This is the 5th chapter. I'm gonna have to find out what kind of a appearance of dragon look like for my OC. All I know that it'll be a European Dragon which basically a Western Dragon. That Dragon had a history since medieval times and was created for the strategy dice games called 'Dungeons & Dragons'. Anyway, I don't own the series of One Piece.
FreakyFreek: Okay to answer first two of your questions, it'll be a big no-no. Because this story is action (wish they add that genre), adventure (my all time faves), and humor and it'll be no harem in this story either so sorry. Also, I can't sent you a message in a PM because it's disabled which it sucks ass. That and one other thing, I'm still trying to figure out which of the European Dragon that my OC can fully transform whenever he gets angry, real angry. If got some ideas, let me know and I'll look at it since they're a lot of variety of dragons.

Desperate Situation! 'Beast Tamer' Mohji vs 'Dragoon' Ventus Starwind
Orange Town
When Nami have light the fuse, the cannon fired at Buggy and his crew which the Special Buggy Ball have not only destroyed the tent, but it destroyed the buildings. With those Buggy pirates were cleared out and the smoke was rising, Ventus have managed to destroy the cage with his dragonic strength which Luffy was finally free while fleeing to get away from the Buggy pirates and tried to seek shelter to get a breather.
They were still at the top of the building which they're looking for a building for refuge.
"Thanks Ventus." Luffy thanked him a big grin.
"We're not out yet, we have to find shelter." Ventus told his Captain.
Nami then approached them with her eyes widen with shock.
"Who...were those two?" Nami questioned.
"Hey Luffy." Zoro called him, earned his attention. "Who's the girl?"
"Oh right. She's our new navigator." Luffy answered.
"He meant her name." Ventus inquired as he turned to her. "So, who are you?"
That got Nami snapped out of her stupor as she spoke.
"I'm Nami." Nami answered. "But who are you guys?"
"I see something." Ventus said, pointing the finger at the building. "Over there, we can take shelter for a breather."
"Alright, let's go." Zoro said seriously.
With that, Luffy, Zoro, and Ventus were heading towards the building where the young Dragoon have spotted, leaving Nami alone.
"I guess even a lowly pirate can still rescue a friend." Nami said to herself as she then glared. She decided not to follow them since she still needed get that chart which she's still have the opportunity.
Meanwhile, Buggy and his crew have manage to get a way from the cannon-fire which Buggy was really furious about that stunt they've pulled while his crew were recuperating from that explosion.
"Those four think they can mock me? Screw that!" Buggy exclaimed with pure anger. "I consider this an act of aggression! A declaration of war!"
Until he heard a growl was like a lion which it was one of his crew as he spoke.
"There you are, Mohji." Buggy said with a smirk.
When the smoke clears, Mohji revealed himself as a man with muscular torso and think lips. He wore a white fur that covers the area of his chest, blue pants, yellow sash around his waist, and white furred-animal shoes. He was riding on a large lion with a fierce expression, green fur, purple mane, and red sclerae.
"I hope you wouldn't mind if I take the pirate hunter's head." Mohji asked for his Captain's permission.
"Be my guest!" Buggy said with a chuckle.
Meanwhile, Luffy, Zoro, and Ventus have manage to get out of the building which they're still looking for shelter to take a breather. Luckily, they've found a building that says 'Pet Food Shop' which it can give them time for a breather. However, they've noticed a small dog guarding the shop which they were surprised to see that the dog didn't leave the town.
"What's with that dog?" Zoro asked.
"Doggy." Luffy said with a smile, walk towards the dog.
The dog was just sitting there, watching the pet shop. Luffy began to make a goofy face, but no avail as Zoro then headed toward the wooden pillar, lying down to the ground while Ventus then leaned against the wall.
"Zoro, Ventus, it looks like this dog is frozen." Luffy said with a smile.
"I don't give a damn. It can sit there forever for all I care." Zoro said stoically.
"It'll be best to leave it alone, Luffy." Ventus told him.
