Navi hugged her knees and buried her face in her knees. She was fighting the mix of emotions she had. Kandin decided to just show her the video feed of what had taken place. She couldn't believe any of it. Autum was gone and Link had offered up the triforce.
Navi looked out from her cage at Kandin and Lucas who were sitting at a nearby table talking as they drank wine. Who knows how long the two had been chatting. A few hours from what she got out of it. It was clear they were celebrating their victory. Her heart was breaking. Autum had done everything to make sure she was safe, because of that she was killed. What was worse, Link had done it.
Kandin leaned back as she swirled her wine. She looked at him, she decided to ask the question they both were avoiding. "So, what do you think he will wish for?"
Lucas looked at her as he pushed a couple of things on a laptop on the table. "No clue. I think I kinda gave up on the idea of the third one going to show up." He shrugged. "I mean the kid kinda disappeared hard to track someone especially with the time difference in this dimension."
"Who would have imagined that he came to us? I mean willing to toss it all away for a little faerie?" Kandin laughed. "Idiots should have known we can't do much to the faerie. Once you toss one in those cages they can't come out unless you want to teleport on you." She chuckled. "I guess in the worst case I could have shook the cage alot to try to get her to scream."
Lucas chuckled, "All that matters is he did everything we said to. Then again, I doubt she could have teleported in the condition I found her in. Though she probably would have died if we didn't toss her into that cage. But now." He glanced over to Navi. "She could definitely teleport if she got out thanks to that gem."
Getting to her feet Navi hit her hands against the glass."You are bastards!" she screamed at them. She needed to release these feelings. She wished she was normal size. She would punch Kandin right in the face.
Kandin glanced over and chuckled. "Should we tell her, we can't hear her?" She smirked, "About an hour or so out right? Then we get the group together and bam we will get whatever wish the boss wants."
Navi trembled as she listened to them. They had bluffed the group? She fell to her knees and covered her face. What more if they didn't find her she would have died?! She looked up at the blue gem in the cage. She was sure that was radiating a magic energy that was healing her.
Lucas grinned. "Got the blueprints for the interface system so we can use the dimensional faerie for ourselves." He grinned. "Meaning we can go to any planet we want at any time." He held up his glass, taking a drink.
"Anywhere we wanted?" Kandin looked up. "So many choices. Then the rupees here we can sell for so much more than what they are worth! We will live like Kings and queens no matter where we go!" she cheered.
A small beep came from his computer and he looked over. He chuckled as he spun it to her. "Looks like we got some more flight feathers for your cloak." He pointed at Kira who was flying next to his ship looking for a way in.
"Oh a lovely purple." Kandin smirked. "You going to snatch her out of the air? Might damage them if you do." she warned him. She knew the best way to extract them without damaging them.
"Let's see what little plan she has. She is all alone and what our two prisoners, one is a native and the other looks like he is crushed for killing his friends. What are they going to use a dead body against us?" he chuckled at the thought. "I'll go ahead and get some robots ready outside of the cells. To greet our little prison escape when they try to leave the room. That's if she can even open the cells." He spoke as he grabbed the computer, turning it back. "If anything they will bring her in here for us."
Kandin chuckled as she got to her feet. "Aw, letting them seem like they have a chance and then destroying it! I love it." She laughed. She poured herself some more wine as she watched him type.
Strolling up to Navi she tapped her glass against the cage hitting a button so she could hear Navi. Navi was sitting with her back against the cage facing away from her. "Oh, cheer up. You get to see me add more rito feathers to my cloak." she smirked. As she looked at her cloak she made flight feathers.
Navi shuddered as she heard Kandin's voice closer. She was listening to them chat. She slammed her fist down next to her hearing her say that she was going to hurt another rito. She got to her feet and pointed at Kandin. "You're a bitch! I hope that they shoot you right in the head!" she snapped at her.
"You really think that a rito child, a fallen hero and a man who is supposed to be Hyrule's greatest evil can stop us?" Kandin laughed at her. "At most they have one sword if they rob the dead. Doesn't sound much like a fight."
Navi glared at her. "You will regret the moment they get out of those cells." She snipped. "I promise you that they will come here and save me."
Kandin bent down so she was at eye level with Navi. "You know when they fail. I'm going to bring your little blonde in here. I'm going to break his arm he uses for sword fighting and let you listen to his screams. From there I will put a bullet right in his rotary cuff and his arm will never truly be the same. Then we will strip him of his triforce and he will be nothing."
