Chapter 5
Class 1-A

Everything is alright. Everything is fine. Everyone is happy. Everyone is in class, all content and happy. Their teacher is in front having just arrived for their homeroom session. For once, he looks like he is well rested (well, as much well rested as a sleep deprived can rest).

All is good.

Until…

.

SLAM!

"HELLO YOU BRAT BASTARDS!"

"It's Pro Hero Miruko!"

She grins widely at the students' excited cheer because who wouldn't?! She's the number five Pro Hero of all Japan!

"What are you doing here, Miruko?!"

"Is there a special occasion?!"

"Today is going to be so much fun!"

"Manly!"

She ignores their excited chatter and zeros in her gaze on the one person standing before the blackboard.

She smirks at his deeply annoyed look.

She enters the classroom and slams the door shut just as loudly as she opened it, caring very little if she ever annoys anyone beside the man of the hour.

"Yo, Eraser!" she greets as she approaches him.

"Is there a reason for you to be here?" he asks her, annoyance very evident in his tone even his eye twitches. She crosses her arms and bumps her shoulder against his elbow (because of their height difference), earning a grunt from the teacher.

"What? Can't I stop by and see your stupid face?" she asks, smirking up at him from her point of view. His eye twitches again, and then he releases a deep sigh.

"Why does it have to be on school hours?" she hears him theoretically asking. She continues to smirk up at him while pressing further into his side.

Then, she feels the hair on the back of her neck raises.

She straightens up, removing herself from Eraser's side and looks around in alarm. She sees nothing wrong. Not only that, Eraser doesn't react either.

And his kids are smiling at her.

She puts a hand on her neck, rubbing it in confusion. Her instinct had acted up for some reason, and she knows to fully trust it whenever it comes. It never lies, so she doesn't know why she felt it just now.

That was weird.

"Mr. Aizawa, may I ask for your help?" a student stands up while raising his hand. If she remembers correctly, he's Satou. Eraser doesn't waste a second and walks over to him, brushing past her. Not wanting to be left behind, she follows him.

She jolts to a stop when something flashes into her eyes. She flinches back and rubs her eyes, her visions filled with spots. She removes her hands and squints around for the source.

Her eyes, still filled with stars, land on Aoyama, hands supporting his head and surrounded with glitter from unknown sources.

"My apologies, madame," Aoyama says with a wink. "It seems I am a little extra sparkling today," he adds as the glitter intensifies. She slowly raises an eyebrow at him, not sure what to think about it. She removes her attention away from the boy and returns her eyes on Eraser, who seems like having a casual conversation with Satou.

She takes a step and her foot lands on something slippery. She yelps at the sudden loss of grip. Thankfully she is agile and flexible enough to easily do the split. She sighs in relief that she won't bang her head on the tiled floor. That wouldn't do good on her image.

"Sorry, sorry!" she hears Kirishima apologizes as she carefully stands up just in case she steps over the thing that made her fall. She turns towards the red haired boy, who has an apologetic look on his face accompanied with a smile. "Ashido is very tired from staying up all night and she drools when she sleeps."

True to the kid's words, Ashido is sprawling all over her table with her mouth hanging open and so much drools are dripping out from the corner of her lips. She is drooling so much it drips from the table and onto the floor right beneath her feet. She also knows about the pink skinned girl's Quirk, how it can be slippery at times despite being acidic. She guesses it also applies to her drool?

…And wasn't she awake not too long ago? Wasn't Ashido the first one to greet her entrance?

She gives Kirishima a slight nod, forgiving him and Ashido (even if it's still slightly weird). Then, she carefully traverses the increasingly rising of drool on the floor (the students on duty will have a field day with this), trying not to slip again. Ojirou is now joining the conversation between Eraser and Satou.

"Achoo."

The first thing she feels is the sudden dip in temperature. The next thing is the sudden loss of grip beneath her feet, again. She yelps, louder this time because this one is more unexpected than before. Unfortunately, it happens too fast for her to react and she falls straight onto her face.

The floor is oddly cold against her forehead.

