look up to see the ruler of the Land of Stone.

"What an honor, you've come to die with your army Kanzō Shimura. Yet you stay far away up there, while I am down here." Said Naruto mockingly, with Kanzō glaring at him before biting his thumb and going through handsigns.

"You will be brought to me and will meet your end!" Kanzō retorted before slamming his hand on the ground creating a large puff of smoke, which soon cleared revealing a large creature.

It was a gigantic elephantine chimera, large enough to dwarf his Susanoo's upper body in its incomplete form. It is predominantly dark-orange in colour with the exception of its trunk, legs, and the markings around its eyes. Its feet are striped, reminiscent of those of a tiger and it also has huge tusks, what looks like a beard, as well as long, sharp claws. It has bandages wrapped around its head and plated armor at the base of its trunk

"Ah, you have a summon, the beast said to devour dreams and nightmares, the Baku. I shall enjoy having its head decorating my mantle." Naruto said, as the Baku let out a loud cry before opening its mouth before it began inhaling, creating a powerful suction that began inhaling everything and everyone towards that wasn't attached to the ground.

With Naruto jumping up and allowing the Baku to pull him towards it before, before activating his Kamui, once he was close enough. Causing several large shuriken to be released from a swirling distortion straight at the Baku. Much to Kanzō's shock as he had no time to dispel the Baku before the shuriken slash through its body, making the creature cry out.

Only to be silenced as Naruto drove the Sword of Tengu through its head, ending the Baku's life before turning his attention to Kanzō. The ruler having no time to react as Naruto was immediately in front of him burying his blade in his chest. Before tearing his blade out of the man's chest and grabbing his now lifeless body, throwing it down to the ground to let his remaining forces see their ruler is now dead.

Naruto then entered the stronghold and cut down anyone who got in his way, intending to finish off the last of the royal family so he didn't have to worry about them causing him any further problems. Only to arrive and find only Kanzō's wife and his eldest son inside. Deflecting a sword strike from the heir and kicking him away, with his mother immediately going to his side.

"Where are the others?!" Demanded Naruto, knowing Kanzō had more family than this.

"Gone! Where you won't be able to reach them monster!" Spat the woman while glaring at the Ōtsutsuki Warlord, already knowing her husband must be dead if he's here.

"You don't understand, soon there will no place my enemies can run that I won't be able to find them. Not that either of you will live to see as I rule this world." Naruto said, raising his claws up before bringing them down on the two of them.

*Timeskip-Two Days*

Naruto looked out from the now destroyed fortress over at the Land of Stone, having sent his forces out to clear away any loyalists remaining, along with seeing if they can find any trail they could find of the remaining royal family. Only for them to discover an escape tunnel beneath the fortress that went came out at an empty dock, meaning they were already long gone. With the white-haired teen not wanting to waste resources on finding them when he still had an empire to build.

"Come out now before I kill you." Naruto said, not looking as he sensed something watching him, hearing a dark laughter as a creature emerged from the ground behind him.

Revealing what looked to be a child wearing a purple kimono with light sleeves and a straw hat reaching down to their ankles. With the only part of them that could be seen were their pupiless yellow eyes.

"You really are strong, much stronger than Indra could ever be. I bet you could even rival your renowned father." Said the being, with Naruto still not looking at it.

"If you've just come to offer meaningless praise then leave my presence, I have no patience for some brown nosing creature, whatever you may be." Said Naruto, sensing that whatever the being was, it wasn't human, with the creatures eye twitching at being dismissed before grinning showing off razor sharp teeth.

"Oh? But don't you want to hear a secret? A secret to gain even greater power, power that would let you surpass Hagoromo. I'm sure that power would be of great benefit to your plans." The creature said temptingly, only for Naruto chuckle lowly as he finally turned to face it showing his eyes were closed.

"And why would I listen to anything you have to say…when I have all the power I need." Naruto said as his eyes snapped open, revealing that rather than his Sharingan or Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, his eyes were solid red with a ripple pattern, much to the creature shock.

"Rinnegan?!" The creature shouted in shock and disbelief that Naruto had actually managed to awaken the Rinnegan when even Indra hasn't awakened it, nor Asura after receiving Hagoromo's power.

"Universal Pull!" Said Naruto holding his hand out as the creature felt itself lifted off the ground and pulled towards Naruto, who wrapped his hand around its throat and threw off the clothing, revealing it was only a solid black mass.

"Let's see what your intentions are creature." Naruto stated, using the Human Path to read the mind of the creature.

Learning it was called Black Zetsu, a manifestation of the Will of his grandmother Kaguya, one she created just before being sealed away, with it planning to release her. Originally it had manipulated Indra, praising him, and feeding his pride in his abilities. With it having also intended to manipulate him as well after seeing his power, but didn't since he'd been too strong. Though after seeing he truly rivalled Hagoromo, Zetsu decided that Naruto would be a better tool to use to free its mother.

"Well now, isn't that interesting. Thank you for this new information, now goodbye Uncle Zetsu." Said Naruto before ripping at Zetsu's soul, causing his body to dissolve into black goop before burning it with the Amaterasu to ensure nothing remained the parasite's body.

With Naruto then crushing Zetsu's soul, destroying it and ensuring he wouldn't be causing any problems for him or Indra ever again.

*Timeskip-Two Years*

'Arrogant fools, they should be grateful I simply didn't send the Land of Lightning to the bottom of the ocean!' Thought Naruto as he travelled through the Land of Lightning after having subjugated the country.

After two years his empire had grown much larger, with it having assimilated the Land of Earth and Land of Wind into it, making it that much larger and bolstering his forces. It had even grown large enough that many smaller nations have simply begun surrendering and joining his empire rather than risk destruction. Even the Land of Water, another major country, had sent envoys offering him their support in joining as well, much to Naruto's pleasure. As that now gave him three of the major countries, leaving only the Land of Fire and Land of Lightning.

But the latter is when they hit a problem, as from what his spies had reported, the Land of Lightning's Daimyō had begun building up their own forces in preparation for his arrival. Though Naruto had been willing to offer them the chance to lay down their arms and join him, even allowing the Daimyō to keep their position, though they would serve him of course.