Navi stared at the woman. What the hell was wrong with her, she was sadistic. She shook her head. No Link and Ganondorf would be fine with this rito. What more they didn't know about Celtic. He would be able to change this in their favor right? She bit her lip. If they had Autum, she would have a plan. But without her could they come up with something?
Kandin chuckled at her expression. "What's wrong? Don't want to see your little 'hero' cry out in pain? I mean he did kill two of your friends, shouldn't you want some sort of punishment for him?"
Navi shook her head and looked away. She knew if she kept talking the woman would do something worse. She leaned back against her cage and slid down. She had to believe that they could free her or at least escape. Link couldn't hand over that last piece of the triforce.
"What the hell!?" Lucas spoke up as he stared at the screen. He got up walking over to a large screen in the room. On the screen were the cells and it was Celtic sitting up. "I did multiple reads on both of those bodies. He was dead!" he snapped.
Kandin walked up looking at the screen. "So what. As long as Autum doesn't get up we are good. I assume why little miss faerie has been crying must be for her death then. She pretty much broke down when she saw her die. Versus Celtic she didn't react horribly."
Lucas shook his head. "I'll get out one of the big bots then and set that out on the deck. If they get past the smaller ones they will be greeted by him." he spoke up as he walked back to his laptop.
Kandin studied Celtic. This demon couldn't die? She watched how he reacted to Autum. The woman was dead, she was sure of it. What more, it was clear they were lovers, so he might not be emotionally stable. They could use that. She glanced at Navi who was watching the screen. She smirked that it would be a great toy to have. Something that can't die and she could do what she wanted.
Pulling out her phone dialing on it. She wanted the others to know about this. "Lucas, send this stream to the others. They need to see how we deal with these 'escapees'" she pointed at the screen. As she walked away to get some privacy for the call she was getting on.
Lucas chuckled; it seemed they were going to give the others a show. He typed a few more things on his computer. He winced as there was an explosion from below. He growled typing on his computer. He grabbed his goggles off the table putting them on. Walking over to a small table he grabbed a pair of gloves smirking. He ran out, he knew they would be outside soon and he would get to use one of his new toys.
"We might have an issue, I found something I want." Kandin spoke up as she walked up to Navi's cage. "That demon, Celtic. Yeah.. he can't die it seems… Shot right in the back of the head." She paused as she looked to the door where Lucas ran out.
"I wanted to give you a heads up for when we get there. We will need a way to secure him so he can't run away. I don't know if threatening him with the little faerie will still work." She tapped the top of the cage thinking. "Alright. Also I think him and Autum were lovers or something. He looks like he is taking her death pretty hard. I'll help him get over that." Kandin spoke up as she started to mess with the top of the cage.
Navi was watching Kandin trying to listen to what they were talking about on the phone. She couldn't hear the other person. Sounded like she was just gossiping with someone, what more it sounded like she wanted Celtic! Her attention looked to the top of the cage where there was a blue gem. Her ears went down as she noticed that Kandin was removing it.
"N-No" Navi piped up as she jumped up, flapping her wings. She winced as she noticed more glass was shielding the gem. She looked out at Kandin who closed the top. Her heart sank; she knew that was helping her get her magic back. She slowly hovered back to the bottom of her cage. Her ears were low, she would die without that gem.
Kandin looked at the gem she was holding. "I like the idea." She chuckled as she pocketed the gem. She drummed her fingers on Navi's cage as she listened to the other person on the phone. "Nah, the others shouldn't be an issue. He looks like he is 19 or so… not very impressive." She muttered as she picked up Navi's cage walking out of the room. "Yeah I know it's hard to see on him camera.. Idiot gave up everything for this little dimensional faerie."
Navi looked around as she walked down a small hall into another room. She couldn't believe this woman. Her prisoners were escaping and she was just letting her friend handle it. She was just busy gossiping! She let out a cry as Kandin tossed her cage onto a bed. She hit the side of her cage falling. She sat up in her cage, it was on the side. She looked to Kandin who pulled out a chest setting it on the bed.