"I wonder if it's dead." Luffy wondered, poked the dog. He then pressured the dog which it mad the dog mad as it then bites Luffy on a nose. That got Luffy grunts with pain while the dog just holding him with it's teeth, biting him hard. Luffy was struggling to pry the dog, but having a hard time which they were really annoyed. Finally, the dog lets go of Luffy while the rubber Captain collapse down to the ground.
"Damn dog!" Luffy cursed.
"Warned you." Ventus told him.
"So, would you care to fill us in?" Zoro inquired, earned his attention. "You know, about you as a half-breed between a human and a dragon?"
"Wait, who's a half-breed?" Luffy asked with confusion.
Before Ventus could answer, he took a whiff which he noticed that the scent belongs to Nami. Zoro knows that Ventus was smelling something as he stood up, drew out his katana.
"It's alright, it's her." Ventus assured them.
Zoro give him a nod as he sheathe his katana. Nami then approached the three.
"Oh hey, navigator." Luffy greets her.
"You weren't with us. Why is that?" Ventus questions.
"I have some unfinished business." Nami answered "You did helped me out of this sticky situation."
"We only came here to find him." Ventus pointed out. "I was lucky I got his scent to follow him."
That got Nami and Luffy confused as Zoro spoke.
"Kid here is half-breed between a human and a dragon." Zoro told them, leaving the two shocked. "He was able track Luffy down with his 'Dragon Sight' and he has a keen sense of smell."
"So he ate the Devil Fruit power?" Nami asked curiously.
"Nah, he born with it." Zoro shook his head. "But I know one thing, with the way kid fights against the Marines and Buggy, he was able to fight them with his lance."
Nami was surprised to hear that Ventus was capable of fighting them with his lance.
"Yeah and he said that he's a Dragoon." Luffy adds.
"Wait hold on." Nami said, raise her hand. "So you're saying that he's a Dragoon?"
"Yep." Luffy said with a grin.
"Dragoons are well-known for wielding a two-handed weapon and an aerial combat." Zoro explains. "Also, they've been in a conflict with the dragons and that kid is no exception."
"Then why did you call him a kid since he looked older?" Nami inquired.
"That's because I am." Ventus answered.
Nami then look at Ventus with her narrowed eyes when she looked at him, but noticed that he's on the same height as Zoro.
"But you don't look like a kid." Nami told him.
"I do have a tendency to grow fast." Ventus told her. "It's part of the trait of a dragon."
Nami was shocked that Ventus was growing fast.
"And how old are you?" Nami questions.
"14." Ventus answered.
"But you're too young to be a pirate." Nami said seriously.
"Don't let his age fool you, cause he's deadly with his lance." Zoro said with a smirk. "Anyway, would you care to fill us in?"
"I think it's best to show than just tell." Ventus told him.
With that, Ventus then began to take his hood off, his white sash, his blue shirt, and his white boots which he revealed his well-developed lean body. He then transform himself into a humanoid-dragon, revealed his dragon wings on his back, dragon claws between his hands and feet, scales around his arms and legs, dragon tail, dragon eyes, and four dragon horns on his head and his face.
Zoro and Nami were shocked for seeing Ventus' dragon form, but Luffy had his jaws dropped with amazement.
"SO COOL!" Luffy shouts with a huge smile.
"This was only partial transformation." Ventus explains. "However, I can only fully transform into a dragon when I was enraged and I'll be entering a state of Dragon's Rage. When that happens, not only that my powers increase tenfold, but I'll be losing control of myself and I'll kill anyone on sight, doesn't matter if anyone is an ally or an enemy."
"Well dragons are very well known for rage. They destroy anything on sight and cause to wreck havoc." Nami said seriously. "Also, they were known to get territorial and greedy when it comes to either land or treasures and they also desire to mate with each other which that doesn't explain as to why would a dragon mate with a human?"
"Because my mother have met a dragon that happens to be my father." Ventus answered. "You see, my father has magic to transform himself into a human, but only in a humanoid-dragon form. You see, my father was wounded during the fight and he landed next to a church. It's where he met my mother which she's a nun, she tended his wounds and next thing they knew, they fell in love. My mother have given birth and I was born. My family were happy that I was their son, but they were shocked to see that I have wings on my back. They thought that I was a devil, but my father told me that I have been inherited by his dragonic traits."