Only for them to kill the envoy he sent and send their bodies back in pieces, something that angered Naruto and decide that another message was to be sent. Leading to him going alone to the Land of Lightning to put them in their place, not wanting his army to get caught in the crossfire when he unleashed his power.

And he did, he laid waste to their entire army, decimating the landscape, and changing it to the point he'd created several new mountain ranges and destroyed several others. With it ending when he located the Daimyō and executed him along with the rest of his family, leaving none of them alive. After that he gave the survivors a clear message, either join him or face complete destruction.

With them having knelt down and sworn their loyalty to him, knowing they were subdued and crushed, though that didn't stop Naruto's annoyance and anger at their arrogance. Believing they could challenge and defy him when he was generous enough to offer terms of surrender. It made him wish he simply had destroyed the Land of Lightning, sure that the destruction of such a large nation would be a very clear message.

'Unfortunately, such an action would only cause more problems.' Thought Naruto, knowing if he had destroyed the Land of Lightning it would have simply brought his father down on him.

And while he'd trained and mastered his own Rinnegan, along with all his other abilities he's learned, Naruto would prefer holding off facing his father until only the Land of Ancestors was left.

Though Naruto paused when he suddenly felt a very familiar Chakra signature just ahead of him, joined by dozens of other signatures. With it making the Ōtsutsuki frown behind his helmet as he stepped into a large valley and saw who he'd sensed, his brother, Asura.

Seeing he's grown over the years, with his brown spiky hair having grown to be a little longer while still kept short, two locks of which were wrapped in bandages framing either side of his face. He wore bandages around his forehead, a light-colored kimono with magatama adorned around the collar, held closed by a dark-colored sash, and underneath, he wore a black full-body suit.

While the others he could only guess were his brothers followers that he's gained over the years, ever since their father chose him as his successor over Indra.

'Just another son you betrayed.' Naruto thought, having been angry when news reached him that Hagoromo chose Asura as his successor, despite Indra being the eldest and was practically raised to succeed him.

"Asura, I'd say I'm happy to see you once again brother, but I doubt you're here simply to chat. Tell me, are you here of your own freewill or did father send you after me?" Naruto said, with Asura stepping forward with a frown as he looked at his brother.

"I came here myself, Naruto. I came in the hopes to get you to stop what you're doing, to put an end to all this senseless fighting and bloodshed. It's not too late to stop, Tou-san will still welcome you home as long as-" Asura said, only for Naruto to cut him off.

"As long as I what? Disband my empire? Tell my army to surrender themselves and go back to their lives, as if this was all for nothing? In case you didn't notice Asura, I'm currently returning after bringing this entire country to heel, that's four major nations under my control, soon it will be all five and the rest will follow. And once we have this land, we'll be moving onto the rest of the continents until the entire world is united under the banner of The Shredder." Said Naruto, making Asura shake his head as he tried to get his older brother to see reason.

"We weren't meant to be conquerors! We were meant to spread peace, love, and understanding! That is what we should be doing with our power, not forcing our will onto others, or making them submit! If we do then we're no better than every other tyrant in the world!" Said Asura, only for Naruto to scoff.

"So you admit there are tyrants then?! And what has the great Sage of Six Paths done about them?! Nothing! He sits in the Land of Ancestors preaching about peace and understanding when he understands nothing! I have seen nations suffering under corrupt rulers, but I have brought order to them! They now fight for themselves and the empire I've built! You do the same Asura, the only difference is my allies don't hide behind me, they fight at my side in spreading our influence, bringing in other nations! And all those that refuse experience complete destruction, along with anyone foolish enough to stand in my way! It's only because we're brothers you aren't already dead. Now either stand aside, return to the Land of Ancestors to await my arrival to finish my conquest, or I will make you submit." Naruto retorted, giving his brother a warning look, as he refused to hesitate to crush him as well.

Only for Asura to shake his head as he got into a stance, making Naruto's expression harden.

"You know I can't do that. I never asked to be Tou-sans successor, but I am and I won't let anyone destroy the peace he entrusted me to protect, even if I have to protect it against you and Indra." Said Asura, not wanting to fight his brother, but could see he wasn't leaving him with any choice.

"So be it." Naruto muttered, clenching his fist seeing he wouldn't step aside, meaning he'll just have to force him to stand down.

Not a moment later the two brothers launched themselves at each other, with Asura holding his hand together and forming a barrier with a large sphere of spiraling Chakra inside which split into five smaller spheres. The brunette throwing the attack at Naruto, who went through handsigns before unleashing a massive fireball at the attack.

The two attacks collided against each other, only for Naruto to see the barrier had taken the damage from his fireball while the five spheres continued on towards him. Going through handsigns again, The Shredder fired a large blast of lightning at the spheres, with each one detonating in a large explosion. With Naruto rushing through the smoke towards Asura, throwing a punch at his brother, which he deflected and grabbed the white-haired man's arm before throwing his own punch.

Grabbing Asura's fist, Naruto twisted his brothers arms around flipping the younger Ōtsutsuki around before kicking him in the chest sending him flying back. Flipping and landing on his feet, Asura clapped his hand together before unleashing several powerful blasts of wind at Naruto. Seeing this, Naruto went through handsigns before slamming his hands on the ground, causing a massive stone wall to shoot up and block the blasts of wind. Going through handsigns, Naruto slammed his hands on the wall, turning it into mud before it took the form of a large serpentine dragon that launched itself at Asura.

Clapping his hands together, Asura summoned a stream of wind that swirled around him, causing the Earth Dragon to be dispersed from the powerful wind. Once the wind vanished, Asura went through handsigns himself before slamming his hands on the ground with massive roots bursting out of the ground and rushing towards Naruto.

Jumping back and into the air before the roots could reach him, Naruto made a single handsign before unleashing a sea of flames at the roots that incinerated them. Only for his eyes to widen as even more roots began emerging underneath. Activating his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, Naruto quickly had his Susanoo's upper body form around him, but with the addition of a sword appearing in his Susanoo's free hand.

