"Okay, are you offering to go on a spa day? Who are you?" Chloe asked in surprise to Ash.
"I figured it would be nice to get away for a while." Ash said, attempting to be normal about it.
"I could use a break, let's go." Chloe said, shutting her book.
At the spa
"So, there is a reason behind getting you out here." Ash admitted.
"What tournament do you need a cover for?" Chloe asked.
"Not for something like that, I just needed us out of the lab. Too many ears and eyes, plus I still don't trust that AI." Ash said.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Chloe asked, as their feet were placed in tubs.
"It's about Serena." Ash said wincing slightly.
"Don't tell me you two are breaking up again." Chloe whined.
"No, not that. It's just, I think she's feeling self conscious about wearing a dress. I told her she could, but I don't think it helped." Ash said.
"Then let her choose what she wants, and be supportive of her." Chloe said knowingly. "Or are you telling me this so I can convince her to wear a dress and heels."
"Heels, no. I'm already shorter than her to the point I have to strain my neck." Ash said, as ladies began working on their feet. "We can talk more about it later.
Later
"Okay so no heels, but what about the dress?" Chloe asked as they were left alone in a sauna.
"I think she misses wearing them, but doesn't feel confident in them anymore." Ash said.
"Because she doesn't." Chloe pointed out. "Believe it or not we talk, and she lets you do the girly pampering, and I think you wanting her to be in a dress is putting more stress than needed."
"I gave her the option though, she could've told me." Ash said, saddened Serena felt this bad.
"Put yourself in her shoes, if she asked you to wear a full tux, would you?" Chloe asked.
"I've worn suits before." Ash argued.
"Not a suit, a tuxedo. They're fitted, and for people like you or me, they're tight in all the wrong places. Showing off the shoulders, the height, the flat chest. Well that third isn't a problem for you." Chloe poked fun at.
"Because I'm aiming for them to be bigger." Ash joked.
"I have a few things that might help, and I believe Ashley had one too." Chloe said.
"So you think I should let her know she doesn't have to wear a dress?" Ash asked.
"Your mom might be a miracle worker with making outfits, but I think even she has her limits. You're more figured for a dress, and Serena is more figured for a tux. Plus you can wear heels to not strain your neck." Chloe joked the last part.
"I'm not wearing eight inch heels, I'm still mastering the three inch." Ash argued.
"Also you'd need to learn how to dance in right inch heels." Chloe said with a laugh.
"Yeah, I still need to figure that out, period." Ash said.
"You don't know how to dance?" Chloe said surprised.
"Not great. Kukui tried to teach me once, it didn't go well." Ash sighed.
"Bet you Goh could." Chloe said.
"Goh can dance?!" Ash asked in shock.
"We took dance lessons as kids, he lost the coin toss otherwise it would've been soccer." Chloe admitted.
"The more you know." Ash said.
At their final part of their spa day
"So, do you think you two are going to make it?" Chloe asked, as she laid down on a table.
"I mean probably. What about you and Seb?" Ash asked.
"Honestly, he hasn't responded to my messages in a bit." Chloe said glumly.
"Uh oh." Ash said softly.
"What's wrong?" Chloe asked.
"I just saw the legs of whose massaging me." Ash whimpered, as he felt his leg lift up and twist.
Later after they were done
"Thanks for the day Ash, my masseuse was great too." Chloe said chipperly.
"Yeah, great." Ash said, wincing as he went along.
"Look, I'll make you a deal. I'll get a straight answer from Serena, if you can get Seb here. A little you scratch my back, I scratch yours." Chloe said.
"The spa day wasn't enough!?" Ash said shocked.
"Do you want my help or not?" Chloe said plainly.
"Fine. I'll see what's up with Seb." Ash said, stretching his back. "Also we're never going there again."
"So you're saying there'll be more?" Chloe said excitedly.
"I'm saying I felt better before we got there." Ash groaned.

I know this is a really short chapter, but daily uploads sometimes leads to writers block, and that can lead to me running out of chapters, and I just needed to write something to try and get me out of it, so this was that something.
