"You should sleep now", Edward said playing with my hair. We were in my room. I was snuggling next to him. It was not raining yet. Charlie was already snoring. "I don't feel like sleeping" I uttered.
"So, I should leave then" he warned. "No! I don't want you to leave" I said immediately. "Come on, It's 12:30 A.M." "We don't have school tomorrow" I pointed out. I love spending time with him especially at night. "It doesn't mean you should sleep late. Now, I am messing up with your sleep" he asserted.
Always worrying about me. Something came in my mind, "Okay, I will go to sleep if we go for a walk." I suggested. His facial expression was indecipherable. "Please, I will go to sleep after that" I pleaded " please, please, please". I tried to dazzle him. Like it's going to work, I thought to myself. "Let's go" he spurted, Yay! He helped me to climb on his back and we jumped across the window. "Don't forget to close your eyes" he informed.
Before I can ask where we are headed, he was standing still. I opened my eyes. We were in standing in our meadow. He detangled himself from me. It was so quiet there. Just nature voices in the background. Suddenly Edward spoke breaking the air, "watch this".
I turned around, he strike the flowers and grass. Fireflies danced around us in silver moonlight. It delighted me. I have never seen more beautiful than this. Edward paced towards me and whispered in my ear, "dance with me". He placed his hands on my waist and lifted me to slide his feet under mine, just like prom. I giggled. I placed my arms around his neck and we danced in our own melody. He was so graceful. I was so lost in his eyes, that I didn't realize it started raining. He lifted me above inches above from him. Before I could make sense what he was doing. He placed kiss on my lips. Made me shivered but not because of rain was soaking us but Him...
