Welcome old and new readers! This part of the story will be split up into different parts filled with confusion, romance and of course, drama. The only thing I own is my OC's and there will be characters that I make it up for story filler so they are also by me, but only for this section. Randy will be making a return for this part, but Dezzy sadly won't, but she will be mentioned. Now with announcements out of the way, enjoy the story!
Day 1 of Reunion
They all agreed on Ginga's house being the meetup spot since her house is the closest to the highway. Ryuga and Dragonite were already there watching, along with Ginga, Madoka eating breakfast. After her fifth plate filled with pancakes, she looks up to see that she is being stared at.
Madoka: Don't look at me
Ryuga: That's kind of hard to do
Dragonite: Especially when you wrapped a slice of bacon around 3 sausage links, then put it on top of a sausage patty
Ginga: Then drowned it in syrup
Madoka: I'm hungry
Ryuga/Dragonite/Madoka: We see
Ryuga's phone bings with a message from Silvermist. He checks to see if they have room in the car for one more person
Ryuga: Didn't you tell me that Silvermist has a ride to the reunion?
Dragonite: That's what she told me, why?
Ryuga: She just ask me does the car have room for one more person
Dragonite: Tell her no
Ginga: I'm pretty sure we do, I mean it's only 6 of us
Dragonite: Did you forget how Kyoya's car is set up? Maybe if we were taking your car yeah
Ryuga: I'm surprised six of us can fit due to his back seat
Dragonite: He remodeled it just for all of our stuff to fit. Besides, we are sitting in pairs
Ryuga: Now she's calling me, I'll be back -steps out of the room-
Ginga: Talk to one of your best friends, what is up?
Dragonite: I love her, I really do, but she just, talks to Ryuga a lot lately. They're best friends so I'm not mad, but there are things that I feel like she can talk with Tsubasa about
Ginga: Like?
Dragonite: Anything at this point! Ryuga, come to the store with me, Ryuga want to check out this new restaurant, Ryuga buy me this, Ryuga come over and help me with this
Ginga: Someone sounds jealous
Dragonite: Wouldn't you sound like that if every time your s/o gets pulled away by your best friend when their s/o could've done it instead? On the daily?
Ginga: When you put it that way, yes
Dragonite: Trust me, I know she won't cheat on Eagle boy with Ryuga, but why now she wants to constantly be around him? I hope he tells her there isn't any room in the car
Ginga: It's bad enough Kyoya dealing with relationship issues, we can't have you dealing with them as well. You two have the worst temper out of the rest of us
Dragonite: Speaking of Kyoya, did he tell you about his conversation with Hikaru?
Ginga: Not much on it, but he said he will tell me either on the car ride or when we get to the hotel
Dragonite: Did he sound, happy?
Ginga: He sounded like his regular self, but you know he's bringing Hikaru here for the weekend so we can watch for body language. What time did Nikki and Jamie said they are coming?
Dragonite: They said they should be here in fifteen minutes
Ginga: Kyoya should be on his way
And as if, by magic, the door opens to reveal Hikaru carrying two bags
Madoka: Best friend! -runs to hug Hikaru- How have you been?
Hikaru: Getting better, how about you?
Madoka: Ginga, Ryuga and Dragonite were teasing me on the way that I was eating
Ginga: We weren't teasing you
Madoka: Whatever, this is going to be a fun weekend. Just waiting on Tsubasa to come and this will be a party
Hikaru: Kyoya is outside by his car -Dragonite grabs her stuff and goes outside-
Ginga: Thanks for watching Madoka for me
Hikaru: You're welcome. It's the least I can do, but she is in good hands. I'm her best friend
Ginga: Best friends always help each other out no matter the circumstances
Ryuga, returning back to the room: No matter what. I assume that Kyoya is outside
Hikaru: Yeah
Ginga and Ryuga grab their stuff and helps load them into Kyoya's car. They see Kyoya looks fine, but Dragonite wants to know how he really feels
Dragonite: So
Kyoya: What?
Ginga: How you feel?
Kyoya: Fine
Ryuga: How you really feel?
Kyoya: Can we not talk about this right now?
Dragonite: Then when?
Kyoya: Just not now
Ginga: Well, are you two back together?
Kyoya: No, not officially
Ryuga: But yall are considering?
Kyoya: I don't have the answer right now. We are still talking and agreed that after the reunion we will talk
Dragonite: Okay, but what about Nikki?
Kyoya: What about Nikki?
Ginga: You two got extremely close the last two weeks and she was there when yall talk and I'm pretty sure you gave us the same answer as what you gave us
Kyoya: She can do whatever she wants to do this weekend
Ryuga: And what if she wants to be with you?
Kyoya: I doubt that. Since I haven't told her what happen she swears that she's going to flirt with other guys at the reunion and make sure that I'm watching
Dragonite: And I'm going to date, Randy. What these two statements have in common is that they're both lies. You two just know how to get under each other skins
Ryuga: Figuratively and physically
Kyoya: Shut up, so what's this driving schedule because I'm not driving the whole way there
Ginga: You start, halfway through Ryuga will drive to the hotel. On the way back I will start, and halfway through you will drive home
Kyoya: Sounds reasonable, now will be there be 6 of us or 7?