The sword had a gold pommel shaped like the tip of a kunai with a red gem in the center, with the cross guard resembling a pair of dragon wings, and the black was jet black with silver edges and a red line running down the center of it, while near the tip were two pointed protrusions that curved outward then inward, giving the tip of the blade of the appearance of a kunai.

Encasing the blade with his Amaterasu flames, Naruto had his Susanoo swing the blade unleashing a wave of black flames that incinerated the roots. Allowing him to land without worry of being ensnared, before turning his attention to Asura as he had his Susanoo extend its clawed arm at his brother, only for Asura to go through handsigns and creating a large serpentine wooden dragon with a trunk-like nose.

With the dragon wrapping around the Susanoo's arm before biting down on it, making Naruto narrow his eyes at seeing it actually stopped his Susanoo. Only to be surprised when it bit down on his Susanoo, which began flickering around him. Realizing that Asura's Mokuton was capable of absorbing Chakra, Naruto had his Susanoo quickly stab its flame-covered blade into the dragon, making it release its grip as it was burned.

Clenching his fist, Naruto had his Susanoo grow larger as it soon entered its completed form and glared down at Asura. Swinging its blade and claws at the younger Ōtsutsuki, Asura's eyes widened before he quickly summoned his Truth-Seeking Balls just as the attacks impacted him. Gritting his teeth, Asura formed a Shakujō that managed to hold back the attacks, only barely. Swinging his staff, the brunette knocked away the Susanoo's sword and claws before going through handsigns.

"This ends now!" Said Asura as the ground began shaking before from it emerged a wooden figure of titanic proportion, with Naruto actually having to look up at Asura once the stature was fully formed.

It easily dwarfed even his fully formed Susanoo, while having thousands of hands originating from the statue's back in countless concentric rows, while its two main hands are clasped, as if in prayer.

"So, this is the power you used to be defeat Indra's own Susanoo, impressive Asura, very impressive. You have certainly grown to rival our brother." Naruto said, knowing his younger brother has truly grown from the talentless runt everyone believed he was into someone who could truly rival Indra.

Asura gave a shout as he had his statue launch its thousands of hands at Naruto's Susanoo, unleashing a devastating attack against his brother. Each blow destroying one of the statues hands until soon each one was destroyed, with Asura detaching the back of the statue from the main body. Knowing even if his Susanoo was destroyed, he doubted Naruto would give up like Indra refused during their fight.

Only to be shocked when the Susanoo's claws came flying out of the smoke and tear though his statue, forcing Asura to fly away to avoid being hit by the attack. Doing so just in time as the Susanoo's sword emerged next and cut the statue in half, as the smoke faded away revealing a shocking sight.

Not only was the Susanoo not destroyed, but it now had nine Truth-Seeking Balls floating behind it while Naruto had activated his Rinnegan.

"But I have grown to rival the Sage of Six Paths!" Declared Naruto as he revealed his secret, having learned to use Senjutsu himself like their father had.

And combined with his Rinnegan, Naruto had been capable of creating his own Six Paths Senjutsu, granting him much greater power.

"Th-that's not possible." Asura muttered in shock that Naruto had really gained such power.

"You should know by now brother; nothing is impossible when it comes to our family. Now you shall taste the terrible beauty of true power!" Said Naruto as he was enveloped his black and red aura as his Susanoo faded away as he began transforming.

Once the aura vanished, Asura and his followers were met with a shocking and terrifying sight, as Naruto had transformed into a titanic sized dragon. Having a dark purple, nearly black, body with wings sprouting from his back with claw-like protrusions at the top, two tails emerging from his back, red armored plating on his upper legs, the top of his head and going down his back to the tips of his tails, silver-grey armor on his elbows, chest, and shoulders, horns growing from his head, and his Rinnegan glowing brightly.

The transformed Ōtsutsuki let out a loud roar before his Truth-Seeking Balls transformed into four swords that he grabbed his hands and with his claw extensions on his wings. Before he then dived towards Asura, who quickly clapped his hands together as he was enveloped in golden-orange Chakra that soon took the shape of his three-face and six-armed Battle Avatar, Kunitsukami, with five of the Truth Seeking Balls being held in its hands.

Forming a shield around himself just as Naruto clashed his swords against it, Asura gritted his teeth to keep his Battle Avatar from being pushed back. Only to be further shocked as Naruto stabbed one of his swords through his shield and ripped it open. Before he then had his Truth-Seeking Balls wrap around Asura's Battle Avatar.

"Let me show you why you can't defeat me, Asura!" Naruto roared before flying high up into the air with Asura unable to break free from his hold.

Once they were high above the clouds, Naruto threw Asura right back towards the ground before combining his blades together into one massive Sword of Tengu. Gathering a large amount of lightning around the ability, Naruto swung it down right at Asura's Battle Avatar.

"Twin Azure Dragon Wave!" Shouted Naruto, unleashing a massive blast of lightning that took the form of two gigantic dragons with red eyes.

The two dragons roaring as they rotated around each other before crashing right into Asura's Battle Avatar, the youngest Ōtsutsuki crying out as he was electrocuted. Even worse as his Battle Avatar slammed into the ground, decimating the entire surrounding area, while his followers had tried getting away to avoid being crushed. Only to be sent flying by the shockwave that resulted from the impact.

With the Battle Avatar having been destroyed, leaving Asura lying on the ground in the crater, unable to move a single muscle, while his body spasmed from the electricity still flowing through it. The brunette only able to move his head as he felt the ground shake from Naruto landing before he transformed back to his human form.

"I gave you the chance to walk away Asura, this destruction, it's on you." Naruto said kneeling down next to his brother, while Asura struggled to move.

"N-Naruto, pl-pl-please…stop this. It's…it's not too late, you can…you can still end this now…please stop the fighting." Said Asura, trying one last time to talk his brother out of this, only for Naruto to shake his head.

"I am stopping the fighting. You believe that everyone can simply get along, that by understanding each other and being connected will fix everything. While noble, it also sadly naïve. Love alone cannot create peace little brother, not without the ruthlessness and resolve to eliminate all threats to it, whether they be external or internal. And I am, every threat I come across I eliminate without hesitation and it's one less problem to deal with later." Stated Naruto before looking his brother in the eye.

