Tilting her head in slight confusion, Super Sonico tried to pay attention to what her manager was saying.
"Sonico, are you listening?" asked Kitamura, his hannya mask staring directly into her soul.
The pink-haired mascot shuddered at having to look at that mask. "Hai! I'm listening, Kitamura!"
"Good," he replied with a nod. "Now, I know this will be a lot to handle, but I have a lot of faith in you, Sonico!"
She looked at the papers that her manager handed to her, her large red eyes widen at what she was reading.
"Kitamura!" squeaked out Sonico with a whine. "You booked too many jobs again!"
"I know, but like I said I have a lot of faith in you! I know you can do this!"
Sonico could only pout as she looked at Kitamura. "You know, I still have band practice and this could take time away from that. I don't want to disappoint Suzu and Fuuri."
Despite the mask, Sonico knew Kitamura had a thoughtful look on his face right now.
"Hm, maybe I did go a little overboard this time."
"You always go overboard," replied Sonico.
"Very well! I shall see if I can get some of these pushed back to allow you to have your band practice!" exclaimed Kitamura. "With how much you are in demand, I'm sure these agencies will understand."
Sonico could only beam in happiness. This was why she liked Kitamura so much. Unlike other managers, he actually cared.