Ryuga: 6, I told Silvermist to make up with her previous driving arrangements
Dragonite, mumbling: Thank you, Lord
Jamie and Nikki pull up next to Kyoya's car. Ginga and Ryuga walk over to help unload their stuff and transfer it to Kyoya's car. Jamie runs to hug Kyoya
Jamie: Hey best friend
Kyoya: You literally just saw me last night and technically this morning
Jamie: I know, but I wasn't fully awake to realize that. I'm going to uncover my food stash in your house -runs into the house-
Nikki slowly walks up to Kyoya as Kyoya realizes what she is wearing around her neck. She is wearing a necklace that he gave for their first anniversary. He is surprised that she still has it
Kyoya: Nice necklace
Nicole: It is ain't it
Kyoya: I don't get a hug?
Nicole: I feel like Jamie hugged you for the both of us
Kyoya: But I want a hug from you
Nicole: We hugged this morning before you left to get your girlfriend
Kyoya: She's not my girlfriend
Nicole: At the moment
Kyoya: Nikki
Nicole: You don't have to hide i-
Kyoya pulls Nicole into a hug, shocking Nicole. Getting over the shock, Nicole smiles as she wraps her arms around Kyoya's neck to return the hug. They stay like that until Ginga and Ryuga decide to ruin the moment and honk Kyoya's horn, separating them
Ginga: We have miles to travel
Kyoya: Don't remind me. We should be there before dusk
Jamie: And if not?
Kyoya: That just means we are going out to eat somewhere else duh
Ryuga: Well, tell your wife that you're leaving. We don't have time for crazy prego women
Ginga: Madoka, we are heading out
Madoka, with Hikaru trailing behind her to make sure that she doesn't fall, runs outside and into Ginga's arms
Madoka: I'll miss you so much, babe
Ryuga, mumbling to Kyoya: Until her next food craving
Kyoya, mumbling back: Who you're telling. The way Dragonite told me how she ate breakfast
Ginga: I'll miss you too. Tsubasa should be here any minute and I left all the information for you on the counter
Madoka: See you Sunday -kisses Ginga-
Hikaru saunters toward Kyoya as Ryuga goes to hide behind the truck to eavesdrop
Hikaru: I know you don't have to do this, but could you text me when you make it there
Kyoya: Sure
Hikaru: Have fun this weekend. I know you need this type of reliever
Kyoya laughs a little: If you think Jones is more fun than stressful, you're the crazy one
Hikaru: I'm glad I am able to make you laugh still
Kyoya: See you around
Before Kyoya could walk off, Hikaru grabs his face and kisses him on the cheek before heading to Madoka. Ryuga shakes his head as walks back towards him
Ryuga: By the end of this weekend, can you please decide who you want to be with
Kyoya: What are you talking about?
Ryuga: Technically you're still with Hikaru, but you two are on a break which makes you a free man. While being a free man, I don't care how bad you trying to convince us, but you have been mad flirting with Nikki these two weeks
Kyoya: Flirting, really?
Ryuga: Okay, being yall selves, but dude, you're going to stand here and convince me that old feelings for Nikki aren't sparking
Kyoya: Maybe some old feelings are sparking, but I know what I'm doing
Ryuga: Look, all I'm saying that in the end, someone is going to be sad and not be with you because you choose the other girl. I know deep down you still love Hikaru and want to make things right, but you got WAY too close with Nikki to the point where you two had sex. Twice might I add, and she told you in her sleep that she still loves you
Kyoya: Ginga told you that, didn't he?
Ryuga: Between the three of us, nothing gets passed us without the other knowing. Please just think about it over the weekend while you get jealous over other guys trying to flirt with Nikki
Kyoya: No other guy shouldn't be flirting with her in the first place
Ryuga: Jealous
Kyoya: Shut up
As the gang starts to load into Kyoya's car, Tsubasa finally makes it to Ginga's house
Tsubasa: Sorry I'm late, Silvy kept me in until her ride finally came. I'm surprised you didn't invite her to come with Ryuga
Ryuga: Well, since it's road trip with the gang I didn't want to invite her so she could feel like an outsider
Ginga: Or with how the seating already is someone is going to be lapping up and with Kyoya driving for the first half and I'm shotgun, that leaves Ryuga in the back with three other girls and most likely she will be sitting next to him
Kyoya: And I don't have time for bloodshed
Tsubasa: I thought Dragonite and Silvy are best friends
Ryuga: They are
Ginga: But no matter how tomboyish Dragonite is, she's still a girl who is capable of being jealous
Kyoya: And will fight
Ginga: By the way, who is she riding with?
Tsubasa: I think his name is Randy
Ryuga: That means she will show up to the meet n greet drunk
Kyoya: Oooo, flirty Silvy
Tsubasa: Could you watch over her to make sure she doesn't make decisions she will regret?
Ginga: Are specifically asking Ryuga or all of us because we can ask Nikki and Jamie too
Kyoya: For precautionary reasons, but we got this
Ginga: Just make sure Madoka knows that I didn't leave her and I'm at the reunion. When she goes emotion crazy, she tends to forget things
Tsubasa: I'll call if things go crazy
Ginga: Thanks again. Enjoy girls' night
Kyoya: It should be, a blast
Tsubasa: Oh hush
The guys piled in the car as they take off onto the road to their reunion.
