I won't say I'm back permanently, but for now. Whenever I have free time this summer that doesn't involve work, I will be on Fanfiction writing. This chapter will hopefully hold you, readers, until whenever the next update. As usual, I don't own anything except my OC's, on with the story
At Nikki's Place
Kyoya was sitting on the couch reading his old text messages until Jamie plops down next to him
Jamie: Whatcha reading?
Kyoya: These 1K text messages. I forgot that I gave Lily my number because man, I did not know we were that close enough that she just told me what really happen on that ski trip
Jamie: I mean, you guys did hang out sometimes outside of school
Kyoya: Yeah, but she was with Ginga. Like sure all of our friends were there, but she mostly talked to Ginga
Jamie: So what really happened that shocks you
Kyoya: Well, Ryuga and I love to joke about how Ginga and Lily had sex and Ginga used to be down my throat saying that it didn't happen. Well according to Lily, it did happen
Jamie: Woah, I thought brothers tell each other everything
Kyoya: We haven't had enough time to catch up with our Jones shenanigans. Besides, every time Ryuga or I brought it up Madoka was around. He's probably nervous to talk about what he did at Jones with Madoka
Jamie: I mean I would too if I left behind a possible love interest. But how is she going to react if she comes to the reunion and meets the "others"
Kyoya: One, I really hope when the reunion comes around, Madoka will choose not to go. Two, if she decides to go, you are going to help me convince Ginga on why this is a major bad idea.
Jamie: Trust me, I think all of us will pitch in on this conversation
The doorbell rings as Nicole went to answer the door. Ginga, Dragonite, and Ryuga came in and notice that Kyoya and Jamie are sitting on the couch.
Kyoya: Nikki was already up
Ginga: You could've said you got that
Kyoya: I really could, but why lie
They all gather in Nicole's living room as Kyoya open up his voicemail to the messages. When the voicemail said you have 46 messages, everyone looked at him
Kyoya: Okay I got bored and started listening to them. It was mostly silence so you really didn't miss anything
Voicemail #4: "Hey bro, just wondering if you got to school safely. I know I probably won't hear from you for a while now, so try to write if you can. Love you
Ryuga: Did you write?
Kyoya: I mean yeah since we had that pen pal project thing back in Freshmen Year and I chose my sister.
Dragonite: And not Blue?
Kyoya: It was not one of the things that were on my mind around that time
Voicemail #5: Hey it's William, I wanted to ask you something before I left Jones. Call me back
Voicemail #6: Hey, can you please return my call. This is important. Don't tell me that principal at the school is as weird as we thought he was.
Voicemail #7: Well, I'm liking this girl. Like really hard, but the thing is, I feel like she doesn't feel the same way
Voicemail #8: Turns out she knows you. She got a little embarrassed when I mention your name and that I knew you. Do you two have a thing?
Voicemail #9: I guess you're not gonna tell me. I'll just ask her for myself
Dragonite: What are the odds that Blue is the next few?
Jamie: How much are you willing to bet?
Kyoya: Jamie!
Ginga: I usually don't support this, but I bet she's the next four
Ryuga: Five
Dragonite: Nine
Nicole: Six
Jamie: Seven
Kyoya: I can't believe you'll really betting
Dragonite: While I can't believe it's not butter but hey, we all moved on. Let's bet up to $10 per person
Voicemail #10: Hey it's Hikaru, we need to talk
Voicemail #11: Kyoya this is serious, I need to tell you something. I know you are away but please answer
Voicemail #12: Well since you're not picking up. I guess I'm just going to come out and say it, I like you
Voicemail #13: It has been a week since I confessed to you and yet you haven't responded or anything. I guess you really didn't feel the same way. I would rather hear you say that instead of having me infer
Voicemail #14: Kyoya bro, it's William again. Guess I was wrong about you and Hikaru. I'm going to make my move. Wish me luck
Ginga: Pay up!
Ryuga: I should've known not to play with you when it comes to making bets
Jamie: Let's ration this out. Our phones were cut off at Orientation which was two weeks into the year. The time between William and Hik-
Dragonite: Blue! We're calling her Blue
Jamie: The time between William and...Blue was an extra added week. Then she confessed and didn't call you back until a week later
Nicole: That's a lot of Math but it sounds like that was around homecoming dance when the theme was Slow Jamz
Ryuga: That was surprisingly a good night
Ginga: For who?
Kyoya: Now Ginga, we all know when you first met Lily you two had an "interesting" connection
Jamie, Nicole, Dragonite: What you mean?!
Ryuga: A very "close" connection
Ginga: Okay I get it, but it wasn't serious
Kyoya: Really "Roomie", because I couldn't tell for the next two weeks if it was serious or a fling because I was too busy looking for different living conditions until my prayers were answered and Ryuga finally kicked his roommate out
Jamie: So did you two like had a fling basically every year of high school
Ginga: Not every year
Nicole: Sophomore year ski trip counts
Ginga: Then yes every year, but pay up. I want my $40
Kyoya: Let's see, around homecoming was I liking someone?