"Tell me, if someone wronged you in a way that it harmed those you cared about, those you love, would you forgive them? Would you love them? Would you be able to forgive or love someone that harmed your loved ones, or even killed them?" Naruto asked, with Asura looking at him with wide eyes.

"I…" Asura said, trying to come up with a response, only he couldn't think of an answer to give Naruto, making the white-haired teen nod as his hands glowed green to heal his brother.

Not enough for a full recover in case he insisted on continuing to fight and stop him. But enough to where he can move and leave the area with his followers.

Once that was done for, Naruto got up before turning around and took his leave.

*Timeskip-Two Years*

'It's nearly finished.' Thought Naruto, being out of his armor for once, within his study in the capital of his empire, looking over the reports from his forces and the citizens of his nation, seeing he's nearly conquered the entirety of the nations.

While the only threat left was his father, knowing once he's closed in on the Land of Ancestors they will have to fight. The thought making Naruto sigh and shake his head, wondering why his father couldn't just accept that his way, while not ideal. If it brought a better future to his people and the world as a whole, he was more than willing to play the role of the Devil for as long as he needs to.

'If he actually bothered travelling the nations he'd see how much better things are, rather than choosing to be stubborn and believe he knows best.' Thought Naruto, given with each new nation he conquers and bring under his control, the countries prosper.

There's no fighting, any conflicts are resolved quickly and efficiently, the people are satisfied with their lives and taking care of their families, and all threats are dealt with immediately. While he's already demonstrated multiple times that he won't tolerate threats or insubordination, but will accept those that submit and welcome them.

But does his father care to actually learn what he's been doing? No. Instead he only sees his actions as spreading more hatred and violence, rather than seeing how there was actual peace for once.

'And I doubt he'll accept it, even after I'm in the Land of Ancestors, he'll just see a tyrant bringing war to his Ninshū. It's unlikely he'll listen either.' Naruto thought with a frown, as despite their fallout, he's uncertain about the idea of fighting and potentially killing his own father.

Though he knew he soon won't have no other choice, the only thing he can say is at least he will have made an effort get his father to stand down.

'Hopefully I'll be able to end things quickly, then we can begin spreading out to the other continents to bring them to heel as well.' Thought Naruto, knowing once he's finished his conquest of the nations, he'll be directing his forces to the other continents, wanting to ensure the entire world as united under a single banner.

However, Naruto was pulled from his thoughts he suddenly sensed a very powerful Chakra signature appear in the capital and from the feel of it, whoever it was, was attacking. Being confirmed as he felt the ground shaking along with hearing explosions coming from outside.

Standing up, the Ōtsutsuki went over to the window, narrowing his eyes as he saw whoever was attacking wasn't an enemy faction or army. It instead looked to just be one person, one extremely powerful person with how they were devastating his forces and the capital itself.

'Seems someone is eager to die.' Naruto thought, seeing the person wasn't just attacking randomly, they were making their way to his palace, meaning they were here for him.

Not moving from his spot, Naruto only turned when the door to his study slid open, making him raise a brow that the attacker didn't just go for an attack, with him now seeing the one who arrived.

Seeing they were a fairly tall man of light complexion. He sported a shaved head, apart from a long mohawk of black hair tied in a long ponytail style reaching his lower-back, pronounced eye ridges void of brows, a broad nose, and large black eyes, a diamond-shaped mark on his chin and a IV mark tattooed below his left eye. The area where his stomach was seemed to be completely black. He also wore black nail polish on his fingernails and toenails, five red earrings on the top of each ear, and an additional one at the bottom of each ear. With him wearing dark capri pants and sandals, and a dark collar. In later appearances, he donned a flowing white robe with black vertical lines on the sleeves and coattails and his personal crest on the back, loosely fastened at the waist with a tasseled belt, worn with matching red hair tie, collar, waistband, bracers, and pants, all decorated with red pearl studs and simple sandals.

"Forgive my sudden entrance, but I believe this meeting has been long overdue." The man said with a slight bow as if apologizing, while Naruto smirked slightly.

"Well, you're certainly the most courteous assassin I've ever met. Most would have simply barged in and started attacking." Naruto said, feeling amused that he actually wants to talk rather than get straight to the fighting.

"You misunderstand, I am no assassin, my name is Jigen. Or at least, that is the name of this vessel I have taken as my own. My true name is Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Isshiki introduced, with this shocking Naruto as he looked at him with wide eyes.

"You're an Ōtsutsuki?!" Said Naruto, not expecting him to be an Ōtsutsuki, while Isshiki merely nodded.

"I am. And your shock is understandable, not even Hagoromo and Hamura were aware of my presence on this planet. Nor was Kaguya's Will, Black Zetsu. I originally came here with your grandmother, with her having initially been meant to be a sacrifice for our goal on this world, but she betrayed me and left me for dead. I was lucky enough that Jigen found me and I was able to take his body for my own. My original intent had been to remain in the shadows, waiting for the right time to initiate my own plans, but your conquest of these lands have now forced my hand. So, I'm afraid you have to die." Explained Isshiki before suddenly appearing in front of Naruto, smashing his foot into his chest, sending The Shredder crashing through the window.

Gagging at the power behind the kick, Naruto quickly summoned his armor and sword to him, covering his body while he grabbed the Sword of Tengu. Just in time as multiple black rods came flying at him which he quickly deflected, before blocking a strike from a bo staff wielded by Isshiki. Acting fast, Naruto summoned a Truth-Seeking Ball that transformed into a staff of his own, which he slammed into Isshiki's head, knocking him back.

Flying back away from Isshiki, Naruto swung his sword unleashing a wave of lightning at the older Ōtsutsuki, only to be surprised as Isshiki raised his hand causing his attack to suddenly shrink in size. Though not wasting a moment, Naruto rushed Isshiki, channeling lightning through his sword causing it to vibrate, with him slicing Isshiki's staff in half when he tried blocking the attack.

Activating his Rinnegan, Naruto raised his hand, accessing the Deva Path, unleashing a blast of gravity at Isshiki that sent him flying through the air. And more importantly away from his capital, wanting to take the battle out of his empires borders.

