Ulfric Stormcloak: leader of the stormcloak rebellion, not much to say on him. The few moments I was near him he seem to ignore me, though I did feel like he was giving me the side eye. I assume he escaped Helgen.
Supposedly he had killed the high King of Skyrim with his voice alone, normally I would imagine this is an exaggeration, but considering dragons themselves have returned, anything is possible.

I can be almost certain that he is not responsible for the dragon attack on Helgen. Mirmulnir was the the dragon in the Tower from Whiterun, so the dragon from Helgen is still unaccounted for. There's no way he could control such a beast. No, what is happening here is much bigger than the entire civil war of Skyrim. But what does me being Dragonborn have to do with all of this? God's my head hurts, I need an ale.
