Story Start!

He was just watching.

"So, the test trials have all started to work out, and though the Phenex family are complaining about the lack of social status... Naruto?" Ajuka asked as he looked at Naruto, just staring down at Earth with a small smile on his face.

Naruto said nothing.

"I'm listening."

"The construction of a total of 100 domes will proceed, it should be done in about 2 weeks, the week long test from the young devils has been going well. What is your opinion on quickly moving our species to the moon?" Ajuka wanted to know what Naruto thought about it.

Naruto just watched Earth.

"Our species?"

"You're human, but you're one of us... Earth is really beautiful, isn't it... you can go back if you want." Ajuka mentioned as he looked at Earth as well. He noticed that Naruto was in Sage Mode, but otherwise he seemed like he was more interested in something else that was happening. Naruto just scratched the back of his head.

Ajuka didn't know.

'Half of the human population is being wiped out, maybe all of it... this feels familiar to me.' Naruto thought as he sensed gods fighting down on the planet, and great fires spreading, wiping out humanity. They felt like the northern gods were fighting amongst each other for dominance and control of something, and other gods were getting involved with the fight.

Round 2.

Full circle.

Naruto just watched though as he felt the end of humanity once more, knowing that one day in the long off future that humanity would be right back. Once the humans all died, the gods would die as well with them anyway given time. Then the entire circle would start once more from scratch, only this time he might not be around to see it, or he wouldn't be on Earth to see it.

"Anyway, we're introducing carbon dioxide to the trees, and noticed that once we do so it kick starts their ability to make oxygen. Hopefully with time enough oxygen will be produced that we won't need the domes... another solution would be to artificially make oxygen using your chakra. Since your chakra can be turned into the wind element from nothing, we will study it and see if we can't induce a form change into oxygen... over your head?" Ajuka asked with an awkward smile.

Sirzechs teleported.

"AJUKA! Earth, Loki has started Ragnarok, humanity is being wiped out as we speak!" Sirzechs went to his friend and shouted out.

Ajuka looked at Naruto.

"You... I see..." Ajuka suddenly understood the prophecy a little better.

Naruto was both the Destroyer and the Savior, whatever side he was on was saved, but whatever side he abandoned was destroyed. Naruto did not side with the gods or humans, and thus they were among the first to be destroyed on Earth. They had been so preoccupied with working on the moon, that they had completely missed what was going on down on Earth. The movements of the Khaos Brigade had completely been missed by them this time.

"Full circle."

"Full circle?" Sirzechs asked Naruto with some confusion.

"It's enough just to evacuate the Underworld, humanity is always the first thing to perish... and then the gods die. Right now the gods are fighting each other, a war had been sparked between them... it's come full circle again back to destruction... and in the future creation will take place once more." Naruto spoke as he just watched it all go down again. He could sense part of what was happening, the stuff that was barely within his Sage Mode sensing range. "Only the strongest will survive, but the world will be left in shambles... it will be awhile before the fighting goes to the Underworld... if it ever does." Naruto waved a hand and explained it all.

Sirzechs' eyes widened when he realized slowly, and he remembered what he had experienced when he looked into Naruto's memories.

This was Naruto's second time seeing the end of humanity.

Naruto couldn't do anything, his trauma was keeping him rooted to where he was, unable to do anything or unwilling to do anything.

"... Shouldn't we save-"

"Just save your people, that's enough... hopefully next time, the so-called-gods will realize that when they meddle with humans... it always ends like this. This Next Humanity will hopefully not suffer from this." Naruto stated as he felt lives being ended by the millions.

He had no desire to save any of them.

"Full circle..." Ajuka repeated when he understood truly what this meant.

The act of Naruto existing was causing this, it was the catalyst. Naruto deciding not to be a hero, Naruto helping them discover the inside of the moon.

"How long..." Sirzechs realized it as well.

Naruto had known.

"I know when great disasters are coming, I know the feeling in the air when they are about to strike... my entire life has been filled with them. I knew these events were coming long ago... I just kind of hoped that they wouldn't happen... that somebody other than me would stop them." Naruto stated as he looked at it all burn down once more.

Once more, he hoped that the next cycle would produce humans that could get along with each other. He had viewed things from a cosmic scale, he had seen the Earth give life to gods and man, he had seen it take those lives. He had watched all of human history and seen how corrupt it was, he had also seen how beautiful it was. Human life truly had value in the grand scheme of it all, but for as much value as it had, most humans didn't deserve the value that other humans brought to their existance.

"Hey Sirzechs, are all the other pillar families suppose to be teleporting to the castles now?" Serafall teleported into the conversation.

Naruto raised a hand.

"I've had clones of mine go to the Underworld and start evacuations already, it will be cramped, but with the domes we have already everyone will be able to survive... it just won't be in luxury. Anyone who I sense is one of your species is being evaucated as we speak... it might cause some problems, but we'll get to them when we get there." Naruto spoke in an almost robotic way.

He was smiling though.

Not an evil smile or a happy smile, but a calm and serene smile.

"Eh?" Serafall was confused by his words.

"Ragnarok, Loki started Ragnarok while we were gone... and now..."

"The different Pantheons have gone to war against each other because of it, only the strongest of humans will be left alive after this. Sacred Gear users, those who were trained to fight the supernatural... normal humans won't survive though." Naruto explained.

He remembered the feeling of all life getting wiped out before, he remembered it very clearly, but this was much different than before. He had to see it through to the end though and watch it all, he wanted to record this history into his memory forever. He would become immortal, and with all of the stuff he had learned, the next time humanity came along he would teach them how to avoid all of this from the very beginning.

He also knew.

If he was surrounded by massive bloodshed, the voice in his head would get louder than ever before. He might get pulled into it deeper and deeper until he joined the murder, and if he joined in then there might not be any hope at all. Right now the hope for humanity was that the strongest of the humans were able to survive this and hide themselves away. He couldn't be the hero, he wasn't the hero that this era needed.

"... Then it's back to business for us then." Ajuka stated, knowing that the Angels in Heaven were not going to get involved, and the Fallen Angels in the Underworld would mind their own business as well. Their religion was going to be perfectly okay, though the massive drop in humans was saddening for them. "I'll make a trip down and speak with the Yokai, see if they want to live on the moon... we can both benefit." Ajuka could see the benefit to some more future genetic diversity in bringing in some non-devils.

It would be a shame to lose such unique creatures as well.

"You guys get your stuff done, I'm going to sit here... Fake Kurama is really screaming right now." Naruto could heard the fake voice of Kurama screaming at him so loudly to join in. He actually wished he was in a condition where he could help save as many people as he could, but as it stood there wasn't much that he was capable of doing right now. "It's actually really annoying." Naruto kept us Sage Mode so that he could feel as each god that died in battle faded away.

He hated his own insanity more now than ever before.