Sealing away his sword for the moment, Naruto flew after Isshiki and threw a punch at him, which he quickly blocked and went to slam his foot into Naruto's chest. Only for The Shredder to grab his ankle, pulling Isshiki in close to smash his fist into his face, sending Isshiki flying further away. With Isshiki quickly recover and rushing the younger Ōtsutsuki, raising his hand again, causing several black rods to suddenly appear in front of Naruto, rushing towards him. With Naruto once again using the Deva Path to repel the rods before they could impale his body, before raising his arms to block a punch from Isshiki.

Flipping in the air, Naruto slammed his foot into Isshiki's jaw, dazing the man before tackling and flying him out of his empires borders. Grunting as Isshiki began slamming his elbow into his back, actually feeling his armor denting from the blows. Thankfully, they passed the empire's territory and were now above uninhabited island near the Land of Fire, with Naruto making a sharp turn straight towards the ground, smashing Isshiki into the ground forming a large crater.

Before he was sent flying back by a double kick from the older Ōtsutsuki, with Isshiki going right after him grabbing Naruto by the neck and slammed him into the ground. Followed by punching him in the head, causing Naruto to be pushed further into the ground. Going for another punch, Isshiki was sent flying as Naruto used the Asura Path, turning his arm into a Chakra Cannon that knocked Isshiki off of him.

Getting up, Naruto unsealed his sword again as lightning sparked around before he unleashed a shockwave at Isshiki. Who raised his hand causing it to shrink again, while more black rods appeared and were launched at Naruto who deflected them with another blast of gravity.

'He's able to shrink attacks fired at him by raising his hand, while also being able to make those black rods appear. He must have a technique that lets him store things away in a pocket dimension, like my Kamui. The fact he hasn't used it on me means he can likely only target nonliving things.' Thought Naruto before going through handsigns and breathing several massive fireballs at Isshiki.

Who quickly dodged out of the way of the fireballs before he suddenly found dozens of trees being thrown at him. Raising his hand, Isshiki had the trees shrunk down, only to grunt as Naruto used the trees as cover to get in close from behind, slamming his knee into Isshiki's back. Sending Isshiki crashing into the ground, with Naruto flying straight down to stab his sword into Isshiki.

Only to grit his teeth as another black rod suddenly appeared, stabbing itself into his side, before Isshiki emerged from the ground, grabbing Naruto by his head, and throwing him through the air. The older Ōtsutsuki immediately being on him unleashing dozens of blows on Naruto. Ending by slamming his knee into Naruto's chest before delivering an elbow strike to his back that sent him crashing into the ground. Flying down at Naruto, Isshiki was suddenly batted away by his Susanoo before being pulled back in the Susanoo's grip and slammed into the ground.

Standing up, Isshiki watched as Naruto's Perfect Susanoo formed before him, with Naruto grunting as he pulled out the black rod and tossed it side. Forming his Susanoo's sword and coating it in Amaterasu's flames, Naruto slammed the blade down on top of Isshiki, who jumped out of the way before summoning multiple black rods which he launched at the Susanoo. The spectral warrior batting them away before launching its claws at Isshiki, while swinging its sword and releasing a wave of black flames as well.

With Isshiki raising his hands, summoning the trees launched at him and returning them to their original size, taking the attacks for him. The Ōtsutsuki then launched himself right at Naruto in his Susanoo, slamming his fist into it, shocking Naruto as his Susanoo was pushed back slightly. Before seeing that Isshiki was still trying to break through, The Shredder noticing how his blows seemed to be getting stronger each time.

'He's not at full power.' Thought Naruto, realizing that in his current body, Isshiki wasn't able to use his full power, needing to test the limits to see how much the body could handle, something he could use to his advantage.

Acting fast, Naruto unleashed a blast of gravity that sent Isshiki flying back before he dispelled his Susanoo and launched himself at the Ōtsutsuki. Channeling a large amount of lightning through his sword, Naruto swung it unleashing an Azure Dragon Wave at Isshiki. Quickly going through handsigns next, Naruto created four large water dragons from the moisture in the air all around Isshiki, which rushed towards him.

As expected, Isshiki raised his hands at the attack and caused them to shrink down, only to grunt in pain as Naruto appeared above him releasing a power blast of wind that slammed into Isshiki. The attack propelling him towards the ground, with Naruto quickly landing on the ground while going through handsigns, slamming his hands on the ground. Causing a massive stone dragon to emerge from the ground and rush towards Isshiki, slamming into him before he could try shrinking it.

The shockwaves and impacts from their battle shaking the island and altering around it, creating numerous whirlpools that now surrounded it.

"Now to end this!" Said Naruto raising his blade and channeling a massive amount of lightning through it before directing it as Isshiki, unleashing a powerful shockwave to break his body apart and kill him.

Only to be shocked by an explosion of Chakra, destroying the stone dragon and blocking his shockwave, while he saw Isshiki now looked different. The mark on his chin seems to have transformed and spread across his chin, eyes, and body in vertical sunburst patterns.

"I agree, now this ends. And I must thank you, if not for this battle, I wouldn't have known the limits of this body nor how much of my power it could handle. For that, you have my gratitude." Said Isshiki before appearing in front of Naruto and slamming his fist into his stomach, with Naruto gagging as he tasted blood in his mouth.

With Isshiki grabbing Naruto by his head, bringing him down and smashing his knee into his face, cracking his face mask and breaking his nose. Before lifting his leg up and bringing it down on the younger Ōtsutsuki's back, sending him crashing into the ground. Isshiki then summoned several black rods which he stabbed into Naruto's arms, shoulders, and legs. The Shredder gritting his teeth as he was now pinned to the ground with Isshiki standing over him, looking down at his clansman while summoning a final black rod.

"For what it's worth, if things had been different, I believe we could have been allies. Instead, you merely became an obstacle in my way. Farewell, Naruto Ōtsutsuki." Isshiki said as he brought down the rod down to stab Naruto into the chest, only to be stopped as the rod vanished in a swirling distortion.

"Your mistake was not just killing me when you had the chance, one I don't intend to make!" Retorted Naruto before releasing a concentrated blast of gravity that sent the rods shooting out of his body.