They were shocked about Ventus' parents were like which they were surprised that his father have mated his mother out of love and give birth to their son. Before Ventus could continue his explanation, the elder man have approached at the pet food shop which he was surprised to see the three. He was an elderly man with gray hair that has been arranged in three lumps; two on each side and the front. He wore a yellow lined shirt with dark green pants and a brown chested-armor with gauntlets and shin-guards, and sandals.
"Hey!" He called them, earned their attention. "If you're looking for something, I'm sorry but this place is closed since Captain Buggy and his crew have took over this town."
"We're not here for trouble. We just need a place for a breather." Ventus told him.
"Is that so?" He questions, getting a nod from him. "I see, I take you have a run-in with Captain Buggy."
"Yep." Zoro said. "And who might you be, old man?"
"'Old man' why I'm the Mayor of this town." The Mayor answered. "Who are you?"
"I'm Monkey D. Luffy." Luffy said with a huge smile.
"Roronoa Zoro." Zoro adds.
"I'm Nami." Nami adds.
"And I'm Ventus Starwind." Ventus adds seriously, leaving the Mayor shocked of his appearance.
"My, my, that was an interesting power. I take it you ate the Devil Fruit?" The Mayor asked curiously.
"No, I was born from it." Ventus told him as he then explain his backstory.
When he finished his story, the Mayor was shocked and surprised that he was a hybrid in between a human and a dragon.
"I see, well I suppose that explains about your appearance." The Mayor said, noticed that the dog was smelling Ventus' tail. Ventus then kneeling down to one knee, petting the dog which the dog was licking him, leaving the Mayor smiled. "I think Chouchou likes you."
"Chouchou? That's the dogs name?" Nami asks curiously.
"Yes, a very close friend of mine named him." The Mayor nods. "You see, he's guarding the store."
"He's guarding it?" Nami asked, getting a nod from the Mayor as she look at the shop. "Oh I see, it's a pet food shop."
"That's right and a man who use to run this store was a very close friend of mine." The Mayor explains.
The Mayor then went inside of the pet food shop to get something for Chouchou. When he got out of the pet food shop, the Mayor then placed a bowl full of dog food for Chouchou.
"There you go." The Mayor said as Chouchou then heads towards the bowl, eating the dog food. "When he passed, I assumed the responsibility of taking care of Chouchou."
"So, he died?" Ventus questions.
"Yes." The Mayor answered as he then walk back inside of the pet food shop to put away the box of dog food. "Three months ago after fighting his illness for a very long time."
"He was waiting for his master the whole time?" Zoro asked, raising his eyebrow.
"That's seems to be the consensus." The Mayor said as he then closed the door, sat on the wooden floor while smoking with his pipe. "But I find it very hard to believe. Chouchou is a smart dog, he's probably known for a while that his master isn't coming back."
Chouchou then licks the bowl when he got finished eating his food.
"Then why does he stays here at the store?" Nami asked.
"I guess because he has a connection to it." The Mayor guessed. "It's his treasure, he's guarding it. His master lived here in this shop and that's why he protects it. I've tried to bring him back to my place so he won't be out of his elements, but he won't take much as a step away from here."
Chouchou then yawned and grab the dog bowl with his mouth as he then placed it right next to the Mayor. Luffy then remembered when he first had the straw hat since Shanks give him the hat and he'd been held on to it ever since. Until, they heard a rumbling stomp that caused the bowl to shake as Ventus then took a whiff, smelling something that felt trouble.
"Smelling something, kid?" Zoro asked.
"Yeah, it's one of Buggy's crew." Ventus answered as he then scowled, readied his lance.
Then they heard a roar that was coming closer.
"What's that sound?" Nami asked.
"It's him, 'Beast Tamer' Mohji, we gotta go! Run!" The Mayor shouts with panic.
"You guys go, Mohji is my opponent." Ventus told them.
