The few who live below fight for the water and fuel that mean their survival, and against the monstrous creatures mutated by radiation, the Grimm. The cities send researchers, believing the world abandoned, and unaware of what awaits them. On permanent hiatus.

16. Chapter 16

Dear readers -

This is never easy.

It turns out that I'm very good at starting stories, and absolutely shit at ending them. I haven't been able to write more than a few sentences of this story for three months, and not just because of time constraints and such IRL. So, with my utmost apologies, I come to the end of this story.

I hope you've enjoyed the bizarre AUs I create, as I've certainly enjoyed writing them, and I do regret that I haven't been able to finish this one. If you're interested in writing a continuation yourself, I'd be happy to hand over the reins.