Before he stabbed his claws into Isshiki's stomach, finally getting a reaction from the older Ōtsutsuki as he gasped in pain. With Naruto then forming a small, dark purple spiraling ball of Chakra in his free hand, surrounded by several white rings that orbited the orb before aligning themselves.

"Consider this a taste of what's in store for you next time! Great Spiraling Ring!" Naruto said before slamming the attack into Isshiki's chest, sending him flying straight into the air, the Ōtsutsuki letting out a silent scream as the attack grinded into his chest before enveloping him in an explosion.

Panting heavily, Naruto collapsed to his knees, gritting his teeth as he felt his body slowly healing, with the seals on his armor already working and repairing it, but knew it'd be a while before he's back at a hundred percent. Though he didn't have time to rest, not sure how long that his attack will put Isshiki out of commission, doubting that it was enough to kill him.

Activating Kamui, Naruto had it teleport him somewhere far away, knowing he can't return to the capital, otherwise it'd just bring Isshiki there again. For now he needed to stay hidden and wait until he's strong enough to contact his forces and inform them of what's happened.

'I swear I'm going to kill that bastard if it's the last thing I do.' Naruto mentally swore as he reappeared and sat against a tree, while knowing once he's recovered he is going to kill Isshiki.

Someone that powerful was too dangerous to be left alive to carry out whatever plans he had. Even more so if his grandmother would consider him a threat and leave him for dead.

'Great, guess I'm going home sooner than expected.' Thought Naruto as he'd have to tell his father and brothers about Isshiki, knowing they'd need to hear about another Ōtsutsuki being here and how powerful he was.

Only to suddenly tense as he sensed someone appear near him, relaxing slightly when he saw it was his father.

"Well, this makes things easier." Naruto muttered, knowing he at least didn't have to go all the way to the Land of Ancestors.

"Yes, it does." Stated Hagoromo before tapping his staff on the ground, as Naruto as shocked when purple chains burst out of the ground with shackles attached to the end that latched onto his wrists and ankles.

"What are you doing?!" Demanded Naruto, fighting against the chains, only to feel they were restricting his Chakra, his eyes widening as a black and red coffin was forming out of thin air with the chains pulling him towards it.

"I truly wish it didn't have to come to this Naruto, but you've left me no choice. I created this coffin specifically to hold you, where you will remain for eternity and can no longer continue unleashing violence and destruction on the world." Said Hagoromo, much to Naruto's anger and betrayal.

"You're sealing me away?! Your own son?!" Naruto shouted, glaring at Hagoromo, while grabbing hold of anything he could to avoid being pulled into the coffin, not believing he was really sealing him away.

"You forced my hand! I had hoped that Asura may be able to speak sense into you, instead you nearly kill him! That you have the Rinnegan and Six Paths Senjutsu of your own, it only shows me how far you've fallen, to try and take such power for yourself!" Hagoromo said, believing that Naruto's now become no different than his mother, only caring about gaining more and more power.

"I earned my power! I awakened the Rinnegan and mastered Senjutsu on my own, I trained years to master my abilities! But you don't care do you?! You never cared and never listened, always believing you knew best! When you don't even know there's an even bigger threat on the planet right now, there is-" Said Naruto, trying to tell him about Isshiki to make him see reason and that he needed him, only to be cutoff.

"Enough! The only threats are ones you yourself have made with your actions! I can only hope your time sealed away will show you the errors of your way and if not…then may you never rise to threaten this world again." Said Hagoromo as he went to force Naruto into the coffin, while the younger Ōtsutsuki looked at him in pure rage and hatred.

Not even hesitating, the moment Hagoromo got close enough, Naruto drove his claws right into his father's chest, much to Hagoromo's shock and pain. With Naruto glaring at him, twisting his claws to inflict even more pain before forcefully sliding his blade down Hagoromo's chest cutting him open. All while channeling Fire Chakra and Lightning Chakra into the blades to inflict further damage, as well as cauterizing the wound and ensuring it'll never properly heal, leaving a wound that not even the great Sage of Six Paths would be able to survive.

"Feel that? That's betrayal, hatred, rage, anger! Everything you thought you could erase with your precious fucking Ninshū! You think you're so wise, but your nothing but an arrogant fool that believes he has the right to decide what's right and wrong! Fuck you Sage of Six Paths, fuck you and your damn Ninshū! You want to seal me away, write me off as a lost cause, then I'll be the monster you think I am! I will escape, I will be free no matter how long it take and I will destroy everything you have built! Live the rest of your life knowing I will return and watch as your Ninshū dies with you!" Naruto said before he felt himself pulled through the air into the coffin as the lid began sliding close, his glare never once faltering.

"You will regret ever crossing The Shredder, old man." Swore Naruto as the lid sealed shut with several seals lit up and locking the coffin closed.

Hagoromo panted while clutching his wounds, looking at them he knew that he wouldn't be able to survive. Not with the Chakra he used to create this coffin to be strong enough to hold Naruto, these injuries now ensured these are his final moments.

'I must return…and put him somewhere he'll never be found.' Thought Hagoromo as he and the coffin vanished, returning to the Land of Ancestors.

Though unknown to Hagoromo, there'd be someone to witness him sealing away Naruto, with Indra looking through the trees at where they once were with wide eyes.

Over the years Indra had begun keeping his long hair in a cylinder so it wouldn't get in his way in battle, and he also gained blue markings around his eyes, which were turned up at the corners. He wore a high-collared, light colored kimono held closed by a dark sash. The collar of the kimono was adorned with magatama. He wore a black full-bodied suit underneath.

Indra had been planning to make his way to Naruto's empire and join his brother, seeing the progress he's made in his rule, seeing their way was right. That power is what was needed to bring peace and crush anyone who stands in their way. Not only that, but from what he heard, Naruto found a way to merge and find a balance between his and Asura's respective ideals. Being willing to rule through power and conquest, yet capable of showing love and compassion to his followers.