"Huh? But I wanna fight him." Luffy whines.
Ventus ignored him as he then followed the sound that was coming from Mohji and the lion Ritchie. The Mayor then ran with panic while Nami follows him, but Zoro knew that Ventus was still in his humanoid-dragon appearance as he grab hold of his garments.
"Huh? What does he need those for?" Luffy asked confusingly.
"Because he might return to his normal appearance." Zoro yelled with his white eyes and shark-like teeth.
When Ventus have found Mohji and the lion Ritchie, the lion then growled at the young Dragoon as Mohji spoke.
"I see that your friends have deserted you." Mohji said with a smirk. "And after you just escape."
"It matters not, 'Beast Tamer' Mohji." Ventus said. "I'm enough to defeat you with my own caliber."
"Is that so?" Mohji questions. "We'll see about that. But first, tell me where Roronoa Zoro is?"
"You'll have to fight me first if you want Zoro." Ventus told him with a glare.
"I'll be happy to arrange that." Mohji said with a smirk. "Ritchie, Attack!"
Ritchie then began to pounce at Ventus, but he manage to jump back from the lion thanks to his wings. Ventus then flies after the lion, readied his lance.
"Lance Burst" Ventus then stab Ritchie with his lance then flip and kick him into the air. He then leap up into the air.
"Sky Rave" Ventus then descends down to impale the lion and them slam the down, leaving Ritchie unconscious and wounded.
Mohji was knocked down to the ground, but saw his lion was down, leaving him shocked with horror when Ventus have taken the lion down with his dragon strength. Ventus then approaches him with his killing intent glare.
"You Monster! How Dare You Hurt Ritchie!?" Mohji yelled with anger as he then drew out his whip. "You'll Pay For This!?"
Ventus doesn't care as he then readied his lance. Mohji then used his whip to try and get his lance, but Ventus grabbed it with his dragon talon. Mohji smirked since he thought that he can try and caught as he tried reel him, but Ventus pulled the whip as Mohji was then getting dragged while getting punched by the Dragoon. The Beast Tamer was then sent flying from that punch as he then crashed into a building.
Ventus then slowly approaches Mohji with his murderous glare, he then aim his lance at Mohji which he was now scared of the dragon half-breed.
"What are you?" Mohji inquired with his scared expression.
"I'm a Dragoon and a half-breed between a human and a dragon." Ventus answered with his dark tone.
"So then, you're a warrior from a North Blue in Ishgard?" Mohji questions.
Ventus was silent as he then raise his lance to strike him.
"Sorry, I apologize for trying to attack you." Mohji pleads for his life. "I don't want any trouble!"
"Where I was from, there's no forgiveness when you try to attack a dragon. And there's no forgiveness for attacking my friends." Ventus told him. "I have lost my home and my family because of those people have done when I was a child. And now, I'm taking your life."
When Ventus was about to kill him with his lance, Zoro have manage to grab his arm to prevent him for killing Mohji. Ventus then turned to Zoro.
"Kid, you proved your point. It's no use trying to kill him." Zoro told him.
Ventus knew that he's right which killing Mohji won't bring his family back when he saw Luffy, Nami, the Mayor, and Chouchou which they were shocked when Ventus have revealed his dark past.
Ventus then lowered his lance, much to Mohji's relief, but Ventus then roared at him which the Beast Tamer was scared as he and Ritchie then ran away from him.
Ventus then transform back into his human form while Zoro then extends his clothes as Ventus then takes it and get his clothes back on. Nami was shocked that the young Dragoon have manage to beat him with his dragon strength. He then began to follow the trail of blood since they couldn't gone far.
"Wait, pirate!" Nami shouts, earned his attention. "You know, I thought that pirate would've killed you for sure. And I wish he had because you wou-"
"SHUT UP!?" Ventus yelled with anger. "What do you know about me? You're just a thief who wanted all the damn money for yourself!"
Nami then growled at him with anger as she then rushed towards him, but the Mayor manage to stop her when he's in front of her.
"Come now, there's no need for violence." The Mayor assures.
