The story starts not at the school but in the Human World. Tsukune Aono, the current Headmaster of Yokai Academy is enjoying a day off at an amusement park. "What a nice day hot fresh carnival food, new vegan options, fun games, and no monster attacks... I hope I didn't jinx it." Tsukune said. Tsukune was checking his smartphone to look up the news. He found out there had been a lot of stick ups around the city, the unusual thing is that they are unarmed and they are thought to be monsters."Wow there are a lot of petty crimes lately and by monsters this is gonna be bad for the school's credit."Tsukune said. Another story there has been several cases of citizens confirmed to be monsters, who have reported anemia. His attention shifted over to the food stands after he smelt a delicious scent. " What could that be, it smells savory, but sweet."
Then a man in a black hoodie scooted up to Tsukune on the bench and pulled out a few pills and offered him something."Hey pal, you want some real excitement, then I got it right here for $200." The man said. Tsukune was not interested in the traditional sense, but his sense of smell caught a whiff of blood in those pills. He grabbed the hoodie-wearing dealer by his sleeve. "What is this, tell me what is in these pills?" Tsukune angrily asked. "They're brand new to the street, the hot new thing, it'll make you strong, ferocious, and tough, called "Blood drops" those monsters are paying off huh."Dealer said. Thinking about the dealer's comment on monsters, the description of the drug's effects, and having another close look at the articles he notices the veins on the neck colored black, like his transformation from human to ghoul had happened. Tsukune showed his red eyes revealing that he is a monster to the dealer. "Listen very closely, where did this come from? Because we are taking a trip." Tsukune threatenly asked.
After dropping off the thug at the police station, Tsukune calls his contact in the news to ask about it. The contact tells Tsukune about the rumor of a new drug that the main ingredient is monster blood there called "Blood Drops", the reports were made after several crimes supposedly committed by monsters, but after tests the where confirmed to be human with a foreign element in their bloodstream, inhuman blood, and caught with unused pills of said drug. "This is outrageous, unacceptable, and not surprising. How do I deal with a new drug on the streets?"
Tsukune's contact still on the phone had something to say. "You don't have to deal with this, just call the police. It's not your job to stop them just because monsters are involved." She said, "This is trouble on both ends. The humans are going to have another reason why they want to keep monsters away and my students are all going to be worried about setting foot in the human world. I will take care of this with the police."There's a rumour of where the lab is it's (whisper)". I will look into it, but first I have to go to work tomorrow. "Tsukune said after hearing about this Tsukune went back to the Academy the next day and held an assembly with the students and staff.
The students gossiping about what it's for, new teachers,different uniforms? Then on the stage. "Students of Yokai Academy for reasons I cannot say right now, I will be taking a number of students outside on a special field trip to the human world,"Tsukune said. The students cheered hard for the thought of missing school. "Now,now there is just one select group of students that will be going out." Tsukune said as he gestured to them walking onto the stage. A group of eighteen skinny students with ill-fitting clothes."Meet the Gasha siblings, model students who are allowed a day off from school and a free trip to the hot springs." Tsukune said then walked the students to the school bus
.While they drove off inside the bus, Tsukune's smile shifted to a serious expression ."Thank you for agreeing to this. I want to take those drugs off the street , the monsters they captured, freed and as little panic as I can get, so have fun today." Tsukune said. The scene shifts to the town's most favored hot spring. The siblings showed up and are enjoying the springs and the games inside. Tsukune was thanking the manager for giving them a good deal. "Mr Suzuki, I am sure my students will enjoy this. The Yokai Academy students are glad to come to the Human World , I'm going to file the paperwork." The manager, hearing that they are monsters, made a phone call. "Hey it's me yeah you won't believe it a whole new batch of them just showed up those blood drops are gonna be stocked." Suzuki said.
One of the students walked by with a towel and some tea, and out of nowhere he was jumped from behind, as a cloth covered his mouth. The student struggled to break free, but his lanky human form didn't make a challenge. Whoever took him was not finished as the rest of the siblings were in the bath they wondered ."Where is our brother, he was just getting some tea and I thought he'd be back"Sibling 1 said. Then the manager showed up and brought enough tea for the rest of them. "Don't worry your brother is fine, he decided to lay down in the meantime. I have brought you tea, go on, enjoy."Suzuki said.
The students after drinking some had all gone to sleep almost instantly, to no surprise of the manager."Eighteen monsters there blood is gonna make me rich. That Principal should be gone long enough for me to drain enough blood from them". Mr Suzuki dragged the students to an abandoned room and the students were still knocked out. He brought out a large syringe and went right to work stealing their blood. But to his surprise there wasn't a drop coming out of them."What the? Where's the blood? That's supposed to be liquid gold in the syringe, but nothing."
Suddenly the well-dressed Headmaster that brought the students to the hot spring showed up with a comment on the matter. "Well you see, Mr. Suzuki I brought these students because they are a rare kind of monsters without blood, which is why I brought them here after I heard from your dealer that this is where you are drugging monsters, and stealing their blood. As for you students, you can wake up now." Tsukune said. Following that the eighteen siblings got up from the chairs. "The reason that we have no blood we will show you"Sibling 1 said. They all revealed their monster forms, the skin and what little muscle tissue they had gone away, and they showed that they are skeletons. Tsukune pulled out a phone ready to dial the authorities. "Well Mr Suzuki, shall I call the police for your crimes, involvement in illegal drugs,kidnapping and drugging citizens, and that dungeon of restrained monsters you still have in your lower level or would you like to turn yourself in."Tsukune said. "Forget that I have plans to be rich and some pile of bones aren't gonna stop me." Mr Suzuki said. He pulled out a shotgun and started to fire off at the students, but was surprised that they were completely unharmed."Dude we are skeletons we don't have any organs to destroy or blood to lose that gun is useless." Student 2 said. "What should we do with this guy, Headmaster?" Student 3 asked. Tsukune had assigned them to destroy the laboratory where the drug was manufactured, while he freed the other monsters. The Gasha siblings got into their more powerful form, the lead brother explained."Brothers it's time to merge, then we will destroy this ratchet drug lab." The eighteen brothers were all together are a Gashadokuro (a giant skeleton monster made out of several skeletons) "You wanted a taste of monster power, we will show you what it's like firsthand." The students said in a unison echoey voice. Scare thing Hot spring Manager into dropping his gun and calling the police to turn himself in.
The police were at the Hot spring rounding up the drug ring employees, and taking back the monster citizens, they were so grateful that they decided to enroll for spots at Yokai Academy. Afterwards Tsukune went to a press conference explaining how he and the police department will search for and shut down any more monster blood drug rings and protect monster citizens. The Bus Driver was proud to see that Tsukune was still doing a good job as the New Headmaster of Yokai Academy.