"Oh my gosh, are you okay!?" Her ears pick up about two pairs of feet rushing towards her. She tries to push herself up but her hands keep slipping over a slippery but very cold surface.

What the fuck had just happened?

She feels hands grabbing onto her arms, helping her standing up. Now that her face is no longer planted on the floor, she has a clear view on what made it so slippery, and she knows it's not Ashido's drool.

Ice.

The floor beneath her is entirely covered in ice. She follows the path of ice, and it leads to the most likely source: Endeavor's son.

He's staring at her blankly.

Turning to her sides, she sees Yaoyorozu and Uraraka are helping her up to her feet. Both have apologetic looks on their faces accompanied with a smile.

They look very similar to Kirishima's.

"Please excuse Todoroki," Yaoyorozu says as she and Uraraka finally let her go once she finally has her footing. "He is feeling a little unwell and unfortunately it really affects his Quirk."

Right as Yaoyorozu finishes her sentence, Todoroki rubs his nose with a finger while not breaking the eye contact.

She feels her own eye twitches at the action.

…Was that intentional on his part?

"That fall looks like it hurts!"

She feels a hand wraps around her upper arm. She looks at the owner of said hand and meets Ingenium's little brother.

"I suggest you should go to Recovery Girl to check for any injuries!"

"Wai- GAH!"

Her scenery instantly changes. It goes so fast her eyes are having a difficult time keeping up. Iida is holding onto her arm very tightly and she has no clue where he is taking her.

Then, as soon as it begins, everything stops.

"Rest well!"

SLAM!

She blinks in confusion at the closed door before her.

She turns around to look at where Iida had dragged her to.

Recovery Girl blinks at her in similar confusion as she sits by her desk.

"Well, hello Miruko," RG greets, hopping off her stool. "To what do I owe the visit?"

She releases a groan and buries her face into her hand.

"I slipped and fell onto my face," she answers. "I'm fine but the shithead wouldn't listen and here we are," she reassures the elder.

"Well, now that you're here, why don't we do the procedure anyway?" RG kindly suggests. She releases a defeated sigh before walking over to the older Hero, pouting the entire way.

Iida is a little bit more of a little shit than she was ever told.

.

She stalks her way back to the classroom, slightly miffed and a little fuming. She is pretty upset that her time has gotten taken away from her. She never realizes just how much troublemakers Eraser's kids can be. Brats, all of them.

Is this how Eraser has to deal with every single day? What a shit life.

Just as she sees the 1-A classroom door she hears the bell rings. She curses because that means the homeroom session is over. Just as she arrives at the door it suddenly slams open, revealing Midoriya who looks like he's in a rush that he ended up accidentally kicking her leg on his way out.

"Sorry! I can't hold in any longer!" Midoriya shouts as he runs away. She thinks he's heading for the toilet or something.

Why did he have to kick her leg though? He had enough space to dodge her.

"You're back here?" she hears a gruff voice approaching. She looks inside the classroom and glares at the teacher.

"Your little brat is fucking unbearable," she replies as Eraser steps closer, or more specifically getting out of the class and she's in the way.

"Language," he reprimands her, with an annoyed scowl. She returns the scowl with twice the fold for having the balls to treat her like one of his kids. "And ask Ingenium why his baby brother is behaving like that."

"You're their teacher, dumbass," she retorts as she steps aside to let Eraser out of the class. "Aren't they supposed to learn from you and stuff?" she adds as she joins him walking their way to the lounge.

Before she could get an answer, she is suddenly pushed to the side quite roughly, causing her to stumble before she regains her footing. She glares at the culprit.

"Shall we get going, Mr. Aizawa?" Asui asks the teacher. In her hands are stacks of paper. Eraser merely hums before continues on the journey, now with the student by his side.

She stares at the frog girl in utter confusion as they continue forward, wondering what the fuck is up with the students right now. If she remembers correctly, Asui is among the sweetest ones in the class.

…Is there something wrong with them?

She quickly catches up to them, now is forced to stand beside Asui seeing as the girl had firmly taken the spot next to Eraser. Asui turns towards her when she finally catches up.

"What's all this about?" she asks them, nodding towards Asui and the papers in her hands.