"I would've killed you and your Captain before he would gather a crew and destroy everything else." Nami said.
"Many have tried that, but in the end, neither them have prevailed. The result will be same for you if you try that." Ventus retorts with a threat.
"Well maybe I'll try it and see!" Nami exclaimed.
"I said stop! What's with you people!?" The Mayor exclaimed.
"If you think you can kill me!? Go ahead and try it and see what happens?!" Ventus yelled.
Zoro holds him back since Ventus was starting to get angry while the Mayor holds Nami back which she was angry, but Chouchou then ran in front of Nami, barking at her which he telling her to back off. Nami was surprised that Chouchou was defending Ventus as he then walk towards the young Dragoon. He then calm down as Zoro then lets go him, he then kneels down to one knee which Chouchou then licks his hand.
Nami and the Mayor couldn't help but felt shocked that Chouchou was being friendly with him which he's right now thanking the young Dragoon.
'So then, Ventus was defending this town from the pirate Mohji and his lion Ritchie?' Nami mentally questions as Luffy then walk towards him.
"Ventus, you did good for beating him and that bastard lion." Luffy praised him. "You did that just to defend this town."
Ventus widened his eyes since he thought Luffy was careless and carefree when going out adventure since he did behave like a child, but he can be serious whenever he wants to, even during the fights.
Zoro then nods with an agreement which his rubber Captain is right, the young Dragoon did fight against Mohji to defend this town. Nami felt guilty for yelling at Ventus since she accused him without a reason which her only reason because of him as a pirate.
Meanwhile, Buggy and his crew have managed to repair the tent, but they've noticed that Mohji and Ritchie were badly wounded as the Beast Tamer began to inform his Captain.
"You're Defeated!? How?" Buggy questions, raising his eyebrow.
"I'm very sorry, Captain." Mohji apologized, kneeling down to one knee. "Sorry...I've failed."
"Mohji, I can't believe you're defeated by Zoro." Buggy stated.
"No it wasn't Zoro!" Mohji exclaimed. "It was that kid."
"What!?" Buggy exclaimed. "There's no way that brat could've gotten the better of you!?"
Mohji was about to tell his Captain, but he passed out from his loss of blood, leaving him unconscious.
"Now I'm really pissed off!?" Buggy snarled with anger. "All right! Prepare all the remaining Special Buggy Balls! I'm gonna blow this entire miserable town to smithereens!"
Meanwhile, Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Ventus, the Mayor, and Chouchou were back at the pet food shop to take breather since the young Dragoon fought against Mohji. Nami walk towards him as she spoke.
"Sorry about earlier." Nami apologizes with a smile. "I didn't mean to yell at you."
"It's alright, you've been under a lot of stress." Ventus said. "There's no need for an apology."
"I'm pathetic, that young man have fought so hard and yet I, the Mayor have down nothing but sit back and watch our town get obliterated by Buggy and his despicable crew." The Mayor said, angered at himself. Nami and Luffy rush towards him with worry.
"Calm down, it's not that bad." Nami reassured him.
"40 years ago, this whole area was nothing barren rugged land. We all worked together to create fields for our crops, we open stores and built everything from the ground-up. This town is a treasure to me and all it's citizens." The Mayor explains. "From here on out, I refuse to let Buggy and his crew terrorize us anymore!"
Suddenly, Buggy ordered his crew to fire the Special Buggy Ball to destroy those buildings, leaving the Mayor terrified when he saw those buildings were destroyed with only one Special Buggy Ball.
"He'll destroy it all." The Mayor said.
"Then we have to stop him." Ventus said with his serious expression. "Buggy and his crew have already gone too far. I think it's time to pay him a visit. Right, Captain?"
Luffy looked at Ventus since the young Dragoon didn't acknowledge him as captain due to his stupidity, but knew that he's capable to fight against someone who have any abilities like Buggy who ate the Chop-Chop Devil Fruit. He than smiled at his crew mate.
"Right." Luffy said with an agreement.
