Atsumu is the you ger twin

And all characters going to be a year younger...

Hospital, Garden

A child with short blond hair, pale skin and golden brown eyes. Having a mask on, listening to music with his headset and mp3. He closes his eyes, listening to the music.

"-y!"

The child frowns ' Is someone calling me? '

"-ey!"

' Yup... '

"Hey!"

He opens his eyes turns his head, seeing a child with black hair and grey eyes, also having a mask on, looking at him curiously.

The blond takes off his headset and asked "Uh... May I help you with something?"

The black haired child replied "Nope! I was walking back to my room when I saw you sitting. What are you doing here?"

The blond stare at him for a moment and replied "Nothing... Just need fresh air..."

The black haired child then beams, held out his hand for a hand shake and said "Miya Atsumu! Nice to meet you!"

The blond teen then shakes Miya Atsumu's (9 yrs.) hand and said, introducing himself, "Tsukishima... Tsukishima Kei,"

Atsumu then exclaims enthusiastically "You're name's pretty! It means 'moon'!"

Tsukishima Kei (8 yrs.) then smiles a little behind the mask and said "Yes. My mother told me about it,"

' Hold up-'

"Why are you even talking to me?" Kei asked, brows furrowed. Atsumu then replies "Because you seemed lonely and I want you to become friends with me and another friend of mine,"

"Another... Friend... Of yours?" Kei says, head tilted in confusion. Atsumu nods and says "I told him to meet me here after the doctor talks to him,"

Kei hums in response. Another childish voice then exclaims "Tsumu! I'm done!"

They turn their heads to see and see a child with brown hair, also having a mask on, walking towards their direction. "'Kawa! How was it?" Atsumu asked.

The brown haired child then says with a pout "The usual. Nagged at me,"

Atsumu laughs.

"Not funny!" the child exclaims.

"Uh... I'm still here," Kei says. Making the two turn to them, Atsumu smiles and the other child look at him and Atsumu in confusion.

"Who is he?" the brown haired child asked. "A new friend!" Atsumu exclaims and continues "Introduce yourself,"

The brown haird child then says with a cheerful smile, holding out his hand and exclaimed "Oikawa Tooru!"

Kei takes his hand and says "Tsukishima Kei,"

Oikawa Tooru then says "You've got a pretty name!"

"I know right?! He's also so CUTE!" Atsumu exclaims and hugs Kei, making the blond confused. "ANYWAYS! How old are you Tsuki-chan?" Tooru asks.

Kei then replies "8 years old,"

The two exchange looks and said "You're younger!"

Kei then blinks and asks "What about you two?"

Atsumu replies "We're both 9 years old,"

"Yup!" Tooru exclaims.

"So... Oikawa-san and Miya-san," Kei says. The two older children pouts and shake their heads in disapproval.

Kei sweat-drops and says "Uh... Atsu-san... Kawa-san?"

The other two nods in approval by the given nickname and take a seat beside the blonde.

Out of curiosity, Atsumu asks "So... Tsuki... Why did you end up... Ya know?"

Kei then replies "Ended up in this hell hole because of my asthma..."

Tooru and Atsumu exchange glances and exclaims "Same!"

Kei flinched a bit and asked "You mean... You two also have asthma?"

"Yes..." the duo says and the three children sighs.

2 Hours Later

As they were talking, they here someone yelling Atsumu's name...

"'Sumu! Where are you?!"

Atsumu then paled and said "I'm dead..."

Kei then asked "Why?"

"His older twin brother is looking for him... Again," Tooru replied and snickers. "Save me," Atsumu mumbled.

"Can't... I still love life," Tooru replies.

"Kei!" another voice exclaimed.

"Oh no... Nii-chan's looking for me..." Kei says. "Sucks to be the both of you-" before Tooru finished his sentence, someone exclaimed...

"Tooru!"

"Oh no! Nee-chan is looking for me!" Tooru exclaims.

Kei and Atsumu exchange glances and laugh at him.

"TOORU!"

"'SUMU!"

"KEI!"

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!"

The three paled and walked towards their siblings, looking down.