"It's something I do once in a while," Asui answers, turning her attention away from Eraser and onto her. "Mr. Aizawa always helps us so this is the smallest way I could return the favor, something I wish not to be interrupted by anyone."

She raises an eyebrow at the girl's words.

Was that an accusation?

Has Asui always been this ballsy?

She looks up at Eraser for a clearer explanation.

He doesn't even give her a single glance, keeping his eyes forward.

Shithead.

They arrive at the lounge area very quickly, mainly because neither Eraser or Asui are inclined to start a conversation; one is expected but she is surprised Asui kept quiet as well (it's like she's trying to imitate her teacher). Eraser opens the door for Asui to enter, who quickly rushes in and places all the paper on his table.

"Your help is greatly appreciated, Asui," Eraser says. She sees Asui's ever upturned lips curl up even wider.

"Mr. Aizawa!" She feels something bumps into her from behind, causing her to grunt and stumble at the sudden impact. "You dropped this on the way!" she hears Uraraka says. She gains her bearing to see Uraraka handing a single piece of paper to Eraser who takes it from her.

"Thank you, Uraraka," Eraser says and places the paper onto the stack on his table. "You two get going now before the next subject teacher comes to class."

"Okay!"

"See you later, Mr. Aizawa!"

Asui and Uraraka rush out the room, now avoiding colliding with her, thankfully. She has enough of people running into her. Now she releases a deep sigh of relief because the hellions are out of the way.

Then, she loses contact with the ground.

"WOAH WOAH WHAT THE FUCK!" she shouts in complete confusion as she stumbles around in midair, flipping around and upside down trying to right herself up. "WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW?!" she screams as she continues to float in the air.

"Stop panicking," she hears Eraser says below… above… left… right… whatever. He says it so fucking calmly from fucking somewhere.

She feels she lands on something. She uses it to orientate herself. It calms her a bit now that she has something to hold instead of thrashing around in midair. Now that she isn't tumbling like a mess, she looks at her current situation.

She's right on the ceiling.

"Uraraka might have accidentally put her Quirk on you," she hears Eraser continues beneath her. She turns her body until her back presses against the ceiling to look at the teacher.

He isn't moved from his table as he looks up at her, not looking very concerned at all.

Fucking bastard.

"Can't you erase it or some shit?" she demands as she tries not to move too much that might send her back to midair. Being on the ceiling grounds her.

She curses herself at the pun.

"To erase the Quirk is to erase the source," Eraser answers casually as if it's the most obvious answer in the world. "I would need Uraraka to be here to erase her Quirk but why would I when she could stop it herself?" He then takes out his phone and looks at the screen. "I would've called her over but class has already started."

"What does that mean?"

"It means you have to stay up there for a while longer," he says casually as he pockets his phone and sits down in his chair.

"What?!"

"Stop yelling."

"You're going to leave me up here?!"

"There is no way around it."

"BULLSHIT!"

"Sure, whatever."

She growls at him, very unhappy at the current predicament. Today was supposed to be something enjoyable, not located on the meridian of misery! She supposes to annoy the living fuck out of her target who happens to be Eraser today and then go on her day!

But this… this is not something she had foreseen.

His kids are fucking hellions.

She looks at Eraser once more and notices that he's…

"Stop laughing at me!"

"I'm not laughing at you getting stuck on the ceiling."

"But you're laughing at something that has to do with me!"

"Perhaps."

"ERASER!"

.

"Should we move to the left a little bit?"

"No, no! You need to be a little to the right!"

"No, I think we're in the right spot."

"Should I stop it then?"

"Not yet because we don't know what would happen if you do."

"What about now?"

"No."

"Now?"

"Not yet."

"And now?"

"Yes."

"Really?"

"No."

"For the love of fuck just drop me because I can catch myself!"

"Language."

She throws Eraser a death glare for his fucking little quip before glaring down at the students right below her, arguing with each other and making a big deal about how to safely drop her. There is no need for that because she ain't weak and that is not adding in her bunny Quirk. She had been telling them that she can land on her feet but these brats just won't fucking listen. They just keep going on and on and worried about her and that motherfucker Eraser just watch and-

"Release!"

