Lucy had started to learn a few skills with Loke, Capricorn and Virgo who had decided that she needed to know a bit more than what she did. With Capricorn and Loke not showing her any mercy though she had started what she would refer to as Earthland's Hell. Everyday after she performed the regimen she felt pain in areas she didn't even know could hurt.
Of course it didn't help that after she performed her exercises under her spirits' watchful eyes that she also had to spar against them and then empty out her magic container.
Virgo though wasn't very merciful towards her either. She began teaching her a new skill that she had said was useful which included learning how to communicate with sign language and to become comfortable reading lips. They had decided that they would try to keep her lack of hearing a secret considering her penchant luck in the kidnapping department.
That and Virgo had decided to also train her other sense to compensate for what she lacked in hearing. Although by far in her opinion her sense of smell and touch were the strongest.
Shaking her head Lucy stepped it up a bit in her pace as her bare feet hit the grass. This was one of the training regimes that Virgo had created along with Loke and Capricorn she would run as they tried to sneak up on her; she either had to smell them out or feel them out through her feet and snap her whip in their direction.
She growled under her breath lightly as she tried to sniff out the scents that Virgo put in for today. Before she could run any farther Loke appeared in front of her. Stopping dead in her tracks right before she crashed into him she looked at him as he tried to speak in a manner that would make it easier for her to understand him.
"Someone is here." Loke said looking at his master who had cocked her head to the side before shaking it. Holding his hand out to her she placed her own as he traced the letters on her hand. S-T-R-A-N-G-E-R
"Did you see who?" Lucy questioned keeping her voice softer than what she used to. She couldn't remember what the normal volume of her voice was so she preferred to keep it on the lower side.
Loke shook his head as he pointed to the hut where they saw cloaked figures walking around. Suddenly one of them turned around looking straight at her and Loke.
As Loke stared at the figure he recognised the cloaks, he would see them every once in a while in the guild.
"Hey Puss in Boots," Cobra yelled across to him, causing Loke to twitch in irritation. "Why are you and Tit Princess camping? Did you two get hitched or some shit?"
Lucy shook her head, sighing she couldn't even hear him but she knew that whatever came out of his mouth was probably an insult of some sorts. Making her way over to them as Virgo reappeared on her left side with her bandages she sat down on a log. She snorted, if they thought that she would act like she always did they were dead wrong.
Crime Sorciere stood in a circle waiting to be informed of what was going on. Only to be ignored as Lucy sat down and pretended that they didn't exist. What the hell happened?
Cobra who had been listening in heard as though there was something wrong peaking his curiosity. This was interesting. What could Tits be hiding? His eye looked down at the blonde who was now wrapping her feet with some bandages that a pink haired maid was giving her. Sitting on the adjacent log he leaned forward, the maid was good at hiding stuff perhaps Puss would be able to reveal a bit more he thought with a grin.