"I am going to use that sweet magic rod that the king gave us." Kadin chuckled as she opened it. She pulled out a small rod with a red orb on it. Grinning, she picked it up. "Haven't used it since we declared war and did some fighting. It's going to be fun to use again." She chuckled. She looked at Navi who was watching her. "I'll see you in an hour. Find me something nice to hold him with." she laughed as she hung up her phone.
Kandin chuckled, "Enjoy your magic slowly escaping as we go and gather your friends." She twirled the rod as she left Navi alone.
Celtic leaned against a wall trying to calm his mind. The pain was still rushing his body from waking up. He looked back at Ganondorf and Link. Link pulled his blade out of one of the robots. He closed his eyes knowing that there were going to be more robots outside. He looked at the door, he only could assume it would lead outside.
Ganondorf walked up to Celtic. "You holding up?" He could tell by how he was acting he was in pain. His guess was that being shot still had ill effects on him. What more he knew that Celtic would be torn emotionally now. He prayed that he could bottle up those emotions long enough to get out of this mess.
Celtic nodded a little. "Do you or Link know the layout?" Celtic opened his eyes looking at the two.
"This should put us right out on the deck." Ganondrof pointed to the door. "Looks like the second floor is where the two are hanging out. There is a set of stairs on the other side of the deck to get up there. That's about all I know." He explained to Celtic. He glanced back at Link who clearly was avoiding Celtic. As long as he had his head in the fight he couldn't complain.
"I'll go out first, by now they know they can use lethal force against me. So it's better if we keep some distance" Celtic spoke up. He walked up to the door. He looked back as Ganondorf put his hand on his shoulder.
"Don't do anything too reckless, we need to just buy some time for Kira." he warned. He didn't Celtic risking too much. He had no clue how long it would take him to recover fully from his injuries. Adding new ones on top he was sure wasn't good.
Celtic chuckled weakly. "Don't worry." Looking at the door he walked out knowing whatever out there he was going to have to face. Celtic gritted his teeth as soon as he came out he was hit up against the railing.
Looking at what hit him a large robot that was about 15 or so feet tall was on the deck waiting for them. It had two large hands and didn't seem to have any weapons on it. As for the other robots they seemed to be surrounding the robot making it like an area.
He was sure a couple of his ribs were busted from that hit. He grabbed the railing pulling himself to his feet.
"It would be better for your health if you just give up now." Lucas spoke up. "Even if you can't die, I'm sure the pain alone will knock you out for a while. Considering it took your friend to do a lot to wake you and then you pumped some pain meds. So why don't you just sit back down."
Celtic looked at the robot, he would have to pray he was faster than the robot's swing. He darted at the robot as he pulled back his right fist. He was going to try to hit it hard.
Link winced as he heard something hit against the wall. He gripped his blade and went to leave, but Ganondorf held out his hand. Link looked at him as he looked out the door. He didn't want Celtic to get beaten down for whatever was happening out there.
Ganondorf was looking out the door at the robot. Celtic had got hit into a wall and was slowly getting back to his feet. "There's a large robot out there. When I run out I'm going to see if he will pay attention to me or Celtic. When he does, you need to use your speed to strike that thing. Your friend clearly doesn't have the speed needed to get to it and neither do I. So this will be on you. Be on your toes." Ganondorf spoke up.
Gripping his sword Ganondorf ran out. He wished he had the triforce he could brute for the same thing or at least his sword. He started to run around to the back of the robot. He knew he needed to get Lucas' attention. He gritted his teeth as he watched it grab onto Celtic. He had to charge now.
Celtic screamed out as the robot started to crush him. He had been doing everything to keep pushing past the pain from being shot and waking up. This was more than he couldn't bear it with all of it.
Ganondorf ran up swinging into it's leg. He gritted his teeth as he was swatted away. He hit into the ground sliding next to some bots. He looked up, they didn't seem to react, it was clear that Lucas was going to toy with them with his big bot. That was good, it meant that Kira might have time to shut down the small bots.
Link gripped his sword tight as he watched the two. He needed to wait till the right moment to run in. If he ran in early it would ruin their chances to win against this bot. Watching Ganondorf as he got to his feet running around the bot to get to Celtic who was still being held.
The moment the robot's other hand reached out for Ganondorf he darted out. He had to pray he got into the circuits of the bot. He yelled out as it used the hand holding Celtic to hit him. Link slammed into knocking him off his feet. Link gritted his teeth as he rolled away to get some distance.
