Buggy's Revenge! A Man Who Smiles on the Execution Platform!

When the Buggy Pirates knew where Luffy was at, Buggy cursed which he's talking about killing the rubber Captain the next time he sees hi. The Marines have informed their Captain that Luffy is on the Execution Platform which Smoker has given Tashigi a permission to come with him.
The crowd were looking at Luffy standing on the Execution Platform, wondering who is that as he spoke.
"That old man said this is the place where it all happened. 22 years ago, the King of the Pirates was executed right here." Luffy said, looking at where Gol D. Roger is looking.
Until, the sheriff of the police have made his way to the Execution Platform when he saw Luffy, using the megaphone to get his attention.
"Hey You! Up There! Get Down From There Immediately!"
"But why?" Luffy asks which it earned his attention.
"You Are Standing On An Execution Platform That Belongs To The World Government! Now Get Down From There Right Now!"
"Fine! I'll come down, but first, you gotta say the magic word and smile too." LUffy shouts with a smile.
"I Not Playing! I'll Arrest You If You Don't Come Down!"
When the sheriff of the police was about to get Luffy, he got knocked out when someone hit him with an spiked iron club which happens to be a woman.
She is a slim, well-endowed woman with long wavy black hair and dark-green eyes. She wore a white cowgirl hat, a pearl necklace around her neck, a bikini top, tight Capri-length pants, a purple coat, sandals, and a pink cloak with heart-shaped design. She carries a heavy spiked club.
"Now's not the time for such trifles." She said with a scoff, looking at Luffy. "Long time no see, Luffy."
Luffy was a bit confused, didn't know that woman as she spoke.
"I've been looking for you." She said with a smirk, chuckled a bit which Luffy is even more confused. "Now that's just rude! Do you mean to tell me that you of all people have you forgotten my face?"
Apparently, the crowd have went goo-goo eyes on that woman which they have to admit, she's drop dead gorgeous.
"Wow~, she's absolutely gorgeous!"
"Oh, wow!"
"I've never seen such pure beauty!"
"Her skin look so deliciously soft!"
"Forgot? I'm pretty sure we haven't ever met, who are you?" Luffy questions with his raised eyebrow.
"I'll never forget you, you were the first man who ever truly struck me." She said.
"What!? I never hit you!" Luffy exclaims, causing the crowd to give the straw hat Captain a dirty look in their eyes which make him a little bit more confused and uncomfortable of the woman.
"When you struck me with your passionate fist..."
When she was rubbing her stomach, she remembered when Luffy use the Gum-Gum: Pistol to hit that female pirate awhile back before he met Ventus and Zoro from Shells Town. When she finished remembering, she then spoke while placing her hand on her face with a chuckle.
"It felt good." She said, leaving the crowd in goo-goo eyes once more while Luffy left in gawked. "Listen up boys, what would all of you say is the most beautiful sight in the whole East Blue?"
The whole crowd went down on their knees while still in goo-goo eyes as they spoke.
"That will be you~!"
"That's correct." She said, raising her hand. "I am quite breathtaking, aren't I? There isn't a man alive who wouldn't crumble before my beauty."
Luffy is right now sweating bullets while raising his eyebrow.
"But I prefer strong men, like you. I'm gonna make you mine Luffy, just you wait." She told him in her seductive tone.
"Ah gross, no way!" Luffy refuses. "Just who the heck are you?"
"You still haven't figured it out-"
Before she could finish her sentence, the police have arrived at the main street when they saw the sheriff out cold, curtsy of the woman as one of the policeman spoke.
"This is the police! Put your weapon down and come quietly! I'm placing you under arrest for assaulting a police captain!"
One of the policeman grab hold of the sheriff, holding him on his shoulder as the other policeman turn his head to Luffy as spoke.
"As for you up there! Get off that platform!"
"Hold on! Who did you say you arresting?" She questions seductively.
"We're arresting you!"
Unfortunately, the police were fallen into the gaze of a beautiful woman.
"Are you really going to arrest me?" She questions, causing the police to swallow a lump on their their throats as she smile with a giggle while the police then went goo-goo eyes as one of them spoke.
"We've got a big problem her, sir. She's too beautiful."
"I really don't give a damn. Arrest her!"
"Do we have too? Can't we just stand here and look at her?"
