Okay, I'm not sure if anyone is till interested in this story, but for those who are, I'm thinking about revamping GoR again with some changes, one of which is to forgo the whole elven Quincy idea. Quincies are still a thing but not what I originally intended for the story. I am going to delete everything GoR here and post the new versions.