But when he sensed his brothers Chakra signature nearby, he'd changed directions and headed towards him, only to arrive to the sight of their father sealing him away. Indra being left frozen, not believing their father would go so far as to seal away his own son. Before his shock was replaced by a burning rage and hatred, his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan activating subconsciously, taking the form of a black spiral originating from the center.

'It wasn't enough you betrayed one son by taking away my birthright as your successor, now you betray another! You seal Naruto away, going that far when you refuse to admit we were right?! To ignore him, regarding the threat he was trying to inform you of!' Thought Indra angered at this new betrayal.

"I swear, I will destroy your Ninshū, if it's the last thing I do! No matter how long it takes, how many lives I must live, I will not die until your legacy is nothing but ashes!" Indra swore, his hatred and desire to destroy Ninshū being solidified.

Even if his body failed him, Indra swore he would reincarnate again and again if that's what it took. No matter what, he wouldn't rest until Ninshū was completely destroyed.

Though despite his anger and rage, he can't help but wonder what the threat Naruto tried to inform their father of was. Something to put Naruto in such a state, while taking note of the hint of fear that was present when he tried to warn Hagoromo about it. Whatever it was, he will make sure that his followers and the clan he was founding had the tools and power needed to combat it.

*Timeskip-Thousands of Years*

*Land of Ancestors*

"We need to keep moving!" Said Satsuki Uchiha as she pulled her teammate, Naruko Uzumaki, along with her as they ran from their pursuers, with both girls being covered in injuries and blood while their clothes were in tatters.

"J-just…just leave me Satsuki, I'm only slowing you down. And…they're after me anyway." Naruko said tiredly while clutching her left eye, or at least where her left eye was before it was destroyed by their pursuers.

"Like hell I am! Just shut up and keep running, and if you even try turning back I'll knock you out and carry you!" Satsuki retorted, glaring at her teammate with her newly awakened Mangekyō Sharingan as they kept running, but they could hear their pursuers closing in on them.

Both of them still having a hard time believing how simple escort mission could turn out so badly, even their mission to the Land of Waves was nothing compared to this.

With it having begun with Team Seven, consisting of them their other teammate Sakura Haruno and their Jōnin Instructor Kakashi Hatake, having been given a mission by the Godaime Hokage, Tsunade Senju, to escort their client back to their home in the Land of Ancestors. A simple mission with no chance of any danger, just get there and then return to Konoha, simple.

And it was, up until the point they began making their way back when they'd been attacked by two men wearing black cloaks with red clouds. Something Naruko, Satsuki, and Kakashi recognized at the same cloaks they saw Itachi and Kisame wearing when they infiltrated Konoha searching for Naruko. Showing they were members of the Akatsuki organization and were after Naruko as well. While Kakashi also recognized them as Kakuzu formerly of Takigakure and Hidan formerly of Yugakure.

With both of them proving to be far more merciless than Itachi and Kisame, neither of them even hesitating to attack the Konoha Ninja. The four of them doing their best to fight them off, only to be shocked when it seemed like they couldn't die. As any injuries they inflicted on Hidan were shrugged off, while Kakashi had managed to stab Kakuzu with his Raikiri, only for him to get back up like it was nothing.

Even reaching the point that Naruko started using the Kyūbi's Chakra and Satsuki using her Curse Seal, but even then it still wasn't enough. With things taking a turn for the worse when Hidan managed to get some of the Kakashi's blood before doing something that changed his appearance to look like a skeleton. Then he began injuring himself and any injury he inflicted on himself appeared on Kakashi, showing he somehow managed to link them together.

Leading to Kakashi ordering his students to simply run and abandon him, only for them to not get the chance as Hidan immediately killed Kakashi by stabbing himself in the heart. Before he and Kakuzu turned their attention towards the trio, with Naruko having lost her eye to Hidan's scythe after getting Sakura out of the way, who'd been frozen at the sight of their teacher being killed.

Only for it to not mean anything as Sakura had then been killed by Kakuzu, having her heart ripped out which he then put inside his own body. All while the entire encounter lead to Satsuki's Sharingan gaining its third tomoe, before her eyes evolved further into the Mangekyō Sharingan when she saw her teacher and teammate get killed. With Naruko and Satsuki only getting a chance to escape when Kakuzu attacked Hidan, annoyed at his parent for nearly killing the Jinchūriki. With them soon chasing after the girls once they saw they were escaping. With Satsuki managing to momentarily stop them, when she subconsciously used the Amaterasu to create a wall of black flames between them and the Akatsuki members.

The two girls having simply been running as fast as they could to try and get away, though Naruko was tempted to just let them take her to try and save Satsuki. Not wanting her to die like with Kakashi and Sakura, the only reason she didn't is because Satsuki refused to leave her behind. Forcing them both to simply keep running.

Though the two soon arrived at a large desolate valley and at the center was possibly the largest tree stump they'd ever seen with large, twisted dragon shaped roots surrounding it. Neither of the girls expecting to find something this large here or that any tree could grow to such a size.

"About time you fuckers finally stopped!" Said Hidan as he and Kakuzu appeared, making Naruko and Satsuki tense.

"End of the line Kyūbi Jinchūriki, you have nowhere left to run." Kakuzu said, wanting to hurry up and capture Naruko already so he could cash in Kakashi's bounty, knowing he'll be getting a lot for the Copy Ninja.

"You aren't getting near her!" Retorted Satsuki glaring at them, refusing to let the two kidnap her friend.

"Fine by me, I'll enjoy sacrificing an Uchiha to Jashin-sama." Hidan said with a smirk, eager for the chance to make another sacrifice.

"Leave the Uchiha, our goal is the Jinchūriki. And she may prove to gain a decent bounty when she's older, making her worth more." Kakuzu said, knowing an Uchiha would have a high bounty once they're older and more well-known, and he'd prefer collecting such a bounty.

"Fuck you Kakuzu! You're already getting that fucking scarecrow and you already killed that pink brat! So I'm getting a second sacrifice with this Uchiha!" Retorted Hidan while glaring at his partner, with Kakuzu narrowing his eyes at the Jashinist.

"Neither of you are getting Satsuki!" Naruko said glaring at them while she began calling on as much of the Kyūbi's Chakra as she could, not caring how much she had to use as long as she could at least protect Satsuki.

