Blaze smiled as he watched the memory unfold. He then sighed.

"I never thought they'd come back, though."

"I see…" Roarian nodded. "It leads me to wonder how they managed to find you in the first place,"

"I don't know, and honestly, I don't care. All I want is to get rid of them for good. But... I'm too scared of them... what if I'm not strong enough...?"

"Do not say that, my friend," Roarian patted his back with his wing. "You are strong enough. I have seen you in your adventures and the many adventures you tell me. This is just like any of those,"

"But... all those years of suffering... they still linger in the back of my brain. What if I freeze up? What if they shoot one of my friends? Or my family?! Then... it would be all my fault..."

Roarian sighed. "Blaze, you are thinking too much. Do not burden all fault on your shoulders. It would be their own faults,"

"So… what do you think I should do…?"

"So... what do you think I should do?"

"Tell you what... I'll put a spell on you so a magical spirit animal can always give you the right advice. Once it is done, we will face it together. Deal?"

"I think I like the sound of that," Blaze smiled and nodded. "Deal,"

"All right. Any animal of choice?"

Blaze thought for a moment before remembering what he said about the mother wolf and her pups. Then, he smiled.

"A wolf-- the most beautiful wolf you can conjure."

"Alright,"

Roarian nodded and allowed his magic to surround the red truck. A spirit of a wolf soon appeared before their eyes.

"Wow..." Blaze stared in wonder and amazement as the wolf opened it's eyes.

"Greetings," said the wolf, her musical voice ringing through the air as her green eyes sparkled. "I am Landeera, the guardian wolf of hope, light and love. How may I be of service to you, Blaze?"

"I… I need some advice on how to get rid of my abusive blood parents," Blaze told her.

"I see... just let me rest my paw on your head, and once my eyes finish their blinding white glow, I will give you an answer."

"O-Okay,"

Blaze nodded and allowed the wolf to set her paw on his head. Her eyes glowed bright white, and they both waited until the glow ceased.

"You must go and face your blood parents, Blaze."

"That… That's it?" Blaze looked shocked. "But… But what if I mess up and get someone else hurt?!"

"Just do as I ask," the wolf replied gently. "Just confont them, and I will give you all the power you need to stand your ground."

"I… okay…" Blaze sighed. "I… I trust you…"

"Good. Let us return to Axle City then."

With a whisk of Roarian's sunstone, the three disappeared and found themselves back in the city.

"Mom? Dad? I'm home," called Blaze.

He looked around, but found the house completely empty.

"Guys?"

"Out there! Look!"

Roarian pointed out the window, which was wide open and broken as something was taped to it. Blaze grabbed it, and his eyes widened.

["We have them all. -Krisha and Calvin."]
