"Is this some kind of sick joke!?" Yells Miho.

"I don't know but whoever they are they will pay." Replies Erika in an angry tone.

They were starting at a piñata shaped like Koume. Not very happy about its existence. Something like this would not fly for a party in the base where people are some of the most valuable resources around. If it was something like a dragon or unicorn it would be fine but something like a vampire or fairy probably wouldn't fly with some of our residents.

How's perp for the party going? Asks Ryder. Then he notices the piñata. "What kind of sick joke is that?"

"Honestly we don't know, I was left here for us. The only this was this note that says: From Arthur." They reply.

"Call the shrine maiden and her buddy's we are going there." Ryder sentimentaly looks at the piñata. "Even the devil has morals but it seems like this guy hasn't."

"Frankly I agree," interjects Google. "By the seems of an early remark, we are going here?" She asks well a map appears on the screen she is on.

Ryder walks over to a bookshelf in the corner of the room and grabs some books. "It's one of these I'm sure of it, come on let's go."

Somewhere in North Central USA.

Time: unknown.

Weather: nonexistent.

"This place still gives me the creeps-" Akane shivers "-like a ghost will pop out at any moment"

"Well if anything does show up you got a gun to deal with it," jokes Farley.

"You know guns don't have an effect on ghosts." Retorts Akane. "What was this place again?"

"A U.N. research facility from to documents we found." Explains Ryder.

Zzzzt, zzzzt. Sparks from broken wires and electronics. Our team continues moving through this ruined facility. A door to a much bigger room can be seen up ahead.

"We are almost there," comments Reimu.

They walk into the room. The room is lined with broken computers and scattered documents. Tho the most notable thing is at the end of the room a device that looks like a portal structure from a Sci-fi film or something.

"That's what we need right?" Asks Miho well pointing at the machine.

"It's the one we came through" answers, Marisa.

"And we haven't seen our home since then, but I'm not homesick I'm the strongest," chips Cirno. "Waaaa- I miss my home!" Cirno's facade quickly falls apart.

"We are working in that still," Ryder responds well look through the papers.

The on he was looking at now writing of failed attempts to return the people from Gensokyo home. The writing says: 'attempt one: failure. Gensokyo had a beach.', 'attempt two: failure. Scarlett devil mansion was a tower.'. Unfortunately, the last one was scribbled out.

"Ugh. Do we have to work through all this-" mako looks at the pile of books and papers. "-I'd rather sleep."

"Still there's a lot of books." Comments Saori.

Well, they look through the books they see the names of the different books. "Dust devils" must be dusty one of them thinks. "Speedster and spymaster" I wonder if this is a spy story thinks another. "Dragon of Oarai" I don't remember Ooarai having dragons. "Wundermotor", "Rise above the x" and "∞:∞"

"Infinity by Infinity?" Questions Miho.

"Oh, that fic! I remember reading that. It's an old one, one of the first I ever read." Ryder responds, he notices what she was looking at.

They continue shifting through the pile of papers and books. When Ryder makes a noise that he won something. He picks up a book and puts it in the machine. After doing that the machine flares to life. The center fills up with this purplish stuff that when looking at seems to have a liquid-like texture.

The book he put in reads "Dimension Hopper".

"Everyone ready?" Asks Ryder.

"Yes, Sir," everybody responds in unison.

Now let's find the Arthur guy and give him hell" encourage Ryder.

They start walking through the portal. When Google notices an error message. "Warning too many signatures"

"Uh oh that's not good," she comments to herself.

She turns the program running the portal to a human form and giving it instructions to watch over the portal. She then hitches a ride on Ryder's phone.

Somewhere in Japan in another version of earth.

Boom! A purple pillar appears and looks like it goes endless into the sky.

"Nena do you know what that is?" Asks Charlie.

"Unfortunately I do not Charlie but I don't like it," replies Nena.

Author's note:

Am I going to explain this? No, I will not. Also, I blame Cosmic for this. in the spot where I referenced fics I would have liked to reference a whole lot more but at this point is was getting too big that it seemed pointless.
