Omake 6: Tension of the Artistic kind

Tiare was slowly regretting coming back earlier from her planned visit to the local database to update Era's knowledge on Nanozell Tech. Due to the section being currently under reconstruction for a prank gone wrong and damaging part of the mainframe, she was stuck with going back to the dorm room and hopefully not catch Angel being too intimate with her current prey. Nothing wrong in being a little bit uneasy at that prospect and what could come out from her return and… she sighed in relief when she ended up entering and finding a half-asleep Frankie lying on his belly on a towel that Angel gave to him so that the Bunny Prime could calmly paint on his upper back. Angel was shirtless too, but that didn't seem to actually add anything weird to the oddly calm setting she had just stumbled on. She was long accustomed to her friend being at peace with her body, but the same didn't extend to Era from the tiny blush spreading on the spirit's face.

The Feline Prime paused just as the roommate's pink eyes were on her. A curt explanation was given and Angel merely nodded at it before returning to her tasks while allowing Tiare to get back to her post. The human didn't seem to notice her presence, perhaps too embroiled within the feeling of the brush and paint to notice this. She wasn't much surprised by this, not when she had been in a similar circumstance herself and… it had been quite the experience. Sitting down by her comfortable chair and taking a moment to clean her glasses while her PC turned on, the girl's ears twitched as she caught a couple of noises that she 'expected' to hear, but not to this degree. Eyes narrowing at the screen of her Computer, Tiare focused her attention on her current way of passing time instead of indulging into the feeling of checking about that known phenomenon. She had been stuck in that before, and she didn't need that reminder.

Sadly for her hopes of being able to survive the intense tapping in her mind that wanted to see this scene unfold, she had one small unconscious distraction which made her more and more interested in this. While Era's attention was mostly on what she was doing, the Nanozell Spirit couldn't help herself but spare glances at the sight just nearby. Her facial expressions were quite tame early on, but even Tiare realized that something was cooking behind her when the shorter being started to… well, cover her face and shake her head in an effort to control her rising blushes.

Raising a perplexed brow at that reaction, the Feline Prime slowly looked behind her shoulder and froze when she realized what was the problem. While nothing scandalous unfolded before her eyes, she was still presented with quite the unusual and yet familiar predicament that tied both Angel and Frankie in quite the neverending misunderstanding. The human hummed mostly, but he was also letting out some stifled moans due to how relieving the entire thing felt. She knew this, and she also knew it had to feel better without the fur making it more troublesome to get the lines as perfectly as the Bunny Prime liked.

The noises were indeed distracting as it drew her more into looking at what was going on. There were a few things that managed to get her attention this much and this was one of those. And it frustrated the girl to no end. A reason why she hardly remained around when she knew that Angel was busy with this kind of activity. It made her so annoyed since it was rare to spend time with Davin and… she was stressed. Holding her breath before the situation she was in, she knew that something would just happen to her – something she wouldn't like if she ended up gaining their attention – and so the bespectacled girl did her best to not attract any unwarranted focus on herself.

Sadly, that didn't mean that Angel's ears couldn't catch that there was no tapping in her keyboard, prompting the young woman to look right at her and understand why that wasn't the case. Confusion filtered inside her face at first as the Bunny Prime was perplexed by what was happening with the brunette and… then she smiled. A smug look appeared on Angel's face as she seemed to plan something mischievous regarding what she had just noticed. At first Tiare couldn't understand what could be done to make this any worse, but the Bunny Prime showed her that there was no limit to the escalation.

"I… I think I will have to scrub a bit."

Scrub? What was she talking about?

He twitched a bit. "Another mistake?"

"A tiny one," The girl hummed before retrieving an item that Tiare had never seen Angel ever use until this very occasion. A little green sponge and a small container filled with soapy water. "I'll be quick."

Soon the sponge was used to softly tap on the upper back of the young man. While at first it didn't make sense why she would do this to gain a reaction from the Feline Prime, Era seemed to pick up what was going on faster than her own boss, her eyes widened as her common sense faltered while she kept on staring at the scene in awe and… intrigue. Tiare picked up on the matter soon after, with her own eyes widening as she saw what the water was doing. It glistened Frankie's back, making it easier to notice his muscles. Her jaw dropped at the sight, prompting her to be a little more open on her current emotions in that regard.

From that day onward, as she snapped back to her PC and forced her mind back on the screen, Tiare decided against returning early to the dorm room whenever she knew Angel was with Frankie. They might not be doing anything intense, but they were definitely making her incredibly uncomfortable by how intense and yet not their sessions were.

Seriously, how is scientifically possible to achieve this kind of paradox?!

AN

Ah yes, put some water on those muscles and people will notice those better.

Yep.

May I give you a glass of water? I promise I will not clumsily trip and spill it on your shirt.

You may not. Not again.
