Chapter 1: The Incident
"It's hard to believe that ten years have passed since we became the top three hero," the third hero said.
"I know Icy-Hot. The look on Endeavors face was priceless when you became the third hero and our lover was amazing," Bakugo said with a small chuckle as they sat down at the table waiting for their other lover and number 1 hero to join them with their drinks.
"What's so funny handsome?" Midorya asked as he put the steaming hot cups of coffee down next to each of them. Bakugo lend in and kissed him passionately. Making Midorya blush.
"Just remembering the look on Endeavors face as you become the number one hero, Bakugo become the number two hero and I become the number three hero. Then when we also announced that the three of us were a triad," Todoroki said also with a laugh. Midorya started to laugh as well. When there came a commotion outside the cafe. They look at each and sigh they had planned to spend the day together seeing it was their anniversary but unfortunately duty called to them again.
Deku was quick to take the lead as they raced out of the cafe. It seemed that a villain had tried to rob a bank near the cafe that they visited often before they went to work. Bakugo and Todoroki tried to catch up with their love but he was just to fast yet they trusted him. They knew that he would be fine. They rounded the corner and found a parking garage. This villain had some of the same powers that they had. He could make things explode by freezing them and then heating them up again.
Their breaths caught in their throats as they saw what was happening before them. The villain had Deku by the throat. They had no clue as to how this had happened. The only thing that made sense was that Deku allowed this to happen. To gage just how strong this villain was. Just then the villain was beneath Deku. Yet he had a smile on his face.
"What are you smiling about?" Deku asked him with some annoyance in his voice.
"Oh you'll see maybe," the villain sneered with pure hatred.
Just then there was a massive earthquake all around them. The parking garage exploded with dust and debris settled everywhere. Bakugo and Todoroki looked at a each other with worry and horror on their faces, They rushed to find their lover and the villain who dared to try and take him out. They found Deku unconscious and the villain dead by his own hand.
"NOOOOOO Deku wake up!" Bakugo yelled as he held his nerd in his arms.
"Bakugo he's still breathing and I just called for help the others will be here soon," Todoroki said in a calming voice that brought some easy to Bakugo. Deku was breathing slowly. He held onto Bakugo and made some humming noises from time to time. Bakugo looked him over and saw that there was blood drying on top of Deku's head.
"Nerd talk to me please," Bakugo said as tears started to fall.
"Kacchan," Deku said weakly. As he placed his hand in Bakugo's face.
"You have to stay awake baby please for us," Todoroki said as he knelt down beside his lovers. Just then their were voices coming from the street helped had arrived at last.
Yet Deku was slowly losing consciousness and passed out in Bakugo's arms. He reacted by slowly placing Midorya down and started CPR on him. Todoroki went to the exit that was clear to bring the rescuers there sooner rather then later. He also feared for Midorya's life but would not show it right now. He knew that Bakugo was not in the right state of mind that he would need one of them to stay strong. Since he was already good at hiding his feelings he thought it best that he should be the one to stay calm and strong for the three of them. He lead them to the parking garage and to where Bakugo and Deku were. The medical team pushed Bakugo out of the way so they could save Midorya's life. Once he was stable enough to move they transferred him into the waiting ambulance and carried him to the near by hospital to make sure that his wounds would heal and that there was no serious damage done by the blast.
"Todoroki do you think he'll be okay?" Bakugo asked Todoroki, who was unsure how to answer that question.
"Babe it's Midorya if anyone can pull through it's him. We have to have faith that he will survive this," Todoroki said as he held Bakugo in his arms. Just then the door opened and a doctor came out. Looking worried and saw the two men that had been their since their partner was in surgery.
"Bakugo and Todoroki I presume?" He asked them.
"Yes. How is he doctor?" Todoroki asked as Bakugo began to pace the floor waiting for the doctors response.
"Midorya will make a full recover but there has been some brain damage done and we are unsure how much he'll remember until he wakes up. You two are allowed to go and see him but he might be out of it for awhile due to the pain meds we had to give him," the doctor told them.
He then showed the two men to their lovers room. Midorya was sleeping soundly and peacefully like he normal would do at home in bed with them. They smiled at each other as both of them were happy to see that their lover was okay. They just worried about what will happen to him when he wakes up. They decided to stay with him until he wakes up.