Ganondorf did the only thing he could think of. He slashed at the hand. He winced as the blade got stuck a bit of the ways through, but it stopped it. He pulled back his blade ready. He watched the robot jerked it's arm back and swung back at him faster. He stumbled back barely dodging it. It was clear he was going to have to be on the defensive. He was hoping to free Celtic.
Kira hung off the side of the railing off of the ship. She was waiting for a clear moment. Pulling herself up as she looked at the crowd of robots. She closed her eyes as she could hear the screams from Celtic. Shaking her head, she had to go now.
Climbing over the railing she ran up to the bikes. She grabbed Autum's bag and started to dig through it. Pausing as she pulled out the device that Celtic showed her. Pushing the series of buttons on it turned on. Looking at it count down as it beeped a few times. She winced as she saw some of the bots that were hovering hit the ground. She prayed it would be enough to help the group.
Kira got to her feet, she needed a better view of what was happening. She looked up at the mast, which clearly was just there for decoration. She knew it should give her the best view of what was happening. She jumped up flying up to get a spot to land.
Link noticed as the robot had its attention on Ganondorf. He had to now. He prayed he could help Celtic. He charged again, watching for it to move with Celtic. The arm came swinging at him, he dropped to the ground and rolled. Getting to his knees he swung up into the robot's arm. He gritted his teeth when his blade hit the metal, he had to pray his blade could cut the metal. He pushed hard, it tore into the arm.
The robot dropped Celtic, it seemed he managed to hit a wire or something that controlled it's grip. Pulling the blade out quickly as the robot pulled his arm away. He wouldn't risk losing his blade. "Celtic!" Link ran up next to him pointing his blade at the robot who clearly was examining the damage of it's arm.
Celtic pushed himself to his knees. He held his side from the pain. "Remember I can't die! You don't need to risk anything for me! You need to stop it to save Navi!" Celtic yelled at him. He couldn't risk Link's emotions for him to get in the way. He knew he was a much more emotional fighter than Autum. He couldn't let this kid try to sacrifice himself to save him, it would be fruitless.
Link heard his words, but shook his head. He couldn't let Celtic get injured or any worse than he was. He darted at the bot he needed to be swift. Easily dodging the arm he went to swing against but was hit hard, by something else. He screamed out as he rolled away. He looked at his arm that looked like it was burned. His ears perked as he heard laughing.
Kandin grinned as she twirled the rod. She watched him, it was clear he is the only one who had the speed to do something about Lucas' robot. She needed to get him out of the picture. She pointed at him as another blast came out of the rod at Link.
Link got to his feet running. He couldn't get hit again by that. What more he needed to watch the robot as well. He had to keep going and not think of the pain in his arm. Moving behind the robot out of her view. He needed to stay out of her view hopefully to avoid her attacking.
Celtic looked up at Ganondorf who was pinned to the ground by one of the hands. This wasn't good, they were trying to keep Link out of the fight. He had to make a go at it. He charged at the robot. He knew if he could get a good hit.
Celltic cried out as Ganondrof was thrown into him. The two hit the ground. Celtic let out a cry as he held his side. He knew it was bad from getting tossed about. He looked at Ganondorf who was pushing himself to get to his feet.
"Damit.." Ganondorf muttered under his breath, he didn't have a weapon any more. He looked back at Celtic, he didn't look good. They clearly were losing this battle, what more they understood that Link would be able to get to that bot.
"Can you stand?" Ganondrof asked as he held out his hand to Celtic. Pulling Celtic to his feet. "You look worse for wear, you sure you can keep going?"
Celtic chuckled lightly. "Got to." He looked to the robot who was now going after Link. It was clear that his training with Autum had greatly improved the teen. He bit his lip, he looked at the other robots, they clearly weren't online. Good at least Kira got the emp to work.
Ganondrof looked at Celtic and shook his head. "You're barely standing… you need to stay back." He suggested. He needed to get to his blade, it was clear Lucas and Kandin's focus was on Link. He would have to take the chance and go. He darted for his blade.
Celtic stumbled back holding his side. He lifted up his shirt, a bruise was forming, he was sure that was bad news. He needed to keep going. He shook his head, he needed to do something. Spotting the robots that had shut down. He stumbled towards them. Maybe he could use something from them.
