"Don't make me repeat myself, Satoru," Kagome sighs, something she wished she didn't do as often as she actually did. The white-haired male puts his hands up in defense, a cheeky smile on his face.

"Crystal clear, 'Gome." Kagome could feel his wink from his tone alone, rolling her eyes and heading inside. "We'll be back soon, 'kay?" he calls after her.

"Take your time," she answers dismissively.

"See you in a bit, Kagome!" Nobara chimes before they completely disappear. Said Miko, however, was lost in her mind about the curse living inside Itadori.

Considering the only way many use to gain an item's power is to consume it, and the only thing left of the King of Curses are his fingers. Kagome cringes slightly at the thought of Itadori eating one of the fingers if not more. Grabbing necessities and writing a note for her family, Kagome then changes from her uniform and into a casual skirt and t-shirt combo. She sighs knowing she had finally given into persistent Shaman and was wondering how she would live in his world. Why had he been so insistent to begin with? Was there a need for pure energy in a society that was thriving off of curse energy? Kagome would be the odd one out, yet she wouldn't be alone in that sense. Itadori was in the same sort of situation of alienation.

Feeling the group of four getting close to her area, Kagome heads outside to get a good look at her home before leaving for what could be the last time. No goodbyes, no tears, no waiting for her family to get home. This was it. "Ready to go, 'Gome?" Satoru smirks proudly.

I know this is sudden, but I'm going on another adventure, and I won't be coming home for a while. No, it's not the adventure I had with Inuyasha. Remember the guy named Gojo Satoru that would bug every now and then? Well… He finally convinced me to join him.

I'll visit the first chance I get and tell you everything like I always do. I love you all so much. Sota, be good for Mama, I know you will be strong while I'm gone. Grandpa, try to take it easy and not overdo yourself like always, use the tea blend I made you for your weak stomach.

And Mama, I'm doing the best I can to protect the world again. I hope I make you proud.