"SURPRISE!?" The voice of Buggy yelled when the Buggy pirates fired the Buggy ball, destroying the fountain while the crowd panics and the police were sent flying and knocked down to the ground as the rubble was heading towards the woman. One of the people warns her, but the rubble slipped through her while heading straight towards the building, destroying it which the crowd were completely stunned.
"Did that just-"
"It slipped right past her!?"
Luffy was also shocked about that stunt as he spoke.
"Oh man, that's weird!" Luffy exclaims when he saw that rubble slip past her.
Until, Buggy and his crew have arrived at the main street with a laugh as she spoke while placing her hand on the back of her head.
"That little stunt was dangerous, you know?" She rhetorically asks with a smirk.
"I'm flashily sorry, but you smooth skin is unharmed of course, so there's no need for trouble, fairest Alvida." Buggy told her with an apology.
That got Luffy realize who she is, but raise her eyebrow as he spoke.
"Alvida?" Luffy repeats with confusion, remembered that Alvida is an obese woman with a short temper. "I don't see Alvida."
"Don't Be So Dense, You Nimwit!? I'm Alvida!" Alvida shouts with annoyance, showing her white eyes and shark-like teeth.
"Are you sure? Cuz' I don't think you're her." Luffy said with confusion, scratching his forehead when Alvida chuckles a bit.
"I guess I really did change after eating a fruit called..."
Alvida then pulled her cloak out, revealing her body which her appearance have changed.
"Smooth-Smooth Fruit." Alvida finished her sentence. "No attack get can hurt my skin, because it slides right off. Unfortunately, a lowly fruit could improve upon my already stunning good looks. One big change of me you may have notice was that I lost my freckles."
"Sure, that must be it." Luffy shrugs, wave his hand.
"After becoming a whole new person, I decided to join forces with someone who shared my goal of finding you." Alvida said, thrusts her thumb at Buggy, causing him to laugh as he and his crew pull their cloaks out to reveal themselves.
Buggy's make up has change with a green star on the middle of his forehead, two half circles appear beneath his eyes, and a straight line on the middle of his chin.
"Now that I've flashily made my entrance, behold the real star of the show!?" Buggy shouts with a big smile on his face while looking at Luffy. "Ah Monkey D. Luffy, ever since the day you sent me flying, I've been obsessed with exacting my revenge on you! That alone let me to finally finding my crew! My travels are in end mix-up! I went through hell! Found friendship! I even lost parts of my body! I call this tale, 'Tiny Buggy's Great Adventure'! The first that happen was-WHY THE HELL AM I TELLING YOU A STORY!?"
"Don't know." Luffy shrugs as he crossed his arms, pondered. "Now, what was your name again? Boggy? Boogy? Beehee? Baggy? Ah I know, it's Buffoon?"
That got Buggy snorts due to Luffy's obliviousness, getting angry as he spoke.
"BUFFOON! YOU GOT A LOT OF NERVE, YOU RUBBER BASTARD! AND NOW BUGGY THE CLOWN IS GONNA MAKE YOU PAY FOR THAT!?" Buggy yelled with pure anger, causing the whole crowd frightened.
"Hey! That's Buggy the Clown!"
"Pirates!?"
"IT'S THE BUGGY PIRATES!?"
With that, the crowd then run for their lives with panic and fear when Buggy raise his arm as he spoke.
"YOU PEOPLE FLASHILY STAY WHERE YOU ARE!?" Buggy yelled at the crowd without looking at them when his crew readied their weapons, causing the people to stop running. "I WANT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU TO SEE EXACTLY HOW SCARY I CAN BE!"
"Oh yeah, Buggy right?" Luffy asks with a smile, placing his fist with his palm
"YOU MEAN YOU JUST NOW REMEMBERED IT!?" Buggy yelled with annoyance.
Until, Cabaji slam the set of stocks onto Luffy, trapping him.
"Hey! What gives!" Luffy shouts.
"Long time no see, rubber freak." Cabaji said with a smirk. "How's your pal Roronoa Zoro?"
"Got him. Good job, Cabaji." Buggy praise his chief of staff, laughing. "To All Of My Followers, Hundreds Of Billions Of Them Around The World! We Will Now Super Flashily Begin The Public Execution!"
Luffy then try to pry himself out of the wooden stocks, but no avail as Buggy continues.
"Your trapped, Monkey D. Luffy! You can't move so much as an inch!" Buggy told him with a smirk. "Tell me Straw Hat, feel honored? You'll die in the same place as the King of the Pirates!?"
