John Phoenix was sitting in the office that belonged to him when he heard the postman coming and putting an envelope in the mailbox. John Phoenix was excited because that was a means of communicating with him which likely meant it was a request to defend in court!
John Phoenix slid down the stairs and swung the door open! There was an envelope in the mailbox and he opened it.
"Dear John Phoenix,
it has been a long time coming but I am pleased to tell you that you have been invited to the fighting game known as Super Smash Brothers: Ultimate for Nintendo Switch. We look forward to challenging you."
At first, John Phoenix was pleased by this, but then he had a realization. John Phoenix went to Sakurai's house.
"Ah hello Mr. John Phoenix my friend are you ready to join Smash?"
"No. No I am not ready to join Smash. I do not accept your invitation. Do you know what I do not accept your invitation? It's because I'd make the game unfair. I am too powerful to put up a fair fight. I have defeated God himself. The only way to make me fight a fair fight would be to make me weak. It is therefore impossible to put me in this game."
"I see," said Sakurai. "In that case, who do you propose I add in your stead? I'm kinda low on time here."
John Phoenix smiled. There was only one person worth naming now.
"You mean me, right?" said Uncle Phoenix."
"No, fuck off," said John Phoenix. "I nominate SORA!"
