Benar: A Breton bard I saved from death at the hands of a group of bandits. To which he then saved me from being killed by their leader. A decently tall Breton as well, claering me by half a foot. He has shaggy dull brown hair that almost covers his eyes(kind of reminds me the dogs here in Skyrim could also explain why he has a shit sense of direction), A crooked nose that's almost certainly been broken a couple times, oddly enough his teeth are all there and blindingly bright, off-putting in a way. he also wears baggy clothing, if it wasn't for their colorful appearance, you might confuse him for a beggar if I'm honest. definitely has the voice of a bard and the attitude of one... immediately hit on me after saving his life and I slapped him, but it's like he was used to it, so all It did was make him stop talking for a second.
like I said earlier he saved my life so I do feel sense of debt to him, he knows how to babber so much that it gets to me, and I think of myself as quite patient but he certainly doesn't help the stereotype of bards. Traveled with him on my way back to Whiterun, seems wholeheartedly believe that all the Khajiit rumors and stereotypes, evidently he never talked to many Khajiit as he kept asking me simple questions like if I could feel what my tail felt (which is quite obviously that I do, I just have to ignore it!), I cut him off once he got to asking about "mating" traditions.(which to be fair my only knowledge of that comes from books about my own people that Irma gave to me). He asks if all Khajiit had accents like I did, which sadly is how I realized I also still have a Khajiit accent, I guess it is innate in a way, but I certainly do speak in a different pattern to others.
Damn idiot wrote a song about me that got around town pretty quickly, hopefully it doesn't spread anywhere else but Bard songs spread like wildfire. I will kick him where it hurts if I hear it in another town.
anyways it seems he will stick around Whiterun for the foreseeable future, and as much as he annoys me he does have a way with conversation that is quite engaging and does seem to actually keep to his word if you ask him to keep something in confidence. Could be a good person to vent my frustration, give my journal a rest, ha.
Almost forgot his age is of 23 years if he is to be believed, said he's been wandering as a bard for the last 5 years, told me his father was a Bard as well, asked him what happened to him and he simply said that he died heading in the wrong direction and starving to death. let's hope this is not a like father like son situation. for his sake. This one is terrible with directions as well.
P.S. Benar if I ever catch you reading any of my journals I will end you. painfully.
