He came and begged Ash to let him battle for the girl.

They dined together with the man who still cared for his Pokémon a lot.
The beautiful girl Pokémon became one of Ash's Pokémon before dining together.
Squirtle got jealous but he is very nice.
Meowth notice the girl too and wants to not take her because he thought of her as a friend.
He takes only Ash's Pikachu.
James is out with a Magikarp as his brand new Pokémon.
He is feeding Meoweth who showed him the new Pokémon from Ash Ketchum and hi friends.
"Hey, Ash's Charmander is in love with a beautiful female Pikachu that we should take" Meowth said.
James agreed on it "Sure.".
Then he called Giovanni who was their boss to ambush the boat.
Three hour later, they did but failed.
Good people and good Pokémon wins.
Ash's Charmander is the real winner because of his bravery and anger on Team rocket.
The boat sank and the people got out with the lifeboats before it and both the groups without the bad guys who were safe were saved by their Pokémon and were out and safe.