Buggy then burst with his evil laughter while Luffy is still struggling to free himself from the set of stocks.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Straw Hat crew were looking on the horizon, Nami notice the clouds were coming here and Ventus picked up a scent in the air which they both can tell the storm is not normal. Even Anna knew that the storm is coming unexpectedly.
"The perimetric pressure is falling fast." Nami said with a groan, frowning. "I've never seen such a sharp drop before."
"You know I thought I felt something strange." Sanji added seriously.
"Yeah, I felt something too." Ventus nods with an agreement when the clouds are gathering around in Loguetown.
"There's a storm headed straight for the island." Nami stated.
"A storm!?" Usopp exclaims.
"Yeah, we better hurry back to the ship or we'll be in trouble." Nami warned him.
"Is it gonna be big?" Usopp asks with worry.
"Hey." The voice of Zoro called with his serious look on his face while scratching his head, earned their attention. "Where is he? Have you guys seen him around?"
"No, we haven't him all day." Ventus shook his head. "What happen?"
"Well kid, we got separated. And I keep getting this feeling." Zoro told him, scan the area. "It's not good, it usually means that something bad is gonna happen."
With that, Ventus then sniff the air which he was having a hard time trying to pick up Luffy's scent because the storm is about to brew until they heard the crowd shouts as one of the spoke.
"UWAAAAAAHHHHH!? PIRATES ARE HERE!?"
"HOLY CRAP! IT'S BUGGY THE CLOWN!?"
The Straw Hat crew couldn't believe what they've just heard, Buggy is here in Loguetown. He must've manage to get his body back along with his entire crew a while ago.
"What'd they say?" Nami asks in disbelief.
"I think they said, Buggy." Zoro answered.
Ventus then tried again by sniffing the air, making him gasp which it got their attention.
"What's wrong?" Zoro asks.
"They're right, Buggy's here along with his entire crew." Ventus told them. "Also, Luffy is at the execution platform."
"That's at the Main Plaza!?" Anna exclaims with shock.
"Are you sure that's where Luffy is?" Usopp questions.
"Yes, Luffy is there along with Buggy and his crew." Ventus nods seriously.
Meanwhile, Smoker was heading upstairs after one of the Marines have given him the information that Luffy was at the execution platform along with the other pirates.
"And then what?" Smoker questions, looking at the Marine.
"Well sir, it isn't just 'Straw Hat' Luffy, it's also Buggy the Clown and 'Iron Club' Alvida. They're all there, wanted pirates from the East Blue have taken over our town square."
Smoker didn't like the information the Marine has give him, making him really furious about this.
"They all do this right in front of me." Smoker growled. "Why those arrogant scumbags!"
"Captain Smoker! Sir, what are your orders?"
"Send Unit Number 1 out to the sea, and have Unit Number 2 surround the pirates from the streets. The rest will standby within shooting range at the square. See that it's done!" Smoker ordered, making the Marine salute his Captain. "And give this order to Unit 1. They are to crush any pirate ships as soon as they see them. I don't want a single one of those wretched pirates to get off this island, not a single one."
Meanwhile back the streets, the black clouds are gathering with the roar of thunder which the storm is about to start and the Straw Hat crew need to get to the Going Merry fast before it starts. However, Luffy is still at the execution platform having trouble getting out of the set of stocks which the Buggy pirates and Alvida have the rubber captain while the crowd were running for their lives.
"IT'S TIME FOR THE EXECUTION!"
"BUGGY THE CLOWN IS GONNA KILL STRAW HAT LUFFY!"
"YEAH!"
The Straw Hats crew were shocked when they heard their Captain is going to be executed by Buggy which Nami, Zoro, Sanji, and Ventus were completely annoyed of the rubber Captains stupidity.
"They're gonna execute him!?" Usopp exclaims with dread.
"That freaking idiot." Nami grunts with annoyance.
"As usual, that idiot always wind up into trouble." Ventus muttered with a sigh.
"Yeah, you're right about that." Zoro nods with an agreement as he then ran. "Let's go."
"Right." Sanji said as he follows Zoro to the Main Plaza, leaving Nami, Usopp, Anna, and Ventus alone.
"I'm coming with you." Ventus protests, but Zoro stopped the young Dragoon.
"Kid, go back to the ship with Nami, Usopp, and Anna." Zoro responds.