"GAH!" she yelps when she finally feels gravity for who knows how long. She tries to correct herself as the ground quickly approaches but Uraraka deactivates her Quirk out of sudden that it takes her a fraction longer to react.

Suddenly, she lands in something that is definitely not the hard floor.

An eye suddenly enters her field.

She continues to stare at one of Shouji's eyes as he continues to hold her after saving her from her fall. Neither of them blinks. Then, a mouth appears right next to the eye.

"Are you alright?" the mouth speaks.

"Yeah I'm good," she replies curtly.

"That is nice to hear," Shouji says with an air of relief.

She continues to stare at the eye. The eye continues to stare back.

"Are you going to let me down or-?"

"Has the job of being an independent Pro Hero difficult?" Shouji cuts her off, causing her eye twitches in annoyance.

"Yeah, it's hard," she answers just as curt as before while wiggling in her spot which is in his many arms, trying to tell him to let her fucking down goddammit.

"That's empowering," Shouji says.

She tears her eyes from the eye and glares at his masked face.

"Could you fucking let me down?!" she hisses at him, now trying to tear herself away from him.

"Sorry, sorry," Shouji says hastily as he finally puts her down. She pushes him away and brushes herself down with her hands. Then she looks around the lounge area.

Eraser is no longer here. It's only her and Shouji and a few other teachers.

"Where's Eraser?" she asks Eraser's tallest student.

"Ah, I guess they brought him to the lunch area," Shouji answers. She growls in displeasure. Then she stalks out the lounge area and beelines for the lunch area. When she gets there, she finds him sitting at a table, completely surrounded by practically all of his students who had pushed the tables together to make for one whole class.

Shouji slides into the last seat of the table.

Her eye twitches as the students chatter excitedly with each other, even more so now that Shouji had joined them. Eraser looks over them and to her, cheeks puffed from the burger he's eating. He shrugs before taking another bite.

She feels like whatever deity somewhere decided to make fun of her and make her day miserable, and the messengers of dooms are none of other than the fucking brats, which is just so convenient for the asshole deity because they are right where she wants to be.

But she ain't fucking backing down from this.

If this is a challenge then she'll take it head on.

.

If she thinks the first half of the day is bad, it is so much worse in the later half.

Something pulls onto her leg and she falls onto her face again.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" she hears Sero apologizing over and over again as she pushes herself up to her feet again. She looks up and glares at the black haired boy, who puts his hands together in a manner of asking for forgiveness. Beside him is Ojirou in a similar posture. "That was meant for Ojirou but it caught you instead, please forgive me!"

She waves a hand dismissively and they scurry away. She presses her hands into her face in utter frustration because that wasn't the first time she got held back.

Right before Sero, Dark Shadow was throwing a tantrum and chucked a piece of the ground directly at her even though Tokoyami had said she just happened to be in his crosshair. Right before that, Bakugou thought she was a good sparring buddy and attacked her when she entered the gym.

And when she thought she wasn't "unintentionally" attacked by the students, they suddenly want Eraser's attention. Kaminari accidentally electrocuted himself and Eraser was forced to keep an eye on him until he recovered. And then, Shinsou got himself tangled and Eraser berated him for forgetting the basics. And then, Yaoyorozu needed his attention for something.

It could be a trick of her eyes but she believes the girl was smirking at her.

And now?

Kouda had "accidentally" called in a bunch of cats and Eraser is completely busy with them. She would've approached him much sooner if Sero hadn't "accidentally" caught her.

Then, she hears the bell rings, signaling the end of school hours. All noises stop and all students gather around Eraser, completely blocking her from him.

She's starting to think they're doing this deliberately, but why would they?

Then, the students suddenly disperse. She couldn't hear what Eraser had said to them no matter how short his words are. She takes the chance to quickly approach the teacher… only for her to suddenly slam into something.

"OW!" she hears coming from the air right before her, startling her. "Miruko, what the hell!?" the feminine voice continues, sounding quite displeased. She adds two and two together and concludes she had accidentally run into Hagakure.

