Prim knew what the figure meant when he said that she was a target of Snows. She didn't want to believe that he was still alive but, wasn't there already enough evidence already that he is behind the attacks? Prim finally got to April's house and rang the doorbell. Somehow she had managed to make it to April's house. She heard someone shout, "Coming!" She waited for about another minute as she knew how long the 1st floor hallways were in April's house. This would be her second time being in April's house. April opened the door and behind her, Prim could see a long dark hallway. Prim walked into the house and started shaking. The darkness brought back memories from the war and devastation that had followed. "Are you okay?" April asked after she closed the door. "Everything fine. Just having flashbacks." Prim said, her voice shaking. "Do you want me to leave you alone then?" April asked hesitantly. "No. Let's go upstairs. I need to sit down and just think for a little bit." Prim said as she grabbed April's shoulder to stay steady. They walked into the nearest room and entered an elevator. "Is this new or did I just not see this before?" Prim asked as the elevator went up a couple of floors. "It's new. An hour before the fog started forming along the shoreline, the elevator was finished. I couldn't stand walking up all those stairs anymore." April said as helped Prim stay steady. Prim didn't hear anything else she said because she blacked out as the flood of flashbacks became too powerful and was able to knock her out.

"...The girl tribute of District twelve is Primrose Everdeen." Effie Trinket said as she read the slip of paper she had unfolded. The blood drained from Prim's face. Me? But I'm only 12! Prim thought as she started to walk towards the stage with stiff, small steps, hands clenched tight. Before she reached the stage, passing her sister on the way. "Prim! Prim!" Katniss shouted as Prim walked towards the stage. Prim stopped and turned around to see Katniss being blocked by two peacekeepers. "Stop! I volunteer. I volunteer!" Katniss shouted as the peacekeepers pushed her back. Katniss pushed both peacekeepers to the side and said, "I volunteer as tribute." "I believe we have a volunteer." Effie trinket said after she stuttered. Katniss hugged Prim and told her in a lower voice, "You need to get out of here." "No." Prim said in a sad voice. "Go find mom." Katniss told her seriously. "No!" Prim told her. They kept saying the same thing until Gale came over and picked Prim up and carried her away. By this time, Prim was screaming crying hysterically, "No!"

"Prim! Prim! Prim! PRIM WAKE-UP!" A voice in the void of blackness echoed. It felt like she was being shaked. She woke up to a hot pink colored ceiling. She sat up and asked groggily, "What happened?" "You blacked out when we were in the elevator. We've been really worried." A pale-faced April told her. "Oh. It was just the flashbacks. I had a flashback from when my sister volunteered as tribute when I had been drawn into the hunger games. I was only twelve at the time." Prim said shakily as she stood up. "What happened while I was knocked out?" "Well, the fog has disappeared. You were out for two days. A strange guy came in and threatened me." April told her. "What did the man look like?" Prim asked feeling a shock of fear in her body. She started to notice a pain in her right leg. "He said his name was Sn-" "Ow!" Prim interrupted with a yowl. "What happened?" April asked fearing the worst. "I must have broken my leg when I jumped down from my wrap-around deck and didn't feel it because of the adrenaline in my veins." Prim said as she laid back down on her bed. "Oh. We'll take care of your leg. Luckily I found your mom's number on your phone and told her to come over here. She she should be here about noon. In the meantime, you rest while I get my med supplies." April said as she closed the door, leaving Prim in silent solitude.

Prim woke up to voices talking about her. "Mom?" She asked as she opened her eyes. She felt pressure on her chest area and looked down. She saw her Mom's gentle and delicate arms wrapping her in a hug. "Prim! How have you been? I heard you broke your right leg. Why did you jump of your deck? You know that would hurt you!" Her Mom was always trying to keep her remaining family members safe after she noticed how she had neglected them in the past. "I had to do it or else I wouldn't even be here if I hadn't taken that risk! Be glad I'm alive instead of dead." Prim told her seriously. "I know but it might take awhile to heal this leg up.

I WILL NOW BE MAKING THE STORY MULTIPLE CHARACTER PERSPECTIVES SO IT'S NOT TOO BORING IF A CHARACTER ISN'T DOING ANYTHING TO INTERESTING OR HAS TOO HEAL(MIGHT CHANGE LATER)

Katniss looked at the meadow as Gale and her kids played in the meadow. She looked over to see Gale speaking to Peeta, her old lover. Peeta had d been brought into the hunger games. The family scrapbook showed and talked about a lot of memories. Including the time she saw Peeta cheating on her. He had kissed Katina's little sister because he thought Katniss was insane/out of her mind. She threw a glass of wine at him when she caught him kissing her younger sister. That was a memory she didn't want to digging up that memory from her mind. She always tried to change the conversation if she felt it was too close to that memory. "Come on Catnip! Come down and play with us!" Gale exclaimed when he saw her watching them. "Yeah!" Finnick said in a high-pitched voice. He was 5 years old. Katniss and Gale named him Finnick in memory of Finnick Odair(He didn't deserve to die! I'll be making a fanfiction of him if he hadn't died later!) there was no reason that Katniss could think of to not join the kids and her husband. They didn't get to have a real wedding yet but they had a date already set. It was coming up in just 3 weeks. Katniss walked down the stairs of the deck, her hair swishing from side to side as she walked down. "Should we restart the game?" Rue asked. Rue was their daughter. She was also 5 years old. Both her and Finnick were twins. "No. Remember who I play as." Katniss said as she grabbed a stick from the grass and held it up. Why do I have to play the evil dwarf? That makes no sense at all! She hated playing as the evil dwarf. "She's about to attack! Stand behind me kids!" Gale said, laughing when he saw her face. "Trying to show me you don't like that role huh? I already knew that." He tackled her to the ground as the kids watched. "Mommy? Can we have some lunch? I'm hungry." Rue said with those damned cute puppy eyes showing on her face. "Alright. Gale, get the hell off of me!" Katniss shouted. "Alright." Gale said and got up and brushed some dirt off of his pants. "Mommy? What does hell mean?" Finnick asked curiously. "It's a swear word THAT BOTH OF YOU ARE TO NEVER SAY UNLESS IT HAS TO BE SAID!" Katniss said seriously looking at both Finnick and Rue. "Got that?" she asked them. "Yes." The both said, sounding synchronized.

"Lunch is ready!" Katniss said as she placed Gale's plate down at his spot of the table. "So, I was planning on going to visit my sister Prim soon. I know you two kids would love to see Auntie Prim." She said as she grabbed her phone and called Prim's number. Her mom answered instead. "Katniss! Come visit your sister! She was forced to jump off of her wrap-around deck! COME STAY WITH YOUR SISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! THE ADDRESS IS 23789 "What happened?" Katniss asked but there was no response. She hung up and noticed the silence. She looked over at the table and saw that everyone had been watching her. "Everyone, finish your lunch and then go to your rooms and start packing up. We're going to visit Prim sooner than I had planned. Pack a month's worth of clothes." Katniss said as she stood in shock. The rest of the family started doing what they were told while Katniss had a sudden thought. This has to be president Snow's doing! Only She and Prim were his two most hated enemies. It had to be of his doing...