Link blacked flipped dodging another magic attack. He ducked under the robot's arm darting at it. He looked at Kandin who was moving to keep him in sight. He needed to get to her, if he could get her out of the picture. Issue was they were keeping him from getting close to the stairs or the robot. So all he could do was stay on the defensive.
Kandin grinned as she saw Link in her view. She took a step forward to get a better shot, she yelped out as she couldn't move. She looked back. Kira was holding her cloak. "Oh the little rito shows herself." She grinned, aiming the rod at Kira firing at her.
Kira dodged it and jumped in the air. She had been watching the fight. She needed to keep this woman occupied for the others. She cried out as she was hit in the leg from the magic. She had to keep flying.
Kandin smirked as she watched Kira. She turned looking back at Link. She had to make sure he kept his distance from the robot. She pointed the rod at him firing. She gritted her teeth as her hair was pulled. "I'll kill you!" she screamed out trying to grab Kira.
Link's ears perked as he looked at Kandin. He shook his head, he had to go now. He darted at the robot. Lucas had his attention on Ganondorf with one of his hands. This was it. Dodging another attack he jumped at the robot stabbing down into its chest. He gritted his teeth when his sword slabbed into the robot. He tried to hold on to the sword, but he felt the robo falling. He let go, dropping to the ground. Backing up he watched the robot hit the ground.
His attention went to Kira who screamed out. He ran up grabbing his blade out of the bot. He darted for the stairs. He had to help Kira, she gave him the opening he needed. Now he needed to return the favor.
Kandin had Kira on the ground pinned with her foot. She was holding one of her arms up as her other hand was pointing the rod at Kira, "You move any closer hero I promise she won't survive a shot at this close. Drop the blade now." Kandin smirked at him as he dropped it. "You want to know how you get their flight feathers to show?"
Kira screamed out as Kandin twisted her arm and her flight feathers shot out. She couldn't do anything from the weight of the woman. She whimpered, the woman was digging her foot into her back. She shook her head, she couldn't lose her feathers as well.
Link glared at her. This woman was twisted in the head. "Let her go." He snapped. "Or what?!" Kandin laughed. "I have the cards here! You do anything I kill her! Then from there what?" Kandin snapped. Before she could say anything else a small robot slammed into her side knocking her off of Kira. She hit the ground.
Kandin held her arm where she was hit, it was shattered from the force. She looked at Link who had ran up grabbing the rod. She looked up at him as he pointed the rod at her. "You won't do it." Kadin smirked. "The moment you kill me your little faerie dies. I have what she needs to live".
Link bit his lip. It was a bluff right? He needed to decide something. Part of him thought about shooting her in the leg so she couldn't escape. He kept the rod pointed at her face. No, this woman had done horrors. He was sure it was her idea for him to kill Celtic and Autum. If she dared try to escape it was on her now. "Don't move." he snapped.
Ganondorf leaned up against a wall and chuckled. He looked at Celtic who had full force thrown one of the robots at Kandin. Looking at the fallen robo, it seems Celtic and Kira were the push they needed to win this. He walked up Autum's blade he was using, picking it up. He knew he needed to get to Lucas before he escaped. He pushed himself up the stairs.
Kira rolled over getting to her feet. She retracted her flight feathers looking at Link who was holding Kandin hostage. Looking back at Ganondorf who ran past her. She bit her lip, not sure if she should follow or not.
"Kira!" Link spoke up. "In the bags there are shackles, go grab a set!" He prayed she would listen. Though a part of him wanted to fire the rod on this woman, but that wasn't who he was. He glanced at Kira who ran and jumped off the second floor to get to the bags quicker.
Kira stumbled as she landed. She looked at Celtic who was digging through a bag. She ran up to him. "A-are you ok?" She asked him. She looked at what he held up to her. Slowly she took the shackles from him. She wanted to help him but knew she needed to get the shackles. "I'll be back." She spoke up as she ran and flew off.
Celtic slowly opened a med kit grabbing something and shot it into his side. His hand shook as he dropped the medical gun. He closed his eyes as his body shook. He was drowning in all the pain he was in.
Slowly he grabbed another set of shackles out of the bag. He needed a set for Lucas as well. He looked at the gun he had pulled out of Autum's bag. Grabbing it, he checked the clip, there was more than enough to deal with the two. Pushing himself to his feet he started to slowly make his way to where Kandin was.