Nicole: *coughs and hiss*
Ryuga: Hmmm, I don't think so
Ginga: Maybe Sakura?
Kyoya: She was just cute, nothing else besides that
Nicole: *coughs louder*
Kyoya: Jamie you see your sister coughing. Get her some water or a cough drop
Jamie: Clueless
Kyoya: I see her and know what she doing, obviously coughing is not making me change my statement
Nicole: You knew you liked me during Freshmen Year
Kyoya: Now are you sure you want to say the first part of Freshmen Year?
Nicole: Yes
Kyoya: Nope, I was a confused child
Ryuga: Confused child my ass. He was debating on Hot Sandy (punched in the shoulder by Dragonite)
Nicole: What about her?
Ginga: Kyoya was her first and longest victim. She stopped pursuing him when you two started dating
Nicole: You're lying
Dragonite: He's not. I actually talked with Sandy and she was on him until you started, well you know
Jamie: Remember the staring problem that I kept bringing up
Nicole: It was not a problem, it's a habit that I'm working on
Kyoya: And how is that going?
Nicole: Not bad, but back to the drama
Voicemail #15: Hey, I think that's kind of wrong of you to not give Hikaru an answer. She was really downed about that but don't worry, some girl named Madoka comfort her. She's kind of cute as well. Hmmm, the options. What do you know about Madoka?
Ginga: Was I ever friends with him?
Kyoya: Yes and no. I mean you only hung out with him if I was there, but you did help him out when he asked you and vice versa
Voicemail #16: So I won't pursue Madoka, it looks like she already liking someone as well, but she won't tell me who. I have a feeling from the pictures in her office that it's Ginga. Anyway, I asked out Hikaru for a date and she said yes. Wish me luck
Voicemail #17: Since you never gave me an answer, I guess I'll just move on and forget about all my feelings for you.
Ryuga: Forget and all are such strong words for her
Kyoya: Hush up
Voicemail #18: Hey Kyoya Buddy! So I saw Hikaru hanging around this guy recently. I thought that since you liked her, I should let you know that she is with someone else now. Did you want me to approach her?
Voicemail #19: Kyoya, it's Hyoma. Weren't you dating Hikaru? Is she cheating on you? I'm going to follow her
Ginga: Oh God
Kyoya: Please tell me he did not tell follow her
Ginga: I never asked him or even knew that he was interested into that kind of stuff
Ryuga: So you are just going to pretend that Hyoma didn't recite in full detail on how you chose Kyoya as a close friend than he is when the two of you guys went on a road trip
Ginga: He probably saw since we were in Koma
Kyoya: Some of the things that he recited since I DO remember that was from the old hangout and B-Pit. Care to explain that?
Ginga: Voicemail 20
Voicemail #20: So I didn't spy on her...well alone. I had a partner in crime to help me as the two of them went to the movies to see that romantic comedy
Voicemail #21: Hey it's Tsubasa, Hyoma forced me to help him "spy"
Kyoya: Of all people
Nicole: Could've been worse
Dragonite: Could've been Benkei
Ginga: Or my dad
Kyoya:...Good point
Voicemail #22: *Birthday Sex plays for 30 seconds*
Jamie: What?
Kyoya: Moving on
Jamie: But aren't you going to
Kyoya: I'm not questioning it
Voicemail #23: Hey Kyoya, it's Madoka. I know it's really rare that I call you but I need to ask you something. Call me back
Voicemail #24: Hey it's me again. I wanted to know since I'm not friends with a lot of girls and I'm shy to ask Hikaru about this, can you send me a number of a girl that you can trust with anything and everything?
Kyoya: Do you see what I mean now?
Ginga: The aspect of Madoka calling you or the fact that you know plenty of girls?
Kyoya: The ladder, I don't know that many people personally
Jamie: If you would've answered, who number would you give?
Kyoya: Most likely my sister
Voicemail #25: Nevermind, I ran into Sophie while I was out and she answered my question. Don't worry about it
Voicemail #26: Yo-Yo, I miss your ice cream. When are you coming back?
Kyoya: Wow Yu
Ryuga: I feel like you two only interact when you give him sweets or you make him do normal stuff
Ginga: Like a Sweets Daddy
Kyoya: Never
Voicemail #27: Get back to work or I'm shoving my shovel all the way up your *deleted*
Ryuga: Some of us like to hear the rest
Kyoya: Some of us have a strong creativity to know what she about to say
Voicemail #28: Brother, something big just happened. Call me
Voicemail #29: Brother, you will never believe who just called me, please answer so I can connect you with the call
Voicemail #30: You missed it, Mom called. Like our real mom
Kyoya drops the phone