"But I can fight." Ventus argued.
"Ventus, you're needed with them." Sanji counters seriously. "We'll come back with our idiot Captain."
With that, both Zoro and Sanji then rush towards the Main Plaza to go and rescue Luffy before Buggy would have the chance to execute him. Nami then put her navigation tools away and ran down the street as Usopp, Ventus, and Anna follows.
"Where going Nami?" Usopp questions while helping Ventus pull the cart.
"The harbor, you numbskull!" Nami told him.
Of course, Anna equipped herself with a quiver and her longbow in case if they run into Buggy pirates. However, the wind is blowing fast which the storm is picking up fast and the pressure is dropping too fast which it'll be there any second as they hurry back to the Going Merry.
Meanwhile, the Marines, Tashigi, and Smoker were inside of the building, ready to fire at the Buggy pirates while waiting for the Captain's orders.
"Captain Smoker, look. Things are getting weird."
Both Tashigi and Smoker were at the balcony as they look through the binoculars, seeing Buggy mocking Luffy which he still couldn't get out of the set of stocks.
"It's that kid, what's he doing out here?" Smoker questions with confusion.
"Well if I didn't know any better, I would say that Monkey D. Luffy is about to be executed." Tashigi told him.
'That kid looks pathetic.' Smoker mentally thought, looking at Luffy while remembering how he first met the straw hat captain at the docks when he give him a reason why Luffy wanted to see the execution platform, it's to see where the King of the Pirates, Gol D. Roger died. 'For some reason, that kid caught my attention. I thought he was different from the others, looks like he's nothing but pirate scum after all.'
"Captain, we are ready to attack."
"Don't be hasty." Captain told him.
"But, we've got them surrounded, sir!"
Smoker then look at the Marine with a glare and annoyed look on his face.
"I'm in command, you got it?!" Smoker growled at the Marine.
"Yes...sir."
"One pirate is about to kill another. Let them fight it out first, that'll save us the trouble." Smoker told them, turned to the Marines as he give them the orders. "Listen, once that 'Straw Hat' loses his head, we surrounded Buggy, Alvida, and their gang. And do it fast!?"
While back at the Main Plaza, Buggy then begin to make an announcement when thunder flashes on the clouds.
"PIRATE MONKEY D. LUFFY OF THE STRAW HATS, WILL BE FLASHILY EXECUTED FOR THE CRIME OF BEING STOCK-UP AND MAKING ME ANGRY!?" Buggy announces with his evil smirk, causing the Buggy pirates to roar with a cheer. "NOW LIVE IT UP FLASHILY!"
With that, the Buggy pirates then celebrates for Luffy's execution which the straw hat captain smiled, but failed to realize that he's going to killed.
"Oh boy, I've never seen an execution." Luffy said.
"Well, you're about to kid." Buggy told him with a smirk, revealed his white eyes and shark-like teeth. Luffy then realize that he'll be executed.
"What!? Stop Joking!?" Luffy exclaims with his bulging eyes and shark-like teeth.
"It's no joke!" Buggy retorts with a laugh as he then makes an announcement. "ALRIGHT, I HEREBY FLASHILY BEGIN THE FESTIVITIES OF THIS PUBLIC EXECUTION!"
With that, Buggy then laughs while holding his cutlass since the execution is about to begin.
Meanwhile, Nami, Usopp, Ventus, and Anna were rushing towards the harbor while the Marines were heading towards the harbor to destroy the pirate ships since Smoker has given the first unit an order. The storm is gathering up fast while they were in a hurry to head towards the ship.
"I saw a massive cumulus clouds in the Eastern Sky. That means an unimaginatively big storm is heading our way and it's coming in fast!" Nami explains seriously. "If Buggy and Luffy have caused a scene, the Marines are sure to come out. And if our ship is washed out to sea when we need to escape, we're done for!"
"That is the big deal." Usopp said with shock.
"As far as I know, the Marines have already made their move." Anna added with a scowl. "And if they find the Going Merry, then the chances of escaping will be for nothing."
"Hold on! So you're telling me that Going Merry is in danger!?" Usopp shouts seriously as he then rush past them. "Come on, hurry up!"
Nami, Anna, and Ventus were trying to catch up with Usopp since it got him motivated enough while the Marines were heading to the harbor to fight the pirate ships and burn them down so the pirates won't be able to escape. However, both Mohji and Richie were able to find the Going Merry which Buggy has given him orders to burn the ship so the Straw Hat crew won't be able to escape.