"I refuse to let him get away with this." The Mayor said with anger. "I won't stand for it! I can't let this scumbag destroyed all of my townspeople work for these last 40 years. I am the Mayor of this town! I will protect it and its inhabitants! I swear to my dying breath!"
With that, the Mayor then began to rush towards where Buggy was, but Nami restrained him by grabbing him.
"Stop! You can't defeat Buggy!" Nami told her.
"Perhaps, but there are some fights that a man can't run from." The Mayor pointed out. "Isn't that right?"
"That's right, old man." Luffy agrees, but Ventus approaches him.
"Don't be a fool! You won't outmatch Buggy with your own strength." Ventus told the Mayor. "I understand that this town meant everything to you and your people, but they need you and they're starting to get worried."
The Mayor knew that he was right, but he won't stand here and let Buggy destroy this town as he then rush towards where Buggy was at."
"I'M COIMG FOR YOU, BUGGY THE CLOWN!" The Mayor yelled as he ran.
Nami noticed that the Mayor was crying because his town was mostly destroyed by Buggy's Special Buggy Ball.
"The Mayor was crying." Nami stated.
"Yes, only because he really cared about the town that those people have worked for 4 decades and Buggy was destroying them." Ventus stated.
"Looks like the party is getting more exciting." Zoro said with a smirk.
"Sure does." Luffy agrees with a chuckle.
"This is no time for laughter." Nami pointed out with worry.
"Don't worry, I started to grow fond of that old man." Luffy told her with a big grin. "There's no way I'd let him die."
"Well in that case." Zoro adds, putting his bandana on his head.
"You're going too?" Nami questions.
"Yeah I am, I can finally get some action since this is getting interesting." Zoro answered.
"I'm joining this fight as well." Ventus added. "Besides, Buggy have already made it personal."
"Well, if we want to get to the Grand Line." Luffy said, walking. "We better go steal that chart back."
That got Nami shocked since they're about to fight against Buggy as Luffy spoke.
"Are you gonna join out crew or what?" Luffy asked with eager as he then extend his hand. "Huh? Come on."
"I'll never sink so low as to become a pirate." Nami told him with a scowl, then slapped his hand. "But I suppose we can team up, in order to achieve our common goal."
That got Luffy smiled since she maybe joining him as they then began to head towards the building where Buggy was at.
Meanwhile, one of Buggy's crew informed his Captain that the second load of the Special Buggy Ball was ready to fire. When Buggy was about to give his crewmate to fire the cannon, the Mayor then spoke.
"COME OUT, BUGGY THE CLOWN!" The Mayor called out the clown pirate, panting. "I AM MAYOR BOODLE AND THIS TOWN IS MY TREASURE! I WON'T LET YOU TERRORIZE MY PEOPLE ANY LONGER, SO COME OUT AND FIGHT ME!"
"You idiot, this town is no treasure." Buggy said with a sneer. "Treasure is gold, silver, and jewelry. So cut the crap, old man and get out of here before I kill you."
"YOU CAN NEVER UNDERSTAND HOW I FEEL!" Mayor Boodle yelled, but then Buggy used his Devil Fruit power to detach his hand to grab the Mayor, strangling him while laugh.
"Soon I'm going to conquer the Grand Line and flashily obtain all the worlds riches and there's nothing you can do to stop me." Buggy mocks with a smirk. "All the world will belong to me. Now if this town mean so much to you, then perhaps I'll do you a favor and kill you first. That way you won't have to see me destroy your precious village."
Buggy then raised the Mayor in mid-air while strangle him with his vice-grip.
"Shut up...and fight me already!" Mayor Boodle said, wanted to fight him.
"Don't get cocky." Buggy warned him.
"I'll never let you destroy this town! If it cost me my very life!" The Mayor stated, leaving Buggy laugh with mockery.
"So be it!" Buggy said, but noticed that someone grabbed his hand which he noticed Luffy. "That straw hat! Not again!"
Luffy have manage to save the Mayor in time when he grabbed Buggy's hand to separate him. Zoro, Ventus, and Nami were by his side, ready to fight.
"Buggy, I'm here to kick your ass." Luffy stated with a big grin.