Though unknown to all of them, with Naruko's and Satsuki's blood dripping onto the ground, combined with the Kyūbi's Chakra being released, was making something happen. As deep beneath the ground was a chamber with a black and red coffin that began shaking and rattling. With seals lighting up on it before they soon began cracking until they finally shattered. Before an armored fist with two tiger claws punched through the coffins lid, followed by another as the coffin soon exploded into pieces.

Back on the surface, the two sides suddenly felt the ground shaking much to their confusion, until they were shocked when a large blast of lightning shot out of the ground between them. With them then hearing a loud, menacing laughter from the pit.

"I. AM. FREE!" Declared a deep, booming voice before someone emerged from the depths of the pit, floating in the air before landing on the ground.

With them wearing a dark black bodysuit, with dark black and grey-purple armor over it, which looked similar to that of samurai armor, the pauldrons now jutting out with three curves spikes on them, the gauntlets having four each, with red highlights, a red sash around his waist, with a red three towed claw symbol on the front, as well as on the knees of his greaves. While having a Kuro Kabuto that was completely black with the red claw symbol on the front of it and a purple faceplate replacing his mask. He also had two tiger claws on his left gauntlet and was wielding a sword in their other hand.

What was shocking and confusing was the fact, given the persons height he was likely the same age as Naruko and Satsuki. Along with the fact that, somehow, he had the Sharingan, which really shocked them.

"Who the fuck are-" Hidan said, only to be cutoff when the person appeared in front of him, burying his sword in the Jashinists chest before kicking them away.

Before quickly turning and blocking Kakuzu's darkened fist, flipping over the Missing-Nin and stabbing his sword through his chest as well. Only to narrow his eyes when Kakuzu didn't die, quickly jumping back when Kakuzu kicked his leg back.

"You'll regret that you anno-" Said Kakuzu annoyed at losing another heart after just getting a replacement for the one Kakashi destroyed, only to be cutoff when numerous wooden spikes emerged from the ground, piercing and mutilating his body.

Further shocking everyone to see that he was able to use the Mokuton as well. With Kakuzu's last moments a bitter chuckle at how he narrowly escaped death against Hashirama, only to be done in by another Mokuton-user.

"Y-you…better…c-c-cash in…the bounty on…m-my head after th-this…" Kakuzu groaned out before slumping dead on the spikes.

"Wasting time with talking in the middle of battle, what foolishness. Though I'll be sure to honor that final wish as thanks for being the first person I used my brother's Mokuton against in battle." The stranger stated before raising his claws and blocking Hidan's scythe, narrowing his eyes at seeing the Jashinist wasn't dead.

"That hurt you fucker! You know how painful getting stabbed like that is?!" Demanded Hidan annoyed at getting stabbed, only to find himself being yanked through the air and stabbed again by the stranger.

"Then this should be quite painful." Said the stranger before his sword sparked with lightning, making Hidan cry out as he was electrocuted

Only for it to get worse as the blade began vibrating at a high-frequency, until it unleashed a powerful shockwave that launched Hidan into the air. With the shockwave hitting the Akatsuki member and causing his body to slowly break apart until soon there was nothing left.

The sight shocking Naruko and Satsuki, neither of them able to comprehend what they just saw, seeing someone who couldn't be older than them somehow just killed both Akatsuki members. Even the apparently unkillable Hidan was killed as well. But not just that, it was how quickly he disposed of them, as if they weren't even breaking a sweat.

Before they both tensed when the stranger looked at them with narrowed eyes and approached them.

"What land am I in?!" Demanded the stranger, making them flinch while Satsuki slowly moved in front of Naruko in case this guy proved to be hostile.

"Th-the Land of Ancestors! You're in the Land of Ancestors!" Naruko said nervously, doubting they'd stand a chance against this guy if he could kill Akatsuki members that easily.

"Tsk, imprisoning me in my own homeland and here of all places. Be thankful you're already dead old man, otherwise I would kill you now." Muttered the stranger after seeing where he was, now recognizing the Peaks of Demise and where the Shinju once stood, along with not sensing Hagoromo anywhere, showing he's dead.

"Who…who are you?" Satsuki asked warily, not sure if he was an enemy or not, but given he hasn't immediately attacked them yet must mean he didn't have any ill intentions.

So the least they could do is try and gain some information from him to find out who he is and where he came from.

With the stranger looking at them for a moment before reaching up and grabbing his helmet and removed it. Revealing a thirteen-year-old boy, the same age as them, with spiky white hair, pale skin, and three whisker marks on his cheeks, similar to Naruko's.

"My name is Naruto Ōtsutsuki, The One True Shredder."

So, what did you think, good. Yep we see that Naruto is born as the middle son of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, and the brother of Indra and Asura, with him making his own discoveries and contributions to the creation of Ninjutsu. Before we get a timeskip to Naruto laying waste to the Land of Grass and their forces along with killing Satori and destroying the Box of Ultimate Bliss, before returning to the Land of Ancestors where he learn of Naruto's growing disillusionment with his fathers beliefs and Ninshū, leading to a falling out between father and son. Then we see Naruto forming his own empire destroying all those in his path, including the ancestors of Danzō himself with some managing to escape, along with awakening his own Rinnegan and killing Black Zetsu, and having to face Asura when he tries stopping him revealing he's also learned Senjutsu and gained his own Six Paths Senjutsu to rival Hagoromo. But then things take a turn when he's confronted by Isshiki who intends to kill Naruto to keep him from interfering in his future plans, with Naruto only barely surviving and managing to injure Isshiki long enough to escape. Only to be confronted by his father who seals him away, much to his anger and rage, leading to Naruto landing a fatal wound that will kill the Sage of Six Paths, all while cursing him and his Ninshū, with Indra being an unknowing witness to this solidifying his own hatred, along with planning to ensure his own clan is prepared for the threat Naruto tried warning Hagoromo of. Finally we get a big timeskip to Team Seven having been attacked by Hidan and Kakuzu on a mission in the Land of Ancestors, leading to Kakashi and Sakura being killing, Naruko losing an eye, and Satsuki awakening her own Mangekyō Sharingan.