"Riding around on a Richie bike, who's that man? Who's that man? Who? Who? Who's that man riding around on a Richie bike? Oh yes, it's me." Mohji finished singing his song, looking at the Going Merry. "So, this is the rubber guy's ship, huh?"
Richie give him a nod as the Beast Tamer spoke.
"Would you look at that? He's got a bigger ship, he won't need it where he's going. Cuz' it's almost time for Buggy flashily finish him off." Mohji told the lion, leaving Richie chuckle with his lion grin. "However, just in case the rubber guy who has absolutely no chance of escaping happens to escape, we need to burn this ship down. Burning wood, smells so good."
Richie agrees to the Beast Tamer when he got off the lion as he brings out the set of matches to burn the Going Merry.
Meanwhile at the Main Plaza, Luffy finally gives up the struggle which he's mostly bored while Buggy brings his cutlass next to the rubber Captain.
"I so sorry. Really, I am. Please spar my life." Luffy pleads in his bored tone.
"Why Would I Spar Your Life!?" Buggy yelled with annoyance.
"This is what happens when you go against us." Cabaji grunts with a scowl.
"I guess this is it for the man I had my eye on." Alvida said with her disappointed tone.
"You've got quite a big audience here today, Straw Hat. You want to say a few words before you die?" Buggy mockingly asks with a smirk, leaving no respond from Luffy. "Oh, cat got your tongue? That's alright, stay quiet or say a few words it doesn't matter, you're still gonna die."
The wind is picking up fast along with the storm, but Luffy showed his serious expression as he spoke.
"LISTEN! I'M THE MAN WHO'LL BE KING OF THE PIRATES!"
With those words, it was enough to make the crowd completely stunned with shock. However, the crowd were thinking that it was foolish to say that since Luffy have declared, but it didn't stop Buggy as he spoke.
"We're finally getting to the best part of the show." Buggy told him. "Bye-bye now."
Luffy is trying to free himself which it's not working no matter how many times he tried. Buggy was about to raise his cutlass until...
"Stop the execution! Now!" The voice of Zoro and Sanji shouts, earned their attention when the crowd, the Buggy pirates, Alvida, Cabaji, Buggy, and Luffy saw the two. Apparently, both Zoro and Sanji were really annoyed of Luffy's antics, recklessness, and his stupidity.
"Sanji! Zoro!" Luffy shouts with a big grin, glad to see the two.
Tashigi was shocked of hearing his name while Smoker and the Marines were watching the scene.
"Luffy, you idiot! Guess all that fooling around finally caught up with you, huh?" Zoro rhetorically asks with a smirk, readied his sword.
"You're starting a sideshow? Or is that just how you look?" Sanji added with a smirk. "Pretty sad now, but we gotta do is drive these goons away."
However, the crowd knew who Zoro is as they panic and run for their lives, leaving the Buggy pirates, Alvida, Cabaji, and Buggy alone with him and Sanji.
"Hey guys!" Luffy greets with his carefree attitude.
"You made it, Zoro. But you're just a little bit too late." Buggy mocks with a smirk as he raise his cutlass to execute Luffy, leaving Zoro and Sanji rush towards the execution platform.
"We gotta break down the platform!" Zoro told him as the fight begins.
Tashigi then look through the binoculars, seeing Zoro and Sanji rush towards the platform with anger in her eyes.
"Roronoa Zoro." Tashigi growls.
Zoro and Sanji run past through the crowd as Alvida raise her hand while spoke.
"Okay boys, get'em!" Alvida ordered them, leaving the Buggy pirates charge after the two.
When Zoro and Sanji were clashing against the Buggy pirates, the swordsman have easily beaten the numbers of the Buggy pirates while the cook have also beaten the pirates easily, knocking them down one-by-one. Buggy then laughs with a triumphant smirk as he spoke.
"Not even the great Zoro can stop me now!" Buggy mocks. "There's nothing you two can do, it's the end for your Captain!"
"Bastard!" Sanji shouts while kicking the pirate.
Zoro then slice the pirate up, leaving him dead as he stare at the platform with a scowl.
'If I can just cut down the platform.' Zoro mentally thought.
Meanwhile, the Marines were hiding while readying their guns since they're instructed to fire at the pirates when Luffy is executed. Smoker raise his hand as he spoke.