"Sorry, kid. I couldn't… see… you," she says, slowly trailing her words off because of… pun.

"Please look where you're going, Miruko!" Hagakure says in a chiding but kind manner but her unhappiness is still evident.

"Well I would if I could… see you."

Goddammit.

She looks around for the teacher only to find him had walked past her. Beside him is Jirou, both are talking with each other with Jirou smiling up at him as they walk out the gym together. Her ears pick up a few bits of the conversation, something about Gojira, not to be confused with the Pro Hero, before they go out the door.

Then, she realizes she is all alone in the gym. Even Hagakure disappeared.

"AARGHH!" She screams in frustration in the empty gym, listening to her voice echoes around the area.

What the fuck is up with the students?! Why are they like this?! Why are they being so fucking difficult?! Had she done something to them? Did she step on every crack on the ground on her way to UA? What deity had she insult with to get her in this fucking situation?!

"Got it all out from your system?"

She snaps her head to the source of the voice.

Eraser is leaning back against the wall beside the door he had walked out not too long ago, hands casually shove in his pockets.

"How the fuck are you still here?" she asks, voice mixed with demand and complete exasperation as she trudges to him. They wouldn't leave him alone so why now he is not surrounded by them?

"I told them I had to take a leak," he answers easily with a shrug.

"Your kids are a lot more fucked up than you told me."

"You're just having a bad day."

She glares at him hard. If he had told her that earlier today she might believe him, but right now she knows that is complete bullshit. His class is up to something.

"Come on," Eraser says, pushing himself off the wall and walks out the door. She joins him, finally able to stand by his side.

"We going somewhere?" she asks. Typical Eraser, he doesn't answer and merely continues to walk.

.

The dormitory for 1-A quickly approaches. This is the first time seeing it up close. She looks up at it, wondering why he's bringing her here. He leads her inside and into the elevator. He presses a bottom and the elevator goes up.

"Seriously, why are we here?" she asks him again. Eraser ignores her and she glares at him this time. Before she could make a quick remark at his usual silence she hears a ping and the doors slide open. Eraser exits the elevator and she follows behind. She thinks this is the common area of the dorm.

Happy chatters fill her ears. His students are here? She arrives at the main area and notices that yes, all of his kids are here.

Suddenly, all the noise stops. Everyone has stopped moving and all are turning towards them. She realizes that all eyes are now on her.

"Mr. Aizawa, why is she here?"

That causes her blinks in surprise. What's up with the dismayed tone? She looks at everyone again and finally notices that none of them are none too happy. She frowns in confusion.

"She is my wife."

She looks at Eraser with her eyebrows raised in surprise. For someone who constantly reminds her not to tell anyone of their status he really did just drop that bombshell out of nowhere.

She turns her attention away back to the students. Now, all of them have a shocked look on their faces. None of them say anything and it is quiet for a full minute. Then, slowly, each and every one of them covers their face. Are they going red or is that her imagination? She looks back at Eraser for an explanation but only sees his sorry excuse of a smile, further cementing her confusion.

"Don't think I didn't see what all of you were trying to do all day."

And suddenly, it all clicks to place.

"Wait…" She narrows her eyes at the students, who stiffen at her voice. "So you brats had been actively trying to keep me away from my husband?"

"…Yes?"

Oh it all makes sense now.

"You…" she growls lowly. She tears her eyes away from the students and to Eraser who has a wider grin on his lips. She knows that grin. "Don't laugh at me, Sho!"

He doesn't stop, and it infuriates her even more.

"Why are you brats trying to keep me away from him?!" she demands from every single one of these bastards. Once more, they stiffen and frantically look around and at each other while avoiding her intense glare.

"…So how's that dinner doing? Need some help?"

"I'll help too!"

"Me too!"

"Don't you shitheads fucking run away from me!"

"Language."

"SHUT UP SHO!"

I didn't mean to pull the rug underneath you, but I couldn't help myself.

If the chapter seems chaotic is because I was genuinely gone mad while writing it after unimaginable amount of writer's block and staying up for 23 hours.

That being said, expect EraserBunny from every MHA fic from now on. I'm not sorry.