"Prepare for battle." Smoker ordered as the Marines readied the guns.
Buggy then begin to laugh as he brings his cutlass down while aiming Luffy's neck, leaving the rubber Captain spoke.
"Zoro! Sanji! Usopp! Nami! Ventus! Sorry...but...I'm dead." Luffy said with a smile as Buggy then swings his cutlass down.
'Idiot!' Zoro thought.
'Don't say that!' Sanji added.
"He smiled!?" Smoker exclaims with shock.
When Buggy was about to execute Luffy, a bolt of lightning strikes him and the execution platform with the tremendous amount of force and cause a big shake and shockwave, leaving the platform catches fire along with Buggy. The crowd, the Buggy pirates, the Marines, Zoro, and Sanji were completely stunned when lightning have manage to stop the execution. The execution platform couldn't withstand any longer as it then collapse down to the ground while the storm begins to rain down fast. Luffy's straw hat flutters down to the ground as the rubber Captain picks it up and place it on his head, laughing as he spoke.
"I'm still alive." Luffy said with a big smile. "That's nice."
The Buggy Pirates have dropped their jaws with their face paled and shocked expression on their faces. Zoro take his sword out of his mouth while Sanji opened his mouth with shock, dropped his cigarette as he spoke.
"That was divine intervention." Sanji told him while Luffy walk towards them cheerfully.
"Stop talking nonsense. We gotta get out of this town." Zoro told him seriously. "Our troubles are not over."
Smoker then finally reached his limit since the execution is over as he raise his hand and spoke.
"Attack! Surround all the pirates now!" Smoker ordered.
And with that, the Marines begin to attack as the charge after the pirates, surrounding them.
"Here they come!" Sanji stated.
The battle begins when the Buggy pirates and the Marines clash against each other, Luffy couldn't help but feel awed as he spoke.
"Oh wow." Luffy said, jump aside when the pirate flies to the ground. "So cool! Everybody here went crazy so quickly!"
"Luffy!" Zoro called him, grabbing his collar. "We don't have time for this, we have got to get outta here."
"We better hurry back to the Going Merry or we'll never be able to leave this island." Sanji added seriously. "And we sure as hell won't get to the Grand Line!"
"Really?" Luffy asks with shock. "Well that's no good, run!"
With that, Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro then makes a run for it when one of the Marines informed them that the three are escaping, leaving the Marines surround them when they easily defeat the Marines while escaping.
'Why did he smile? Did he know he'd be saved? No, at that moment, he was certain that his life was about to end. He simply accepted death and smiled after preparing himself.' Smoker mentally thought, thinking about the smile that Luffy was making which it reminded him of Gol D. Roger smiled during the execution 22 years ago.
"Captain! We have to pursue the pirates!"
That got Smoker stop thinking as he spoke.
"Lieutenant, think back. Have you seen any pirate who smiled at the execution platform?" Smoker questions.
"No sir. It doesn't matter how tough the guys is. At the moment of death, they all turned pale and die in despair."
"That Straw Hat man smiled, I saw it." Smoker told him, remembered about the execution 22 years ago when Gol D. Roger smiled the same way as Luffy smiled. "He smiled just like Gol D. Roger 22 years ago. Just like the old King of the Pirates did on that exact execution platform."
The Lieutenant was shocked of hearing this about the previous execution which it something that his Captain never forgets.
"Captain."
Smoker then turned his head to his Lieutenant as he spoke.
"Where's the Straw Hat man now?" Smoker questions.
"Sir, he slipped past us and he's heading towards the harbor."
Smoker then walk past the Lieutenant as he then spoke.
"Unit 1 should've destroyed their ship by now." Smoker said.

"But a reserve unit is currently making preparations to attack the ships instead."
"Captain Smoker, if we let them sail now, they'll be able to get to the Grand Line before we capture them." Tashigi inform her Captain.
The rain is pouring really fast along with the wind blows west as Smoker spoke.
"The wind is blowing towards the West, it's a tailwind for that ship." Smoker muttered. "Is this just mere coincidence? It's as if heaven itself has special plans for this young pirate. I am 'White Hunter' Smoker, on my honor as a Marine Captain, I won't let that man leave this island."
With that, Smoker have given orders to the Marines to find the Straw Hat pirates and capture them, he'll be dealing with Luffy personally.
